Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] However, in the band of Patent Document 1 proposed conventionally, since it only surrounds the outer periphery of the helmet, it may shift at the outer periphery of the helmet and fall off the helmet when it shifts to the narrowed top side. Therefore, it is necessary to separately prepare a fixture for fixing the band itself around the lower part of the helmet. Further, in the helmet of Patent Document 2, even if a through hole for inserting a mounting screw is provided in the helmet body to fix the hook-down type to the helmet itself, it is extremely difficult to drill a through hole in the helmet body originally made of a robust material. Moreover, since it is necessary to attach the hook-up type to the string body of the light, this processing itself is also troublesome.

[0006] Further, in the holder of Patent Document 3, it is necessary to firmly fix the holder to the edge of the helmet, and in order to insert and fix the band to the holder, it must be inserted and locked to the holder. The work of inserting and locking the band to the holder was also troublesome.

[0007] Therefore, the present invention was created in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and various instruments can be easily and surely attached to the helmet, and various instruments when the helmet is in use can be stably and safely used. Helmet and its accessory mounting device It is to provide.

It is characterized by comprising. Further, in the helmet accessory mounting device, the support belt 20 for supporting various accessories T for the helmet is locked to the locking portion 3 of the pedestal portion 2 provided on the helmet body 1 by a swingable clip 10 provided on the support belt 20, and engaged with the engaging portion 4. A helmet accessory mounting device in a helmet that is attached by being passed over, wherein the clip 10 includes a hook portion 12 that swingably engages and locks to the locking portion 33, a stopper 14 that engages and engages with the engaging portion 34 by a swinging operation of the clip 10 itself, and a connecting portion 13 that connects the support belt 20. It is characterized by comprising. And specifically, The pedestal parts 2 and 32 are opened toward the side of the helmet body 1, and locking parts 3 are formed at the opening edges. The hook parts 12 of the clip 10 can be configured to be swingably locked to the locking parts 3 and 33 of the pedestal part 2. The pedestal part 2 is formed in a concave shape and can be configured to be provided on at least one of the front part of the helmet body 1 or the rear part of the helmet body 1. The clip 10 can be configured by successively providing a hook part 12 that meshes and locks with the locking part 3 of the pedestal part 2 and a linking part 13 that links the support belt 20 to a clip body 11 disposed at the edge of the opening of the pedestal part 2. A stopper 14 that meshes with an engaging part 4 provided on the outer surface of the pedestal part 2 can be provided on the inner surface of the linking part 13. The pedestal part 32 includes locking parts 3, 33 provided so as to receive a force opposing the force applied in the support direction of the implements T, and engaging parts 4, 34 protruding at a position behind the locking parts 3, 33 with respect to the support direction of the implements T. The clip 10 can be configured to include a hook part 12 that locks to the locking parts 3, 33, a stopper 14 that engages with the engaging parts 4, 34, and a linking part 13 that links the support belt 20. The locking part 33 and the engaging part 34 of the pedestal part 32 are integrally formed in a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape in cross section with their backs facing each other, and the hook part 12 and the stopper 14 of the clip 10 can be configured to be forcibly fitted so as to cover the locking part 33 and the engaging part 34. The hook part 12 of the clip 10 is swingably locked to the locking parts 3, 33, and the stopper 14 can be configured to be swingably engaged with the engaging parts 4, 34 by the swinging operation of the clip 10 itself. The pedestal part 32 bulges in a strip shape along the front-rear direction on the left and right sides of the helmet body 1, and the locking part 33 and the engaging part 34 can be provided on at least one of the front and rear parts thereof.

