The useful solution refers to a method for fabricating honeycomb-structured composite materials inspired by bone structure, and the materials obtained from this method follow these steps: preparing the matrix material; designing a prototype using specialized software; exporting the 3D model of the prototype to .stl format and importing it into Digilab 3D Slicer software for 3D printing; preparing the printer; 3D printing the material; the 3D material is extruded, melted, and deposited in successive layers, forming a three-dimensional structure according to the design; after the printing process is complete, the prototype is allowed to cool to room temperature, the support structure is removed, and the dimensions are checked after fabrication.
