[0014] (Embodiment) Hereinafter, an energy resource control system according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figs.

[0015] (1) Overview An energy resource control device 10 as an energy resource control system 1 according to this embodiment controls energy resources for providing power services. The energy resource control device 10 is included in a power control system 1000. The power control system 1000 includes, in addition to the energy resource control device 10, at least one energy resource 20 (one in the illustrated example) provided in each of a plurality of facilities 5 (three in the illustrated example), and a management device 50.

[0016] As shown in Fig. 1 , an energy resource control device 10 according to this embodiment controls energy resources 20 provided in each of a plurality of facilities 5. The energy resources 20 may include a power conditioning system (PCS) electrically connected to a distribution board 40 and equipment electrically connected to the distribution board 40 via the PCS. The energy resources 20 also include controllable loads. Equipment included in the energy resources 20 may be, for example, a solar power generation system, a storage battery, a heat pump water heater, a fuel cell, or a power conditioner for an electric vehicle.

[0017] As shown in FIG. 1 , each of the multiple facilities 5 includes an energy resource 20, multiple (two in the illustrated example) loads 30, a distribution board 40, and a management device 50. In this embodiment, the facility 5 is, for example, a detached dwelling. Here, the term "facility" refers to a facility such as a detached dwelling, a building, or the like that receives power from a power grid and an energy resource. The facility may also refer to the entire campus, such as a university campus, or a single building on the campus. The loads 30 are, for example, electrical equipment that uses power and is installed in the facility 5, such as lighting fixtures and air conditioning equipment. When these electrical equipment are to be controlled, they become the energy resource 20. The multiple facilities 5 shown in FIG. 3 are included in a single control target area 5A. The control target area 5A is an area in which the energy resource 20 can be controlled by the energy resource control device 10. That is, the energy resource control device 10 can control the energy resources 20 of each of the multiple facilities 5 included in the control target area 5A. The control target area 5A is, for example, a jurisdiction unit of a general electricity transmission and distribution utility.

[0018] The distribution board 40 is provided in the facility 5 and distributes AC power supplied from a power system 2 of a local energy provider or the like to each load 30 provided in the facility 5. Furthermore, the distribution board 40 distributes power supplied from an energy resource 20 to each load 30 provided in the facility 5. The distribution board 40 also causes the power supplied from the energy resource 20 to flow reversely to the power system 2. A power meter, for example, a smart meter, that measures the power passing through the main electric circuit of the power system 2 is provided in the main electric circuit of the power system 2. The power meter measures the amount of power used (amount of purchased power) by measuring the power exchanged between the power system 2 and the distribution board 40. The amount of purchased power measured by the power meter is the amount of power obtained by accumulating the exchanged power over a fixed period of time (for example, every 30 minutes from the hour). The amount of purchased power measured by the power meter is expressed in two patterns. The amount of purchased power includes the amount of power received and transferred, for example, accumulated at 30-minute intervals from the hour, and the amount of power received and transferred, for example, accumulated from the start of measurement. Furthermore, the power meter measures the power used (purchased power) by measuring the power received and transferred between the power system 2 and the distribution board 40.

[0019] The power meter also measures the amount of power (power sale amount) that flows backward from the energy resource 20 via the distribution board 40. The amount of power sale measured by the power meter is expressed in two patterns. The amount of power sale includes the amount of power that is accumulated by integrating the backward flow of power, for example, at 30-minute intervals from the hour, and the amount of power that is accumulated by accumulating the backward flow of power, for example, from the start of measurement counting. The power meter measures the power that flows backward from the energy resource 20 via the distribution board 40 (power sale amount). Note that one power meter may measure both the forward flow and the reverse flow, or two power meters may measure each of the forward flow and the reverse flow.

[0020] The distribution board 40 may also have a measuring device and measure the power consumption of each load 30 in the facility 5 by measuring the power supplied to each load 30. The measuring device measures the amount of power (power generation amount) or power (generated power) supplied from the energy resource 20 by measuring the power received from the energy resource 20. The measuring device may also acquire the amount of power purchased and sold measured by a power meter. In the present embodiment, as an example, the measured values (power consumption amount and power generation amount) measured by the measuring device include the amount of power obtained by integrating the measured power at 30-minute intervals, for example, from the hour, and the amount of power accumulated since the start of measurement counting. Hereinafter, the amount of power purchased, power purchased, power sold, power sold, power consumed, power consumed, power generated, and power generated measured in each facility 5 may be referred to as individual power purchase amount, individual power purchased, individual power sold, individual power sold, individual power consumed, individual power consumed, individual power generated, and individual power generated, respectively.

[0021] The management device 50 is configured to be able to communicate with the energy resource control device 10 via a network NT1 such as the Internet. The management device 50 transmits measurement data, which is power information measured by a power meter or a distribution board 40, to the energy resource control device 10 via the network NT1. Specifically, the management device 50 transmits the amount of power purchased, the amount of power purchased, the amount of power sold, the amount of power sold, the amount of power consumed, the amount of power consumed, the amount of power generated, and the amount of power generated to the energy resource control device 10 as individual amounts of power purchased, individual amounts of power sold, individual amounts of power sold, individual amounts of power consumed, individual power consumed, individual amounts of power generated, and individual generated power, respectively. The management device 50 acquires from the energy resource 20 the state of the energy resource 20, the power measured by the energy resource 20 (generated power, consumed power, charged power, discharged power, etc.), the amount of power (amount of power generated, consumed power, amount of power charged, amount of power discharged, etc.), etc., and transmits each of these to the energy resource control device 10. The management device 50 receives, via the network NT1, from the energy resource control device 10, a control command that is generated by the energy resource control device 10 based on measurement data and that indicates the control content for the energy resource 20 in the facility 5. The management device 50 outputs the control command received from the energy resource control device 10 to the energy resource 20. The management device 50 may output the control command received from the energy resource control device 10 to the energy resource 20 as is, or may recalculate the control command and output it. The management device 50 may, for example, output the control command to the PCS of the energy resource 20 via the distribution board 40.

[0022] Based on the received control command, the PCS of the energy resource 20 adjusts the power used in the facility 5. Here, the control command indicates, for example, the mode of the energy resource 20, the amount of power, power, current, etc. supplied or consumed by the energy resource 20.

[0023] The energy resource control device 10 is configured to be able to communicate with a server 60 managed by an electricity transmission and distribution company, an electricity retailer, an aggregation coordinator, a local energy company, etc. via a network NT1. The energy resource control device 10 receives information related to control of energy resources, such as control commands and DR (demand response) events, from the server 60. Note that the energy resource control device 10 may control energy resources even without a control command from the server 60, for example, when peak cut control is performed.

