Abstract

To provide an immunoturbidimetric method and a reagent therefor, which allow for improving accuracy of immunoturbidimetry by avoiding the influence of turbidity of a sample under test.SOLUTION: An immunoturbidimetric method is provided, involving allowing an antigen-antibody reaction to occur in the presence of sodium deoxycholate.SELECTED DRAWING: None

Claims

1. An immunoturbidimetric method for performing an antigen-antibody reaction in the presence of sodium deoxycholate, comprising: a first step of contacting a test sample, which is serum or plasma, with sodium deoxycholate; and a second step of reacting the test sample after the first step with sensitized particles or antiserum in an antigen-antibody reaction.

2. The immunoturbidimetric method according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of sodium deoxycholate during the antigen-antibody reaction is 0.05 to 5 w / v%.

3. The immunoturbidimetric method according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of sodium deoxycholate during the antigen-antibody reaction is 0.4 to 5 w / v%.

4. A method for preventing interference caused by turbidity of a test sample in immunoturbidimetry, comprising the coexistence of sodium deoxycholate with an antigen-antibody reaction system for performing immunoturbidimetry, the method comprising: a first step of contacting the test sample with the sodium deoxycholate; and a second step of reacting the test sample after the first step with sensitized particles or antiserum using an antigen-antibody reaction.

5. The prevention method according to claim 4, wherein the concentration of sodium deoxycholate during the antigen-antibody reaction is 0.05 to 5 w / v%.

6. The prevention method according to claim 4, wherein the concentration of sodium deoxycholate during the antigen-antibody reaction is 0.4 to 5 w / v%.

7. The prevention method according to claim 4, wherein the test sample is serum or plasma.
