Abstract

The present invention aims to provide a novel beer-flavored beverage that combines lightness with the satisfying taste of beer. According to the present invention, a beer-flavored beverage is provided in which the total concentration of free CML, free CEL, and free MG-H1 is 55 ppb or more and 500 ppb or less, the total concentration of conjugated CML, conjugated CEL, and conjugated MG-H1 is 50 ppb or more and 650 ppb or less, conjugated CML, conjugated CEL, and conjugated MG-H1 are contained in a peptide fraction with a molecular weight of 1060 Da to 3080 Da (HPLC analysis gel filtration method), and the total nitrogen concentration is 500 ppm or less. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a beer-flavored beverage that combines lightness with the satisfying taste of beer, and is advantageous in that it can meet the diverse tastes and needs of consumers.
