Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a tool set for installing ceiling anchor bolts and fully threaded bolts, and a method for installing fully threaded bolts using the same. More specifically, the tool set includes a drill bit, a connecting rod, an anchor bolt set, a fully threaded bolt installation holder, and a drill gun, and allows a worker to drill holes in a ceiling slab, set anchors, and install fully threaded bolts all at once, thereby improving work efficiency and eliminating the need for ladders, thereby ensuring safety and significantly reducing industrial accidents associated with working at heights. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, in the ceiling concrete slabs of industrial facilities, buildings, etc., various pipes such as gas pipes, water supply and sewerage pipes, heating and cooling pipes, and various electrical and communication facility related pipes are installed, as well as partitions used to divide spaces, cooling and heating ducts, and various other installations (hereinafter referred to as "ceiling installations")

[0003] The installation of the ceiling-mounted item is as follows: (1) a high-altitude work platform is set up on the ground according to the ceiling height, (2) a worker climbs onto the high-altitude work platform and forms an insertion hole of a certain depth in the ceiling, (3) an anchor bolt is inserted into the formed insertion hole, and (4) the anchor bolt is hammered and tightened to securely fix it in the insertion hole. At this time, a hammer drill is used to form the insertion hole in the concrete, and an impact drill or manual method is used in which the worker hits an anchor setting punch with a hammer to fix the anchor bolt.

[0004] Next, (5) a fully threaded bolt having a certain length is fastened to the anchor bolt fixed to the ceiling, and then (6) a construction method is performed in which the fully threaded bolt is used to fix an object installed on the ceiling.

[0005] That is, in order to install a ceiling installation, the preliminary work of fixing anchors to the ceiling slab and installing fully threaded bolts must be carried out.

[0006] However, in conventional anchor fixing and fully threaded bolt installation, workers must climb directly onto an elevated work platform to carry out the work, which poses a problem in that there is a higher risk of safety accidents occurring due to working at a higher altitude than when working on the ground.

[0007] In addition, when a worker climbs up to the aerial work platform, he or she must prepare all the tools necessary for fixing anchors and installing fully threaded bolts before climbing up. If any of the tools is missing, the worker must descend from the aerial work platform, gather the missing tools, and then climb up again, which results in a problem of taking a long time for advance preparation work.

[0008] As mentioned above, the work requires the use of many tools, such as drilling holes with a hammer drill, striking the anchor setting punch with a hammer, and striking and fixing the anchor bolt with an impact drill, which takes a long time. In addition, there are problems such as chronic neck and shoulder disorders and shoddy work due to the need to strike with the hammer in an upside-down position.

[0009] Overall, there are problems with reduced work efficiency due to the danger of anchoring a large number of tools and installing fully threaded bolts in a high-altitude work space, and the additional man-hours required for the work, which are a waste of manpower and materials, and additional costs. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0010] The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tool set for installing ceiling anchor bolts and installing fully threaded bolts, which is composed of a drill bit, a connecting rod, an anchor bolt set, a fully threaded bolt installation holder, and a drill gun, and which allows a worker to drill holes in a ceiling slab, fix the anchors, and install fully threaded bolts all at once, thereby improving work efficiency and ensuring safety by significantly reducing industrial accidents associated with working at heights, and providing a method for installing fully threaded bolts using the same. [Means for solving the problem]

[0011] To achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized by including a drill bit having a drilling portion formed at one end so that a hole for installing an anchor can be drilled into a ceiling slab made of concrete to a predetermined depth; an anchor bolt set that is fixed to a hole formed in the ceiling slab through the drill bit and forms a threaded bolt having a predetermined length in the ceiling slab; a connecting rod having a predetermined length so that a worker performing drilling work and threaded bolt installation work can perform the work on the ground without moving to a position close to the ceiling slab by sequentially mounting the drill bit and the anchor bolt set on one end; and a drill gun configured at the other end of the connecting rod to provide rotational force and impact force so that the drilling work and threaded bolt installation work can be performed on the ground.

