[0042] Hereinafter, some embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments provided by the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those ordinarily skilled in the art fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0043] Unless the context requires otherwise, throughout the description and claims, the term “comprise” and other forms thereof, such as the third-person singular form “comprises” and the present participle form “comprising” are construed in an open, inclusive meaning, that is, “comprising, but not limited to.” In the description, the terms “one embodiment,”“some embodiments,”“exemplary embodiments,”“example,”“specific example,” or “some examples,” etc. are intended to indicate that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic related to the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the present disclosure. The schematic illustration of the above terms does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the specific features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be included in any one or more embodiments or examples in any suitable manner.
[0044] Hereinafter, the terms “first” and “second” are for descriptive purposes only, and are not to be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or as implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, features limited by “first” and “second” may expressly or implicitly include one or more features. In the description of embodiments of the present disclosure, unless otherwise specified, “a plurality”means two or more.
[0045] In describing some embodiments, the expressions “connected” and derivatives thereof may be used. The term “connected” is to be understood in a broad sense, for example, “connected” may refer to a fixed connection, may also refer to a detachable connection, or an integral connection; and it may refer to a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium.
[0046] “At least one of A, B, and C” has the same meaning as “at least one of A, B, or C”, including the following combinations of A, B, and C: only A, only B, only C, a combination of A and B, a combination of A and C, a combination of B and C, as well as a combination of A, B, and C.
[0047] “A and / or B” includes three combinations of only A, only B, and a combination of A and B.

[0049] As used herein, “about,”“approximately,” or “approximately” includes a stated value as well as an average within an acceptable range of deviation from a particular value, where the acceptable range of deviation is determined by one of ordinary skill in the art taking into account the measurement in question and the error associated with the measurement of a particular amount (i.e., limitations of the measurement system).
[0050] As used herein, terms such as “parallel,”“perpendicular,” and “equal” include both the stated conditions and conditions that are approximate to the stated ones, with the range of approximation falling within an acceptable deviation, where the acceptable range of deviation is as determined by a person of ordinary skill in the art taking into account the measurement in question and the error associated with the measurement of a particular quantity (i.e., limitations of the measurement system). For example, “parallel” encompasses both absolute parallelism and approximate parallelism, where the acceptable deviation range for approximate parallelism may be, for instance, within 5° of deviation; similarly, “perpendicular” includes both absolute perpendicularity and approximate perpendicularity, with an acceptable deviation range for approximate perpendicularity that may also be, for example, within 5° of deviation. “Equal” includes both absolute equality and approximate equality, where the acceptable deviation range for approximate equality may be, for example, a difference between the two quantities being compared that is less than or equal to 5% of either quantity.
[0051] With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards, window air conditioners are becoming increasingly common in people's lives. As a small air conditioner that may be mounted on the window, a window air conditioner is an all-in-one machine. One part of the window air conditioner is located indoors, and the other part is located outdoors. Furthermore, a condenser and an evaporator of the window air conditioner are arranged in a horizontal direction, thereby achieving the temperature adjustment of the indoor environment.
[0052] To avoid the noise generated by a compressor and an outdoor fan of the window air conditioner from affecting users, the compressor and the outdoor fan of the window air conditioner are usually isolated at an outdoor side to achieve a mute effect.
[0053] However, the relative positions of indoor units and outdoor units of some window air conditioner are fixed, and the positions of the indoor units are low, such that air outlets located indoors are low, thereby affecting the refrigeration effect of the window air conditioners.
[0054] To solve the above technical problem, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a window air conditioner 100. An indoor unit of the window air conditioner 100 may slide up and down through a sliding assembly, such that it is convenient for users to adjust the height of an air outlet of the indoor unit as required, thereby improving the refrigeration effect of the window air conditioner.
[0055] Hereinafter, for the convenience of description, as shown in FIG. 1, the front-rear direction of the window air conditioner 100 (that is, the arrangement direction of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit) is defined as a first direction A (that is, a first predefined direction), the left-right direction of the window air conditioner 100 is defined as a second direction B (that is, a third predefined direction), and the up-down direction of the outdoor unit 1 (that is, the height direction) is defined as a third direction C (that is, a second predefined direction).
[0056] In some embodiments, the window air conditioner 100 may be mounted on a wall with a mounting opening (such as a window). A first part of the window air conditioner 100 is located outdoors, and a second part of the window air conditioner 100 is located indoors.
[0057] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the window air conditioner 100 includes an outdoor unit 1 (that is, the first part of the window air conditioner 100). The outdoor unit 1 is located outdoors.
[0058] The outdoor unit 1 includes a compressor 101. The compressor 101 is configured to compress a refrigerant, such that the low-pressure refrigerant is compressed to form a high-pressure refrigerant. The compressor 101 includes an exhaust port and a return port. The low-pressure refrigerant enters the compressor 101 from the return port, and the low-pressure refrigerant is compressed into the high-pressure refrigerant by the compressor 101 and then is discharged from the exhaust port. The high-pressure refrigerant releases heat at a condenser. Then, the refrigerant absorbs heat at an evaporator after pressure reduction. Finally, the refrigerant enters the compressor 101 from the return port, thus completing the cycle and ready for a new cycle.
[0059] The outdoor unit 1 further includes a first heat exchanger 102 (an outdoor heat exchanger). The first heat exchanger 102 is configured to perform heat exchange between outdoor air and the refrigerant transmitted in the first heat exchanger 102. For example, the first heat exchanger 102 works as a condenser in the refrigeration mode of the window air conditioner 100, and the exhaust port of the compressor 101 communicates with the first heat exchanger 102; and the first heat exchanger 102 works as an evaporator in the heating mode of the window air conditioner 100, and the return port of the compressor 101 communicates with the first heat exchanger 102.
[0060] The outdoor unit 1 further includes a pressure reducer 103. The pressure reducer 103 is connected between a second heat exchanger 104 and the first heat exchanger 102 of the indoor unit, and the pressure of the refrigerant flowing through the second heat exchanger 104 and the first heat exchanger 102 is adjusted by the opening degree of the pressure reducer 103, thereby adjusting the flow of the refrigerant circulating between the second heat exchanger 104 and the first heat exchanger 102.
[0061] The outdoor unit 1 further includes a four-way valve. The four-way valve is arranged in a refrigerant circuit and configured to switch the flowing direction of the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit, such that the window air conditioner 100 executes the refrigeration mode or the heating mode.
