Abstract
The invention relates to automated process control systems using digital twins. The system is designed for real-time monitoring, analysis, and remote control of facilities. The technical result consists of increased reliability, adaptability, and control efficiency. The system includes temperature, pressure, vibration, and liquid level sensors that transmit data to an engineering station via Wi-Fi. The digital twin's software module is synchronized with the parameters and uses an FPGA for high-speed filtering and analysis. The digital twin detects deviations, predicts values, and generates control signals that are sent to the hardware and software system that controls the actuators. Information is also sent to a terminal device with a display and alarms. Algorithm debugging and data transfer to external analytical platforms via the industrial network are possible. The system provides comprehensive control with visualization and feedback.