[0012] In the present invention, the drill bit preferably includes: a drilling section configured to perform drilling work on a concrete ceiling slab; a first inserting section configured at one end of the drilling section and inserted into one end of a connecting rod, maintaining a secure fixed state with the one end of the connecting rod and supporting the drilling work in the drilling section by a striking rotational force provided by the connecting rod; and a ball plunger configured at one side of the first inserting section and providing a clamping force to prevent the first inserting section from accidentally coming off the one end of the connecting rod when inserted into the one end of the connecting rod.

[0013] In the present invention, it is preferable that the connecting rod includes: a mounting portion having a mounting groove formed at a certain depth on the inside thereof, into which one end of a drill bit or an anchor bolt set is inserted; an extension portion extending at a certain length from the mounting portion and supporting the connecting rod so that an operator can perform drilling work or fully threaded bolt installation work on the ground; and a fixing chuck formed at the end of the extension portion and supporting the connecting rod so that one end of the drill gun can be stably fixed.

[0014] In the present invention, it is preferable that the connecting rod has a plurality of extensions configured to match the heights of the ground and the ceiling slab, and includes connecting brackets configured between the plurality of extensions and fixed to each other to support the plurality of extensions so that it can be used universally to match the difference in height between the ground and the ceiling slab.

[0015] In the present invention, the connecting rod preferably includes a setting holder that is crimped to one end of the connecting rod and supports the anchor bolt set so that it can be used universally regardless of the size of the anchor bolt set.

[0016] In the present invention, the connecting rod preferably includes a drop prevention bolt that maintains the setting holder at one side of the connecting rod and prevents the setting holder from dropping or being lost.

[0017] In the present invention, it is preferable that the anchor part includes: an anchor part that is inserted into a hole formed in the ceiling slab by a drill bit, and provides a fixing force to maintain a state in which the anchor part is securely fixed in the hole by the impact force or rotation force provided by the drill gun; and a fully threaded bolt that extends a certain length from one end of the anchor part and has a certain length in the ceiling slab when the anchor part is fixed to the ceiling slab.

[0018] In the present invention, the drill bit preferably includes at least one suction port for guiding the crushed powder generated during the drilling operation to be collected inside the connecting rod.

[0019] In the present invention, it is preferable that one side of the connecting rod includes at least one outlet penetrating the interior so that crushed powder entering the interior can be discharged, and that one side of the connecting rod includes a vacuum suction unit that sucks in crushed powder generated during drilling operation with the drill bit using vacuum pressure to prevent the crushed powder from scattering into the working space.

[0020] The present invention provides a drill bit mounting and drilling step in which a drill gun is fixed to one end of a connecting rod, a drill bit is mounted to the other end of the connecting rod, and when the mounting of the drill gun and the drill bit on the connecting rod is completed, an operator does not move to a position close to the ceiling slab but holds the drill gun on the ground so that the drill bit is positioned on the ceiling slab, and then operates the drill gun to provide rotational force and impact force generated by the drill gun to the drill bit through the connecting rod, thereby forming a hole of a predetermined depth in the ceiling slab; and when a hole of a predetermined depth is formed in the ceiling slab through the drill bit mounting and drilling step, the drill bit mounted on the other end of the connecting rod is removed, and an anchor bolt set and a fully threaded bolt are assembled in the mounting groove or setting holder of the connecting rod from which the drill bit has been removed. Preferably, the method further comprises an anchor bolt setting and a fully threaded bolt fixing step in which the anchor portions of the anchor bolt set are positioned on the ceiling slab side and the fully threaded bolt is supported to maintain a state of being inserted inside the connecting rod, and when the anchor bolt set is attached to the connecting rod, the worker does not move to a position close to the ceiling slab but holds a drill gun on the ground and inserts the anchor portions of the anchor bolt set into the holes in the ceiling slab. The worker then operates the drill gun, and rotational force and impact force generated by the drill gun are applied to the anchor bolt set through the connecting rod, thereby fixing the anchor portion to the ceiling slab, and a fully threaded bolt formed to a predetermined length at one end of the anchor portion is fixed to the ceiling slab. [Effects of the Invention]