[0062] The outdoor unit 1 further includes a first fan 105 (an outdoor fan). The first fan 105 is configured to suck the outdoor air into the outdoor 1 through a first air inlet 191 of the outdoor unit 1, and then the outdoor air that has exchanged heat with the first heat exchanger 102 is discharged through a first air outlet 192 of the outdoor unit 1. The first fan 105 provides power for the outdoor air.
[0063] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit 1 further includes a first housing 11. The first housing 11 includes a first channel (an outdoor air channel). The first air inlet 191 and the first air outlet 192 are formed in the first housing 11 and communicate with the first channel.
[0064] For example, the first air outlet 192 is located on a side of the first housing 11 away from the indoor unit 2, such that the outdoor air enters the first housing 11 from the first air inlet 191 and then is discharged from the first air outlet 192.
[0065] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the window air conditioner 100 further includes an indoor unit 2 (that is, the first part of the window air conditioner 100). The indoor unit 2 is located indoors. The outdoor unit 1 and the indoor unit 2 are integrated and are connected through a pipeline to transmit the refrigerant.
[0066] The indoor unit 2 includes a second heat exchanger 104 (an indoor heat exchanger). The second heat exchanger 104 is configured to perform heat exchange between indoor air and the refrigerant transmitted in the second heat exchanger 104. For example, the second heat exchanger 104 works as an evaporator in the refrigeration mode of the window air conditioner 100, and works as a condenser in the heating mode of the window air conditioner 100.
[0067] The compressor 101, the first heat exchanger 102, the pressure reducer 103 (a pressure reducer) and the second heat exchanger 104 which are sequentially connected form a refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant circulates in the refrigerant circuit and exchanges heat with the air through the second heat exchanger 104 and the first heat exchanger 102, respectively, such that the refrigeration mode or the heating mode of the window air conditioner 100 may be achieved.
[0068] The indoor unit 2 further includes a second fan 106 (an indoor fan). The second fan 106 is configured to suck the indoor air into the indoor unit 2 through a second air inlet 193 of the indoor unit 2 and discharge the indoor air that has exchanged heat with the second heat exchanger 104 through a second air outlet 194 of the indoor unit 2. The second fan 106 provides power for the indoor air.
[0069] For example, the first fan 105 and the second fan 106 are cross-flow fans, such that the air may be pushed or drawn in an axis direction of the fan, thereby increasing the air volume and air pressure. In addition, a user also may adjust the air output of the window air conditioner 100 by controlling the rotating speeds of the first fan 105 and the second fan 106.
[0070] In some embodiments, the indoor unit 2 includes a second housing 12. A second channel (an indoor air channel) is formed in the second housing 12. The second air inlet 193 and the second air outlet 194 (an air outlet) are formed in the second housing 12, and communicate with the second channel. The second air outlet 194 is located on a side of the second housing 12 away from the outdoor unit 1, such that the indoor air enters the second housing 12 from the second air inlet 193 and then is discharged indoors from the second air outlet 194.
[0071] In some embodiments, the first housing 11 is connected to the second housing 12. For example, a part of the second housing 12 passes through the window or wall to be connected to the first housing 11.
[0072] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the window air conditioner 100 further includes a connecting device 3 (a connecting bridge part). The first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are spaced apart, and the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are connected through the connecting device 3.
[0073] For example, at least part of the connecting device 3 is located in the window or wall. In a first direction A, a first end of the connecting device 3 is connected to the indoor unit 2, and a second end of the connecting device 3 is connected to the outdoor unit 1, such that the outdoor unit 1 and the indoor unit 2 clamps the wall respectively from two sides of the wall, thereby improving the stability of the window air conditioner 100 and enhancing the mounting reliability of the window air conditioner 100.
[0074] In some embodiments, the connecting device 3 includes a third housing 13 (a connecting bridging housing); and in the first direction A, the third housing 13 is connected to the first housing 11 and the second housing 12, respectively. For example, a first end of the third housing 13 is connected to a side of the first housing 11 facing the second housing 12, and a second end of the third housing 13 is connected to a side of the second housing 12 facing the first housing 11.
[0075] In a third direction C (that is, a second predefined direction), the second housing 12 is movable relative to the third housing 13. For example, the second housing 12 is slidably connected to the third housing 13, such that the second housing 12 may move relative to the third housing 13 in the third direction C to adjust the height of the second air outlet 194, thereby improving the refrigeration effect of the window air conditioner 100.
[0076] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the window air conditioner 100 further includes a pipeline assembly 40 (a refrigerant pipeline), and the pipeline assembly 40 is connected to the compressor 101 and the second heat exchanger 104, respectively.
[0077] When the window air conditioner 100 executes the refrigeration mode, the refrigerant is discharged from the exhaust port of the compressor 101 and then exchanges heat with the first heat exchanger 102 through the first heat exchanger 102 to release heat. The refrigerant after heat release is subjected to pressure reduction through the pressure reducer 103 and flows to the second heat exchanger 104 through the refrigerant circuit, the refrigerant absorbs heat of the indoor air at the second heat exchanger 104 and then returns to the compressor 101 along the pipeline assembly 40, and the indoor air after heat exchange flows indoors, thereby achieving the refrigeration mode.
[0078] When the window air conditioner 100 executes the heating mode, the refrigerant is discharged from the exhaust port of the compressor 101 and then flows to the first heat exchanger 102 through the pipeline assembly 40 to exchange heat with the first heat exchanger 102 and release heat, thereby achieving heating. Then, the refrigerant after heat release is subjected to pressure reduction by the pressure reducer 103 and flows to the first heat exchanger 102 through the refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant absorbs the heat of the outdoor air at the first heat exchanger 102, and the refrigerant after heat absorption returns to the compressor 101 from the return port.
[0079] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the pipeline assembly 40 includes a first pipeline 41 and a second pipeline 42.
[0080] A first end of the first pipeline 41 is connected to the second heat exchanger 104, a second end of the first pipeline 41 is connected to a first end of the second pipeline 42, and a second end of the second pipeline 42 is connected to the compressor 101. The second pipeline 42 is arranged in the third housing 13. At least part of the first pipeline 41 is arranged in the second housing 12 and is curved relative to the third direction C. The first pipeline 41 communicates with the second pipeline 42, such that the refrigerant may circulate in the first pipeline 41 and the second pipeline 42.
