Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for producing a dietary preparation for weight reduction, which comprises producing oat milk by producing oat pulp, carrying out enzymation, filtration, homogenization and pasteurization, which consists in that in the first stage of the process, oat pulp is obtained, then crushed oat malt is added to it in a mass ratio to oat pulp from 1:10.3 to 1:14, after the enzymation is completed and the extract concentration is from 3 to 4°Bx, water is added to the mixture in a mass ratio to the sum of unmalted and malted oats from 3.5:1 to 4:1 and the mixture is heated to 80°C and kept at this temperature for 10 minutes, then the obtained mixture is heated to a temperature from 80°C to 95°C and filtered, after which at least one flavoring substance and at least one refining substance selected from the group including sodium chloride, coriander oil, cress oil,black cumin oil, rapeseed oil, borage oil macerate, spirulina, then the whole thing is homogenized and pasteurized.,
