Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a blind mounting device and a blind, and more particularly to a blind mounting device for mounting a support means such as a head box that supports a shielding material so that it can be raised and lowered or opened and closed, to a fixed surface, and a blind structure equipped with the same. [Background technology]
[0002] BACKGROUND ART A mounting device for blinds is known that allows a head box that supports a shielding material to be easily attached and detached (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Jikko No. 64-2948 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The blind mounting device disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a metal fitting body formed by bending a metal plate into an L-shape and a support member formed from synthetic resin. The support member is supported so as to be movable in the front-rear direction and to be able to be fitted and fixed to the metal fitting body fixed to a wall surface or the like.
[0005] Furthermore, the head box attached to the blind mounting device of Patent Document 1 has horizontally protruding front and rear protrusions on the front and rear edges of the top surface. The metal fitting body is formed with a recess into which the rear protrusion can engage, and the support member is formed with a recess into which the front protrusion can engage.
[0006] According to the configuration of the blind mounting device of Patent Document 1, the back of the head box is abutted against the metal fittings body so that the rear protrusion engages with the recess in the metal fittings body, and the support member is moved and fitted and fixed so that the front protrusion engages with the recess in the support member, thereby enabling the head box to be securely supported on the mounting device.
[0007] However, with the above-mentioned mounting device, the worker had to move the support member while keeping the back of the head box in contact with the metal fitting body, which posed problems with the workability (constructionability) of the mounting device.
[0008] There is a need for a blind mounting device that is easy to use when mounting a head box to the mounting device. This is the object of the present invention.
[0009] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has as its object to provide a blind mounting device and a blind that can be easily and reliably mounted on a fixed surface such as a ceiling surface or a wall surface. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] The inventors believed that a blind mounting device could be constructed using an L-shaped bracket having a first flange at the top front and a second flange at the bottom rear of the head box, a first claw that engages with the first flange and a second claw that engages with the second flange, and a locking member that clamps at least one of the first flange and first claw, or the second flange and second claw, so that blinds could be easily and securely mounted to a fixed surface. Based on this, the inventors invented the following new blind mounting device.
[0011] The present invention is not limited to the use of an L-shaped bracket. For example, the head box may have a first flange at the upper front and a second flange at the upper rear, and the blind mounting device may be configured with a flat bracket having a first claw that engages with the first flange and a second claw that engages with the second flange, and a locking member that clamps at least one of the first flange and the first claw, or the second flange and the second claw.
[0012] (1) A blind mounting device for mounting a support means that supports a shielding material so that it can be raised and lowered or opened and closed to a fixed surface, the blind mounting device comprising: a bracket having a first claw portion to which a first flange portion provided on the support means is engaged and a second claw portion to which a second flange portion provided on the support means is engaged, the bracket being capable of fixing the support means to the fixed surface in an engaged state in which the first flange portion is engaged with the first claw portion and the second flange portion is engaged with the second claw portion; and a locking member that is attached so as to clamp at least one of the first flange portion and the first claw portion, or the second flange portion and the second claw portion, in the engaged state, thereby locking the engaged state so that it cannot be released.
[0013] (2) The locking member has a regulating portion that regulates misalignment when attached to at least one of the first flange portion and the first claw portion, and the second flange portion and the second claw portion, in the blind mounting device described in (1).
[0014] (3) The bracket is composed of an upper surface portion that can be fixed to a fixed surface including the upper surface of a window frame or a ceiling, and a back surface portion that can be fixed to a fixed surface including a wall surface, and the first claw portion is formed at the end of the upper surface portion so that the first flange portion that protrudes forward from the upper part of the support means can be engaged therewith, and the second claw portion is formed at the end of the back surface so that the second flange portion that protrudes downward from the lower part of the support means can be engaged therewith.