[0081] For example, the first end of the first pipeline 41 is located on a side of the second end of the first pipeline 41 in the third direction C, and a middle part of the first pipeline 41 protrudes in a horizontal direction. For example, the first pipeline 41 is an arc-shaped pipe, and the first pipeline 41 is deformable. In this way, when the second housing 12 moves relative to the third housing 13 in the third direction C, the first pipeline 41 may increase or decrease in size in the third direction C to facilitate the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the third housing 13, such that the height of the indoor air outlet may be adjusted.
[0082] For example, the first pipeline 41 may be extended or shortened to facilitate the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the third housing 13.
[0083] In some embodiments, the second housing 12 is configured to move between a first position and a second position relative to the third housing 13. When the second housing 12 is located at the first position, referring to FIG. 1, a top wall of the third housing 13 is substantially flush with a top wall of the second housing 12. When the second housing 12 is located at the second position, referring to FIG. 4, in the third direction C, the top wall of the second housing 12 is higher than the top wall of the third housing 13.
[0084] For example, during the movement of the second housing 12 from the first position to the second position, the size of the first pipeline 41 in the third direction C is increased; and during the movement of the second housing 12 from the second position to the first position, the size of the first pipeline 41 in the third direction C is reduced. In this way, the height difference between the second housing 12 and the third housing 13 may be compensated, such that the air outlet height of the indoor unit 2 may be adjusted, and the refrigeration effect of the window air conditioner 100 may be improved.
[0085] For example, referring to FIG. 5, the window air conditioner 100 further includes a limiting part 140. When the limiting part 140 is configured to limit the second housing 12 when the second housing 12 is located at the first position, such that the second housing 12 may be kept at the first position.
[0086] In some embodiments, the second housing 12 includes a second bracket 121 and a first plate 122 (a back plate). The first plate 122 is a first side plate of the second housing 12 toward the first housing 11. The first plate 122 is slidably connected to the third housing 13 and fixedly connected to the second bracket 121, such that the second housing 12 is movable relative to the third housing 13 in the third direction C.
[0087] The second housing 12 further includes a first accommodating space. The first plate 122 and the second bracket 121 jointly define the first accommodating space. The second fan 106 and the second heat exchanger 104 are located in the first accommodating space.
[0088] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, the second housing 12 further includes a first opening 125 (an opening groove). The first opening 125 is arranged in the first plate 122 and extends in the third direction C. The first pipeline 41 is connected to the second pipeline 42 through the first opening 125. When the second housing 12 moves relative to the third housing 13, the first pipeline 41 moves relative to the first opening 125 in the third direction C.
[0089] A first part of the first pipeline 41 is located in the second housing 12, and a second part of the first pipeline 41 is located in the third housing 13. The junction of the first pipeline 41 and the second pipeline 42 is located in the third housing 13. In this way, when the second housing 12 moves relative to the third housing 13, the first pipeline 41 is deformed, and the position of the junction of the first pipeline 41 and the second pipeline 42 remains unchanged, thereby improving the connection stability and reliability of the first pipeline 41 and the second pipeline 42.
[0090] In some embodiments, the first position and the second position are the limit positions of the second housing 12 moving relative to the third housing 13. The first pipeline 41 abuts against an inner bottom wall of the first opening 125 when the second housing 12 is located at the first position, and the first pipeline 41 abuts against an inner top wall of the first opening 125 when the second housing 12 is located at the second position, such that the first opening 125 may limit the first pipeline 41 to a certain extent, thereby improving the movement stability and reliability of the first pipeline 41.
[0091] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the first end of the first pipeline 41 is fixed relative to the second bracket 121. In this way, when the second housing 12 moves relative to the third housing 13, the height of the second end of the first pipeline 41 remains unchanged, and the height of the first end of the first pipeline 41 moves with the second housing 12 in the third direction C.
[0092] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, the window air conditioner 100 further includes at least one first sliding assembly 910. The first sliding assembly 910 is fixedly connected to the third housing 13 and the first plate 122, respectively, such that the first plate 122 may slide relative to the third housing 13 through the first sliding assembly 910 in the third direction C.
[0093] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, the first sliding assembly 910 includes a first sliding part 911 and a second sliding part 912. The first sliding part 911 is fixedly connected to the first plate 122, the second sliding part 912 is fixedly connected to the third housing 13, and the first sliding part 911 is slidably connected to the second sliding part 912, such that the first plate 122 may slide relative to the third housing 13 through the first sliding assembly 910 in the third direction C, thereby increasing the height of the air outlet of the indoor unit 2 and improving the refrigeration effect of the window air conditioner 100.
[0094] For example, one of the first sliding part 911 and the second sliding part 912 is a sliding rail, and the other one of the first sliding part 911 and the second sliding part 912 is a sliding groove. The sliding rail and the sliding groove extend in the third direction C. The sliding rail is matched with the sliding groove and is slidable in the sliding groove.
[0095] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10, one of the first sliding part 911 and the second sliding part 912 is a guide sleeve 915, and the other one of the first sliding part 911 and the second sliding part 912 is a guide post 914. The guide sleeve 915 and the guide post 914 extend in the third direction C, the guide sleeve 915 is matched with the guide post 914, and the guide post 914 may move relative to the guide sleeve 915 in the third C.
[0096] For example, referring to FIG. 10, the first sliding part 911 is the guide post 914, and the second sliding part 912 is the guide sleeve 915.
[0097] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11, the second housing 12 further includes a first avoidance part 127 (a guide groove). The first avoidance part 127 is arranged on a side of the first plate 122 facing the first housing 11 and is open toward the first housing 11. The first avoidance part 127 extends in the third direction C, and the guide post 914 is arranged in the first avoidance part 127. For example, the first avoidance part 127 is an avoidance groove.
[0098] It may be understood that the space between the second housing 12 and the third housing 13 may be saved by avoiding the guide post 914 through the first avoidance part 127, thereby reducing the size of the window air conditioner 100 in the first direction A.
[0099] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11, the first sliding assembly 910 further includes two limiting members 917, and the two limiting members 917 are spaced apart in the third direction C and are fixedly connected to the third housing 13. Two ends of the guide post 914 are arranged in the two limiting members 917, respectively. The limiting members 917 are configured to restrict the second housing 12 from continuing to move when the second housing 12 moves to the first position or the second position in the third direction C. In this way, the first sliding part 911 and the second sliding part 912 may be prevented from disengaging, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the third housing 13.
[0100] In some embodiments, the first sliding assembly 910 further includes a fifth sliding part 913, and the fifth sliding part 913 is arranged between the first sliding part 911 and the second sliding part 912. The fifth sliding part 913 is slidably connected to the first sliding part 911 and the second sliding part 912, respectively, such that the second sliding part 912 may slide relative to the first sliding part 911, thereby improving the smoothness and stability of sliding between the second sliding part 912 and the first sliding part 911.
