Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a hypoallergenic cosmetic composition for skin moisturization and wrinkle improvement comprising caviar extract, and a method for preparing the same. Background Technology

[0002] As significant interest regarding environmental and human health hazards emerges in the cosmetics industry, various cosmetic products utilizing eco-friendly and harmless natural ingredients as active ingredients are being developed.

[0003] Cosmetics utilizing these natural materials are putting a lot of effort into researching new natural materials for cosmetics to provide a wider range of effects, from skin beauty-related effects such as whitening, wrinkle improvement, and moisturizing to effects such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

[0004] Recently, cosmetics utilizing caviar extract derived from sturgeon eggs are also being researched. It has been confirmed that caviar extract, used as an active ingredient in such cosmetics, contains large amounts of proteins, amino acids, lipids, vitamins, and minerals, thereby strengthening the skin, enhancing moisturization to protect against dryness, and preventing skin aging.

[0005] In addition, the active ingredients within the proteins contained in caviar protect against external stimuli and, thanks to their anti-aging properties, help create soft and supple skin.

[0006] Accordingly, in the manufacture of various cosmetic compositions using caviar extract as a main ingredient, various attempts are being made to improve the composition as a cosmetic composition by obtaining diverse compositions or preparing the extract through various methods.

[0007] For example, a prior art document regarding a cosmetic composition for scalp improvement that exhibits excellent functions for hair growth, hair regrowth, hair growth promotion, hair regeneration, and prevention of hair loss is Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0088997, titled "Cosmetic composition for hair growth, hair regrowth, prevention of hair loss and scalp improvement using raw caviar extract and fermented extract" (hereinafter referred to as "prior art").

[0008] However, in the case of existing cosmetic compositions using caviar extract, including conventional technology, there were problems such as a failure to improve the balanced effect during the process of using the natural material used as the main active ingredient in combination with various other ingredients, resulting in functional impairment due to conflicts between other natural materials or ingredients, or, depending on the implementation, merely extracting and mixing the natural material, which provided effects such as moisturizing, wrinkle improvement, and low irritation, remaining at a negligible level. The problem to be solved

[0009] The present invention was created to solve the above problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition that can increase consumer satisfaction by using caviar extract as a main active ingredient, possessing effects such as moisturizing, wrinkle improvement, and low irritation at a high level, and sufficiently possessing dispersion stability and human safety. means of solving the problem

[0010] To achieve the above objective, a method for preparing a low-irritation cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing and wrinkle improvement containing caviar extract according to the present invention comprises: Step A of preparing a caviar extract; Step B of preparing a fermented Megaleranthis saniculifolia product; Step C of preparing Leontopodium coreanum seed oil; and Step D of mixing purified water, the caviar extract prepared through Step A, the fermented Megaleranthis saniculifolia product prepared through Step B, the Leontopodium coreanum seed oil, glycerin, 1,2-hexanediol, disodium EDTA, and decyl glucoside.

[0018] Second, through a cosmetic composition containing caviar extract as an active ingredient, sufficient dispersion stability can be achieved without formulation separation even after a long period of time at room temperature.

[0019] Third, sufficient skin irritation safety can be ensured through a cosmetic composition containing caviar extract as an active ingredient. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0020] FIG. 1 is a flowchart relating to a method for preparing a hypoallergenic cosmetic composition for skin moisturization and wrinkle improvement containing caviar extract according to the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0021] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings, provided that technical details that are already well known are omitted or compressed for the sake of brevity.

[0022] 1. Description of a cosmetic composition containing caviar extract as an active ingredient

[0023] A method for preparing a cosmetic composition containing caviar extract as an active ingredient according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. 1.

[0024] First, in order to provide various cosmetic effects related to skin care, such as moisturizing, wrinkle improvement, and low irritation, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention utilizes caviar extract as a main ingredient, which is one of the active ingredients, and additionally utilizes Megaleranthis saniculifolia fermented product and Leontopodium coreanum seed oil as auxiliary ingredients, which are one of the active ingredients, and furthermore has a composition comprising purified water, glycerin, 1,2-hexanediol, disodium EDTA, and decyl glucoside.