[0009] In the present invention configured as described above Helmet and its accessory mounting device When attaching and supporting various implements T to the helmet body 1, the support belt 20 supporting the implements T is engaged with the pedestal parts 2, 32 of the helmet body 1 by the clip 10 provided at the end of the support belt 20, thereby attaching and supporting the implements T. Since the pedestal parts 2 and 32 are concave, the head protection by the helmet body 1 is made safer, and various instruments T can be supported on the front surface or the rear surface of the helmet body 1, or on both the front and rear surfaces, by selecting the front and rear parts of the helmet body 1. The engagement of the clip 10 with the pedestal parts 2 and 32 is provided such that the locking parts 3 and 33 of the pedestal parts 2 and 32 receive a force that opposes the force applied in the support direction of the instruments T, thereby ensuring the support of the instruments T along the support direction by the clip 10 against the load and the like of the instruments T. Also, the hook part 12 of the clip 10 is locked to the locking part 33 of the pedestal part 2 and 32. By locking and swinging the clip 10 with the hook part 12 as a fulcrum and pushing it into the helmet body 1 side, the stopper 14 is engaged with the engaging part 4 and 34, and the clip 10 is fixed to the pedestal part 2. Since the locking part 33 and the engaging part 34 are integrally formed in an inverted trapezoidal cross-section and are arranged front and rear in the support direction, the hook part 12 that engages with the locking part 33 and the stopper Part 1 4 provided in the clip 10 with the engaging part 34 are fitted so as to cover the locking part 33 and the engaging part 34, and the clip 10 is more firmly connected to the pedestal part 2. The connecting part 13 of the clip 10 connects the support belt 20. By engaging each end of the support belt 20 with the pedestal part 2 of the clip 10, the support belt 20 can be stretched between the pedestal parts 2 and 32 arranged on the left and right front and rear parts of the helmet body 1 on the front and rear surfaces of the helmet body 1, and various instruments T supported by the support belt 20 can be arranged on the front and rear surfaces of the helmet body 1.

Effect of the Invention

[0010] Since the present invention is configured as described above, for example, various instruments T such as lighting fixtures can be easily and surely arranged and supported on the front surface of the helmet body 1 by the support belt 20 stretched between the left and right pedestal parts 2 and 32 of the helmet body 1, and the instruments T can be stably and safely used when the helmet is worn.

[0011] That is, in the present invention, the clip is engaged with the pedestal portions 2 provided on the left and right of the helmet body 1, and the support belt 20 is passed over to attach the instruments T. The pedestal portions 2, 32 are provided with locking portions 3, 33 that are configured to receive a force that opposes the force applied in the support direction of the instruments T. The clip 10 includes a hook portion 12 that locks to the locking portions 3, 33 and a linking portion 13 that links the support belt 20. Thus, attachment and detachment by the rocking operation of the clip 10 with respect to the pedestal portions 2, 32, passing over and fixing the support belt 20 in front of and behind the helmet body 1 between the clips 10, and securely supporting the instruments T on the support belt 20 can be achieved.

[0012] Further, when the hook portion 12 of the clip 10 is locked to the locking portions 3, 33 provided on the pedestal portions 2, 32 of the helmet body 1 so as to receive a force that opposes the force applied in the support direction of the instruments T, such as those attached to the front and rear of the helmet body 1, the pedestal portions 2, 32 receive the force due to the load of the instruments T and securely support them. Also, the clip 10 will rock with the hook portion 12 as the fulcrum, and the rocking operation is in a direction along the front-rear direction of the helmet body 1, making the operation easy and preventing the clip 10 from falling off the helmet body 1.

[0013] The pedestal portions 2, 32 are in a concave shape, so that the head covered by the helmet body 1 can be completely covered, ensuring complete protection.

[0014] Since the pedestal portion 2 is provided on at least one of the front and rear portions of the helmet body 1, the support belt 20 can be positioned either in front of the helmet body 1 or behind the helmet body 1 to support the instruments T. Therefore, when the pedestal portion 2 is provided on the front and rear portions of the helmet body 1, the front and rear surfaces of the helmet body 1 can be selectively supported by the instruments T, and the usability can be improved, for example, by supporting a lighting device on the front and its power supply on the rear.

