Abstract

The present invention provides: a hydrophilizing agent composition for hard surfaces, said hydrophilizing agent composition being capable of imparting a hard surface with hydrophilicity and having excellent rinsing durability that enables retention of the hydrophilicity of the hard surface even after several times of rinsing with water; and a method for hydrophilizing a hard surface. A hydrophilizing agent composition for hard surfaces, said hydrophilizing agent composition containing (A) an internal olefin sulfonate having 18 carbon atoms, (B) a polymer having a cation group, and water.