[0025] Here, the main ingredient, caviar extract, is prepared through the caviar extract preparation step (S110, Step A) as illustrated in FIG. 1.

[0026] Specifically, in preparing a hypoallergenic cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing according to the present invention, the process of preparing the caviar extract is carried out by performing freezing treatment, grinding, low-temperature high-pressure extraction, filtration, and reduced-pressure concentration treatment, respectively.

[0027] First, a freeze-drying process (Step A-1) is carried out in a temperature environment of -50°C to -30°C for 48 to 60 hours, and then a process (Step A-2) is carried out in which the freeze-dried caviar is ground to 20 mesh to 30 mesh (most preferably 25 mesh) using a grinder to prepare caviar powder.

[0028] Subsequently, a process (Step A-3) is carried out in which 10 parts by weight of caviar powder prepared by freeze-drying and grinding is added to 10 parts by weight of 70% (v / v) ethanol, and then low temperature high pressure extraction (LE) is performed for 4 to 5 hours at a temperature of 30 to 40°C and a pressure of 0.8 MPa using a low temperature high pressure extractor (FT110, benchtop rapid extractor, ARMFIELD, Ringwood, Hampshire, England).

[0029] In order to make the caviar extract prepared through this process more suitable for use in cosmetic compositions and to provide more advanced effects, two additional processes may be performed later.

[0030] Specifically, the caviar extract treated with low-temperature, high-pressure extraction is left to stand for 24 hours, and then filtered using filter paper (Whatman No. 2, Maidstone, England) to diversify the functional components and increase the concentration level, thereby making the effects more diverse and sophisticated.

[0031] Finally, the yield can be further increased by concentrating the filtered caviar extract under reduced pressure using a vacuum concentrator (WB2000, Heidolph, Schwabach, Germany).

[0032] In this way, the final caviar extract prepared through the vacuum concentration process preferably has a content level of 20 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of purified water in the total cosmetic composition.

[0033] This is because if the final caviar extract prepared through the series of processes described above is prepared in an amount of less than 20 parts by weight, the soothing, moisturizing, and pore-shrinking effects provided by the entire cosmetic composition remain at a negligible level, and if it exceeds 30 parts by weight, it causes a decrease in dispersion stability when using Megaleranthis saniculifolia fermented extract and Leontopodium coreanum seed oil as active ingredients simultaneously, and in particular, it may impair the functional aspects related to the low irritation of Leontopodium coreanum seed oil.

[0034] Next, the Modemi-pul (Megaleranthis saniculifolia) fermented product is prepared through the Modemi-pul fermented product preparation step (S120, Step B) as illustrated in FIG. 1. Specifically, in preparing the hypoallergenic skin moisturizing cosmetic composition according to the present invention, the preparation process of the caviar extract is carried out by performing steaming, cooling, roasting, heat extraction, centrifugation, fermentation, filtration, and vacuum concentration treatments, respectively.

[0035] First, the raw Modemi-pul is placed in a steamer equipped with a temperature environment of 80°C to 90°C and steamed for 20 minutes, and then placed in a cooler equipped with a temperature environment of -20°C to -10°C and cooled for 1 hour (Step B-1).

[0036] This is a process of first steaming Modemipul and then immediately cooling it to increase the expression of the included functional components and to provide a more advanced effect when subsequently processing extracts and fermented products.

[0037] In conjunction with this, a roasting process (Step B-2) is carried out on the Modemipul raw material that has undergone steaming and cooling processes at a temperature of 200℃ to 220℃ to complete a series of pretreatment processes before extraction.

[0038] As a result, it raises the temperature of the raw Modemipul cooled for extraction, while also slightly aiding in the concentration of functional ingredients.

[0039] Next, a process (Step B-3) is carried out in which 300 parts by weight of purified water are added to 20 parts by weight of the previously roasted Modemipul raw material, and then extraction treatment is performed for 12 to 13 hours at a temperature environment of 130℃ to 150℃.

[0040] Subsequently, the extraction product prepared through the preceding hot water extraction process is centrifuged at a speed of 5,000 to 6,000 rpm for 15 to 20 minutes to obtain the supernatant, and the obtained supernatant is filtered under reduced pressure to remove solid residue, thereby preparing a Modemi-pul extract (Step B-4).