[0021] According to the present invention, the drill bit, connecting rod, anchor bolt set, mounting part or fully threaded bolt installation holder, and drill gun are included, allowing the worker to drill holes in the ceiling slab and install fully threaded bolts at the same time, thereby improving work efficiency and ensuring safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0023] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0024] <First Example> As shown in Figure 1, the tool set 1 for threaded bolt installation in the first embodiment is composed of a drill bit 10, a connecting rod 20, an anchor bolt set 30, and a drill gun 40. By allowing a worker to drill holes in the slab, set anchor bolts, and install threaded bolts all at once, the efficiency of the work can be improved and safety can be ensured.

[0025] The drill bit 10 serves to form a hole of a certain depth in the ceiling slab.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 2, the drill bit 10 includes a drilling portion 110, a first insertion portion 120, and a ball plunger 130.

[0027] The drilling unit 110 functions to form a hole of a certain depth in a concrete ceiling slab. The drilling unit 110 is formed with the same structure, shape, and material as a drill bit for forming holes in a concrete slab, and therefore a detailed description thereof will be omitted here.

[0028] The first insertion part 120 is configured at one end of the drilling part 110 and is supported to maintain a securely fixed state on one end of the connecting rod 20, so that the drilling operation of the slab is performed in the drilling part 110 by the impact force and rotation force provided through the connecting rod 20.

[0029] In this case, the first insertion part 120 is formed in a polygonal or circular shape with one side formed as a flat surface. That is, the first insertion part 120 can be attached to and detached from one end of the connecting rod 20, and any structure or shape can be used as long as the first insertion part 120 can reliably transmit the impact rotation force of the connecting rod 20 to the drill bit 10 when inserted.

[0030] Furthermore, since the first insertion part 120 and the drilling part 110 are manufactured as an integrated unit, any similar structure can be adopted as long as the concrete drilling part 110 is securely fixed.

[0031] In addition, the first inserting portion 120 is provided with a locking step 122 between the lower end of the drilling portion 110 and the upper end of the first inserting portion 120, which prevents drilling to an excessive depth and allows for precise anchor installation.

[0032] In addition, the locking step 122 extends with a certain width and thickness in the first insertion portion 120, and when the first insertion portion 120 is inserted into the mounting groove of the mounting portion 210, it maintains a locked state at one end of the mounting portion 210, thereby providing the additional effect of making it easy to remove the first insertion portion 120 from the mounting portion 210.

[0033] 4, the first inserting portion 120 is formed in a square or hexagonal shape, i.e., the locking step 122 formed at one end of the first inserting portion 120 is formed in a circular, square, hexagonal, etc. Of course, this is not limited thereto, and the first inserting portion 120 or the locking step 122 may have any shape or structure that allows it to be easily inserted into the mounting portion 210 of the connecting rod 20 and that allows the drill bit 10 to stably rotate by striking with the striking rotation force provided by the connecting rod 20.

[0034] For example, instead of forming a separate locking step 122 in the first inserting portion 120, as shown in FIG. 4, at least one cut bolt or fixing pin may be formed radially along the outer periphery of the first inserting portion 120 to perform the function of the locking step 122.

[0035] The ball plunger 130 is formed on one side of the first insertion part 120, and when the first insertion part 120 is inserted into the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20, the pressure of the ball plunger 130 prevents the drill bit 10 from accidentally coming off the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20, thereby ensuring safety. In some cases, the ball plunger 130 can be omitted.

[0036] The connecting rod 20 is attached to one end of the drill gun 40, and the other end is selectively fitted with a drill bit 10 for drilling or an anchor bolt set 30 according to the desired process, thereby performing a support function to enable an operator to perform drilling, anchor bolt setting, and fully threaded bolt installation on the spot.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 5, the connecting rod 20 includes a mounting portion 210, an extension portion 220, and a fixing chuck 230.

[0038] The mounting part 210 supports the drill bit 10 so that the first insertion part 120 of the drill bit 10 is mounted at the center thereof, thereby fixing the drill bit 10 to the connecting rod 20 .

