The discharge cover (10) is provided with a protruding part (11a) in which a plurality of the massage protrusions (10a) protrude, and a protruding circumference piece (11b) extending downward from the outer circumference of the protruding part (11a). A hair tab container comprising: a formed protruding plate (11); and a connecting tube (12) having a central dividing plate (12a) formed on the central inner surface to divide the upper and lower portions so that the protruding plate (11) is inserted and seated in the upper inner portion; wherein a central supply hole (121) is formed in the central portion of the central dividing plate (12a) to supply the medicine contained in the inner container (20) through the upper portion, the massage protruding plate (10a) is provided with a medicine supply hole (101) through the axial direction, and the medicine supply hole (101) is provided with a diameter reduction section (102) that is extended and has a smaller diameter in the central portion so that the upper diameter is formed smaller than the lower diameter.