[0101] For example, the first sliding part 911 is one of the sliding rail or the sliding groove, and a surface of the fifth sliding part 913 facing the first sliding part 911 is configured as the other one of the sliding rail or the sliding groove. The sliding rail is matched with the sliding groove, and the sliding rail is slidable in the sliding groove.
[0102] For example, the second sliding part 912 is one of the sliding rail or the sliding groove, and a surface of the fifth sliding part 913 facing the second sliding part 912 is configured as the other one of the sliding rail or the sliding groove. The sliding rail is matched with the sliding groove, and the sliding rail is slidable in the sliding groove.
[0103] In some embodiments, the second housing 12 is a plastic member, thereby reducing the weight of the second housing 12 and facilitating users to ascend and descend the indoor unit 2. Furthermore, the plastic member is simple in manufacturing process, thereby improving the production efficiency.
[0104] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the third housing 13 includes a third sub-housing 131 (a first bridge section), and the third sub-housing 131 is located on a side of the first housing 11 toward the second housing 12 and is fixedly connected to the first housing 11.
[0105] The third housing 13 further includes a fourth sub-housing 132 (a second bridge section), and the fourth sub-housing 132 is located on a side of the second housing 12 toward the first housing 11. The first plate 122 is slidably connected to the fourth sub-housing 132 through the first sliding assembly 910.
[0106] The fourth sub-housing 132 is arranged on an inner side of the third sub-housing 131 and is movable relative to the third sub-housing 131. For example, the fourth sub-housing 132 may move relative to the third sub-housing 131 in the first direction A to enable the second housing 12 to move relative to the first housing 11 in the first direction A, such that the window air conditioner 100 may be applicable to windows or walls with different thicknesses, thereby improving the applicability of the window air conditioner 100.
[0107] In some embodiments, a middle part of the second pipeline 42 protrudes in the horizontal direction. For example, the second pipeline 42 is an arc-shaped pipe. A pipe body of the second pipeline 42 is deformable. In this way, when the second housing 12 moves relative to the first housing 11 in the first direction A, the second pipeline 42 may increase or decrease in size in the first direction A so as to facilitate the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the first housing 11, thereby adjusting the distance between the second housing 12 and the first housing 11.
[0108] In some embodiments, the first end of the second pipeline 42 is fixed relative to the third sub-housing 131 (that is, fixed relative to the first housing 11), such that the position of the junction of the second pipeline 42 and the compressor 101 is fixed, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the second pipeline 42.
[0109] For example, referring to FIG. 5, the third housing 13 further includes a guide part 139, the guide part 139 is fixedly connected to the third sub-housing 131, and the first end of the second pipeline 42 is arranged in the guide part 139, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the second pipeline 42.
[0110] It may be understood that since the third sub-housing 131 is fixedly connected to the first housing 11 and the third sub-housing 131 is slidably connected to the fourth sub-housing 132, the position of the first end of the second pipeline 42 remains fixed. Furthermore, the second end of the second pipeline 42 moves with the fourth sub-housing 132 and the second housing 12 in the first direction A. During the movement of the second housing 12 in the first direction A, the radian of the second pipeline 42 changes (deforms), such that the second pipeline 42 increases or decreases in size in the first direction A.
[0111] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, the window air conditioner 100 further includes a second sliding assembly 920. The second sliding assembly 920 is arranged between the third sub-housing 131 and the fourth sub-housing 132, and is fixedly connected to the third sub-housing 131 and the fourth sub-housing 132, respectively. In this way, the third sub-housing 131 is slidably connected to the fourth sub-housing 132 through the second sliding assembly 920.
[0112] For example, the second sliding assembly 920 includes a third sliding part 921, and the third sliding part 921 is fixedly connected to the third sub-housing 131 and is located on a side (such as an inner side) of the third sub-housing 131 facing the fourth sub-housing 132.
[0113] For example, the second sliding assembly 920 further includes a fourth sliding part 922, and the fourth sliding part 922 is fixedly connected to the fourth sub-housing 132 and is located on a side (such as an outer side) of the fourth sub-housing 132 facing the third sub-housing 131. The third sliding part 921 is slidably connected to the fourth sliding part 922, thereby achieving the slidable connection between the third sub-housing 131 and the fourth sub-housing 132.
[0114] For example, one of the third sliding part 921 and the fourth sliding part 922 is a sliding rail, and the other one of the third sliding part 921 and the fourth sliding part 922 is a sliding groove; and the sliding rail is matched with the sliding groove and is slidable in the sliding groove.
[0115] In some embodiments, the second sliding assembly 920 has the same structure as the first sliding assembly 910.
[0116] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the third housing 13 further includes a first extending part 135 (a first plate), and the first extending part 135 is fixedly connected to the third sub-housing 131 and located on a side of the third sub-housing 131 toward the second housing 12. For example, a first end (an upper end) of the first extending part 135 in the third direction C is connected to an end of the third sub-housing 131 toward the second housing 12, and a second end of the first extending part 135 in the third direction C is located below the first end.
[0117] The first plate 122 is toward the first extending part 135, is arranged opposite to the first extending part 135, and defines a second accommodating space jointly with the first extending part 135. The first sliding assembly 910 is arranged in the second accommodating space 150. For example, the first sliding part 911 is fixedly connected to the first plate 122, and the second sliding part 912 is fixedly connected to the first extending part 135, such that the first plate 122 is slidably connected to the first extending part 135, thereby adjusting the air outlet height of the indoor unit 2 and improving the refrigeration effect of the window air conditioner 100.
[0118] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the second housing 12 further includes two accommodating parts 1221, and the two accommodating parts 1221 are arranged oppositely on two sides of the first plate 122 in the second direction B. The accommodating parts 1221 extend in the third direction C.
[0119] The third housing 13 further includes two first flanging parts 1351. The two first flanging parts 1351 are arranged oppositely on two sides of the first extending part 135 in the second direction B and extend toward the second housing 12. The two first flanging parts 1351 correspond to the two accommodating parts 1221. At least part of each of the first flanging parts 1351 is arranged in the corresponding accommodating part 1221 so as to define a second accommodating space 150 jointly with the accommodating part 1221.
[0120] For example, each of the accommodating parts 1221 is configured as a groove, and the groove is open toward each of the first flanging parts 1351. At least part of each of the first flanging parts 1351 is located in the groove so as to define the second accommodating space 150 jointly with the groove.
