Abstract
Provided are a chemically modified mRNA for coding an epidermal growth factor (EGF), a construction method for the mRNA, and a use of the mRNA. The construction method for a chemically modified mRNA for coding an EGF comprises the following steps: (1) transcribing and synthesizing an mRNA by taking a DNA sequence of a specific EGF as a template; and (2) carrying out tailing and chemical modification on the mRNA to obtain a chemically modified mRNA. Compared with a virus, a plasmid and a recombinant protein for the delivery of an EGF, a chemically modified mRNA preparation is safer and more effective and has higher cost performance. The defects of a recombinant protein EGF can be overcome, and rapid repair of skin wounds is promoted. The chemically modified mRNA is a novel gene therapy preparation, and can promote rapid repair of skin wounds under a safer and lower administration dosage.