[0015] When the clip 10 engaged with the pedestal parts 2 and 32 is swung so as to be pushed into the helmet body 1 with the hook part 12 as a fulcrum, the stopper 14 on the inner surface of the connecting part 13 of the clip 10 engages with the engaging part 4 provided on the outer surface of the pedestal part 2 or the engaging part 34 formed on the back of the locking part 33, and the clip 10 can be firmly fixed to the pedestal part 2 by the hook part 12 and the stopper 14, and it will not come off even due to an external impact or the like, and a stable mounting state can be maintained.

[0016] The pedestal part 32 that bulges in a strip shape along the front-rear direction on the left and right side parts of the helmet body 1 is provided with a locking part 33 and an engaging part 34 on at least one of the front and rear parts thereof, so that the instruments T can be supported either at the front or the rear, and the side parts of the helmet body 1 can be strengthened, and the locking part 33 and the engaging part 34 can be respectively arranged and formed neatly.

[0017] In addition, the reference signs appended to each of the means for solving the above problems and the items of the effects of the invention are attached to facilitate reference to the parts of the configurations described in the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the structures, shapes, etc. shown by these descriptions, reference signs in the drawings, etc.

Embodiment for Carrying out the Invention

[0019] Hereinafter, an embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment, and reference numeral 1 shown in the drawings is a helmet body. This helmet body The body 1 is is provided with a buffer (not shown) along the inner peripheral surface so as to be in flexible contact with the head surface when worn on the head, and ventilation holes and others are provided as necessary. Note that the helmet body 1 in the present invention is not limited to being formed of a rigid material, and any material that can be worn on the head can be similarly configured and used, including those other than general helmets.

[0020] On the left and right parts of this helmet body 1, for example, on the left and right parts of the front part, a pedestal part 2 for connecting and supporting a support belt 20 described later, which is spanned across the front surface of the helmet body 1, is provided. This pedestal part 2 is formed on the left and right side parts of the helmet body 1, and has a substantially triangular shape that is wide on the side of the helmet body 1 when viewed from the plane, and protrudes from the helmet body 1. An opening is formed in the wide part, and a locking part 3 is provided on the inner edge of the opening facing the helmet body 1 so as to receive a force that opposes the force applied in the support direction of the instruments T.

[0021] In the locking part 3, in order to receive a force that opposes the force applied in the support direction of the instruments T, it is provided so as to receive a force generated in the direction opposite to the force applied in the support direction of the instruments T. Also, for example, it can be provided so as to protrude in the direction opposite to the support direction of the instruments T.

[0022] The locking portion 3 is provided, for example, in a bent shape from the opening edge, and forms a gap between the side surface of the helmet body 1 and the hook portion 12 of the clip 10 described later, which allows the hook portion 12 to be forcibly inserted. Although not shown, the locking portion 3 is not limited to being formed in a convex shape, and may be formed in a concave shape as long as the locking with the clip 10 is ensured, and its shape is not particularly limited. The same applies to the third embodiment described later.

[0023] Note that the support direction of the implements T mainly refers to the direction toward the rear or the front when the implements T are mainly supported on the front or rear surface of the helmet body 1. However, when it is necessary to support them on the left and right side portions, the corresponding direction is adopted.

[0024] Note that this pedestal portion 2 may be configured in a concave shape without communicating with the inside of the helmet body 1, or may be configured to communicate. However, by configuring it not to communicate with the inside of the helmet body 1, the safety during use can be ensured.

[0025] Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, this pedestal portion 2 is provided at the front portion of the helmet body 1. When it is arranged on the left and right thereof, the locking portion 3 at its opening protrudes rearward, so that the support belt 20 can be arranged on the front surface of the helmet body 1, and the implements T can be supported on the front surface of the helmet body 1. Or, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 5, it may be provided at the rear portion of the helmet body 1 and arranged on the left and right thereof. In this case, the locking portion 3 at its opening protrudes forward, so that the support belt 20 can be arranged on the rear surface of the helmet body 1, and the implements T can be supported on the rear surface of the helmet body 1.

