AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Conventional underfloor inspection hatches face challenges in ensuring airtightness between the floorboard and frame material, and the height of the frame support member cannot be adjusted for airtight construction.

Method used

A frame structure for underfloor inspection hatches that allows for height adjustment below the upper surface of the floorboard, incorporating a support system with a partition material, filler, and airtight tape to seal gaps, using materials like mortar or polyurethane foam to enhance airtightness.

Benefits of technology

Enables adjustable height adjustment of the frame structure, improving airtightness and facilitating easier on-site construction by ensuring flush surfaces for enhanced sealing.
