Abstract

Device for mechanical separation of distillate fractions has for a novelty a rotating vessel (104) mounted concentrically with a vertical pipe (102), between an overflow ring (103) and a segmented collector vessel (105), wherin the rotating vessel (104) contains two concentric cylindrical walls and a bottom in the form of a circular ring connected to a distillate outlet (109). The rotating vessel (104) can rotate around the vertical tube (102) axis. The collector vessel (105) is located below the rotating vessel (104), and fixed to the vertical pipe (102) and consists of several segments separated by partition walls (108), where each segment has an independent distillate drain (109) which is connected to the storage tanks. The device also includes an inlet (101), the overflow ring (103) and a discharge valve (110). The distillate is fed into the vertical tube (102), where it is raised and poured over the overflow ring (103), and then collected in the rotating vessel (104) which direct the liquid to the corresponding segment of the collector vessel (105).
