Claims
[Claim 1] A food composition that is an oil-in-water emulsion containing 10 to 35% by mass of oil and fat having an α-linolenic acid content of 40% by mass or more of the total constituent fatty acids, 1 to 12% by mass of sesame paste and ground sesame in total, 35 to 80% by mass of water, and containing 10 to 35 parts by mass of sesame powder per 100 parts by mass of the oil and fat, wherein the deteriorated flavor of the oil and fat is masked.
