A water heat exchanger capable of rapidly removing freezing is disclosed by arranging a separate freezing removal path independent of the operating path inside the water heat exchanger. A water source heat exchanger comprises a plurality of stacked heat exchange plates, a plurality of water source flow paths disposed between the plurality of heat exchange plates, a plurality of heat medium flow paths disposed between the plurality of heat exchange plates, a heating fluid flow path disposed between the plurality of water source flow paths, a temperature sensor for measuring the water source outlet temperature (T_o) of a water source discharged through the plurality of water source flow paths and the heat medium outlet temperature (t_o) of a heat medium discharged through the plurality of heat medium flow paths, and a control unit for heating the plurality of water source flow paths by supplying a heating fluid to the heating fluid flow paths when the phenomenon t_o < T_o occurs more than a preset number of times during a preset time.