[0041] Through this process, Modemipul extract is first obtained via hot water extraction, and the pretreatment process for the preparation of the fermented product is completed.

[0042] Finally, 0.2 to 0.4 parts by weight of yeast extract, 1 to 2 parts by weight of peptone, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of dextrose are added to 50 parts by weight of the Modemipul extract prepared in this manner, and 3 parts by weight of Aspergillus oryzae are inoculated as yeast for fermentation, and a fermentation process (Step B-5) is carried out for 15 days while stirring at 20 to 30 rpm and maintaining a pH of 5 to 7 in a temperature environment of 50°C to 60°C.

[0043] In conjunction with this, after the fermentation process is carried out through yeast inoculation, the fermented liquid is heated to a temperature of 45°C for 10 to 15 minutes to heat-treat the yeast, thereby inactivating the yeast, and after centrifuging the inactivated Modemipul fermented product, the supernatant is filtered under reduced pressure to remove solid residues, thereby finally preparing and using the filtered Modemipul fermented product.

[0044] Here, based on the condition of adding 0.2 to 0.4 parts by weight of yeast extract, 1 to 2 parts by weight of peptone, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of dextrose to 50 parts by weight of Modemipul extract, it is preferable to inoculate 3 parts by weight of Aspergillus oryzae as yeast for fermentation. This is because if the amount is below the appropriate level, fermentation will not occur sufficiently, and if it exceeds the appropriate level, the unpleasant odor produced during fermentation may lower consumer preference when used as a cosmetic composition in the future.

[0045] In addition, Leontopodium coreanum seed oil is prepared through the Leontopodium coreanum seed oil manufacturing step (S130, step C) as shown in FIG. 1.

[0046] Specifically, after a drying process (Step C-1) in which raw cotton grass seeds are dried for 15 to 20 minutes using far-infrared rays with a wavelength of 8㎛ to 9㎛, the dried raw cotton grass seeds are cold-pressed using a press at a temperature of 25℃ (Step C-2) to produce and use seed oil for cotton grass seeds.

[0047] This cotton grass seed oil is dried evenly and in a balanced manner throughout the cotton grass seeds through a drying process using far-infrared treatment, and has the characteristics of minimizing vitamin destruction, having deodorizing and sterilizing functions, and restoring the color and shape of the dried product to its original state.

[0048] In particular, when treating raw cotton grass seeds, far-infrared rays with a wavelength of 8㎛ to 9㎛ are used to reduce the loss of nutritional and functional components when pressing into seed oil, to ensure better pressing, and to further accentuate the unique flavor of the seeds.

[0049] In addition, glycerin, an additive material constituting the entire cosmetic composition, is a plant-based moisturizer that prevents dryness by preventing premature moisture loss and is included in an amount of 5 to 6 parts by weight, thereby further enhancing moisturizing and anti-aging performance of the skin together with caviar extract.

[0050] In addition, glycerin in the overall cosmetic composition is also used as an amphiphilic solvent to prevent precipitation of water-insoluble components in the alcohol extract of plants, thereby affecting dispersion stability.

[0051] Next, 1,2-hexanediol is an organic compound that acts as a natural preservative and is involved in antibacterial and moisturizing effects, most preferably having an appropriate content of 1 to 2 parts by weight.

[0052] In addition, Disodium EDTA is a metal ion chelating agent that prevents rancidity in cosmetics by binding to and inactivating metal ions so as not to cause adverse effects on the stability or appearance of the cosmetics.

[0053] This disodium EDTA has an appropriate content of 0.05 to 0.1 parts by weight.

[0054] Finally, Decyl Glucoside is a mild, non-ionic surfactant that is very safe for the skin with almost no toxicity and no irritation, and is an ingredient that is included in terms of skin irritation and anti-inflammatory properties while possessing sufficient dispersion stability.

[0055] This decyl glucoside is prepared in an appropriate amount of 0.5 to 1 weight part and is used as a surfactant that is very gentle on the skin and eyes and has excellent environmental friendliness.