[0024] (2) Configuration Here, the configuration of the energy resource control device 10 as the energy resource control system 1 will be described.

[0025] 2, the energy resource control device 10 includes a communication unit 11, a storage unit 12, a display unit 13, and a control unit 14. As will be described later, the energy resource control device 10 does not necessarily have to include the display unit 13.

[0026] The energy resource control device 10 is a server device or the like, and includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and a memory. The CPU executes a program stored in the memory to realize the functions of the control unit 14. The program is provided here via a telecommunications line such as the Internet or recorded on a recording medium such as a memory card, but may also be pre-recorded in the memory of a computer.

[0027] The communication unit 11 is a communication interface for communicating with the management device 50. The communication unit 11 is connected to the network NT1, thereby enabling communication with the management device 50 and the server 60.

[0028] The storage unit 12 includes a device selected from a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), and the like.

[0029] The storage unit 12 stores the data received from the management device 50 in chronological order by data type.

[0030] The memory unit 12 stores parameters related to the power service. The parameters include a reference value, a controllable amount, and a bid amount. The reference value is the amount of power (electricity) that the facility 5 will use during the DR event period, and is a value calculated from measurement data acquired from the facility 5. Calculation methods include using an average value of past measurement data, a prediction, or the most recent value of the measurement data. The reference value may be acquired from a server 60 managed by an electricity transmission and distribution company, an electricity retailer, an aggregation coordinator, a local energy company, or the like. The controllable amount is the amount of power (electricity) that the energy resource 20 can supply. When the adjustment power of the energy resource 20 is bought and sold on the market, the controllable amount becomes the bid amount. The parameters may be configured to include one of the reference value, the controllable amount, and the bid amount. That is, the parameters include at least one of the reference value, the controllable amount, and the bid amount.

[0031] The storage unit 12 further stores a target value for peak cutting (peak cutting target value). Note that the storage unit 12 may store not only the latest values of the parameters related to the power service and the peak cutting target value, but also the entire change history.

[0032] The display unit 13 is a thin display device such as a liquid crystal display or an organic electroluminescence (EL) display. The display unit 13 receives input of information for generating a control command. Although the display unit 13 is shown as part of the energy resource control device in FIG. 2, it may be an input / output device of one or more client terminals installed in a location separate from the energy resource control device 10. In other words, the energy resource control device 10 does not need to be located in the same place as the operator u1.

[0033] As shown in FIG. 2 , the control unit 14 includes a data acquisition unit 101 , a display control unit 102 , a generation unit 103 , an output unit 104 , an event reception unit 105 , a notification unit 106 , and a processing unit 107 .

[0034] The data acquisition unit 101 acquires measurement data, which is power information measured in each facility 5. Specifically, the data acquisition unit 101 acquires data measured and acquired by the power meter, the distribution board 400, and the energy resource 20 from each management device 50 via the communication unit 11.

[0035] The display control unit 102 controls the display unit 13, which displays data related to control of the energy resource 20. Specifically, the display control unit 102 controls the display unit 13 to display a screen on the display unit 13 that displays data related to control of the energy resource 20. The display control unit 102 causes the display unit 13 to display a parameter input screen G1 (see FIG. 5 ), an energy resource input screen G2 (see FIG. 6 ), a result confirmation screen G3 (see FIG. 7 ), a data download screen G4 (see FIG. 8 ), a DR event result information screen G5 (see FIG. 9 ), and a peak cut screen G6 (see FIG. 10 ). Note that when the display unit 13 is on a client terminal that is installed at a different location from the energy resource control device 10, the display control unit 102 communicates with the client terminal via the communication unit 11 as a server function such as a web server.

[0036] The parameter input screen G1 is a screen that accepts input of parameters related to the power service from the operator u1. The energy resource input screen G2 is a screen that accepts input of selection conditions for the energy resource 20 from the operator u1, and input of a control target energy resource to be controlled from one or more energy resources 20 that satisfy the selection conditions from the operator u1. The result confirmation screen G3 is a screen that displays control results obtained based on a control command and measurement data obtained by control based on the control command. The data download screen G4 is a screen that accepts an instruction from the operator u1 to download the measurement data to another storage area. The DR event result information screen G5 is a screen that displays the results of control based on a DR event notified from a server 60 managed by an electricity transmission and distribution company, an electricity retailer, an aggregation coordinator, a local energy company, etc. The peak shaving screen G6 is a screen that displays a peak shaving target value and measurement data when a peak shaving target value (peak shaving target value) is set.

[0037] That is, the display control unit 102 causes the display unit 13 to display an energy resource input screen G2 that accepts input of selection conditions for energy resources 20 and input for designating at least one energy resource 20 that satisfies the selection conditions as a control target energy resource. The display control unit 102 causes the display unit 13 to display a parameter input screen G1 that accepts input of parameters related to the power service. Furthermore, the display control unit 102 causes the display unit 13 to display screens related to the control results (e.g., a result confirmation screen G3 and a DR event result information screen G5). Here, the control results include control results obtained based on a control command and measurement data obtained by control based on the control command.

[0038] The generation unit 103 generates a control command for the energy resource 20, which is a control-target energy resource that is the target of control. Specifically, the generation unit 103 generates the control command based on the control-target energy resource input received on the energy resource input screen G2 and the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition unit 101. For example, the generation unit 103 generates a control command related to adjusting the amount of power in the control-target energy resource used in the facility 5, based on the control-target energy resource and the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition unit 101.

[0039] When the generation unit 103 receives parameter input from the operator u1 on the parameter input screen G1, the generation unit 103 generates a control command based on the received parameters and the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition unit 101. For example, when a DR event is received from a server 60 managed by an electricity transmission and distribution company, an electricity retailer, an aggregation coordinator, a regional energy company, or the like, the generation unit 103 determines, based on the reference value input on the parameter input screen G1 and the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition unit 101, the mode of the energy resource 20, the amount of power, power, current, etc. supplied or consumed by the energy resource 20 so that the total value of power purchased by the multiple facilities 5 included in the control target area 5A approaches the difference between the reference value and the DR event. The generation unit 103 generates a control command including the determined values.

[0040] When the generation unit 103 receives input of parameters on the parameter input screen G1 and input of the energy resource to be controlled on the energy resource input screen G2, it generates a control command based on the energy resource to be controlled, the parameters, and the measurement data.

[0041] When the event receiving unit 105 receives a DR event, the generating unit 103 generates a control command based on the DR event.

[0042] The output unit 104 outputs the control command generated by the generation unit 103 to the management device 50 via the communication unit 11. At this time, the management device 50 outputs the received control command to the energy resource 20 to be controlled via the communication unit 11.