[0015] (4) The bracket has a protrusion on at least one of the top surface and the back surface, and the first claw portion or the second claw portion can be moved in a direction to release the engagement with the flange portion by operating the protrusion, and the locking member is attached so that the protrusion cannot be operated, in a blind mounting device described in (3).
[0016] (5) A blind comprising the blind mounting device according to any one of (1) to (4) and the support means. [Effects of the Invention]
[0017] The blind mounting device of the present invention allows the locking member to be attached while the head box, which serves as the support means, is locked to the bracket, making the head box mounting work easier. Furthermore, by attaching the locking member, the head box and bracket can be securely fixed so that the locked state between them cannot be released, preventing the head box from accidentally falling off after being attached to the bracket. [0019] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0020] [First embodiment] (Blinds configuration) (Overall composition) First, the overall configuration of the blind according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0021] (Overall composition) Referring to Figure 1, a blind Bd according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises a head box 10, which serves as a C-channel support means, and a plurality of slats St, which serve as shielding materials. The head box 10 can be attached to the ceiling or wall above the window frame via a plurality of brackets 2 (see Figure 2 or Figure 3), which constitute a blind mounting device. The head box 10 also supports and suspends a plurality of slats St via a plurality of ladder cords Ce.
[0022] (Internal structure of the head box) Next, the internal configuration of the head box 10 will be described. Referring to FIG. 1, the blinds Bd according to this embodiment are electric blinds that can be operated by a remote controller Cr. The head box 10 contains a switching power supply Ps, a control unit Uc, a drive unit Ud, and a motor Mo. The head box 10 also contains a drive shaft Sd, an encoder Ec, and multiple elevating rotary drums Dr. The head box 10 also contains a set of limit switches Ls·Ls.
[0023] 1, a power cord Cp is connected to the switching power supply Ps. When AC power is input from the power cord Cp, the switching power supply Ps converts the AC power into DC power and supplies the DC power to the control unit Uc and the drive unit Ud.
[0024] Referring to Figure 1, the control unit Uc receives signals from the encoder Ec and limit switch Ls to control the drive unit Ud. The encoder Ec detects the number of rotations and the rotation speed of the drive shaft Sd. A set of limit switches Ls·Ls can detect the upper limit position of the slat St. The drive unit Ud drives the motor Mo.
[0025] Referring to FIG. 1, the motor Mo has its output shaft connected to the drive shaft Sd. When the drive shaft Sd rotates, the liftable rotating drum Dr, whose center is connected to the drive shaft Sd, rotates. When the liftable rotating drum Dr rotates, the ladder cord Ce wound around the outer periphery of the liftable rotating drum Dr rises and falls, thereby tilting the slats St. A light receiving unit 1r that receives infrared signals from the remote controller Cr is provided at the end of the head box 10 (see FIG. 12). The light receiving unit 1r is disposed in a side cap 1c provided at the end of the head box 10. A back plate 30, which serves as a gap shielding member, is disposed behind the head box 10.
[0026] Referring to Fig. 1, the drive shaft Sd is made of a polygonal rod and is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the head box 10. The drive shaft Sd is connected to the lifting and lowering rotary drum Dr so as to be rotatable integrally therewith. The drive shaft Sd passes through the center of the lifting and lowering rotary drum Dr. The drive shaft Sd can transmit its rotation to multiple lifting and lowering rotary drums Dr.
[0027] 1, the multiple slats St are supported by ladder cords Ce between the head box 10 and the bottom rail Rb so that each slat St is aligned in the vertical direction. One end of each ladder cord Ce is connected to the corresponding lift-and-lower rotary drum Dr and hangs down from the head box 10, while the other end is connected to the bottom rail Rb. Each ladder cord Ce has a pair of vertical cords at the front and rear to sandwich each slat St, and each slat St is supported by the ladder cords Ce (pair of vertical cords) so that each slat St is aligned by a middle cord (not shown). Therefore, each slat St tilts in response to the rotation of the lift-and-lower rotary drum Dr, tilting between a fully closed, horizontal (fully open), and semi-fully closed position.
