Claims

1. A monoclonal antibody that binds to human AIM at positions 263 to 347 and is specific to full-length free AIM.

2. A monoclonal antibody that binds to human AIM at positions 295 to 347 and is specific to full-length free AIM.

3. A method for immunologically analyzing full-length free AIM in a sample, comprising contacting the sample with the monoclonal antibody described in claim 1 or claim 2.

4. A composition for immunologically analyzing full-length free AIM in a sample, comprising the monoclonal antibody described in claim 1 or claim 2.

5. A solid phase for immunologically analyzing full-length free AIM in a sample, to which the monoclonal antibody according to claim 1 or claim 2 is conjugated.

6. A kit for immunological analysis of full-length free AIM in a sample, comprising the composition described in claim 4 or the solid phase described in claim 5.

7. A method for producing a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to full-length free AIM, comprising the steps of: preparing a monoclonal antibody by immunizing with human AIM or a fragment containing positions 263 to 347; and selecting a monoclonal antibody that binds to positions 263 to 347 of human AIM.

8. A method for producing a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to full-length free AIM, comprising the steps of: preparing a monoclonal antibody by immunizing with human AIM or a fragment containing positions 295 to 347; and selecting a monoclonal antibody that binds to positions 295 to 347 of human AIM.

9. A therapeutic agent for AIM-related disease comprising the monoclonal antibody according to claim 1 or 2.