[0043] The event reception unit 105 receives a DR event notified from the server 60 .

[0044] The notification unit 106 transmits the measurement data acquired from each facility 5 or values calculated from the measurement data to the server 60 via the communication unit 11 .

[0045] The processing unit 107 performs processing related to updating the parameters stored in the storage unit 12 and downloading data designated by the operator u1.

[0046] Details of the screen configurations of the parameter input screen G1, the energy resource input screen G2, the result confirmation screen G3, the data download screen G4, the DR event result information screen G5, and the peak cut screen G6 will be described later.

[0047] (3) Operation (3.1) Operation of the Energy Resource Control Device Here, the operation of the energy resource control device 10 will be described with reference to FIG.

[0048] The energy resource control device 10 displays a parameter input screen G1 on the display unit 13 in response to an operation by the operator u1, and accepts input of parameters related to the power service from the operator u1 (step S1). Thereafter, the processing unit 107 updates the parameters. Step S1 is executed at any timing before the generation unit 103 generates a control command. Note that, if it is necessary to transmit the parameter value to the server 60, it can be executed up until the timing of transmission.

[0049] The energy resource control device 10 displays the energy resource input screen G2 on the display unit 13 in response to an operation by the operator u1, and receives input of the energy resource 20 to be controlled from the operator u1 (step S2).

[0050] The generation unit 103 of the energy resource control device 10 generates a control command for the energy resource 20 to be controlled, based on the energy resource 20 to be controlled and the measurement data for the energy resource 20 to be controlled (step S3).

[0051] The output unit 104 of the energy resource control device 10 outputs the control command generated by the generation unit 103 to the energy resource 20 to be controlled (step S4).

[0052] The data acquisition unit 101 acquires the measurement data from each facility 5 and stores it in the storage unit 12 (step S5). The notification unit 106 transmits the measurement data acquired from each facility 5 or values calculated from the measurement data to the server 60 via the communication unit 11 (step S6).

[0053] The display control unit 102 displays the result confirmation screen G3 in response to an operation by the operator u1, thereby displaying the control results obtained based on the control command and the measurement data obtained by the control based on the control command (step S7). Note that the display control unit 102 may display a DR event result information screen G5 instead of the result confirmation screen G3. Note that, although step S7 is executed after step S6 in FIG. 3, it may also be executed by an operation by the operator u1 between steps S3 and S6.

[0054] The energy resource control device 10 displays the energy resource input screen G2 again on the display unit 13 in response to an operation by the operator u1, and again receives input of the energy resource 20 to be controlled from the operator u1 (step S8). For example, if an energy resource cannot be controlled for some reason, it is possible to remove the energy resource from the list of energy resources to be controlled. Note that, although step S8 is executed after step S7 in FIG. 3, it is also possible to execute step S8 by an operation by the operator u1 between steps S3 and S7.

[0055] The generating unit 103 of the energy resource control device 10 determines whether the control period has ended (step S9).

[0056] If the generation unit 103 determines that the control period has not ended ("No" in step S9), the process returns to step S3.

[0057] When the generation unit 103 determines that the control period has ended ("Yes" in step S9) and when the operator u1 accepts an operation related to displaying the data download screen G4, the display control unit 102 displays the data download screen G4 on the display unit 13. Thereafter, the processing unit 107 of the energy resource control device 10 performs a download process (step S10). For example, the processing unit 107 accepts a designation of data to be downloaded from the operator u1 and downloads the data designated by the operator u1 to a predetermined storage area. Note that, if the display unit 13 is located on a client terminal installed in a different location from the energy resource control device 10, the processing unit 107 downloads the data designated by the operator u1 to a predetermined storage area on the client terminal. Note that, although step S10 is executed after step S9 in FIG. 3, it may also be executed by an operation by the operator u1 between steps S1 and S7.

[0058] (3.2) Operation of the Power Control System The operation of the power control system 1000 will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Here, the operation of the power control system 1000 corresponding to steps S1 to S8 described above will be described.

[0059] The display control unit 102 of the energy resource control device 10 displays a parameter input screen G1 on the display unit 13 in response to an operation by the operator u1 (step S100). The energy resource control device 10 receives input of parameters related to the power service from the operator u1 (step S101).

[0060] The control unit 14 of the energy resource control device 10 updates the stored parameters to the parameters received in step S101 (step S102). As described above, the parameters are input and updated at any timing before the generation of the control command is executed.

[0061] The display control unit 102 displays the energy resource input screen G2 on the display unit 13 in response to an operation by the operator u1 (step S103). The energy resource control device 10 receives an input of the energy resource 20 to be controlled from the operator u1 (step S104).

[0062] The generation unit 103 generates a control command for the energy resource 20 to be controlled, based on the energy resource 20 to be controlled and the measurement data for the energy resource 20 to be controlled (step S105).

[0063] The output unit 104 outputs the control command generated by the generation unit 103 to the energy resource 20 to be controlled (step S106). The management device 50 controls the energy resource 20 based on the received control command. The management device 50 transmits measurement data measured by the distribution board 40 to the energy resource control device 10 (step S107).

[0064] The data acquisition unit 101 performs a result acquisition process (step S108). Specifically, the data acquisition unit 101 acquires measurement data from each facility 5 and stores it in the storage unit 12. The notification unit 106 transmits the measurement data acquired from each facility 5 or a value calculated from the measurement data as result information to the server 60 via the communication unit 11 (step S109).

[0065] The display control unit 102 displays the result confirmation screen G3 in response to an operation by the operator u1, thereby displaying the control results obtained based on the control command and the measurement data obtained by the control based on the control command (step S110). Note that the display control unit 102 may display a DR event result information screen G5 instead of the result confirmation screen G3. Note that, although step S110 is executed after step S109 in FIG. 4, it may also be executed by an operation by the operator u1 between steps S105 and S109.

[0066] The display control unit 102 displays the energy resource input screen G2 again on the display unit 13 in response to an operation by the operator u1 (step S111). The energy resource control device 10 again receives input of the energy resource 20 to be controlled from the operator u1 (step S112). Thereafter, the process returns to step S105, and steps S105 to S112 are repeated. Note that, although steps S111 and S112 are executed after step S110 in FIG. 4, they can also be executed by an operation by the operator u1 between steps S105 and S110.

[0067] Furthermore, a process related to data downloading is performed separately from the above process. Specifically, the display control unit 102 displays a data download screen G4 on the display unit 13 in response to an operation by the operator u1. The processing unit 107 performs a download process in accordance with the operation by the operator u1. For example, the processing unit 107 receives a designation of data to be downloaded from the operator u1, and downloads the data designated by the operator u1 to a predetermined storage area. As described above, data can be downloaded at any time.

