To provide a resource recommendation method for a first terminal to determine and recommend a resource for a second terminal and for the second terminal to perform transmission.SOLUTION: A resource recommendation method determines a recommended resource that a first terminal recommends to a second terminal. Here, the recommended resource relates to one or more of a monitoring result from the first terminal, a transmission resource of the first terminal, a reception resource of the first terminal, and a resource that the first terminal recommends to a third terminal that is another terminal other than the second terminal. The recommendation method further allows the first terminal to transmit first information to the second terminal. The first information includes related information of the recommended resource and / or second information.
