Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of rice detection and discloses a screening device for rice detection, comprising a frame, wherein a control system is installed on the frame; a two-stage sieving mechanism, wherein the two-stage sieving mechanism is installed on the frame and is inclined; a grading discharge assembly is installed at the lower end of the two-stage sieving mechanism, and a feeding assembly is installed at the upper end of the two-stage sieving mechanism; a vibration assembly, wherein the vibration assembly is installed on the two-stage sieving mechanism; and a collection assembly, wherein the collection assembly is installed on the frame; wherein the feeding assembly and the vibration assembly are electrically connected to the control system. The invention can achieve two-stage gradient sieving of rice, reduce manual intervention and improve work efficiency and sieving performance.