[0028] 1, the bottom rail Rb is suspended and supported by being connected to one end of a lifting cord (not shown), the other end of which is connected to the lifting rotary drum Dr so as to be able to be wound and unwound. When the lifting cord is wound and unwound by the lifting rotary drum Dr, the bottom rail Rb moves up and down, and as the lifting movement causes multiple slats St to overlap each other, the multiple slats St can be raised and lowered (opened and closed).
[0029] (Headbox configuration) The configuration of the head box 10 according to the embodiment will now be described. Referring to Fig. 8, the head box 10 comprises a C-channel-shaped head box body 1 and a plate-shaped top cover 1tc. The top cover 1tc can be detachably fitted to the head box body 1. The top cover 1tc covers the top opening of the head box body 1. Fitting the top cover 1tc to the head box body 1 forms a rectangular frame.
[0030] Also, referring to FIG. 8, a decorative panel 1d with a wood-grain surface can be inserted from the side into the head box body 1. Referring to FIG. 2, the decorative panel 1d is placed on the front side of the head box body 1, improving the design. Furthermore, a decorative panel 1e is also attached to the side cap 1c (see FIG. 2). The decorative panels 1d and 1e can be made of the same material as the slats St. Furthermore, the decorative panels 1d and 1e can be made of a metal plate such as aluminum, a resin plate such as acrylic, fabric, LCD panel, or other design or material that suits the user's preferences, rather than being made of the same material as the slats St.
[0031] 8 or 9, the head box 10 has a first flange 11f that protrudes forward from the upper part. The head box 10 also has a second flange 12f that protrudes downward from the lower part (see FIG. 8 or 10(C)). The first flange 11f and the second flange 12f are located at diagonal positions.
[0032] 2 or 8, the blind Bd is equipped with a mounting device 20 to which the head box 10 can be detachably attached. The mounting device 20 includes an L-shaped bracket 2 and a plate-like locking member 22. The bracket 2 can be attached to the ceiling surface above the window frame (hereinafter referred to as "ceiling-mounted"). Alternatively, the bracket 2 can be attached to the wall surface above the window frame (hereinafter referred to as "front-mounted"). The locking member 22 can lock the head box 10 to the bracket 2.
[0033] (Bracket configuration) Next, the configuration of the bracket 2 according to the first embodiment will be described. With reference to Figure 6 or 8, the bracket 2 has an upper surface portion 211 that serves as a first fixing portion and a rear surface portion 212 that serves as a second fixing portion. The bracket 2 also has an inclined portion 213 and an extending portion 214. The bracket 2 is made of a strip-shaped metal plate, and is formed by bending a stamped unfolded plate.
[0034] Referring to Figure 6(A), the upper surface portion 211 has a plurality of screw holes. The upper surface portion 211 can be fixed to a ceiling surface (fixing surface) using a plurality of wood screws or the like (see Figure 10). In other words, the bracket 2 can be attached to the ceiling. The back surface portion 212 is bent from the base end of the upper surface portion 211 at an angle slightly more acute than 90 degrees.
[0035] Referring to Figure 6(B), the rear portion 212 has a plurality of screw holes. The rear portion 212 can be fixed to a wall surface (fixed surface) using a plurality of wood screws or the like (see Figure 11). In other words, the bracket 2 can be mounted directly on the wall. The bracket 2 can be mounted to the fixed surface either on the ceiling or on the front.
[0036] 6 or 8, the inclined portion 213 slopes downward from the lower end of the rear surface portion 212 toward the tip end of the upper surface portion 211. The inclined portion 213 extends forward of the bracket 2. The extending portion 214 extends downward from the lower end of the inclined portion 213. The extending portion 214 is formed approximately parallel to the rear surface portion 212. A back plate 30, which serves as a gap shielding member described later, can be attached to the extending portion 214 (see FIG. 3 or 8).
