Abstract

------09 / 03 / 2566------(OCR) The data transmission system and methods for edge computing systems are provided. The terminal mobile station's International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) and the target end's IP address are obtained via the Domain Name System (DNS) by the device providing communication services from the data transmission system. After data packets are sent to the data transmission system, if the target end is in idle mode, a call message is sent by the terminal wake-up module to enable the target end to return to connected mode for communication. Before a connection is established between the data transmission system and the target end, downlink data packets can be temporarily stored, and data packets can be sent after the target end is in connected mode. A computer-readable medium for performing data transmission methods is also provided. ------------

Claims

------09 / 03 / 2023------(OCR)1. Data transmission system for edge computing systems, comprising: Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) query module configured to enter Domain Name System (DNS) queries from devices to obtain MSISDN information; subscription recognition module configured to receive MSISDN information, obtain the target endpoint's IP address based on the MSISDN information, and send the target endpoint's IP address back to the MSISDN query module for the MSISDN query module to generate a DNS response message based on the target endpoint's IP address and send the DNS response message back to the device and traffic transmission; and temporary storage module configured to receive data packets generated and sent by the device based on the DNS response message for forwarding or temporarily storing the data packets.

2. Data transmission system under claim 1 where DNS queries are generated when a device wishes to send data packets.3.The data transmission system under Claim 1, in which the data traffic and temporary storage module initially analyze whether the target endpoint is in connected mode after receiving a data packet, where the data traffic and temporary storage module forward the data packet to the target endpoint via the base station if the target endpoint is in connected mode, or where the data traffic and temporary storage module temporarily store the data packet if the target endpoint is in idle mode and forward the data packet when the target endpoint is in connected mode.

4. The data transmission system under Claim 1, incorporating an additional endpoint wake-up module configured to receive wake-up messages for the target endpoint, where the wake-up message is generated by the data traffic and temporary storage module when the data traffic and temporary storage module temporarily store the data packet. 5.The data transmission system under claim 4, where the terminal wake-up module uses the target terminal's IP address to query the subscription awareness module for user identification information to generate a call message.

6. The data transmission system under claim 1, where the data traffic and temporary storage modules set a timer for those currently on the system to determine if the target terminal returns to connected mode within a predetermined time. When the communication and temporary storage modules temporarily store data groups, the data traffic and temporary storage modules discard the data groups if the target terminal fails to return to connected mode within the predetermined time. 7.The data transmission methods for edge computing systems, performed by computer devices, include: receiving a Domain Name System (DNS) query message from the device to obtain MSISDN information by the Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) query module; receiving MSISDN information from the MSISDN query module by the subscription acknowledgment module, which in turn obtains the target destination's IP address based on the MSISDN information and sends the target destination's IP address back to the MSISDN query module; generating a DNS response message based on the target destination's IP address by the MSISDN query module; sending the DNS response message back to the device; sending a data packet to the traffic transmitted by the device and the temporary storage module based on the DNS response message; and receiving the data packet for forwarding or temporary storage by the traffic transmitted by the temporary storage module.

8. The data transmission method under claim 7, where a DNS query message is generated when the device wishes to send a data packet. 9.The method of data transmission under claim 7, where the procedure for receiving data packets by the traffic data and temporary storage module to forward or temporarily store the data packets, includes: analyzing whether the target endpoint is in connected mode by the traffic data and temporary storage module, which forwards the data packets to the target endpoint via the base station if the target endpoint is in connected mode, or where the traffic data and temporary storage module temporarily store the data packets if the target endpoint is in idle mode and forwards the data packets when the target endpoint is in connected mode.10.

11. The data transmission method under claim 7, where traffic data is transmitted and the temporary storage module alerts the terminal wake-up module to send a call message to wake the target terminal after the data group has been temporarily stored, and where traffic data is transmitted and the temporary storage module sends the data group to the target terminal after the target terminal returns to connected mode.

12. The data transmission method under claim 10, where the terminal wake-up module uses the target terminal's IP address to query the subscription recognition module for user identification information to generate a call message. The method of data transmission under claim 7, which includes the setting of a timer for those currently on the system to determine whether the target endpoint returns to connected mode within a predetermined time, by the data traffic and temporary storage module, where the data traffic and temporary storage module temporarily store the data group, which the data traffic and temporary storage module discard if the target endpoint fails to return to connected mode within the predetermined time.

13. A computer-readable medium used in computing devices or computers and storing instructions for executing the data transmission method for edge computing systems under claim 7.