[0026] That is, the pedestal portion 2 is provided on at least one of the front and rear portions of the helmet body 1, and further arranged on the front and rear portions of the helmet body 1, so that the support position can be selected according to the implements T, and the usability can be improved.

[0027] An engagement portion 4, which is, for example, a vertically long rib-like shape, is provided on the outer surface of the opening of the base portion 2 along the opening, and this engagement portion 4 is located rearward of the locking portion 3 in the support direction of the instrument T.

[0028] The left and right base parts 2 are adapted to engage with left and right clips 10 which support a support belt 20 that supports a predetermined tool T by hanging it between the base parts 2. The clip 10 has a hook part 12 connected to a clip body 11 arranged on the edge of the opening of the base part 2, which engages with and locks onto the locking part 3 of the base part 2, and also has a connecting part 13 connected to face the hook part 12 so as to connect the support belt 20.

[0029] The clip body 11 is formed in a shallow groove shape so as to cover the inner and outer sides of the opening edge of the base portion 2, but as shown in the figure, is formed integrally with the hook portion 12 having a hook shape.

[0030] Hook portion 12 is firmly, even if forcibly, engaged with locking portion 3 provided on the inner edge of the opening of base portion 2. The inner surface of locking portion 3 is arc-shaped when viewed from above, and hook portion 12 itself is also arc-shaped when viewed from above, so that when hook portion 12 is inserted into base portion 2, locking portion 3 and hook portion 12 mesh snugly with their respective contact surfaces, allowing clip 10 itself to swing with hook portion 12 as a fulcrum.

[0031] The connecting part 13 in the illustrated example is formed in a substantially C-shape when viewed from the front, so that it can be connected and fixed in either form, even if the end of the support belt 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape, or the end of the support belt 20 is simply formed in a band shape so as to be connected by folding back. Note that the shape of this connecting part 13 is not particularly limited as long as it can connect the support belt 20.

[0032] And on the inner surface of this connecting portion 13, there is provided a protruding strip-shaped stopper 14 that meshes with the engaging portion 4 provided on the outer surface of the pedestal portion 2. When the clip 10 itself swings toward the pedestal portion 2 with the hook portion 12 as a fulcrum, this stopper 14 meshes with the engaging portion 4, and together with the fact that the hook portion 12 is inserted and locked into the pedestal portion 2, it prevents the clip 10 itself from detaching from the pedestal portion 2.

[0033] Therefore, in the pedestal portion 2, the length from the opening edge surface to the trailing edge surface of the engaging portion 4 is not greater than the length from the inner surface of the clip body 11 to the trailing edge surface of the stopper 14 in the clip 10. And the trailing edge surfaces of the engaging portion 4 and the stopper 14 are configured to firmly mesh with each other. If necessary, for example, uneven fitting means can be formed.

[0034] The support belt 20 is formed in a strip shape with a predetermined width. And, for example, by inserting it into belt fixing portions provided on various instruments T such as lighting fixtures and cameras, for example, left and right slits formed on the back surface of the instruments T, the instruments T are supported by the support belt 20. Note that the end portions of the support belt 20 are connected to the connecting portion 13 of the clip 10, and when the clip 10 is engaged with the left and right pedestal portions 2 of the helmet body 1 respectively, the support belt 20 itself is set to a length that maintains a tensioned state. Although not shown, an adjustment portion for adjusting the length of the support belt 20 itself may be provided.

[0035] Next, an example of its use will be described. For example, an instrument T such as a lighting fixture to be supported by the helmet body 1 is placed on the support belt 20 Attach and the clip 10 connected to the end portion of the support belt 20 is forcibly engaged with the pedestal portion 2 of the helmet body 1, or a predetermined instrument T is attached to the support belt 20 spanned over the pedestal portion 2 via the clip 10.

