To provide a pump assembly capable of reducing the number of components, and suppressing increase of assembly man-hours; and to provide a medical appliance.SOLUTION: A pump assembly includes a case part for storing an inside pump part for supplying air into an air bag, and a gas flow path formed integrally with the case part, and connected to the inside pump part. For example, the gas flow path has at least three linear passages extending in mutually different linear directions, and each of two linear passages among the three linear passages crosses another gas flow path.
