Abstract

Provided are a fire resistant sheet having an excellent fire retardant property, and an article covered with the fire resistant sheet. The present invention provides a fire resistant sheet and an article covered with the fire resistant sheet, the fire resistant sheet characterized by comprising: a fiber base material layer including a non-melting fiber A having a high-temperature shrinkage rate of 3% or less and a thermal conductivity pursuant to ISO 22007-3 (2008) of 0.060 W / m・K or less, and a thermoplastic fiber B having an LOI value pursuant to JIS K7201-2 (2007) of 25 or greater; and a resin layer including expandable graphite, the resin having a phase transition temperature pursuant to JIS K7121 (2012) which is lower than an expansion starting temperature of the expandable graphite by 20°C or more.

Claims

1. A refractory sheet comprising a fiber base layer containing non-melting fiber A having a high-temperature shrinkage rate of 3% or less and a thermal conductivity of 0.060 W / m·K or less in accordance with ISO 22007-3 (2008), thermoplastic fiber B having an LOI value of 25 or more in accordance with JIS K7201-2 (2007), and a resin layer containing expandable graphite, wherein the phase transition temperature of the resin in accordance with JIS K7121 (2012) is 20°C or more lower than the expansion onset temperature of the expandable graphite, and the expansion onset temperature of the expandable graphite is below the melting point of thermoplastic fiber B.

2. The fire-resistant sheet according to claim 1, wherein the expandable graphite contains 50% by mass or more of particles that pass through a sieve with a nominal mesh size of 150 μm as specified in JIS Z8801-1 (2019) and do not pass through a sieve with a nominal mesh size of 75 μm, relative to the total mass of the expandable graphite.

3. Air permeability at 125 Pa in accordance with JIS L1096 (2010) Method A is 5 to 400 cc / cm². 2 - The fire-resistant sheet according to claim 1 or 2, which is s).

4. The fire-resistant sheet according to claim 1 or 2, having a reinforcing layer between the fibrous base material layer and the resin layer.

5. The fire-resistant sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of non-meltable fibers A in the layer including the fibrous base layer and the reinforcing layer is 15% by mass or more and 85% by mass or less.

6. The fire-resistant sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the layer including the fibrous base layer and the reinforcing layer contains 15% by mass or more and 85% by mass or less of thermoplastic fiber B.

7. The fire-resistant sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the non-melting fiber A is a fiber selected from the group consisting of flame-resistant fibers, para-aramid fibers, meta-aramid fibers, and mixtures thereof.

8. The fire-resistant sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thermoplastic fiber B is a fiber made of a resin selected from the group consisting of anisotropic fused polyester, flame-retardant poly(alkylene terephthalate), flame-retardant poly(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), flame-retardant polysulfone, poly(ether-ether-ketone), poly(ether-ketone-ketone), polyethersulfone, polyarylate, polyarylene sulfide, polyphenylsulfone, polyetherimide, polyamideimide, and mixtures thereof.

9. A covered article covered with the fire-resistant sheet described in claim 1 or 2.
