Abstract

To provide an infrared pass filter which selectively allows light in a second wavelength band to pass in contrast to light in both a first wavelength band and a third wavelength band, and to provide a coloring composition, a solid-state image sensor filter, and a solid-sate image sensor.SOLUTION: An infrared pass filter 12P contains a colorant, indium tin oxide, and a polymer. The infrared pass filter 12P has an average transmittance of 30% or less in a first wavelength band ranging from 400 nm to 800 nm, inclusive, an average transmittance of 75% or greater in a second wavelength band ranging from 900 nm to 1100 nm, inclusive, and an average transmittance of 55% or less in a third wavelength band ranging from 1300 nm to 2500 nm, inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
