Abstract
Description
[0001] This application claims the priority benefit of Taiwan patent application number 112213387, filed on Dec. 7, 2023.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention provides an anti-bonding device for refrigeration equipment, in particular to an anti-bonding device for preventing preset frozen items from being bonded and solidified in a preset freezer (freezing chamber), which is to provide an isolation member with a raised body on a base for installation at the bottom of the preset freezer (freezing chamber), so that the preset frozen items are placed on the raised body, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing the preset frozen items from being easily bonded and solidified in the preset freezer (freezing chamber).2. Description of the Related Art
[0003] Various household or commercial refrigerators are widely used, they are with refrigerator compartments and freezers (freezing chambers) for storing food, fruits, various aquatic products, fresh food, frozen food or beverages, etc. to ensure that various refrigerated or frozen items can be kept fresh within the validity period, and also prevent various refrigerated or frozen items from spoiling when placed in a room temperature environment. In order to store various items, those various items are usually stacked in the refrigerator compartment or the freezer (freezing chamber) of various refrigerators, resulting in the items at the bottom layer being easily bonded to the bottom surface of the refrigerator compartment or freezer space.
[0004] For the items that need to be frozen, whether they are packed in paper boxes, plastic boxes or plastic bags, when there are more items stored in the freezer (freezing chamber), the items at the bottom layer are placed first and directly contact with the bottom surface of the freezer (freezing chamber), they will be pressed by the weight of other items above, often causing the items placed at the bottom layer to be bonded and solidified to the bottom surface of the freezer (freezing chamber) and difficult to separate. As a result, when taking out the items at the bottom layer, more effort must be spent to separate the items from the freezer (freezing chamber), which often causes damage or breakage of the items. If you are not careful, it will also damage the surface of the freezer (freezing chamber) to cause greater losses.
[0005] Therefore, how to solve the current problem and trouble that the items stored in the freezers (freezing chambers) are easy to bond and solidify on the surface, and it is quite troublesome and inconvenient to take out the frozen items, is the direction that the relevant manufacturers engaged in this industry are eager to study and improve.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] Therefore, in view of the above problems and deficiencies, the inventor collected relevant information, evaluated and considered various aspects, and used his many years of experience in this industry to continuously create, research and improve, and finally designed the invention patent of the anti-bonding device for refrigeration equipment.

The base is provided with a positioning unit for assembly at the bottom of a preset freezer (freezing chamber), and a raised body of the isolation member extends outward from the base. The thickness of the raised body is greater than the thickness of the base so that the raised body protrudes from the bottom surface of the preset freezer (freezing chamber), that is, the preset frozen items can be placed on the raised body of the isolation member to prevent the preset frozen items from contacting the preset freezer (freezing chamber) and being bonded and solidified, thereby achieving the purpose of conveniently taking out the preset frozen items from the preset freezer (freezing chamber).
[0008] Another object of the present invention is that the positioning unit of the base can be in the form of a screw, rivet, clamp or hook, and the isolation member can be formed on the base by integral molding, welding, screwing or riveting.
[0009] Still another object of the present invention is that the raised body of the isolation member can be made of metal, cork or stone, and the raised body of the isolation member can be rectangular, polygonal, triangular, circular, elliptical or geometric, so that one side of the raised body of the isolation member can be connected to the base, and the raised body can be formed of a hollow frame, at least two or more rods or a wave board. In addition, the raised body of the isolation member can be formed of at least two or more rods arranged side by side on one side of the base with equal or unequal spacing.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