[0056] In summary, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention is completed by mixing at a speed of 1000 rpm using a mixing stirrer in a temperature environment of 50°C, with a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of purified water, 20 to 30 parts by weight of the caviar extract prepared through step A, 26 to 28 parts by weight of the Modemipul fermented product prepared through step B, 14 to 20 parts by weight of the cotton grass seed oil, 5 to 6 parts by weight of glycerin, 1 to 2 parts by weight of 1,2-hexanediol, 0.05 to 0.1 parts by weight of disodium EDTA, and 0.5 to 1 part by weight of decyl glucoside (step D).

[0057] Through this, a composition prepared according to the method for preparing a cosmetic composition containing caviar extract as an active ingredient according to the present invention provides various cosmetic effects related to skin care, such as moisturization, wrinkle improvement, and low irritation, at a high level, while possessing sufficient dispersion stability without formulation separation even after a long period of time, and sufficient safety regarding skin irritation.

[0058] 2. Explanation of the results of the physical property tests of the cosmetic composition

[0059] For a cosmetic composition containing caviar extract as an active ingredient according to the present invention, the levels of physical properties related to skin care, such as moisturization, wrinkle improvement, and low irritation, were measured through various experimental methods as described below. The following experimental methods were used for the purpose of defining properties, etc., by means obvious to those skilled in the art.

[0060] (1) Preparation of the example

[0061] First, for each example, the compositions were prepared differently by reflecting differences in the processing status and content levels of the components constituting the composition, and the specific details are as follows.

[0062] - Example 1

[0063] Caviar powder is prepared by freeze-drying raw caviar for 60 hours in a temperature environment of -30℃, and then grinding the freeze-dried raw caviar to 25 mesh using a grinder.

[0064] Next, 100 parts by weight of 70% ethanol are added to 10 parts by weight of caviar powder, and then extraction treatment is carried out for 5 hours using a low-temperature high-pressure extractor at a temperature of 40°C and a pressure of 0.8 MPa.

[0065] Subsequently, the caviar extract treated with low temperature and high pressure extraction was left to stand for 24 hours, then filtered using filter paper (Whatman No. 2, Maidstone, England), and then the filtered caviar extract was concentrated under reduced pressure using a vacuum concentrator (WB2000, Heidolph, Schwabach, Germany) to prepare the caviar extract.

[0066] In addition, the Modemi-pul raw material is placed in a steamer equipped with a temperature environment of 85℃ and steamed for 20 minutes, then placed in a cooler equipped with a temperature environment of -10℃ and cooled for 1 hour, and then the Modemi-pul raw material that has undergone the cooling process is roasted at a temperature of 220℃.

[0067] Next, 300 parts by weight of purified water are added to 20 parts by weight of roasted Modemipul raw material, and hot water extraction is performed for 12 hours at a temperature of 150°C. Then, the prepared extraction product is centrifuged at a speed of 5000 rpm for 20 minutes to obtain the supernatant, and the obtained supernatant is filtered under reduced pressure to remove solid residue.

[0068] In addition, 0.2 to 0.4 parts by weight of yeast extract, 1 part by weight of peptone, and 1 part by weight of dextrose are added to 50 parts by weight of Modemipul extract, and 3 parts by weight of Aspergillus oryzae are inoculated, and fermentation treatment is carried out for 15 days while stirring at 30 rpm and maintaining a pH of 6 at a temperature of 60°C.

[0069] In addition, after the fermentation process is carried out through yeast inoculation, the fermented liquid is heated to a temperature of 45°C for 15 minutes to heat-treat the yeast, thereby inactivating the yeast, and the inactivated Modemipul fermented product is centrifuged, and the supernatant is filtered under reduced pressure to remove solid residues, thereby finally preparing and using the filtered Modemipul fermented product.

[0070] Finally, raw cotton grass seeds are dried for 15 minutes using far-infrared rays with a wavelength of 9㎛, and then the dried raw cotton grass seeds are cold-pressed using a press at a temperature of 25℃ to prepare cotton grass seed oil (seed oil) for use.

[0071] Finally, 100 parts by weight of purified water, 25 parts by weight of caviar extract, 30 parts by weight of fermented Modemi-pul, 16 parts by weight of the above cotton seed oil, 6 parts by weight of glycerin, 1 part by weight of 1,2-hexanediol, 0.1 parts by weight of disodium EDTA, and 1 part by weight of decyl glucoside are mixed to complete the cosmetic composition according to Example 1.

