Abstract

The subject of the application is a liquid for hot hardening of steel, which is characterized in that it contains - 79.5% - 91.0% (m / m) of base oil containing: I) 22.0% - 63.0% (m / m) of wax - modified lanolin with a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 485.0 - 598.0 mm2 / s and a pour point of 2°C - 16°C and which is characterized by a distillation range such that less than 5% V / V distils up to 458°C and at least 95% V / V distils up to 645°C, II) 21.0% - 42.0% (m / m) of wax - jojoba oil, with a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 20.4 - 27.5 mm2 / s and a pour point of 5°C to 10°C and which is characterized by a distillation range such that less than 5% V / V distils to 398°C and at least 95% V / V distils to 595°C, III) 3.5 - 34.0 (m / m) of Brightstock type base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 470.0 - 560.0 mm2 / s and a pour point of -5°C to -12°C and which is characterized by a distillation range such that,that less than 5% V / V distils to 440°C and at least 95% V / V distils to 675°C, and contains two packages of improvers in the amount of: a) 2.5% - 6.5% (m / m) of the improver package containing, calculated on the total mass of this package, 5% - 9.9% (m / m) of bis(nonylphenyl)amine and 5% - 9.9% (m / m) of sulphurised calcium salts and alkyl derivatives of phenols, mainly dodecylphenol and 0.5% - 99% (m / m) of tetrapropenylphenol isomers dissolved in mineral base oil, the content of which in the package is from 30% to 60% (m / m), b) 2.5% - 9.0% (m / m) of the improver package containing, based on the total mass of this package, a mixture of 70% (m / m) of hydrocarbon resins with 30% (m / m) of non-aromatic hydrocarbons obtained from the vacuum residue after distillation of crude oil or by separating the raffinate - oil in the process of deasphalting the vacuum residue, and additionally contains 2 refining additives with different functions, in the quantities of: c) 1,4% - 6.0% (m / m) of an antioxidant additive containing 50% - 100% (m / m) of branched bis(nonylphenyl)amine and 0.25% - 1% (m / m) of diphenylamine, d) 0.1% - 3.2% (m / m) of an ash-free dispersant, of the mono- and / or bis-polybutenesuccinimide type, with a base number of not more than 18 mg KOH / g and a viscosity at 100°C of not more than 330 mm2 / s.,
