AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

The coil substrate in existing technologies may experience short circuits between adjacent coils of different phases when wound in a cylindrical shape due to close proximity of their wirings, especially under high voltage applications.

Method used

The coil substrate design includes a flexible substrate with coils on both surfaces, where the distance between wirings of adjacent coils of different phases is maintained to prevent contact, ensuring a stable motor performance by avoiding short circuits.

Benefits of technology

This design ensures the motor's withstand voltage is maintained, preventing short circuits and achieving stable motor performance even under high voltage conditions.

Abstract

To provide a coil substrate capable of obtaining a motor with a stable performance while securing voltage resistance, a coil substrate for a motor formed using the coil substrate, and a motor formed using the coil substrate for the motor.SOLUTION: A coil substrate in an embodiment has a flexible substrate having a first face and a second face opposite to the first face, and plural coils formed by a coil-shaped wiring provided on the first face and a coil-shaped wiring provided on the second face. The plural coils include an N-th coil forming an N-phase (N=1, 2...), and an N+1-th coil forming an N+1 phase different from the N-phase. The N+1-th coil is arranged adjacent to the N-th coil. An interline distance between the wiring constituting the N-th coil and the wiring constituting the N+1-th coil is larger than an interline distance between wirings constituting the N-th coil and an interline distance between wirings constituting the N+1-th coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
