One aspect of the information processing system of the present invention comprises: a plurality of service units that input and output data to each other and interact with users; a PDS (Personal Data Store) unit that stores the input and output records of the service units, processes the stored data as needed, and supplies it to the service units; and an evaluation unit that is included in the service units and evaluates the PDS unit with other service units.
