Abstract

This useful solution relates to the field of mechanical engineering, specifically a locking and folding mechanism for push handles used in industrial trolleys, electric trolleys, and other material handling equipment. The mechanism includes a push handle connected to the frame via a swivel joint, a locking support fixed to the frame, a locking lever mounted on the support, and a locking element connected to a locking receiver located on the push handle. When the push handle is brought to the working position, the locking lever is rotated to the locked position to create a mechanical connection that holds the push handle securely to the frame. To fold the push handle, the user simply rotates the locking lever to the open position to release the locking connection and allow the push handle to return to the folded position.