[0121] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the third housing 13 further includes a second extending part 134 (a mounting plate), and the second extending part 134 is fixedly connected to the third sub-housing 131 and located on a side of the third sub-housing 131 toward the second housing 12. For example, a first end (such as a lower end) of the second extending part 134 in the third direction C is connected to an end of the third sub-housing 131 toward the second housing 12, and a second end of the second extending part 134 in the third direction C is located above the first end.
[0122] For example, the first sliding part 911 is fixedly connected to the first plate 122, the second sliding part 912 is fixedly connected to the second extending part 134, and the second extending part 134 is fixedly connected to the first extending part 135, such that the first plate 122 is slidably connected to the second extending part 134, thereby adjusting the air outlet height of the indoor unit 2 and improving the refrigeration effect of the window air conditioner 100.
[0123] In some embodiments, at least one first sliding assembly 910 includes two first sliding assemblies 910, and the two first sliding assemblies 910 are arranged on two sides of the second housing 12 respectively in the second direction B. In this way, it is conducive to the reliability and smoothness of the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the third housing 13 in the third direction C.
[0124] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the indoor unit 2 further includes two lifting parts 128. The two lifting parts 128 are arranged on two sides of the second housing 12 in the second direction B. In this way, a user may put his / her hand into the lifting parts 128 to adjust the height of the indoor unit 2.
[0125] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, in the second direction B, the width of the third sub-housing 131 is greater than the width of the fourth sub-housing 132, and the fourth sub-housing 132 is arranged on an inner side of the third sub-housing 131 and is movable relative to the third sub-housing 131. At least part of the third sub-housing 131 and at least part of the fourth sub-housing 132 jointly form a bottom wall and a side wall (such as two side walls in the second direction B) of the third housing 13.
[0126] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14, the third sub-housing 131 includes a first connecting part 1311 (a first plate part) and a second connecting part 1312 (a first bridge housing part). The first connecting part 1311 is located on a side of the second connecting part 1312 toward the first housing 11, and is connected to the second connecting part 1312. For example, a first end (such as an upper end) of the first connecting part 1311 is connected to an end of the second connecting part 1312 toward the first housing 11, and a second end of the first connecting part 1311 is located below the first end.
[0127] For example, the second connecting part 1312 is curved relative to the first connecting part 1311.
[0128] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, the fourth sub-housing 132 includes: a third connecting part 1321 (a second plate part) and a fourth connecting part 1322 (a second bridge housing part). The third connecting part 1321 is located on a side of the fourth connecting part 1322 toward the second housing 12, and is connected to the fourth connecting part 1322. For example, a first end (such as an upper end) of the third connecting part 1321 is connected to an end of the fourth connecting part 1322 toward the first housing 11, and a second end of the third connecting part 1321 is located below the first end.
[0129] For example, the fourth connecting part 1322 is curved relative to the third connecting part 1321.
[0130] In some embodiments, the third connecting part 1321 includes the first extending part 135 and the two first flanging parts 1351 described above.
[0131] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14, in the second direction B, the width of the second connecting part 1312 is greater than the width of the fourth connecting part 1322, and the fourth connecting part 1322 is arranged on an inner side of the second connecting part 1312 and is movable relative to the second connecting part 1312. The second connecting part 1312 and the fourth connecting part 1322 jointly form a bottom wall and a side wall of the third housing 13. In this way, the movement of the fourth sub-housing 132 relative to the third sub-housing 131 is facilitated, and the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the first housing 11 in the first direction A is facilitated, such that the window air conditioner 100 may be applicable to windows or walls with different thicknesses, thereby improving the applicability of the window air conditioner 100.
[0132] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14, the fourth connecting part 1322 includes a fourth flanging part 1323 and a second main body 1324. [0160] For example, a part of the first cover body 420 is located in the first housing 11 and fixedly connected to the first bracket 113.
[0161] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 21, the first cover body 420 includes a plurality of first positioning parts 421 (first mounting feet). The first positioning parts 421 extend in the horizontal direction and is fixedly connected to the first bracket 113, thereby achieving the fixed connection between the first cover body 420 and the first bracket 113.
[0162] For example, any one of the plurality of first positioning parts 421 includes a fifth hole, and the first bracket 113 includes a plurality of sixth holes. A plurality of fifth holes correspond to the plurality of sixth holes. In this way, the fifth holes and the corresponding sixth holes are penetrated by a fastener such as a screw, such that the first positioning parts 421 and the first bracket 113 may be fixedly connected, thereby improving the strength of the connection between the first cover body 420 and the first bracket 113.
[0163] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 22, the first box body 410 includes a second positioning part 413 (a second mounting foot). The second positioning part 413 extends in the third direction C (for example, downward), and is fixedly connected to the first housing 11, thereby achieving the fixed connection between the first box body 410 and the first housing 11.
[0164] For example, the second positioning part 413 includes a seventh hole, and the seventh hole penetrates through the second positioning part 413 in the first direction A. The first housing 11 includes an eighth hole corresponding to the position of the seventh hole. In this way, the seventh hole and the eighth hole are penetrated through a fastener such as a screw in the first direction A, such that the second positioning part 413 and the first housing 11 may be fixedly connected, thereby improving the strength of the connection between the first box body 410 and the first housing 11.
[0165] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 21 and FIG. 22, the electrical appliance box 400 further includes a circuit board 430, and the circuit board 430 is arranged in the fourth accommodating space 401. The circuit board 430 is electrically connected to the compressor 101, the first fan 105 and the second fan 106, respectively. It may be understood that the first cover body 420 covers the first box body 410 to prevent condensed water or rainwater from splashing onto the circuit board 430, thereby avoiding damage to the circuit board.
[0166] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 23 to FIG. 25, the first box body 410 includes a first sub-box body 411 and a second sub-box body 412. A second accommodating chamber 4120 is defined in the second sub-box body 412, the second accommodating chamber 4120 is open upward, and the first sub-box body 411 is arranged in the second accommodating chamber 4120. A fourth accommodating space 401 is defined between the first sub-box body 411 and the first cover body 420, and the circuit board 430 is fixedly connected to the first sub-box body 411.
[0167] It may be understood that the second sub-box body 412 may protect the first sub-box body 411.
[0168] For example, the second sub-box body 412 is made of fireproof material so as to play a fireproof role. For example, the second sub-box body 412 is a metal member, such that the rigidity and strength of the second sub-box body 412 may be improved, thereby improving the protective effect of the second sub-box body 412 on the first sub-box body 411.
