Abstract

The proposed solution involves a cylindrical sleeve, hollow inside, with only one side missing in a U-shape (the opposite side is not missing). The part of the body that contacts the U-shape is rectangular. Inside the sleeve is a gradually protruding triangular locking pin. Combined with a shaft that has a concave section near the end, when assembled, the U-shaped design creates a slight elastic force, allowing the shaft to pass through the locking pin, and then the apex of the triangle fits into the concave section, forming a "pin-groove" mechanical lock. As a result, the shaft is held securely in place while still rotating freely, without the need for screws or tightening tools. This solution reduces materials, labor, and electricity consumption, increases assembly productivity, and is applicable to electric fans, rotating lights, rotating brackets, and rotating positioning crane equipment.
