To address a problem that an inconsistency between data applied for the performance verification of a structure and a three-dimensional model of the structure may occur, and it takes time and effort to check the consistency therebetween.SOLUTION: A performance verifying method according to the present disclosure includes: a three-dimensional model setting step for setting, as a three-dimensional model system, the three-dimensional model of a structure that includes a space formed by members and equipment provided at the space; an extracting step for extracting, from the three-dimensional model, structure data relating to at least one of the space and the members and equipment data relating to the equipment in a performance verifying system; and a calculating step for executing calculation using a calculation program for verifying the performance of the structure on the basis of the structure data and of the equipment data both extracted in the extracting step in the performance verifying system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