[0039] In addition, a mounting groove is formed at the center of the mounting part 210, having a certain depth, into which the first inserting part 120 is inserted. In this case, the mounting groove of the mounting part 210 is formed in a shape corresponding to the first inserting part 120.

[0040] The extension 220 is formed to a certain length, but is formed to a length that allows a worker on the ground to perform drilling work on the ceiling slab, setting anchor bolts, and installing fully threaded bolts.

[0041] The fixed chuck 230 is formed at the end of the extension 220 and serves to support one end of the drill gun 40 by being fixed thereto.

[0042] In this case, the fixing chuck 230 can be replaced with any structure or shape that corresponds to the type of drill gun 40, for example, that can be stably fixed to one end of a hammer drill or impact drill, as shown in FIG. 5.

[0043] The anchor bolt set 30 functions to fix the fully threaded bolt in a hole formed in the ceiling slab so that the fully threaded bolt extends to a certain length.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 6, the anchor bolt set 30 includes an anchor portion 310, a second insertion portion 320, and a fully threaded bolt 330.

[0045] The anchor part 310 is inserted into a hole formed in the ceiling slab through the drill bit 10, and is driven and expanded by the rotational force and impact force of the drill gun 40, thereby maintaining a fixed state to the ceiling slab. In this case, the anchor part 310 is formed with the same or similar structure or configuration as a conventional anchor bolt, and is driven into the ceiling slab by the impact force and rotational force acting externally, thereby maintaining a fixed state.

[0046] The second insertion part 320 is configured at one end of the anchor part 310 and is inserted into the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20 to transmit the impact force and rotation force applied by the drill gun 40 through the connecting rod 20 and set the anchor part 310 to be fixed to the ceiling slab. In this case, the second insertion part 320 is formed in the same or similar shape as the mounting groove formed in the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20. The second insertion part 320 is a connecting nut that connects the anchor bolt and the fully threaded bolt.

[0047] The fully threaded bolt 330 is formed with a fixed length at one end of the second insertion part 320 and performs the function of forming a fully threaded bolt of a fixed length on a ceiling slab as in the related art. For example, the fully threaded bolt 330 is a stay bolt having a fixed length.

[0048] 5, the drill gun 40 has one end fixed to the fixed chuck 230 of the connecting rod 20, and generates a rotational force and a striking force to substantially provide the rotational force or the striking force to the drill bit 10 or the anchor bolt set 30 configured at one end of the connecting rod 20 through the connecting rod 20. In this case, the drill gun 40 is a hammer drill or an impact drill. However, the drill gun 40 is not limited thereto, and any power tool that is connected to the fixed chuck 230 of the connecting rod 20 and provides a rotational force or a striking force can be used.

[0049] As shown in FIG. 7, the method for installing a threaded bolt using the tool set for installing a threaded bolt as described above includes a step of installing a drill bit and drilling a hole (S1) and a step of setting an anchor bolt and fixing the threaded bolt (S2).

[0050] In the drill bit mounting and drilling step (S1), one end of the drill gun 40 is fixed to the fixed chuck 230 of the connecting rod 20, and the first insertion portion 120 of the drill bit 10 is inserted into the mounting portion 210 of the connecting rod 20, thereby mounting the drill gun 40 to one end of the connecting rod 20 and the drill bit 10 to the other end.

[0051] Through the drill bit mounting and drilling step (S1), the drill gun 40 is configured on one end of the connecting rod 20 and the drill bit 10 is configured on the other end. Then, the worker holds the drill gun 40 on the ground and positions the drill bit 10 configured on the end of the connecting rod 20 on the ceiling slab.

[0052] Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9a, when the worker operates the drill gun 40 held by the worker, the connecting rod 20 rotates and strikes due to the impact rotational force generated by the drill gun 40, and the drill bit 10 attached to the connecting rod 20 is struck and rotated by the impact rotational force of the connecting rod 20, thereby forming a hole of a certain depth in the ceiling slab.