[0068] (4) Screens Each screen displayed by the display unit 13 will now be described.

[0069] (4.1) Parameter Input Screen The parameter input screen G1 is a screen displayed on the display unit 13 when determining the controllable amount, which is the amount of power that the energy resource 20 can supply, and the reference value, which is the amount of power used by the facility 5. As shown in FIG. 5 , the parameter input screen G1 includes a menu display area R11 and a parameter input area R12.

[0070] In the menu display area R11, a plurality of buttons B110 to B117 are displayed for the operator u1 to select a screen that he / she wishes to display on the display unit 13 from among a plurality of screens.

[0071] The multiple buttons B110 to B117 correspond one-to-one to the multiple screens that can be displayed on the display unit 13. For example, the button B112 corresponds to the parameter input screen G1. The button B113 corresponds to the energy resource input screen G2, and the button B114 corresponds to the result confirmation screen G3. The button B115 corresponds to the DR event result information screen G5, and the button B116 corresponds to the data download screen G4. Furthermore, the button B117 corresponds to the peak cut screen G6. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation (e.g., a press operation) on one of the multiple buttons B110 to B117, the screen corresponding to that button is displayed on the display unit 13. For example, when the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B112, the parameter input screen G1 is displayed on the display unit 13. Note that the menu display area R11 may be fixed, and only the parameter input area R12 of the parameter input screen G1 may be updated. Furthermore, the menu display area R11 may be configured to be selectable between display and non-display. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B113, an energy resource input screen G2 is displayed on the display unit 13. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B114, a result confirmation screen G3 is displayed on the display unit 13. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B115, a DR event result information screen G5 is displayed on the display unit 13. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B116, a data download screen G4 is displayed on the display unit 13. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B117, a peak cut screen G6 is displayed on the display unit 13.

[0072] The parameter input area R12 displays data and input areas related to parameter input. Specifically, the parameter input area R12 includes a date input area R120, a menu type input area R121, a selection button B120, a graph display area R122, a possible amount setting area R123, and a reference value setting area R124.

[0073] In the date input area R120, the target date on which the energy resource control device 10 will perform control is input.

[0074] In the menu type input area R121, menus such as supply and demand adjustment markets are displayed in the form of a pull-down menu. For example, in the menu type input area R121, the operator u1 selects one menu from tertiary control capacity 1 (down DR), tertiary control capacity 2 (down DR), etc. Note that if one menu has two types, down DR and up DR, a button separate from the menu type may be provided to allow selection between down DR and up DR.

[0075] The selection button B120 is a button that is operated when determining the target date and menu for control by the energy resource control device 10. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation (e.g., a press operation) on the selection button B120, the target date and menu are determined according to the date entered in the date input area R120 and the content selected in the menu type input area R121. Note that if the time available for parameter input has expired, the selection button B120 may be made unpressable, or an error message may be displayed after the selection button B120 is pressed. Alternatively, the selection button B120 may be omitted, and the target date or menu for control by the energy resource control device 10 may be determined when the date input area R120 or the menu type input area R121 is operated.

[0076] Graphs related to power are displayed in the graph display area R122. Specifically, the graph display area R122 displays a graph L1 that shows the change in the average amount of power used by the facility 5 over a reference time period (e.g., every 30 minutes) over the most recent three days, a graph L2 that shows the change in the reference value stored in the storage unit 12 over each reference time period, and a graph L3 that shows the change in the target power purchase value of the facility 5 over each reference time period. Here, the target power purchase value is a value obtained by subtracting the controllable amount stored in the storage unit 12 from the reference value stored in the storage unit 12. Here, the controllable amount is any one of a system-calculated value, a breakdown thereof, and the latest registered value, which will be described later. Note that graph L1 is a graph intended to confirm the difference with graph L2, i.e., the difference between past actual values (or predicted values for the day) and the reference value for the day, and is not limited to the calculation method of graph L1. It may be the average value of actual values for a specified period (e.g., one week), the average value of actual values for the same day of the week for a specified period (e.g., one month), or the average value of actual values for weekdays or holidays for a specified period (e.g., one week).

[0077] The controllable amount setting region R123 accepts input from the operator u1 in order to set the controllable amount to be stored in the storage unit 12. In this embodiment, one controllable amount is set for the entire control target area 5A.

[0078] The possible amount setting region R123 includes a possible amount setting list R126 in which 24 hours are divided into 30-minute units.

[0079] The possible amount setting list R126 includes a system-calculated value (hereinafter referred to as the "first calculated value") in 30-minute increments, its breakdown, and the latest registered value (hereinafter referred to as the "first registered value"). The first calculated value is a controllable amount calculated and stored by the energy resource control device 10. The breakdown of the first calculated value is for each type of energy resource 20, for example, a power conditioner for an electric vehicle and a storage battery. As an example, the possible amount setting list R126 stores values calculated by the energy resource control device 10 as individual controllable amounts for each power conditioner and storage battery for an electric vehicle in 30-minute increments. Note that, although the breakdown of the first calculated value is for each type of energy resource 20 in FIG. 5 , it may also be for each facility 5 or for each group of facilities 5.

[0080] An input field may be provided in the possible quantity setting list R126, allowing the controllable quantity for the time period corresponding to the input field to be input before the first calculated value or the first registered value is displayed in the possible quantity setting list R126. In this case, the value input into the input field of the possible quantity setting list R126 may be reflected as the first registered value by the operator u1 performing a predetermined operation. At this time, the value of the first registered value stored in the energy resource control device 10 may also be updated. Furthermore, if the operator u1 inputs a controllable quantity that exceeds a predetermined range (e.g., a controllable quantity equal to or greater than the rated value of the energy resource 20) into the input field, a display indicating an error may be displayed. Note that, when values are stored (set) in both the first calculated value and the first registered value, the first registered value may be given priority and stored in the storage unit 12 as the controllable quantity used to generate a control command. That is, the controllable quantity input by the operator u1 may be given priority over the controllable quantity calculated by the energy resource control device 10.

[0081] The reference value setting region R124 accepts input from the operator u1 in order to set a reference value to be stored in the storage unit 12. In this embodiment, one reference value is set for the entire control target area 5A.

[0082] The reference value setting area R124 includes an offset value input area R127 for correcting the reference value calculated by the energy resource control device 10, a button B123, a reference value setting list R128 that divides 24 hours into predetermined time units (for example, 1 minute, 30 minutes, control period, etc., and in this embodiment, 30 minutes), and a button B124.

[0083] In the offset value input region R127, an offset value for correcting the reference value calculated by the energy resource control device 10 is input by operation of the operator u1. The offset value includes negative values, 0, and positive values.