[0169] In some embodiments, the first sub-box body 411 includes a plurality of first snapping parts, and the plurality of first snapping parts are arranged at intervals. The second sub-box body 412 includes a plurality of second snapping parts, and the plurality of second snapping parts correspond to the plurality of snapping parts. The plurality of first snapping parts are in snap fit with the plurality of second snapping parts, such that the first sub-box body 411 may be fixedly connected to the second sub-box body 412, thereby improving the reliability of the connection between the first sub-box body 411 and the second sub-box body 412, and improving the assembling efficiency of the window air conditioner 100.
[0170] For example, the first snapping part is one of a snap fastener or a snap groove, the second snapping part is the other one of the snap fastener or the snap groove, and the snap fastener is in snap fit with the snap groove, such that the first sub-box body 411 and the second sub-box body 412 may be fixedly connected.
[0171] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 24, the first cover body 420 further includes a seventh connecting part 422, and the seventh connecting part 422 extends in the horizontal direction. The first cover body 420 further includes a ninth hole 4221, and the ninth hole 4221 is arranged in the seventh connecting part 422 and penetrates through the seventh connecting part 422.
[0172] The first sub-box body 411 further includes an eighth connecting part 4117. The eighth connecting part 4117 extends in the horizontal direction. The first sub-box body 411 further includes a tenth hole 4118, and the tenth hole 4118 is arranged in the eighth connecting part 4117. The tenth hole 4118 corresponds to the ninth hole 4221. The ninth hole 4221 and the tenth hole 4118 are penetrated by a fastener such as a screw, such that the seventh connecting part 422 and the eighth connecting part 4117 may be fixedly connected, thereby achieving the fixed connection between the first cover body 420 and the first sub-box body 411.
[0173] For example, the ninth hole 4221 is a screw hole and the tenth hole 4118 is a through hole. In this way, the tenth hole 4118 is penetrated by the fastener and then is fixedly connected to the ninth hole 4221, such that the first cover body 420 and the first sub-box body 411 may be fixedly connected.
[0174] It may be understood that the first sub-box body 411 and the second sub-box body 412 are fixedly connected through the snap fit between the first snapping part and the second snapping part, and then the first cover body 420 and the first sub-box body 411 are fixedly connected through the fastener, such that the first cover body 420, the first sub-box body 411 and the second sub-box body 412 may be fixedly connected.
[0175] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 25, the second sub-box body 412 further includes a ninth connecting part 4125. The ninth connecting part 4125 extends in the horizontal direction. The second sub-box body 412 further includes an eleventh hole 4126, and the eleventh hole 4126 is formed in the ninth connecting part 4125 and penetrates through the ninth connecting part 4125. The eleventh hole 4126, the tenth hole 4118 and the ninth hole 4221 correspond to one another in position. The eleventh hole 4126, the tenth hole 4118 and the ninth hole 4221 are penetrated by the fastener, such that the second sub-box body 412, the first sub-box body 411 and the first cover body 420 may be fixedly connected, thereby enhancing the strength of the connection between the first box body 410 and the first cover body 420.
[0176] For example, the ninth hole 4221 is a screw hole, and the eleventh hole 4126 and the tenth hole 4118 are through holes. In this way, the eleventh hole 4126 and the tenth hole 4118 are penetrated by the fastener and then are fixedly connected to the ninth hole 4221, such that the second sub-box body 412, the first sub-box body 411 and the first cover body 420 may be fixedly connected.
[0177] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 24, the first sub-box body 411 further includes a plurality of twelfth holes 4116. The plurality of twelfth holes 4116 correspond to the plurality of fifth holes. In this way, the fifth holes, the twelfth holes 4116 and the sixth hole are penetrated by the fastener, such that the first cover body 420, the first sub-box body 411 and the first bracket 113 may be fixedly connected.
[0178] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 24, the first sub-box body 411 further includes a plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114. As shown in FIG. 25, the second sub-box body 412 further includes a plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123. The plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 and the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 are arranged in a staggered manner, and heat-dissipating channels are formed between the plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 and the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114, thereby improving the heat-dissipating efficiency of the circuit board 430 and preventing rainwater from entering the electrical appliance box 400 directly through the first heat-dissipating holes 4114 and the second heat-dissipating holes 4123.
[0179] For example, any plane parallel to the first direction A and parallel to the second direction B is defined as a first reference plane. The plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 and the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 are arranged in a staggered manner, which means that orthographic projections of the second heat-dissipating holes 4123 on the first reference plane do not overlap with orthographic projections of the first heat-dissipating holes 4114 on the first reference plane.
[0180] It may be understood that during the operation of the window air conditioner 100, the first fan blows air to the surface of the electrical appliance box 400 to generate a negative pressure inside the electrical appliance box 400, such that high-temperature gas in the first sub-box body 411 may pass through the first heat-dissipating holes 4114, the heat-dissipating channels and the second heat-dissipating holes 4123 under the action of the negative pressure, and then be discharged to the exterior of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0181] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 24, the first sub-box body 411 further includes a first bottom plate 4112, the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 are formed in the first bottom plate 4112, and the circuit board 430 corresponds to the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 in position, thereby improving the heat-dissipating efficiency of the circuit board 430. The first sub-box body 411 further includes a plurality of first side plates 4113, and the plurality of first side plates 4113 are arranged around the first bottom plate 4112 and connected to the first bottom plate 4112.
[0182] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 25, the second sub-box body 412 further includes a second bottom plate 4121, and the plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 are formed in the second bottom plate 4121. The second sub-box body 412 further includes a plurality of second side plates 4122, and the plurality of second side plates 4122 are arranged around the second bottom plate 4121 and connected to the second bottom plate 4121. The plurality of second side plates 4122 correspond to the plurality of first side plates 4113, and the second bottom plate 4121 and the first bottom plate 4112 are arranged oppositely.
[0183] In this way, the first heat-dissipating holes 4114 and the second heat-dissipating holes 4123 are formed at lower positions, such that water in the electrical appliance box 400 may be discharged from the first heat-dissipating holes 4114 and the second heat-dissipating holes 4123 to the exterior of the electrical appliance box 400 under the action of gravity.
[0184] In some embodiments, the plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 are located at the middle part of the second bottom plate 4121, and the orthographic projections of the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 on the first reference plane surround the orthographic projections of the plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 on the first reference plane, such that the plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 and the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 may be arranged in a staggered manner.