[0072] - Example 2

[0073] The preparation process for all compositions is the same as in Example 1, but finally, 100 parts by weight of purified water, 15 parts by weight of caviar extract, 20 parts by weight of fermented Modemi-pul, 10 parts by weight of the above cotton seed oil, 6 parts by weight of glycerin, 1 part by weight of 1,2-hexanediol, 0.1 parts by weight of disodium EDTA, and 1 part by weight of decyl glucoside are mixed to complete the cosmetic composition according to Example 2.

[0074] - Example 3

[0075] The preparation process for all compositions is the same as in Example 1, but finally, 100 parts by weight of purified water, 35 parts by weight of caviar extract, 30 parts by weight of fermented Modemi-pul, 25 parts by weight of the above cotton seed oil, 6 parts by weight of glycerin, 1 part by weight of 1,2-hexanediol, 0.1 parts by weight of disodium EDTA, and 1 part by weight of decyl glucoside are mixed to complete the cosmetic composition according to Example 3.

[0076] - Example 4

[0077] The preparation process for all compositions is the same as in Example 1, but finally, 100 parts by weight of purified water, 25 parts by weight of caviar extract, 30 parts by weight of fermented Modemi-pul, 16 parts by weight of the above cotton seed oil, 6 parts by weight of glycerin, and 0.1 parts by weight of disodium EDTA are mixed to complete the cosmetic composition according to Example 4.

[0078] - Example 5

[0079] In the process of preparing the caviar extract, 10 parts by weight of raw caviar are added to 10 parts by weight of raw caviar without freeze-drying or grinding, and then extraction is performed for 5 hours using a low-temperature high-pressure extractor at a temperature of 40°C and a pressure of 0.8 MPa.

[0080] Subsequently, the caviar extract treated with low temperature and high pressure extraction was left to stand for 24 hours, then filtered using filter paper (Whatman No. 2, Maidstone, England), and then the filtered caviar extract was concentrated under reduced pressure using a vacuum concentrator (WB2000, Heidolph, Schwabach, Germany) to prepare the caviar extract.

[0081] The remaining processes and compositional content levels are the same as in Example 1.

[0082] - Example 6

[0083] In the process of preparing a fermented Modemipul product, 300 parts by weight of purified water were added to 20 parts by weight of the Modemipul raw material itself without steaming, cooling, or roasting the raw material, and then hot water extraction was performed for 12 hours at a temperature of 150°C. Afterward, the prepared extraction product was centrifuged at a speed of 5000 rpm for 20 minutes to obtain the supernatant, and the obtained supernatant was filtered under reduced pressure to remove solid residues. A fermented product was prepared using the Modemipul extract.

[0084] The remaining processes and compositional content levels are the same as in Example 1.

[0085] - Example 7

[0086] In the process of preparing the Modemipul fermented product, the step of adding 0.2 to 0.4 parts by weight of yeast extract, 1 part by weight of peptone, and 1 part by weight of dextrose to 50 parts by weight of Modemipul extract, then inoculating 3 parts by weight of Aspergillus oryzae and carrying out fermentation treatment for 15 days while stirring at 30 rpm and maintaining pH 6 in a temperature environment of 60°C was excluded, and Modemipul extract was used as a substitute for the fermented product.

[0087] The remaining processes and compositional content levels are the same as in Example 1.

[0088] - Example 8

[0089] In the process of preparing cotton grass seed oil, the drying process using far-infrared irradiation was excluded, and cotton grass seed oil (seed oil) was prepared and used by cold-pressing the raw cotton grass seed material itself using a press at a temperature of 25℃.

[0090] The remaining processes and compositional content levels are the same as in Example 1.

[0091] (2) Skin rash stabilization and skin soothing effect test

[0092] As described above, for each manufactured example, a total of 20 subjects (20 for each of the 8 examples, totaling 160 subjects) with localized or generalized skin troubles such as skin rashes were selected as test subjects, and the extent of skin improvement effects through skin rash treatment and skin soothing was compared.