[0084] The button B123 is operated when setting an offset value. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation (for example, pressing) on the button B123, the offset value input in the offset value input area R127 is reflected in the reference value setting list R128.

[0085] The reference value setting list R128 includes a system-calculated value (hereinafter referred to as the "second calculated value") in 30-minute intervals, the latest registered value (hereinafter referred to as the "second registered value"), and an input field. The second calculated value is a reference value calculated by the energy resource control device 10. In this embodiment, a breakdown of the reference value is not displayed, but the breakdown may be displayed in the same manner as the controllable amount. Furthermore, if an offset value is set in the offset value input area R127, the reference value calculated by the energy resource control device 10 is changed to the result obtained by adding the offset value. At this time, the second calculated value displayed in R128 may be updated and displayed, or the second registered value managed by the storage unit 12 of the energy resource control device 10 may be updated with the result obtained by adding the offset to the second calculated value.

[0086] The input field in the reference value setting list R128 is an area for inputting the reference value for the corresponding time period by the operation of the operator u1. The second registered value is the most recent value that was input and stored in the input field of the reference value setting list R128 by the operator u1 before the current operation.

[0087] The button B124 is operated when a value input in an input field of the reference value setting list R128 is reflected as a second registered value. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation (for example, pressing) on the button B124, the value input in the input field of the reference value setting list R128 is reflected as a second registered value. At this time, the second registered value stored in the energy resource control device 10 is also updated. When the button B123 or B124 is operated, the graph L2 in the graph display area R122 is recalculated and updated. Furthermore, if the operator u1 inputs a reference value outside a predetermined range in an input field, a message indicating an error may be displayed.

[0088] When values are stored (set) in both the second calculated value and the second registered value, the second registered value is given priority and is stored in the storage unit 12 as the reference value used for generating the control command. That is, the reference value input by the operator u1 is given priority over the reference value calculated by the energy resource control device 10.

[0089] In this embodiment, the parameter includes a reference value. Therefore, the parameter input screen G1 accepts input of an offset value or a new second registered value for the parameter (reference value) displayed as the second calculated value in the offset value input area R127 or the input field of the reference value setting list R128. When the input of the offset value or the new second registered value is accepted and a predetermined operation is performed on button B123 or button B124, the generation unit 103 sets the result of reflecting the offset value on the reference value displayed as the second calculated value or the second registered value as the new second registered value (new reference value). The generation unit 103 uses the new reference value (parameter) as the new second registered value to generate a control command. When the second registered value is not displayed (not set), the generation unit 103 uses the second calculated value to generate a control command.

[0090] (4.2) Energy Resource Input Screen The energy resource input screen G2 is a screen displayed on the display unit 13 when determining the facility 5 to be controlled, i.e., the energy resource 20 to be controlled. As shown in FIG. 6 , the energy resource input screen G2 includes a menu display area R21 and an energy resource input area R22.

[0091] In the menu display area R21, a plurality of buttons B110 to B117 are displayed to allow the operator u1 to select one of the plurality of screens to be displayed on the display unit 13. The plurality of buttons B110 to B117 have already been described in connection with the parameter input screen G1, and therefore description thereof will be omitted here.

[0092] The energy resource input area R22 displays input of conditions for determining an energy resource to be controlled, information about the energy resource 20 that is a candidate for the control target, etc. Specifically, the energy resource input area R22 includes a condition input area R221 and a control target selection area R222.

[0093] The condition input area R221 includes multiple check boxes B221. The multiple check boxes B221 correspond one-to-one to multiple condition items included in the selection conditions for narrowing down the energy resources 20 to be controlled. The multiple selection items include, for example, a missing rate of measurement data, characteristics of measurement data, analysis results of measurement data, prediction results based on measurement data, responsiveness of the energy resource 20 to a control command, an identifier of the facility 5, characteristics of the facility 5, a type of energy resource 20, an identifier of the energy resource 20, and a state and characteristics of the energy resource. That is, the selection conditions include, for example, a missing rate of measurement data, characteristics of measurement data, analysis results of measurement data, prediction results based on measurement data, responsiveness of the energy resource 20 to a control command, an identifier of the facility 5, characteristics of the facility 5, a type of energy resource 20, an identifier of the energy resource 20, and a state of the energy resource. The missing rate of measurement data is, for example, a missing rate of data measured by a power meter (smart meter). The responsiveness of the energy resource 20 to a control command is, for example, the responsiveness of a heat pump water heater (for example, whether or not it has a receiving function for receiving control commands). The type of the energy resource 20 is, for example, a function type in the photovoltaic power generation facility (for example, whether or not a reverse flow function is provided). The identifier of the energy resource 20 is, for example, an identifier assigned to the facility 5 (the energy resource 20 thereof).

[0094] The selection conditions may include one or more of the following: a missing rate of measurement data, characteristics of measurement data, analysis results of measurement data, prediction results based on measurement data, responsiveness of the energy resource 20 to a control command, an identifier of the facility 5, characteristics of the facility 5, a type of energy resource 20, an identifier of the energy resource 20, and a state and characteristics of the energy resource. That is, the selection conditions include at least one of the missing rate of measurement data, characteristics of measurement data, analysis results of measurement data, prediction results based on measurement data, responsiveness of the energy resource 20 to a control command, an identifier of the facility 5, characteristics of the facility 5, a type of energy resource 20, an identifier of the energy resource 20, and a state and characteristics of the energy resource.

[0095] The selection item for the measurement data loss rate (data loss rate from the power meter) further includes one or more (three in the illustrated example) pull-down selection fields M221 to M223 for setting more detailed conditions. The selection field M221 allows the user to select the data acquisition period. The selection field M222 allows the user to select the threshold value for the loss rate. The selection field M223 allows the user to select whether the loss rate is greater than or equal to the threshold value selected in the selection field M222. In the example of FIG. 6, the condition related to the loss rate is "a loss rate of 5% or more in the most recent day."

[0096] In the selection item for the responsiveness of the energy resource 20 to a control command (responsiveness of the heat pump water heater), one or more (one in the illustrated example) pull-down selection fields M224 are provided to set the responsiveness of the heat pump water heater in more detail. In the selection field M224, whether or not the heat pump water heater is accepting a control command is selected. In the example of Fig. 6, the condition related to the function of the heat pump water heater is "the heat pump water heater is accepting a control command."

[0097] In the selection item for the type of energy resource 20 (the function type of the photovoltaic power generation facility), one or more (one in the illustrated example) pull-down selection fields M225 are provided to set the function type of the photovoltaic power generation facility in more detail. In the selection field M225, whether or not there is a reverse power flow of the photovoltaic power generation facility is selected. In the example of FIG. 6 , the condition related to the function of the photovoltaic power generation facility is "there is no reverse power flow of the photovoltaic power generation facility."