[0037] 6, 8, and 9, the upper surface portion 211 has a pair of first claw portions 21n·21n that are inverted in a U-shape from the leading edge. The first claw portion 21n can lock the first flange portion 11f (see FIG. 8 or 9).
[0038] 6 or 8, the extension 214 has a plurality of second claws 22n that are inverted in a U-shape from the tip edge. The second claws 22n can lock onto the second flange 12f (see FIG. 8).
[0039] 8, after the top surface portion 211 is attached to a fixed surface that serves as a ceiling surface, the first flange portion 11f of the head box 10 can be locked to the first claw portion 21n, and the second flange portion 12f can be locked to the second claw portion 22n. On the other hand, after the back surface portion 212 is attached to a fixed surface that serves as a wall surface, the first flange portion 11f can be locked to the first claw portion 21n, and the second flange portion 12f can also be locked to the second claw portion 22n.
[0040] (Configuration of locking member) Next, the configuration of the locking member 22 according to the embodiment will be described. Referring to Figure 7, the locking member 22 is molded from synthetic resin. The locking member 22 has a pair of strip-shaped protrusions 22r protruding in one direction. The pair of protrusions 22r are spaced apart at a predetermined distance at their tips. The locking member 22 also has a curved portion 22e disposed opposite protrusion 22r.
[0041] Referring to FIG. 7, a protrusion 21p (see FIG. 6) protruding from the tip of the upper surface portion 211 can be inserted between the pair of protrusions 22r. This makes it possible to restrict movement of the locking member 22 in the width direction relative to the bracket 2. In other words, by inserting the protrusion 21p between the pair of protrusions 22r, the movement of the locking member 22 in the width direction can be restricted. The pair of protrusions 22r function as a restricting portion that restricts movement of the locking member 22 in the width direction. The protrusion 21p also functions as a restraining portion when removing the head box 10 from the bracket 2. The head box 10 can be removed from the bracket 2 by pushing up the protrusion 21p.
[0042] Referring to Figures 7 and 9, when the locking member 22 is pushed in, starting from the pair of protrusions 22r-22r, toward the fitting portion between the first flange portion 11f and the first claw portion 21n, the pair of protrusions 22r-22r and the curved portion 22e clamp this fitting portion, thereby locking the head box 10 to the bracket 2.
[0043] Referring to Figures 7 and 8, when the locking member 22 is pushed in, starting from the pair of protrusions 22r-22r, toward the fitting portion between the second flange portion 12f and the second claw portion 22n, the pair of protrusions 22r-22r and the curved portion 22e clamp this fitting portion, thereby locking the head box 10 to the bracket 2.
[0044] (Operation of blind mounting device) Next, the operation and effects of the attachment device 20 according to the embodiment will be described while explaining the operation of the attachment device 20.
[0045] (ceiling mounted) Next, a case where the head box 10 is mounted on a ceiling will be described. Referring to FIG. 10(A), first, the upper surface 211 is fixed to the ceiling surface (fixing surface) using a plurality of wood screws or the like. Next, referring to FIG. 10(B), the second flange 12f provided at the rear lower part of the head box 10 is engaged with the second claw 22n provided at the lower part of the bracket 2. Next, when the head box 10 is rotated around the second flange 12f as a fulcrum, the first flange 11f engages with the first claw 21n, as shown in FIG. 10(C), thereby locking the head box 10 to the bracket 2. Furthermore, when the locking member 22 is pushed toward the first claw 21n, the locking member 22 clamps the first flange 11f and the first claw 21n, thereby locking the head box 10 to the bracket 2.
[0046] In the state shown in FIG. 10(C), the head box 10 corrects the bend, and the back surface portion 212 is bent at approximately 90 degrees relative to the top surface portion 211.
