Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of fitter practical training and teaching, and discloses a teaching fitter angle positioning device, comprising an adjustment box. A threaded rod is rotatably connected, via bearings, to the bottom between the left and right sides of an inner cavity of the adjustment box. An outer surface of the threaded rod is threadedly connected to a rectangular plate, and a transverse plate is fixedly connected to the top of the rectangular plate. According to the present invention, by providing a workbench and a limiting assembly, a fast and reliable clamping platform for a workpiece is provided, ensuring that the reference of the workpiece is consistent with the angle of the workbench. By providing the adjustment box, the threaded rod, the rectangular plate, the transverse plate, a push plate, a rotating shaft, a vertical plate, and an arc-shaped graduated dial, a linkage mechanism is formed, such that the rotational motion of a crank handle is accurately converted into a tilting angle of the workbench. In combination with the arc-shaped graduated dial, intuitive angle reading is achieved, making the angle adjustment process continuous, stable, and visible. Through the above structural arrangement, the device is convenient for use in angle positioning teaching, thereby meeting user requirements.