[0098] In the selection item that is the identifier of the energy resource 20 (the identifier assigned to the energy resource 20 of the facility 5), one or more (one in the illustrated example) pull-down selection fields M226 are provided to set more detailed conditions. In the selection field M226, the identifier of the energy resource 20 (energy resource ID) as the energy resource 20 is selected.

[0099] The condition input area R221 further includes a button B222. The button B222 is a button that is operated by the operator u1 in a predetermined manner (for example, by pressing) after one of the plurality of check boxes B221 is selected and detailed settings are made for the condition corresponding to the selected check box B221. When the predetermined operation is performed on the button B222, energy resources 20 that satisfy the condition corresponding to the selected check box B221 are extracted from the plurality of energy resources 20.

[0100] The control target selection region R222 displays a graph showing the change in the amount of electricity over the past day at at least one facility 5 included in the control target area 5A. In Fig. 6, graphs Gr1, Gr2, and Gr3 showing the change in the amount of electricity over the past day at three facilities 5 are displayed.

[0101] Graph Gr2 does not display the amount of power. This indicates that the power or amount of power (measurement data) measured by the power meter (smart meter) has not been received. In other words, graph Gr2 indicates that the data loss rate is 100%. Graph Gr1 also displays two types of lines L21 and L22. Line L21 represents the change in power in one-minute increments, and line L22 (dashed line L22) represents the change in power in 30-minute increments. Graph Gr3, like graph Gr1, also uses two types of lines to represent the change in power in one-minute increments and the change in power in 30-minute increments. Note that it is also possible to display either the change in power in one-minute increments or the change in power in 30-minute increments. Furthermore, although measurement data from the power meter is displayed, measurement data of an energy resource (e.g., charging power, etc.) may also be displayed.

[0102] The control target selection area R222 includes a plurality of check boxes B223 to B227 (five in the illustrated example) and a button B228. The check box B223 is a button through which a predetermined operation is performed when all of the facilities 5 (and their energy resources 20) displayed in the control target selection area R222 are to be controlled. The check box B224 is a button through which a predetermined operation is performed when all of the facilities 5 (and their energy resources 20) displayed in the control target selection area R222 are not to be controlled. The check boxes B225 to B227 correspond one-to-one to the plurality of facilities 5 displayed in the control target selection area R222. The check boxes B225 to B227 are buttons through which a predetermined operation is performed when individually selecting a facility 5 to be controlled from among the plurality of facilities 5 displayed in the control target selection area R222.

[0103] The button B228 is a button that is operated by the operator u1 in a predetermined manner (for example, pressed) after at least one check box is selected from among the plurality of check boxes B223 to B227.

[0104] When a predetermined operation is performed on the button B228, the energy resource control device 10 determines the facility 5 to be controlled, i.e., the energy resource 20, based on at least one checkbox selected from the plurality of checkboxes B223 to B227. Note that when measurement data of the energy resource (e.g., charging power, etc.) is displayed, each of the plurality of checkboxes B223 to B227 can be set to one energy resource 20 to be controlled.

[0105] Although a graph is displayed in the control target selection area R222, a list of the facilities and energy resources 20 narrowed down in the condition input area R221 may be displayed in a table format instead of a graph.

[0106] Although the button B228 allows the user to set the control target based on the check boxes B223 to B227, an input field may be provided instead of the check boxes to set the characteristics of the energy resource 20. For example, the user may be able to input and set the maximum discharge power and maximum charge power of the energy resource 20.

[0107] (4.3) Result Confirmation Screen The result confirmation screen G3 is a screen displayed on the display unit 13 when checking the results of the amount of electricity used in the facility 5. As shown in FIG. 7 , the result confirmation screen G3 includes a menu display area R31 and a result display area R32.

[0108] In the menu display area R31, a plurality of buttons B110 to B117 are displayed for the operator u1 to select one of the plurality of screens that he or she wishes to display on the display unit 13. The plurality of buttons B110 to B117 have already been described in connection with the parameter input screen G1, and therefore description thereof will be omitted here.

[0109] As shown in FIG. 7, the result display area R32 includes a first display area R321, a second display area R322, and a third display area R323.

[0110] A graph Gr31 is displayed in the first display region R321. The graph Gr31, with time on the horizontal axis and power or power amount on the vertical axis, represents changes in the total power or power amount used by each of the facilities 5 included in the controlled area 5A. A line L31 at the top of the graph Gr31 represents changes in power or power amount in 30-minute increments.

[0111] The second display region R322 displays a graph Gr32. The graph Gr32, with time on the horizontal axis and power or power amount on the vertical axis, represents changes in the power or power amount used by one of the facilities 5 included in the controlled area 5A. A line L33 in the upper part of the graph Gr32 represents changes in power or power amount in 30-minute increments. The operator u1 can change the facility 5 to be displayed in the second display region R322 in accordance with an operation.

[0112] The third display area R323 displays a graph Gr33. The graph Gr33 represents changes in the amount of power supplied from the energy resource 20, with the horizontal axis representing time and the vertical axis representing power or power amount. A line L35 at the top of the graph Gr33 represents changes in power or power amount in 30-minute increments. In this embodiment, the energy resource 20 provided in the facility 5 that is the display target in the second display area R322 is the display target in the third display area R323. When the facility 5 that is the display target in the second display area R322 is changed, the energy resource 20 that is the display target in the third display area R323 is changed accordingly.

[0113] Although L31, L33, and L35 have been described as power or energy amounts in 30-minute increments, the sampling period may be selected by providing a pull-down menu, etc. Also, the period for which the graphs are displayed may be changed by selecting an area within graphs Gr31, Gr32, and Gr33.

[0114] (4.4) Data Download Screen The data download screen G4 is a screen displayed on the display unit 13 when the measured data (amount of power) is downloaded to a predetermined storage area. As shown in FIG. 8, the data download screen G4 includes a menu display area R41 and a data selection area R42.

[0115] In the menu display area R41, a plurality of buttons B110 to B117 are displayed to allow the operator u1 to select one of the plurality of screens to be displayed on the display unit 13. The plurality of buttons B110 to B117 have already been described in connection with the parameter input screen G1, and therefore description thereof will be omitted here.

