Claims

1. A reel seat comprising: a reel leg support portion on which a reel leg is placed; a fixed hood provided on one axial side of the reel leg support portion; a reel seat body having a partially cut-out tubular portion provided on the axial front side of the reel leg support portion; and a movable hood provided on the other axial side of the reel leg support portion, wherein a base joint of a fishing rod body is provided on the front side of the reel seat body, and a grip attachment material is provided on the rear side of the reel seat body, both of which are horizontally disposed in the axial direction; The reel seat is characterized in that the reel leg support portion is offset in the range of 2.5 mm to 4.0 mm from a reference position in the direction opposite to the side on which the reel leg is supported, the tubular portion has a cylindrical portion, and the rod body is inserted into the cylindrical portion by a distance of 5 mm to 20 mm in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion.
