Abstract

The present invention provides limestone—ettringitecalcium carboaluminate product system—based cement with a high addition amount of shell powder. The cement with a high addition amount of shell powder provided by the present invention includes the following components in parts by mass: 30—40 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 60parts of shell powder, O.3—O.7 part of a superplasticizer, and 0.1—0.3 part of sodium. gluconate. According to the present invention, a novel hydration product system mainly including limestone, ettringite and three—carbon calcium carboaluminate can be formed by mixing a large amount of limestone powder, etc. into sulphoaluminate cement under the condition of a low watercement ratio. Shell powder is prepared by finely grinding waste shells according‘ to the chemical composition and internal structures of shell materials and. replaces the limestone, so as to realize the goal of utilizing waste shells with a high addition amount in cement—based materials, thereby changing waste into treasure.