[0093] During the test period, the examples matched to each test group were applied to the entire face after washing, and the use of other cosmetic compositions that could affect the effect of each example was prohibited as much as possible.

[0094] The effect after 4 weeks of use for each example was evaluated using the SCORAD (SCORing Atopic Dermatitis) measurement method, and the clinical results were classified from 1 to 5. A value closer to 1 indicates that the skin rash is more severe, there is more skin irritation, and it is closer to a state of not being soothed at all, while a value closer to 5 indicates that the skin rash has been significantly reduced and treated, there is less skin irritation, and it is closer to a state of being sufficiently soothed.

[0095] The test results for each of these examples were calculated by averaging, and the results are as shown in Table 1 below.

[0096] Regarding the degree of rash treatment Regarding the degree of skin soothing Example 1 5 5 Example 2 2 2 Example 3 5 4 Example 4 4 3 Example 5 3 3 Example 6 3 4 Example 7 4 3 Example 8 3 2

[0097] As shown in Table 1, it can be seen that, on average, the cosmetic composition prepared according to Example 1 most effectively treats skin rashes, reliably soothes the skin to eliminate irritation, and significantly reduces other skin troubles.

[0098] (3) Skin moisturization test

[0099] As described above, for each example manufactured, a total of 10 subjects (5 men and 5 women, totaling 80 subjects, with 10 subjects for each of the 8 examples) were selected as test subjects, and the excellence of the moisturizing effect based on before and after use was evaluated using a skin moisture meter (Corneometer CM 825, Couraga-Khazaka, Koln, Germany).

[0100] Specifically, the moisture content of the test subjects was measured before the experiment and averaged by unit for each test subject of the example, and then the moisture was measured after use for one week (twice a day). Before the measurement, the subjects were allowed to rest indoors for at least 30 minutes, and the test was performed by averaging the result value calculated from three measurements of each measurement part by unit for each test subject of the example. The results are as shown in Table 2 below.

[0101] Before use After use Example 1 34 44 Example 2 32 36 Example 3 35 41 Example 4 34 40 Example 5 30 35 Example 6 31 36 Example 7 32 39 Example 8 35 42

[0102] As shown in Table 2, on average, it can be seen that the degree of improvement in skin moisture content before and after use increases significantly when using the cosmetic composition prepared according to Example 1.

[0103] (4) Cosmetic durability test

[0104] As described above, for each example manufactured, a total of 10 subjects (10 for each of the 8 examples, totaling 80 subjects) were selected as test subjects, consisting of 5 men and 5 women, and the cosmetic efficacy was evaluated based on the 1st day of use (twice a day) and the 7th day (twice a day), respectively.

[0105] Specifically, for each example, the test subject was instructed to submit a cotton swab rolled once on the application site approximately 6 hours after the second use on day 1, when the first use occurred, and then to submit a cotton swab rolled once on the application site approximately 6 hours after the second use on day 7.

[0106] Durability was evaluated by classifying it into high, medium, and low based on the amount of cosmetic residue on the cotton swabs of the submitted subjects. The ratio was determined by averaging the test subjects per example, and the results are shown in Table 3 below.

[0107] Day 1 Day 7 under middle award under middle award Example 1 - 25 75 - 10 90 Example 2 10 30 60 5 30 65 Example 3 - 30 70 - 35 75 Example 4 25 20 55 20 25 55 Example 5 - 35 65 - 30 70 Example 6 25 15 60 10 25 65 Example 7 10 20 70 - 25 75 Example 8 5 20 75 - 25 75

[0108] As shown in Table 3, the cosmetic compositions prepared according to Example 1 and Example 3 have excellent cosmetic retention from the first day of use, and it can be seen that the cosmetic retention is further improved when used for a long time up to the seventh day.

[0109] (5) Separation stability test

[0110] As previously described, dispersion stability and the induction of formulation separation phenomena were verified for each example manufactured as described above under room temperature conditions, and the results are shown in Table 4 below.