[0053] In the anchor bolt setting and fully threaded bolt fixing step (S2), once a hole of a certain length has been formed in the ceiling slab through the drill bit mounting step (S1), the drill bit 10 mounted on one end of the connecting rod 20 is removed, the second insertion part 320 is fastened to the anchor bolt set 30, and the fully threaded bolt 330 is connected to the second insertion part 320 and inserted into the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20, so that the anchor bolt set 30 and the fully threaded bolt 330 are simultaneously mounted in the mounting groove of the mounting part 210. The anchor bolt set 30 is inserted into a hole of a certain depth formed in the ceiling slab.

[0054] Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9b, when the worker operates the drill gun 40 held by the worker and applies a compressive force to push the drill gun 40 upward, the connecting rod 20 is struck and rotated by the striking force and rotation force generated by the drill gun 40, and the anchor bolt set 30 attached to the connecting rod 20 is fixed in a driven state by the striking and rotation of the connecting rod 20, with the anchor portion 310 expanded in the hole in the ceiling slab.

[0055] Then, when the anchor bolt set 30 is completely fixed to the ceiling slab, the drill gun 40 lowers the fixed connecting rod 20 downward to separate the anchor bolt set 30 from the connecting rod 20, and the fully threaded bolts 330 of the anchor bolt set 30 remain fixed to the ceiling slab.

[0056] Accordingly, the worker does not have to climb up to an elevated work platform, but instead performs drilling work using the drill bit 10 on the ground and installs the fully threaded bolt 330 using the anchor bolt set 30, thereby eliminating the risk of falling and other accidents that can occur during drilling and fully threaded bolt installation work that requires workers to climb up to an elevated work platform as in the past.

[0057] In addition, while conventional work involves four major steps, in that order, from setting up a high-altitude work platform to drilling, fixing anchor bolts, and installing fully threaded bolts, the present invention reduces the work to two major steps, from drilling to installing anchor bolts and fully threaded bolts, thereby improving work efficiency by reducing the number of work steps.

[0058] <Second Example> The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the first embodiment, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0059] The connecting rod 20 of the second embodiment is configured with a plurality of connecting rods 20, which can be connected and used according to the height of the ceiling slab on the ground, thereby enabling drilling work, anchor bolt setting, and fully threaded bolt installation work on the ground regardless of the height of the ceiling slab. In this case, the connecting rod 20 is formed as a separate type, allowing for continuous connection of the extension part 220. Of course, this is not limited to this, and the connecting rod 20 may be configured such that the mounting part 210, extension part 220, and fixing chuck 230 are integrally formed, but only the length of the extension part 220 is extended according to the height of the ceiling slab.

[0060] As shown in FIG. 10, the connecting rod 20 includes a mounting portion 210, an extension portion 220, and a fixing chuck 230, and includes a socket coupler 240 that is configured between the extension portions 220 and supports the extension portions 220 so that they are fixed.

[0061] That is, as shown in FIG. 11, a fixing chuck 230 is configured at one end of the extension portion 220, and a mounting portion 210 is configured at the other end of the extension portion 220. The extension portion 220 is provided with a plurality of extension portions 220 according to the height of the ceiling slab, and a socket coupler 240 is configured between the plurality of extension portions 220 to maintain the plurality of extension portions 220 in a fixed state.

[0062] In addition, the connecting rod 20 employs a screw fastening method so that the mounting portion 210, the extension portion 220, the fixing chuck 230, and the socket coupler 240 can be separated and assembled from each other.

[0063] For example, male threads are formed on both ends of the extension portion 220, and female threads are formed on the mounting portion 210, the fixing chuck 230, and the socket coupler 240 so as to be fastened to the male threads of the extension portion 220. Also, the male threads and female threads may be changed as needed.

[0064] Also, as shown in FIG. 11b, a male thread is formed at the end of the extension portion 220 without reducing the diameter, and a corresponding female thread is formed on the socket coupler 240 so that the male thread of the extension portion 220 can be fastened thereto, thereby preventing damage to the connecting portion of the extension portion 220 and the socket coupler 240 due to impacts applied from the side.