[0047] (Front facing) Next, a case where the head box 10 is attached to the front will be described. Referring to FIG. 11(A), first, the rear portion 212 is fixed to a wall surface (fixing surface) using a plurality of wood screws or the like. Next, the second flange 12f provided at the rear lower portion of the head box 10 is engaged with the second claw 22n provided at the lower portion of the bracket 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 11(B), when the head box 10 is rotated around the second flange 12f as a fulcrum, the first flange 11f engages with the first claw 21n, thereby locking the head box 10 to the bracket 2. Furthermore, referring to FIG. 11(C), when the locking member 22 is pushed toward the first claw 21n, the locking member 22 clamps the first flange 11f and the first claw 21n, thereby locking the head box 10 to the bracket 2.
[0048] The mounting device 20 according to the embodiment can attach the locking member 22 in a state in which the head box 10, which serves as the support means, is locked to the bracket 2, facilitating the work of mounting the head box 10. Furthermore, by attaching the locking member 22, the bracket 2 and the head box 10 can be reliably fixed so that the locked state between them is not released, and therefore, the head box 10 can be prevented from unintentionally falling off after being mounted on the bracket 2.
[0049] Furthermore, in the mounting device 20 according to the embodiment, the locking member 22 has a pair of protrusions 22r·22r that act as restricting portions that restrict misalignment when the locking member 22 is attached to at least one of the first flange 11f and first claw 21n and the second flange 12f and second claw 22n, and therefore, the locking member 22 attached to the bracket 2 can be prevented from being misaligned and coming off.
[0050] Furthermore, the mounting device 20 according to the embodiment uses the bracket 2, which can be used for either "ceiling mounting" or "front mounting", allowing the blind to be easily and securely mounted to a fixed surface.
[0051] Furthermore, in the mounting device 20 according to the embodiment, the bracket 2 has a protrusion (for example, protrusion 21p) on at least one of the upper surface 211 and the rear surface 212, and by operating the protrusion, the first claw portion 21n or the second claw portion 22n can be moved in a direction in which the engagement with the first flange portion 11f or the second flange portion 12f is released, and the locking member 22 is attached so that the protrusion cannot be operated, thereby preventing inadvertent force from acting on the claw portion.
[0052] (Configuration of gap shielding member) Next, the configuration of the gap shielding member provided in the blind Bd according to the first embodiment will be described. Referring to Figures 1 to 5, the gap shielding member (hereinafter referred to as the back plate) 30 is a flat part that prevents light from leaking through the gap between the bottom surface of the head box 10 and the top row of the slats St. The back plate 30 can be attached directly to the bracket 2 without going through the head box 10.
[0053] 2 to 5, the decorative panel 3d can be slidably inserted into the back plate 30 from the side. Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the back plate 30 is provided with a pair of caps 3c. The pair of caps 3c can be fitted to both side surfaces of the back plate 30. This prevents the decorative panel 3d from falling off.
[0054] Referring to Figure 5, the back plate 30 has a dovetail groove 3g along its top edge. The groove 3g holds multiple polygonal nuts 3n inside. With the cap 3c removed from the back plate 30, the nuts 3n can be inserted into the groove 3g. The nuts 3n can slide longitudinally within the groove 3g, but their rotation is restricted.
[0055] 4 or 5, a screw 3s is threadedly engaged with the nut 3n. With the screw 3s temporarily fastened to the nut 3n, the screw 3s can slide together with the nut 3n in the longitudinal direction of the groove 3g.
[0056] 6(A) or 6(B), U-shaped notches into which the necks of the screws 3s can be inserted are cut out on both sides of the extension 214 of the bracket 2. The back plate 30 can be attached to the back surface of the bracket 2 by inserting the screws 3s into these notches and fastening the screws 3s into the nuts 3n (see FIG. 3 or 8).
[0057] The back plate 30 according to the embodiment can be attached to the bracket 2 without interfering with the wall surface, even when the bracket 2 is "front-mounted" (see FIG. 11). Even when the bracket 2 is "ceiling-mounted" (see FIG. 10), there are no installation restrictions.
