To provide a remote diagnostic management apparatus capable of reducing security risks.SOLUTION: In a remote diagnosis management apparatus that is connected to a vehicle 20 via wireless communication and includes a controller for managing remote diagnosis that diagnoses a state of the vehicle 20 from a remote position away from the vehicle, the controller 11 comprises: a diagnosis content specifying unit 13 for specifying a diagnosis content of the remote diagnosis; a certificate management unit 14 for granting access authority to the vehicle 20 for performing the remote diagnosis based on the diagnosis content and issuing a certificate indicating that the access authority has been granted; and a communication unit 12 for transmitting the certificate to a remote terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