[0065] Also, as shown in FIG. 11c, a male thread is formed at the end of the extension portion 220, but the thread is formed in a stepped shape with a diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter, and the socket coupler 240 has a stepped female thread formed on the inside to correspond to the stepped male thread of the extension portion 220. Therefore, when the end of the extension portion 220 is screwed into the inside of the socket coupler 240, the entire insertion portion is supported by the socket coupler 240, further enhancing reinforcing force.

[0066] Of course, this is not limited to this, and any structure or configuration can be used as long as the mounting portion 210, extension portion 220, fixing chuck 230, and connecting bracket 240 of the connecting rod 20 can be disassembled and assembled from each other.

[0067] <Third Example> The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the first and second embodiments, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0068] As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 , the connecting rod 20 of the third embodiment is mounted on a mounting part 210. When an anchor bolt set 30 is mounted on the mounting part 210 to perform a fully threaded bolt installation operation, the setting holder 250 prevents the anchor bolt set 30 from being unable to be mounted on the mounting part 210 due to a small diameter of the anchor bolt set 30, thereby enabling the anchor bolt set 30 to be used universally regardless of the sizes of the mounting part 210 and the anchor bolt set 30.

[0069] The setting holder 250 is attached to cover the upper end of the mounting portion 210, so that it can be used for general purposes regardless of the size of the anchor bolt set 30 attached thereto.

[0070] The setting holder 250 has an open end and an insertion groove 252 formed at a certain depth inside, into which the mounting part 210 is inserted.

[0071] Further, the setting holder 250 is formed with an insertion hole 254 penetrating the insertion groove 252 so that the fully threaded bolt 330 of the anchor bolt set 30 mounted above can be inserted so as to penetrate the insertion groove 252. In this case, the insertion hole 254 is formed with a size that allows the fully threaded bolt 330 to be inserted.

[0072] In summary, a hole is drilled in the ceiling with the drill bit attached to the mounting part 210, the setting holder 250 is attached to the upper end of the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20, the fully threaded bolt 330 is assembled to the threads inside the anchor bolt 30, and the set of the anchor bolt 30 and fully threaded bolt 330 assembled to the connecting rod 20 is then attached to the setting holder 250 at the upper end of the connecting rod 20, so that the anchor bolt 30 is positioned at the upper end of the setting holder 250. The rotational force and impact force applied by the drill gun 40 are transmitted through the connecting rod 20, and once the anchor part 310 is set so that it can be fixed to the ceiling slab, the fully threaded bolt 330 is also installed at one time.

[0073] In addition, the connecting rod 20 includes a fall prevention bolt 270 that fixes the mounting part 210 and the setting holder 250 to maintain the state in which the setting holder 250 is configured on one side of the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20 and prevents the risk of loss or falling, and a separation prevention string 260 that can be used as a second-best measure when the fall prevention bolt 270 is lost.

[0074] The anti-detachment string 260 is configured between the connecting rod 20 and the fall prevention bolt 270, and is formed to a length that allows it to be attached to and detached from the mounting part 210 of the connecting rod 20, and maintains the state in which the setting holder 250 is configured on the connecting rod 20.

[0075] The fall prevention bolt 270 is formed on one side of the setting holder 250, and one end of the separation prevention string 260 is fixed thereto.

[0076] <Fourth Example> The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the first to third embodiments, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0077] As shown in FIG. 14, the anchor part 310 of the anchor bolt set 30 of the fourth embodiment can be used with various conventional anchor bolts.

[0078] That is, the anchor part 310 of the anchor bolt set 30 is a set anchor as shown in (a), a strong anchor as shown in (b), and a rod hanger screw anchor as shown in (c). The screw anchor for fully threaded bolts (c) is installed using the same process as the anchor bolt set of the first embodiment. However, since the inside of the anchor for a rod hanger screw is female threaded, the second insertion part 320 is not required, and the fully threaded bolt 330 is directly connected and installed.

[0079] <Fifth Example> The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the first to fourth embodiments, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0080] In the fifth embodiment, the extension 220 and the fixing chuck 230 can be fixed in various ways.

[0081] For example, as shown in FIG. 15a, the extension 220 and the fixed chuck 230 are integrated by welding (W) their mutually contacting portions.