[0116] The data selection area R42 includes a first input area R421, a second input area R422, a period selection area R423, a facility selection area R424, an energy resource selection area R425, an energy resource ID selection area R426, and a data type selection area R427. In the first input area R421, the start date and time of the period during which the data to be downloaded was measured is input. In the second input area R422, the end date and time of the period during which the data to be downloaded was measured is input. In the period selection area R423, the period during which the data was measured is selected. Specifically, in the period selection area R423, selectable periods are displayed in a pull-down menu. In this embodiment, power is measured in one-minute increments and in 30-minute increments, so selectable periods such as one minute and 30 minutes are displayed in a pull-down menu. In the facility selection area R424, at least one facility 5 is selected from among the multiple facilities 5 included in the control target area 5A. In the energy resource selection area R425, at least one energy resource 20 is selected from among the multiple energy resources 20. In the energy resource ID selection area R426, at least one energy resource ID is selected from among multiple energy resource IDs. In the data type selection area R427, a data type to be downloaded is selected. Here, data types include, for example, charging power and discharging power. In the data type selection area R427, at least one of charging power and discharging power is selected. Note that, if there are multiple control target areas 5A, the control target area 5A may be selected before the facility type is selected. Also, in FIG. 8, as an example, the facility selection area R424, the energy resource selection area R425, the energy resource ID selection area R426, and the data type selection area R427 are illustrated as being narrowed down in this order, but each may be selected independently.

[0117] A button B421 is displayed in the data selection area R42. The button B421 is a button that is operated by the operator u1 (e.g., pressed) after input or selection is made in the first input area R421, the second input area R422, the period selection area R423, the facility selection area R424, the energy resource selection area R425, the energy resource ID selection area R426, and the data type selection area R427. When the operator u1 operates the button B421, the processing unit 107 downloads measurement data that meets predetermined conditions to a predetermined storage area. Specifically, the processing unit 107 downloads measurement data that meets all of the input or selection made in the first input area R421, the second input area R422, the period selection area R423, the facility selection area R424, the energy resource selection area R425, the energy resource ID selection area R426, and the data type selection area R427 to a predetermined storage area. Note that the number of downloads or the file size may be displayed before downloading. At this time, if the number of downloads or the file size exceeds a predetermined threshold, an error may be displayed.

[0118] (4.5) DR Event Result Information Screen The DR event result information screen G5 is a screen on which information related to a command related to a demand response from the server 60 or information related to control based on a control command generated by the energy resource control device 10 is displayed on the display unit 13. As shown in FIG. 9 , the DR event result information screen G5 includes a menu display area R51 and a DR event result display area R52.

[0119] In the menu display area R51, a plurality of buttons B110 to B117 are displayed for the operator u1 to select one of the plurality of screens that he or she wishes to display on the display unit 13. The plurality of buttons B110 to B117 have already been described in connection with the parameter input screen G1, and therefore description thereof will be omitted here.

[0120] The DR event result display area R52 includes a first display area R521 and a second display area R522.

[0121] The first display area R521 includes a third display area R523. The third display area R523 displays the date and time when demand response control was performed and one of the options for tertiary control capability 1 (reduced DR), tertiary control capability 2 (reduced DR), etc.

[0122] The first display region R521 displays a result list R524. The result list R524 displays the reference value, command value (control command), control target upper limit, control target lower limit, success upper limit, success lower limit, meter value, error, and success determination for each 30-minute period during which demand-response control was performed.

[0123] The reference value is one of the second calculated values or second registered values described in the parameter input screen and managed in the storage unit.

[0124] The command value is the value of a command regarding a demand response received from the server 60 .

[0125] The control target upper limit indicates the upper limit of the range of control targets obtained based on the reference value and command value. The control target lower limit indicates the lower limit of the range of control targets obtained based on the reference value and command value. If there is no change in the value of the command regarding demand response from the server 60, then the control target upper limit = the control target lower limit, and the control target upper limit = the control target lower limit = the reference value - the command value (if the command regarding demand response from the server 60 is to decrease, the command value is positive, and if it is to increase, the command value is negative). However, if the control command (command value) is changed, then at least one of the values of the control target upper limit and the control target lower limit is changed.

[0126] The upper success limit is the upper limit of the control success determination range. The lower success limit is usually the lower limit of the control success determination range. A predetermined percentage (e.g., 10%) of the success determination range relative to the controllable amount is calculated as follows: upper success limit = control target upper limit + controllable amount × 10%. Meanwhile, lower success limit = control target lower limit - controllable amount × 10%. However, if the control command (command value) is changed, at least one of the control target upper limit and control target lower limit is changed, so the range between the upper success limit and the lower success limit becomes wider than the controllable amount × 20%. For example, if the control target upper limit value is changed, the upper success limit becomes a value greater than the upper limit of the range of "-10% to +10%" based on the controllable amount. Alternatively, if the control target lower limit is changed, the lower success limit becomes a value smaller than the lower limit of the range of "-10% to +10%" based on the controllable amount.

[0127] The meter value represents the amount of electricity (the total amount of electricity or energy used by each facility 5) measured during the corresponding time period in the result list R524 at the date and time displayed in the third display area R523.

[0128] The error is, for example, the ratio of the value obtained by subtracting the meter value from the control target to the controllable amount.

[0129] The success determination indicates whether or not the demand-response control was successful. Specifically, if the meter value falls within the range represented by the upper and lower success limits during the corresponding time period, the demand-response control is successful, and "OK" is displayed. If the meter value does not fall within the range represented by the upper and lower success limits during the corresponding time period, the demand-response control is unsuccessful, and "NG" is displayed. Note that the display does not necessarily have to be "OK" or "NG" as long as it indicates success or failure.

[0130] The second display region R522 displays an energy resource list R525. The energy resource list R525 displays one or more pairs each including a DR event date and an energy resource ID. The DR event date indicates the date on which control by demand response was performed. The energy resource ID indicates the energy resource ID of the energy resource 20 on which control by demand response was performed on the DR event date.

[0131] (4.6) Peak Cut Screen The peak cut screen G6 is a screen displayed on the display unit 13 when setting a peak cut target value (peak cut target value). As shown in FIG. 10 , the peak cut screen G6 includes a menu display area R61 and a target value setting area R62.

[0132] In the menu display area R61, a plurality of buttons B110 to B117 are displayed for the operator u1 to select one of the plurality of screens that he or she wishes to display on the display unit 13. The plurality of buttons B110 to B117 have already been described in connection with the parameter input screen G1, and therefore description thereof will be omitted here.

[0133] The target value setting area R62 includes a first selection area R621, a graph display area R622, a second selection area R623, and a list display area R624. In the target value setting area R62, buttons B621 and B622 are displayed.