[0185] In some embodiments, the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 are located at the middle part of the first bottom plate 4112, and the orthographic projections of the plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 on the first reference plane surround the orthographic projections of the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 on the first reference plane, such that the plurality of second heat-dissipating holes 4123 and the plurality of first heat-dissipating holes 4114 may be arranged in a staggered manner.
[0186] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 24, the first sub-box body 411 further includes a plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115. The plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 are arranged in at least one first side plate 4113 of the plurality of first side plates 4113. The circuit board 430 may correspond to the plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 in position, thereby improving the heat-dissipating efficiency of the circuit board 430.
[0187] As shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 25, the second sub-box body 412 further includes a plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124, and the plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124 are arranged in at least one second side plate 4122 corresponding to the at least one first side plate 4113. The plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124 and the plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 are arranged in a staggered manner, and heat-dissipating channels are formed between the plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 and the plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124, thereby improving the heat-dissipating efficiency of the circuit board 430, preventing rainwater from entering the electrical appliance box 400 directly through the third heat-dissipating holes 4115 and the fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124, and enhancing the waterproofness of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0188] For example, any plane parallel to the first direction A and parallel to the third direction C is defined as a second reference plane. The plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124 and the plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 are arranged in a staggered manner, which means that orthographic projections of the plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124 on the second reference plane do not overlap with orthographic projections of the plurality of heat-dissipating holes 4115 on the second reference plane.
[0189] For example, the plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 are arranged in at least one first side plate 4113 of the plurality of first side plates 4113. The plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 are formed in the middle part of the first side plate 4113. The plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124 are arranged in the second side plate 4122 corresponding to the first side plate 4113, and the orthographic projections of the plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124 on the second reference plane are located on two sides of the orthographic projections of the plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 on the second reference plane in the first direction A, such that the plurality of third heat-dissipating holes 4115 and the plurality of fourth heat-dissipating holes 4124 may be arranged in a staggered manner.
[0190] In some embodiments, the first sub-box body 411 further includes a first water retaining part, and the first water retaining part is connected to the first side plate 4113 and arranged toward the third heat-dissipating holes 4115. For example, the first water retaining part is located on a side of the first side plate 4113 toward the second plate 4122 and extends toward the second side plate 4122, such that when rainwater splashes into the second sub-box body 412 from the side of the electrical appliance box 400, the first water retaining part blocks the splashed water, thereby preventing water from entering the first sub-box body 411 from the third heat-dissipating holes and improving the waterproofness of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0191] In some embodiments, the circuit board 430 is electrically connected to the compressor 101, the first fan 105 and the second fan 106 through a wire. Each of the first side plates 4113 includes at least one first wire outlet, and each of the second side plates 4122 includes at least one second wire outlet. The first wire outlet and the second wire outlet are arranged in a staggered manner. A first end of the wire is connected to the circuit board 430, and a second end of the wire passes through the first wire outlet and the second wire outlet to be connected to the compressor 101, the first fan 105 or the second fan 106. In this way, rainwater may be prevented from entering the electrical appliance box 400 through the first wire outlet and the second wire outlet, thereby improving the waterproofness of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0192] For example, an orthographic projection of the first wire outlet on the second reference plane does not overlap with an orthographic projection of the second wire outlet on the second reference plane.
[0193] For example, at least one first wire outlet includes a plurality of first wire outlets, and at least one second wire outlet includes a plurality of second wire outlet s, thereby facilitating the electrical connection of the circuit board 430 with the plurality of devices through a plurality of wires. Orthographic projections of the plurality of first wire outlets on the second reference plane do not overlap with orthographic projections of the plurality of second wire outlets on the second reference plane, thereby improving the waterproofness of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0194] In some embodiments, the first sub-box body 411 further includes a plurality of second water retaining parts, and the plurality of second water retaining parts are connected to the first side plates 4113 and the second side plates 4122 respectively and located below the first wire outlet and the second wire outlet, such that the bottoms of the first wire outlet and the second wire outlet may be separated from the outside to prevent the splashed rainwater from entering the first wire outlet and the second wire outlet from the bottom sides, thereby improving the waterproofness of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0195] The electrical appliance box 400 further includes a radiator 440, a first end of the radiator 440 is connected to the circuit board 430, and a second end of the radiator 440 is located outside the fourth accommodating space 401 and extends toward the first fan 105, such that the first fan 105 may take away the heat accumulated in the radiator 440, thereby improving the heat-dissipating performance of the radiator 440.
[0196] In some embodiments, the first box body 410 further includes a thirteenth hole 414, and the thirteenth hole 414 is arranged in the first sub-box body 411 and penetrates through the first sub-box body 411 in the third direction C.
[0197] The radiator 440 includes a heat-dissipating base plate, and the heat-dissipating base plate abuts against the circuit board 430 to absorb the heat dissipated by the circuit board 430. The radiator 440 further includes a heat-dissipating fin, and the heat-dissipating fin extends out of the first sub-box body 411 through the thirteenth hole 414. For example, a part of the heat-dissipating fin is located outside the first sub-box body 411. The heat-dissipating fin is configured to conduct heat in the heat-dissipating base plate to the exterior of the first sub-box body 411.
[0198] For example, the heat-dissipating base plate is attached to a control chip of the circuit board 430. It may be understood that the control chip is a main heating source of the circuit board 430. Therefore, the heat dissipated by the circuit board 430 may enter the heat-dissipating fin through the heat-dissipating base plate by attaching the heat-dissipating base plate to a control module, and the heat-dissipating fin directly exchanges heat with the outside air so as to cool the circuit board 430.
[0199] For example, the inner contour of the thirteenth hole 414 is matched with the outer contour of the heat-dissipating fin, and the heat-dissipating fin is matched with the thirteenth hole 414, such that the interior and the exterior of the first sub-box body 411 are separated, thereby preventing the flashed water from entering the first sub-box body 411 through the thirteenth hole 414 and improving the waterproofness of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0200] In some embodiments, the first box body 410 further includes a third water retaining part, and the third water retaining part is arranged on the first sub-box body 411 and toward the thirteenth hole 414. The third water retaining part may prevent the splashed water from entering the thirteenth hole 414 so as to further improve the waterproofness of the electrical appliance box 400.
[0201] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 30, the third housing 13 further includes a second reinforcement part 137. The second reinforcement part 137 is arranged between the fifth connecting part 1331 and the electrical appliance box 400, and is fixedly connected to the electrical appliance box 400, such that the electrical appliance box 400 may be protected, and the structural strength of the electrical appliance box 400 is enhanced.