[0082] Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 15b, one end of the fixed chuck 230 is inserted into the extension 220, and then at least one set screw (S) is fastened to the extension 220, so that the extension 220 and the fixed chuck 230 are integrated through the set screw (S).

[0083] Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 15c, a female thread is formed on the inside of the extension portion 220, and a male thread of a certain length is formed on one end of the fixing chuck 230, and the female thread of the extension portion 220 is fastened to the male thread of the fixing chuck 230 to be integrated.

[0084] <Sixth Example> The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the first to fifth embodiments, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0085] As shown in FIG. 16(a), the mounting portion 210 and the extension portion 220 of the sixth embodiment have a female thread formed at a certain depth inside the mounting portion 210 and a male thread formed at one end of the extension portion 220. When one end of the extension portion 220 is inserted into the mounting portion 210 to a certain depth, the male thread is fastened, thereby strengthening the reinforcing force between the mounting portion 210 and the extension portion 220 and maintaining the connection state.

[0086] Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 16(b), the mounting portion 210 and the extension portion 220 each have a connecting socket with a male thread that is fastened to a female thread, thereby maintaining the mutual coupling force between the mounting portion 210 and the extension portion 220.

[0087] Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 16(c), the extension 220 is inserted into the mounting portion 210 to a certain depth, and then the two are integrated by welding.

[0088] Of course, this is not limited to this, and any structure or configuration can be adopted as long as the mounting portion 210 and the extension portion 220 can be integrally formed through a manufacturing method and can stably fix the mounting portion 210 and the extension portion 220.

[0089] <Seventh Example> The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the first to sixth embodiments, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0090] As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the drill bit 10 of the seventh embodiment includes at least one suction port 112 that absorbs crushed powder or dust generated during the process of drilling a ceiling slab through the drilling part 110, thereby minimizing or preventing the powder or dust from scattering to the outside, thereby improving the working environment.

[0091] The suction port 112 is configured in the drilling portion 110 of the drill bit 10. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the suction port 112 may be configured to penetrate one side of the drill bit 10, for example, the first insertion portion 120, so that the crushed powder generated during the drilling operation is collected inside the mounting portion 210 and the extension portion 220 of the connecting rod 20 into which the first insertion portion 120 is inserted, thereby preventing the crushed powder from scattering randomly.

[0092] In addition, the tool set for threaded bolt installation includes a vacuum suction unit 50 that prevents the scattering of crushed powder and the like into the work space by vacuum suctioning crushed powder and the like collected inside the connecting rod 20.

[0093] The vacuum suction unit 50 is formed on one side of the connecting rod 20, for example, on one side of the extension 220, and quickly collects crushed powder sucked in through the suction port 112 formed on the drill bit 10 to the outside, thereby fundamentally preventing the scattering of crushed powder during operation. In this case, at least one discharge port 222 is formed on one side of the connecting rod 20, i.e., the extension 220, penetrating the interior and through which crushed powder is quickly discharged by the vacuum suction force of the vacuum suction unit 50. In addition, the discharge port 222 is formed with a cover (not shown) for opening and closing the discharge port 222 to prevent foreign matter from penetrating the discharge port 222.

[0094] The vacuum suction unit 50 includes a vacuum suction device 510 and a connecting connector 520 .

[0095] The vacuum suction device 510 performs the function of generating a vacuum pressure.

[0096] The connector 520 is connected to one end of the vacuum suction device 510 and the other end is connected to the outlet 222 of the extension 220, so that the vacuum pressure generated by the vacuum suction device 510 acts on the outlet 222, thereby discharging crushed powder and the like through the outlet 222. In this case, the connector 520 is configured not to be interfered with by the extension 220 that rotates due to the drilling operation of the drill bit 10 while connected to the extension 220.

[0097] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 19, by separating the fixed chuck 230 from the extension 220, it is possible to remove the crushed particles and the like that have entered the inside of the extension 220 without configuring a separate vacuum suction unit 50.

[0098] The above description is merely one example of a tool set for threaded bolt installation and a method for threaded bolt installation using the same, and the present invention is not limited to the above example. Those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
