Abstract
The subject of the application is a transparent, vacuum-insulated sandwich panel (P), comprising a core with a vacuum inside, made of at least two transparent, thin, flat layers of components (1) inseparably connected to each other, constituting a tight, airtight, thin shell impermeable to air and separated from each other by a chamber constituting a space in which a vacuum has been created, wherein the panel (P) also has a hermetic peripheral edge seal on the edges of the two transparent layers of components (1) of the panel (P), and furthermore in the spaces between the transparent layers of components (1) there are regularly a plurality of support structures (4). The transparent, vacuum-insulated sandwich panel (P) is a component of a system of modules for constructing the walls and roof of a greenhouse, orangery, palm house or other transparent facilities, wherein in the chamber of each panel (P) being a component of the system of modules,constituting the space in which the vacuum was created, a variable, adjustable negative pressure is created, which is in the range from 0.1 to 1 MPa. Each individual panel (P) is equipped with a valve (5), permanently connected to a device that ensures the proper negative pressure of all the object's panels, which is a vacuum pump (6). The pressure measurement is constantly monitored thanks to a manometer (vacuum sensor) (7) by a dedicated computer application (8). The generated variable, adjustable negative pressure is automatically changed according to pre-established rules and the user's needs, contained in the dedicated computer application (8), in accordance with changes in the seasons and / or weather conditions and / or the need to adapt thermal conditions to specific plant crops. Preferably, the transparent, thin, flat layers of components (1) of each panel (P) are made of glass, acrylic, or polycarbonate.