[0202] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 30, the third housing 13 further includes a second plate 138 (a shielding plate). The second plate 138 is arranged between the second reinforcement part 137 and the electrical appliance box 400, and is configured to prevent a high-frequency electromagnetic field from affecting the electrical appliance box 400, thereby improving the operation stability of the electrical appliance box 400. For example, the second plate is the shielding plate, and the shielding plate is made of a material capable of shielding or blocking the high-frequency electromagnetic field.
[0203] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 27, the window air conditioner 100 further includes a rolling assembly 500, and the rolling assembly 500 is located between the second housing 12 and the third housing 13. A first part of the rolling assembly 500 is fixedly connected to one of the second housing 12 or the third housing 13, and a second part of the rolling assembly 500 is rollable relative to the other one of the second housing 12 or the third housing 13, such that the second housing 12 and the third housing 13 may be spaced part by a predefined distance, and the contact area of the second housing 12 and the third housing 13 may be reduced. In this way, the friction during the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the third housing 13 may be reduced, and the movement smoothness of the second housing 12 may be improved.
[0204] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 27 and FIG. 28, the rolling assembly 500 includes a mounting box 510. The mounting box 510 is fixedly connected to one of the second housing 12 or the third housing 13.
[0205] The rolling assembly 500 further includes a rolling member 520 (roller), and the rolling member 520 is arranged in the mounting box 510 and is rollable relative to the mounting box 510. The rolling assembly 500 further includes a first hole 501, and a part of the rolling member 520 is exposed from the first hole 501 and located outside the mounting box 510. The exposed part of the rolling member 520 abuts against the other one of the second housing 12 or the third housing 13, such that the rolling member 520 is rollable relative to the other end of the second housing 12 or the third housing 13.
[0206] In this way, the friction during the movement of the second housing 12 relative to the third housing 13 may be reduced, and the movement smoothness of the second housing 12 is improved.
[0207] Hereinafter, for the convenience of description, the structure and the function of the rolling assembly 500 are described by taking the case where the mounting box 510 is fixedly connected to the second housing 12 and the rolling member 520 is rollable relative to the third housing 13 as an example.
[0208] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 29, the mounting box 510 includes a second box body 511 and the second cover body 512. The second box body 511 is fixedly connected to the second cover body 512. The mounting box 510 further includes a first accommodating chamber 550, and the second box body 511 and the second cover body 512 jointly define the first accommodating chamber 550. The rolling member 520 is arranged in the accommodating chamber 550, and the outer contour of the rolling member 520 is matched with the inner contour of the first accommodating chamber 550, such that the rolling member 520 is rollable relative to the mounting box 510.
[0209] For example, the mounting box 510 is located on a side of the first plate 122 away from the third housing 13, and is fixedly connected to the first plate 122. The second cover body 512 is located between the second box body 511 and the first plate 122, and the rolling member 520 passes through the second cover body 512 and the first plate 122 and abuts against the third housing 13, such that the rolling member 520 is rollable relative to the third housing 13. In this way, the mounting box 510 is arranged on a side of the first plate 122 away from the third housing 13, thereby avoiding the occupation of the space between the second housing 12 and the third housing 13, and improving the cleanliness and compactness of the internal structure of the window air conditioner 100.
[0210] In some embodiments, the second box body 511 includes one of a snap fastener or a snap groove, the second cover body 512 includes the other one of the snap fastener or the snap groove, and the snap fastener is in snap fit with the snap groove, such that the second box body 511 is preliminarily and fixedly connected to the second cover body 512, thereby improving the assembling efficiency of the window air conditioner 100.
[0211] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 27 to FIG. 29, the rolling assembly 500 further includes a second hole 530, and the second hole 530 is formed in the second box body 511 and penetrates through the second box body 511 in a thickness direction (such as the first direction A) of the second box body 511.
[0212] The rolling assembly 500 further includes a third hole 540, and the third hole 540 is formed in the second cover body 512 and penetrates through the second cover body 512 in a thickness direction of the second cover body 512 (such as the first direction A). The third hole 540 corresponds to the second hole 530 in position, and the second hole 530 is penetrated by a fastener (such as a screw) and then is connected to the third hole 540, such that the second box body 511 may be fixedly connected to the second cover body 512. It may be understood that based on the snap connection, the second box body 511 is fixedly connected to the second cover body 512 through the fastener, such that the reliability of the connection between the second box body 511 and the second cover body 512 is improved.
[0213] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 26 and FIG. 27, the rolling assembly 500 further includes a third positioning part 560, and the third positioning part 560 is arranged on the second cover body 512. The second housing 12 further includes a fourth positioning part 1222, and the fourth positioning part 1222 is arranged on the first plate 122. The fourth positioning part 1222 and the third positioning part 560 are corresponding and opposite in position. The third positioning part 560 and the fourth positioning part 1222 are matched and limited so as to position and connect the second cover body 512 and the first plate 122, thereby improving the assembling efficiency of the window air conditioner 100.
[0214] For example, the third positioning part 560 is one of a positioning hole or a positioning post, the fourth positioning part 1222 is the other one of the positioning hole or the positioning post, and the positioning post is matched with the positioning hole and limited in the positioning hole so as to position and connect the second cover body 512 and the first plate 122.
[0215] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 29, the rolling member 520 includes a first rolling part 521 (a first rolling post) and two second rolling parts 522 (second rolling posts), and the two second rolling parts 522 are arranged on two sides of the first rolling part 521 in an axial direction of the first rolling part 521.
[0216] The first accommodating chamber 550 includes a first sub-chamber 551. The first rolling part 521 is arranged in the first sub-chamber 551 and is matched with the first sub-chamber 551. The radial size of the first rolling part 521 is greater than that of each of the second rolling parts 522, and a part of the first rolling part 521 is exposed through the first hole 501. The first accommodating chamber 550 further includes second sub-chambers 552, the two second rolling parts 522 are arranged in the two second sub-chambers 552, and the second rolling parts 522 are matched with the second sub-chambers 552.
[0217] In this way, when the rolling member 520 rolls relative to the third housing 13, the first rolling part 521 rolls in the first sub-chamber 551, and the second rolling parts 522 roll in the second sub-chambers 552, thereby improving the stability of the rolling member 520.
[0218] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 27, the rolling assembly 500 further includes a fourth avoidance part 570. A second sub-chamber 552 is defined in the fourth avoidance part 570 and protrudes toward a direction toward the third housing 13.