[0111] Day 1 Day 5 Day 10 Day 30 Day 60 Example 1 No separation No separation No separation No separation No separation Example 2 No separation No separation No separation No separation No separation Example 3 No separation No separation No separation No separation Separation occurs Example 4 No separation No separation Separation occurs Separation occurs Separation occurs Example 5 No separation No separation No separation No separation Separation occurs Example 6 No separation No separation No separation No separation Separation occurs Example 7 No separation No separation No separation Separation occurs Separation occurs Example 8 No separation No separation No separation No separation Separation occurs

[0112] As shown in Table 4, it can be seen that the cosmetic compositions prepared according to Examples 1 and 2 have stable dispersibility with no formulation separation observed even after 60 days, and in particular, in the case of Example 4, it can be seen that rapid formulation separation occurs on the 10th day.

[0113] (6) Analysis of 5 major heavy metals and primary skin irritation safety test

[0114] As described above, for each manufactured example, the five major heavy metals according to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety standards—lead (Pb), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), and antimony (Sb)—were analyzed using an ICP Mass test, and a safety confirmation test was conducted for primary irritants defined as substances that cause injury by direct contact with the skin. The results are shown in Table 5 below.

[0115] Specifically, primary irritant reactions consist of skin rash, swelling, fever, and pain. Even substances that do not exhibit urgent irritation upon single application were considered to have the potential to cause a reaction after repeated application, and a primary skin irritation patch test was conducted to confirm the degree of skin irritation upon use for each example.

[0116] The test subjects numbered 30, and reference was made to ‘Toxicity Test Methods, Item 7 Human Use Test’ in ‘Appendix 1’ of Article 5, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2, Item A of the ‘Regulations on the Review of Functional Cosmetics’, Notification No. 2019-47 of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the test sites were limited to the back.

[0117] The test method involved conducting a skin patch test using IQ Ultra. Specifically, 25 µl of each example was applied to IQ Ultra, and the patch was attached for 24 hours. The degree of irritation was observed by two experts according to the International Contact Dermatitis Research Group's criteria 30 minutes after patch removal, 24 hours after patch removal, and 48 hours after patch removal.

[0118] Lead (µg / g) Arsenic (µg / g) Mercury (µg / g) Antimony (µg / g) Cadmium (µg / g) Primary skin irritation Example 1 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Non-irritating Example 2 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Non-irritating Example 3 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected stimulation Example 4 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Non-irritating Example 5 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Non-irritating Example 6 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected stimulation Example 7 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected stimulation Example 8 Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Not detected Non-irritating

[0119] As shown in Table 5, it can be seen that the cosmetic compositions prepared according to Examples 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8 did not show any detection of heavy metals and showed 'no irritation' in the primary skin irritation test.

[0120] (7) Verification test of wrinkle improvement effect

[0121] As described above, for each example manufactured, a total of 10 subjects (5 men and 5 women) were selected as test subjects (a total of 80 subjects, 10 for each of the 8 examples), and after applying the product to the wrinkled eye area for 12 weeks (2 times / day, 0.2g / time), the degree of improvement in skin wrinkles (ΔW) was measured by classifying the objective evaluation by a skilled person and the subjective evaluation by the subject into the following 7 grades.

[0122] Specifically, the skin wrinkle improvement effect and elasticity were measured using a fine wrinkle measuring device, the Skin Visiometer (SV 600 FireWire, CK Electronic GmbH), and an elasticity measuring device, the Cutometer (MPA 580, CK Electronic GmbH). The skin wrinkle evaluation criteria were classified as follows: '-3' for severely worsened condition, '-2' for worsened condition, '-1' for slightly worsened condition, '0' for no change, '+1' for slightly improved condition, '+2' for improved condition, and '+3' for very improved condition. The results of the test, which were performed by averaging the test subjects for each example, are shown in Table 6 below.

[0123] Week 6 Week 12 Example 1 +1 +3 Example 2 0 +1 Example 3 +1 +2 Example 4 0 +1 Example 5 0 0 Example 6 0 +2 Example 7 +1 +1 Example 8 0 +1

[0124] As shown in Table 6, on average, when using the cosmetic composition prepared according to Example 1, a distinct wrinkle improvement effect is excellent compared to other examples after 12 weeks, and it can be seen that a certain level of wrinkle improvement effect is already observed even at the 6th week.