[0134] The first selection area R621 allows the user to select a facility for which a peak cut target value is to be set. Specifically, the first selection area R621 displays the names of selectable facilities 5 in a pull-down menu. The graph display area R622 displays a graph Gr61. The graph Gr61 represents the peak cut target value for the facility 5 selected in the first selection area R621, changes in the power or amount of power used by the facility 5 over the past day, or predicted values for the power or amount of power used on the day for which the target value setting area R62 is displayed. A line L61 shown in the graph Gr61 indicates the peak cut target value. A line L62 represents changes in power or amount of power in 30-minute increments. The second selection area R623 allows the user to select a fee structure to which the facility 5 has a contract. Specifically, the second selection area R623 displays selectable fee structures in a pull-down menu. The period displayed in the graph may be changed by selecting an area within the graph Gr61. Furthermore, by selecting an area within the graph Gr61, a peak cut implementation period, a charging period or a discharging period outside the peak cut implementation period may be set.

[0135] The list display area R624 displays a setting list R625. The setting list R625 displays the fee structure, contract power, system-calculated value (hereinafter referred to as the "third calculated value"), and latest registered value (hereinafter referred to as the "third registered value"). The setting list R625 includes input fields. The fee structure indicates the fee structure selected in the second selection area R623. The contract power indicates the maximum power contracted for the fee structure selected in the second selection area R623. The third calculated value indicates a peak cut value (peak cut target value) calculated based on the contract power. The input field of the setting list R625 is an area for inputting the peak cut value (peak cut target value) by operation of the operator u1. The third registered value displays the value input in the input field of the setting list R625. The list display area R624 may also display the amount of the basic charge calculated by multiplying the unit price defined in the fee structure by the contract power.

[0136] The button B621 is a button on which the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation (for example, a press operation) after a selection is made in the first selection area R621. When the predetermined operation is performed on the button B621, the display control unit 102 displays the graph Gr61 for the facility 5 selected in the first selection area R621 in the graph display area R622.

[0137] The button B622 is a button that is operated when reflecting a value input in the input field of the setting list R625 as a third registered value. When the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation (for example, a pressing operation) on the button B622, the value input in the input field of the setting list R625 is reflected as the third registered value. Furthermore, when values are displayed (set) in both the third calculated value and the third registered value, the third registered value is given priority and is stored in the storage unit 12 as the peak cut target value. The generation unit 103 generates a control command for the energy resource 20, which is a control target energy resource that is to be controlled, based on the peak cut target value and the like stored in the storage unit 12.

[0138] The line L61 indicating the peak cut target value displayed on the graph Gr61 represents the third calculated value displayed on the setting list R625 when the third registered value is not displayed on the setting list R625. When the third registered value is displayed on the setting list R625, the line L61 represents the third registered value displayed on the setting list R625. Note that the line L61 may be configured to display both the third calculated value and the third registered value.

[0139] (4.7) Other Screens Screens displayed by the display unit 13 include an energy resource control screen and an RA (resource aggregator) specific event screen.

[0140] The energy resource control screen is displayed on the display unit 13 when the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B110 (see, for example, FIG. 5 ). The energy resource control screen is used when selecting one or more schedules from a plurality of schedules for controlling energy resources. Furthermore, the energy resource control screen is used when registering a new schedule for controlling energy resources. Specifically, the operator u1 selects a facility 5 or an energy resource 20, and inputs a target date, start time, and end time (or duration) as a schedule for controlling the energy resource. The generation unit 103 controls the energy resource 20 based on the schedule input on the energy resource control screen. Furthermore, the energy resource control screen is also used when checking or deleting a registered schedule.

[0141] The RA-specific event screen is displayed on the display unit 13 when the operator u1 performs a predetermined operation on the button B111 (see, for example, FIG. 5). The RA-specific event screen is used when the resource aggregator sets an event that will be performed independently without a control command from the server 60. The RA-specific event screen is also used when registering a new event. Specifically, the RA-specific event screen allows the operator u1 to enter the same items as in the control command from the server 60 and register a new event. For example, the operator u1 can enter the menu type, target date, start time, duration, command value, etc. The parameter input screen G1 accepts parameter input from the operator u1, in the same way as when receiving a control command from the server 60. Furthermore, based on the reference value input on the parameter input screen G1 and the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition unit 101, the generation unit 103 determines the mode of the energy resource 20, the amount of power, power, current, etc. supplied from or consumed by the energy resource 20 so that the total value of the purchased power of the multiple facilities 5 included in the control target area 5A approaches the difference between the reference value and the DR event input on the RA-specific event screen. The generation unit 103 generates a control command including the determined values. Furthermore, the DR event result information screen G5 displays the results of control based on the DR event input on the RA-specific event screen. Furthermore, the RA-specific event screen is also used to confirm or delete registered DR events.

[0142] There are three types of control: control based on a control command from the server 60, control based on an event input on the RA-specific event screen, and control based on the energy resource control screen. The generation unit 103 generates a control command based on the priority of each control. This priority may be stored in the storage unit 12 in advance, or may be input by the operator u1.

[0143] (5) Advantages As described above, the energy resource control system 1 of this embodiment controls energy resources to provide power services. The energy resource control system 1 includes a data acquisition unit 101, a display control unit 102, and a generation unit 103. The data acquisition unit 101 acquires measurement data, which is power information measured in the facility 5. The display control unit 102 controls the display unit on which data related to the control is displayed. The generation unit 103 generates a control command for a control-target energy resource that is the target of the control. The display control unit 102 displays, on the display unit 13, an energy resource input screen G2 that accepts input of selection conditions for an energy resource 20 and input of a control-target energy resource that is the target of the control among one or more energy resources 20 that satisfy the selection conditions. The generation unit 103 generates a control command based on the control-target energy resource input accepted on the energy resource input screen G2 and the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition unit 101.

[0144] According to this configuration, the energy resource input screen G2 is used to accept input of selection conditions for the energy resources 20 and input of the control target energy resources to be controlled from among one or more energy resources 20 that satisfy the selection conditions. [0145] Furthermore, the energy resource control system 1 of this embodiment controls energy resources for providing an electric power service. The energy resource control system 1 includes a data acquisition unit 101, a display control unit 102, and a generation unit 103. The data acquisition unit 101 acquires measurement data, which is electric power information measured in the facility 5. The display control unit 102 controls a display unit on which data related to the control is displayed. The generation unit 103 generates a control command for a controlled energy resource that is the target of the control. The display control unit 102 displays a parameter input screen G1 that accepts input of parameters related to the electric power service on the display unit. The generation unit 103 generates a control command based on the parameters accepted as input on the parameter input screen G1 and the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition unit 101.

[0146] According to this configuration, the parameter input screen G1 is used to accept input of parameters for the energy resource 20. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the target value when performing control by demand response. Therefore, it is possible to perform control of the energy resource 20 with greater precision.
