Abstract
To provide an optical path controller and a display device in which the manner of how an image outputted when an optical unit is made swing by a first shank and an image outputted when the optical unit is made swing by a second shank look like is uniformized, for suppressing decrease in image quality.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a first swing unit that supports an optical unit which light enters; a second swing unit that swingably supports the first swing unit by a first shank; a support unit that swingably supports the second swing unit by a second shank; a first actuator that causes the first swing unit to swing about the first shank as a fulcrum; and a second actuator that causes the second swing unit to swing about the second shank as a fulcrum. An eigen frequency of the first swing unit and an eigen frequency of the second swing unit are set by being shifted from an integral multiple value of a corresponding odd number frame rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