[0058] (Modification of the gap shielding member) Next, the configuration of a modified back plate 31 will be described. Referring to Fig. 12, caps 31c fitted to both side surfaces of the back plate 31 have crescent-shaped protrusions 3r protruding toward the front. The pair of protrusions 3r, 3r are arranged opposite each other with a gap slightly wider than the width of the head box 10. This prevents the back plate 31 from moving relative to the head box 10.
[0059] The protrusions 3r shown in Fig. 12 are preferably provided on a back plate 50 according to a second embodiment, which will be described later. Also, the protrusions 3r shown in Fig. 12 are preferably provided on a back plate 70 according to a third embodiment, which will be described later.
[0060] [Second embodiment] Next, the configuration of a mounting device 40 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Referring to Fig. 13, a bracket 4 according to the second embodiment has an upper surface portion 411 and a rear surface portion 412. The bracket 4 also has an inclined portion 413 and an extending portion 414. The bracket 4 further has a pair of first claws 41n and a protruding portion 41p on the tip side of the upper surface portion 411. The bracket 4 also has a plurality of second claws 42n on the tip side of the extending portion 414.
[0061] 13, the bracket 4 can fix the head box 10, and the head box 10 can be locked using a locking member 22 (see FIG. 7). The bracket 4 can be attached to the ceiling or to the front.
[0062] 13, the bracket 4 according to the second embodiment has an opening 41w in the center of the extension 414. The bracket according to the second embodiment also has a hook-shaped locking portion 41r on the rear side of the opening 41w. Furthermore, the mounting device 40 includes a fixing member (elastic body such as rubber) 42, a portion of which can be inserted into the opening 41w of the bracket 4 (see FIG. 14).
[0063] 14, fixing member 42 has a pair of bifurcated protrusions 42p protruding from the main body. These protrusions 42p are arranged on extension portion 414 so as to protrude from opening 41w to the rear side.
[0064] 15(A), the tip end side of the locking portion 41r is inserted into a rectangular window opening in the upper part of the backplate 50, thereby suspending and supporting the backplate 50. Next, from the state shown in FIG. 15(A), as shown in FIG. 15(B), the fixing member 42 is inserted into the opening 41w from the front side of the extending portion 414, with the pair of protrusions 42p leading. In the state shown in FIG. 15(B), the tip end sides of the pair of protrusions 42p are inserted into the window provided in the upper part of the backplate 50. Next, when the fixing member 42 is further pushed toward the back side of the extending portion 414 from the state shown in FIG. 15(B), the pair of protrusions 42p pass over the locking portion 41r and press against the inner wall of the backplate 50 (see FIG. 15(C)). In the state shown in Figure 15(C), the locking portion 41r restricts the movement of the back plate 50 away from the extension portion 414, so that the tip surfaces of the pair of protrusions 42p·42p press against the inner wall of the back plate 50, thereby locking the back plate 50 to the extension portion 414. Furthermore, by fixing the head box 10 to the bracket 4, the head box 10 presses the fixing member 42, and the movement of the fixing member 42 in the front-rear direction is restricted. Furthermore, referring to FIG. 15(C), the pair of protrusions 42p, 42p fit into windows provided in the upper part of the back plate 50, and therefore also restrict the movement of the back plate 50 in the up and down directions.
[0065] The backplate 30 according to the first embodiment is screwed to the extension portion 214 of the bracket 2 (see FIG. 10), whereas the backplate 50 according to the second embodiment is suspended and supported by the extension portion 414 of the bracket 4 through cooperation between the locking portion 41r and the elastic fixing member 42. 13 to 15, the fixing member 42 is attached so that a portion of the fixing member 42 passes through an opening 41w formed in the extending portion 414, and when the backplate 50 is in an engaged state where it is engaged with the extending portion 414, the fixing member 42 is pressed rearward, causing a portion of the fixing member 42 to come into contact with the backplate 50, thereby fixing the engaged state in an unreleaseable manner. This strengthens the engaged state between the bracket 4 and the backplate 50 and prevents the backplate 50 from shifting position.
