According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a control output terminal device comprises a sub-rack connected to an output terminal of the control output terminal device, a DOTB connected to an output terminal of the control output terminal device and electrically connected to the sub-rack, a first relay that switches power applied to the sub-rack based on a control signal, a second relay that switches power applied to the DOTB based on a control signal, and a communication unit that transmits the switching state of the relay to a communication target, wherein the output terminal of the control output terminal device supplies 24V power to the sub-rack based on the first relay being in an ON state and supplies 24V.B power to the DOTB based on the second relay being in an ON state, the sub-rack supplies the transmitted 24V power based on the first relay being in an ON state as a driving power for the second relay, and the DOTB can supply the transmitted 24V.B power based on the second relay being in an ON state to equipment connected to the DOTB.