[0036] To engage the clip 10 with the pedestal portion 2, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, lock the hook portion 12 of the clip 10 to the locking portion 3 of the pedestal portion 2 and push it into the pedestal portion 2. Then, swing the clip 10 with the hook portion 12 as a fulcrum and press the connecting portion 13 against the helmet body 1 side. By pressing, the stopper 14 of the connecting portion 13 is forced to engage with the engaging portion 4 of the pedestal portion 2. By this engagement, the clip 10 can be firmly engaged with the pedestal portion 2, and the instruments T can be arranged and set on the front surface or the like of the helmet body 1 by the support belt 20.

[0037] When removing, it can be done by swinging the connecting portion 13 of the clip 10 from the surface of the helmet body 1 with the hook portion 12 as a fulcrum and lifting it, and then removing the hook portion 12 from the pedestal portion 2.

[0038] In FIGS. 6 to 8, a third embodiment is shown. As shown in the figure, on the outer side of the opening edge of the laterally open recess 31 provided at the front and rear ends of the stepped pedestal portion 32 that bulges in a strip shape along the front-rear direction on the left and right side portions of the helmet body 1, a locking portion 33 is formed so as to receive a force opposite to the force loaded in the support direction of the instruments T. At the same time, an engaging portion 34 is arranged and formed on the back portion, which is the rear position of the locking portion 33.

[0039] As shown in the figure, the recess 31 itself is formed by being positioned at the front and rear ends of the bulging portion of the pedestal portion 32 and being deeply recessed along the vertical direction toward the inside of the helmet body 1, so as to have a substantially trapezoidal cross-section, and its opening faces the side of the helmet body 1. And the locking portion 33 projects toward the rear of the helmet body 1 in the recess 31 located at the front portion of the helmet body 1, and projects toward the front of the helmet body 1 in the recess 31 located at the rear portion of the helmet body 1, respectively.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 8, the engaging portion 34 disposed on the back of the locking portion 33 protrudes forward of the helmet body 1 outside the edge surface of the pedestal portion 32, and in the rear portion of the helmet body 1, it protrudes rearward of the helmet body 1, respectively.

[0041] By doing so, the locking portion 33 and the engaging portion 34 are integrally structured and aligned with each other on the back, and in terms of its cross-section, it has an inverted trapezoidal shape that is wide on the outer side of the helmet body 1 and narrow on the inner side.

[0042] On the other hand, the clip 10 connected to the support belt 20 is configured in the same manner as in the first embodiment. The clip body 11 disposed on the opening edge of the pedestal portion 32 is provided with a hook portion 12 that meshes and locks with the locking portion 33 of the pedestal portion 32, and a stopper 14 that meshes and engages with the engaging portion 34, and a connecting portion 13 for connecting the support belt 20 is continuously provided.

[0043] In this third embodiment, as shown in the figure, the hook portion 12 fits snugly into the recess 31 and locks with the locking portion 33. Similarly, the stopper 14 meshes with the engaging portion 34. The backs of the hook portion 12 and the stopper 14 are aligned with each other, and the width of the opening edge side is formed narrower than the width of the inner edge side, so that they are semi-forcibly fitted in close contact with the locking portion 33 and the engaging portion 34.

[0044] In addition, the clip 10 is provided with an operation portion 15 on the outer surface of the clip 10 itself in a protruding shape that is slightly inclined toward the connecting portion 13 side, so that it is easy to perform the operation of pushing in with fingers or the like when fitting the hook portion 12 into the locking portion 33 and the stopper 14 into the engaging portion 34 respectively, and conversely, the operation of removing it by pulling it off.

[0045] The use according to this third embodiment is the same as that in the above-described first and second embodiments. By engaging the hook portion 12 and the stopper 14 so as to wrap around the locking portion 33 and the engaging portion 34 on the front side and the rear side of the pedestal portion 32 respectively, it can be connected more firmly and reliably.

[0046] Note that the implements T are not limited to lighting fixtures, and can be cameras, communication devices, power sources, etc. Various implements T required can be selected. For example, the power source for the implement T supported on the front surface of the helmet body 1 can be supported on the rear surface of the helmet body 1, etc., and the usage mode can also be selected.