[0066] [Third embodiment] Next, the configuration of a mounting device according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Referring to Fig. 16, a bracket 6 according to the third embodiment has an upper surface portion 611 and a rear surface portion 612. The bracket 6 also has an inclined portion 613 and an extending portion 614. Furthermore, the bracket 6 has a pair of first claws 61n·61n and a protruding portion 61p on the tip side of the upper surface portion 611. The bracket 6 also has a plurality of second claws 62n on the tip side of the extending portion 614.
[0067] 16, the bracket 6 can fix the head box 10, and the head box 10 can be locked using a locking member 22 (see FIG. 7). The bracket 6 can be attached to the ceiling or to the front.
[0068] 16 or 17, the bracket 6 includes an operating member 62. The operating member 62 is attached to the rear side of the extension portion 614. The operating member 62 includes a rectangular base plate 62b and a compression coil spring 62s (see FIG. 17). Referring to FIG. 17, the base plate 62b has a pair of hook-shaped arms 62a and a block portion 62c. The pair of arms 62a protrude from the rear side of the base plate 62b. The pair of arms 62a are disposed opposite each other with the base plate 62b in between. The block portion 62c protrudes from the front side of the base plate 62b. The block portion 62c forms a pair of flanges 62f protruding in opposite directions. The extension portion 614 can slide between the pair of flanges 62f and the base plate 62b. The base plate 62b, the pair of arms 62a, and the block portion 62c are integrally formed. The compression coil spring 62s is held on the upper portion of the block portion 62c (see FIG. 17).
[0069] 17, the base plate 62b has a rectangular opening 62w at the top. A hook-shaped locking portion 61r protruding from the rear side of the extension portion 614 can be inserted into the opening 62w (see FIG. 16(B)). By inserting the locking portion 61r into the opening 62w, the back plate 70 can be suspended and supported (see FIG. 18).
[0070] 16(A) or 18, one end of the compression coil spring 62s abuts against the upper edge of the opening in the extension portion 614. The other end of the compression coil spring 62s abuts against the block portion 62c. The compression coil spring 62s applies a force to the extension portion 614 to move it downward. The pair of arms 62a of the base plate 62b abut against the lower edge of the opening in the extension portion 614, thereby defining the lower limit position of the base plate 62b. Normally, the operating member 62 is supported by the extension portion 614.
[0071] 18, the tip end side of the locking portion 61r and the pair of arm portions 62a are introduced into the interior of the backplate 70, and the locking portion 61r suspends and supports the backplate 70. The pair of arm portions 62a are also introduced into the interior of the backplate 70. The tips of the arm portions 62a are engaged from the inside with windows opening in the top of the backplate 70, thereby preventing the backplate 70 from detaching from the pair of arm portions 62a. When the operating member 62 is lifted against the biasing force of the compression coil spring 62s (see FIG. 18), the pair of arm portions 62a move the backplate 70 upward from the inside, and the backplate 70 can be easily removed from the window opening in the top of the backplate 70.
[0072] The attachment device according to the third embodiment has the same effects as the attachment device according to the second embodiment, but has the special effect of allowing the back plate 70 to be easily removed from the bracket 6. Referring to Figures 16 to 18, the operating member 62 can be operated to release the locked state in which the back plate 70 is locked to the extension portion 614. Furthermore, the back plate 70 can be attached to and detached from the bracket 6 whether the head box 10 is attached to the bracket 6 or not.
[0073] In each embodiment, horizontal blinds have been used as an example of blinds, but the present invention can also be applied to other blinds, such as vertical blinds in which multiple louvers serving as shielding materials move along the longitudinal direction of the head rail.
