Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for replenishing goods and managing the content and arrangement of goods in an iZMS automated store warehouse with a cell cluster structure applicable to the logistics of goods in retail chains and e-commerce, in the field of loading, storing, and issuing collected goods. The method for replenishing goods and managing the content and arrangement of goods in an iZMS automated store warehouse, comprising an IT system and a database, as well as a set of shelves with drawers and automatic, electronically controlled manipulators with grippers for appropriate goods, is characterized in that in the IT system of the iZMS automated store warehouse, for each warehouse cell comprising goods grouped in shelves, based on a sales analysis based on counting sales transactions of given goods in a given period and a forecasted model behavior established by the analysis systemCustomer demand as a function of the time horizon covering a specific season related to the designated quantitative limits for storage cell fill, critical supply quantitative minimum and maximum fill levels for these storage cells are determined. At the same time, the minimum quantitative supply limits for the need to fill these storage cells with goods are established. The fill level of specific storage cells depends on the physical parameters of the goods to which the storage cell is adapted, and the goods are grouped into subsets comprising goods and their corresponding containers and slots, occurring in a series of sizes adapted to the size of the goods handled, and corresponding collective packaging, baskets, drawers, and trays, appearing in the iZMS system in a single dimension selected for the specific industry, defining the subsets as a product-container-tray, product-slot-drawer correlation.Goods-slot-basket, goods-basket, so that at the goods identification and picking station, the monitor displays information to the operator based on the established limit value for the filling of a specific storage cell, consistent with the forecast for the selected time horizon, regarding the need to replenish goods, along with a list and quantity of goods, and a definition of the subset for each of the goods specific to each cell. Each cell is loaded with a loading rack adapted to the specific collective packages for the said loading rack and the established subset. Additionally, during loading / replenishing of the loading rack, each item is automatically identified using cameras and / or a graphic code scanner and an image analysis module, while simultaneously measuring the weight of the empty and successively filled collective package, while simultaneously recording and counting the items placed in the rack.The paired product(s) is then linked and verified with the defined subset, with a final weight measurement of the full bulk package, along with position data after placing it in the loading rack, which is then loaded into its defined cell. Each cell is loaded by replacing the loaded loading rack with an automatically prepared empty loading rack under the control of the IT system. Finally, information about the weight, quantity of goods, and their location in a specific bulk package, along with defined details about the subset and the location in the loading rack loaded into a specific cell, is saved and synchronized with the IT system. The purpose is to update the data on goods located in each iZMS cell, which, with ongoing sales analysis by the IT system, closes the loop managing the iZMS content.The automated store warehouse shown in the figure is also subject to notification.
