To provide a camera position estimation device, a method, and a program capable of efficiently grasping the position of a camera installed in facilities.SOLUTION: First acquisition means of a camera position estimation device acquires map information showing a map of the inside of facilities. Second acquisition means acquires a first position of a moving body on a map shown by map information according to the movement of the moving body within the facilities.
