Abstract
A fume extraction system is designed to include one or more filters housed within a fume extraction system casing. Ambient air is drawn into the fume extraction system casing through one or more inlets. A self-cleaning system is connected to expel surface particles from the filters. One or more movable baffles are positioned at the inlets or outlets, configured to switch from an open to a closed position.
