To provide a vehicle control device enabling prevention of unintended rapid deceleration of a vehicle due to a one-pedal control function when a speed control mode is canceled.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device can be applied with: a one-pedal control mode which can execute from acceleration of a vehicle 10 to deceleration due to braking in accordance with an operation amount of an accelerator pedal 12; and a speed control mode which automatically controls the speed of the vehicle 10.
