Abstract
Description
Spacer
[0001] The present invention relates to a spacer that promotes continuous ventilation.
[0002] Conventional clothing and the like are distributed on the market as garments worn directly on the body, but they remain in contact with the body even when weather conditions such as rain, sunlight, and heat make it desirable to avoid direct contact. In particular, hoods and cuffs, which are open or open, are required to avoid the discomfort of being blown around by wind or sticking to the body in rain. Helmets are currently available with spacer-like components that are fixed directly to the head to prevent direct contact between the helmet and the head. A spacer that avoids the discomfort of wearing clothing directly on the body without wearing a helmet would be easy to put on, keep cool in hot weather, and be comfortable to wear in rainy weather. Rainwear with a shape-retaining hood-forming material has also been disclosed (see Patent Document 1).
[0003] Utility Model Application No. 56-008817
[0004] Patent Document 1 describes rainwear that "forms a hood body that maintains its shape by inflating it with air to open the front and bottom, and the body is provided with sound-receiving sections on both sides corresponding to the ears and air inlets in appropriate locations." The structure of Patent Document 1 requires a shape-retaining member that thoroughly supports the head area to cover the entire head except for the face, and the "sound-receiving sections on both sides corresponding to the ears" are present and fit closely to make it easy to hear sounds. There is no mention of a hood-forming material to improve ventilation, and although the discomfort caused by clothing clinging to the head is eliminated, the rainwear is not simply shaped to support the entire clothing by partially contacting the clothing, but is instead constructed by letting air in, which requires a considerable amount of time to prepare before wearing, making it difficult to say that it is highly practical.
[0005] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a space member that is provided inside clothing, the space member having a garment-contacting body that contacts the clothing and a body-contacting part that contacts the body part, the clothing-contacting body being configured to leave a space between it and the body part to maintain the shape-retaining space of the clothing, and being in at least partial contact with the clothing, the body-contacting part protruding toward the body part to support it, thereby maintaining the shape-retaining space and supporting the clothing, and since the clothing-contacting body and the body-contacting part are present between the clothing and the body part when worn, the distance of the space between the clothing and the body part is determined by the action of either or both of the clothing-contacting body and the body-contacting part transmitted from the clothing and the body part, and the space member is capable of securing a ventilation space.
[0006] As described above, the spacer of the present invention is a spacer that maintains the shape of clothing, etc., and provides distance between the clothing, etc. and the body, improving ventilation. It is a spacer that is easy to use, put on and take off, has a simple shape, and ensures ventilation space, resulting in low adhesion and excellent breathability. Its simple design also helps reduce costs. It avoids the discomfort of having clothing directly on the body, and increasing the space increases ventilation, making it cool in hot weather and comfortable to wear on rainy days. When the garment-contacting body that supports clothing, etc. is made into a plate-shaped spacer positioned at the head opening, it can be turned inside out depending on its size, allowing it to be carried compactly for storing clothing, etc.

(Example 1) (B) is a right side view of a substantially inverted U-shape with contact portions located on the left and right sides of the head. (Example 1) (A) is a front view of a bowl-shaped body showing an outline of selectable contact portions. (Example 3) (A) is a cross-sectional view along A-A' with contact portions located on the left and right sides of the head and with the distal end serving as the attachment portion. (Example 3) (B) is a right side view with contact portions located on the left and right sides of the head and with the distal end serving as the attachment portion. (Example 3) (A) is a perspective view of a garment contact body with a body position fixing device. (Example 3) (B) is a perspective view of a garment or the like sandwiched between a body position fixing device and a garment. (Example 3) (A) is a back view of a substantially inverted V-shaped body with contact portions located behind the head. (Example 4) (B) is a plan view of a generally inverted V-shape where the contact portion is located behind the head. (Example 4) (A) is a front view where the contact portion is on the back of the hand. (Example 5) (B) is an A-A' cross-sectional view where the contact portion is on the back of the hand. (Example 5) (C) is a B-B' cross-sectional view where the contact portion is on the back of the hand. (Example 5)
[0008] Hereinafter, the details and embodiments of the present invention regarding "at least partially contacting the garment," "covering the entire garment," "continuous ventilation," "a configuration in which the garment-contacting body and the body-contacting body are present between the garment and the body," and "the distal end is the contacting body" will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. The phrase "at least partially contacting the garment" refers to a configuration in which the garment-contacting body covers the entire shape-retaining space of a garment, etc., but the garment is partially covered by the garment-contacting body within the shape-retaining space. Even if the garment is only fitted to this partially covered garment-contacting body, the entire garment, including the contacting area, can be supported. In other words, this means that even if the garment is present, there is a portion of the garment that is not covered by the garment-contacting body. For example, in the case of a head hood opening, this refers to a configuration in which only the portion of the garment-contacting body near the top of the head, from above the left ear to above the right ear, is covered by the garment, etc., unlike a configuration in which the entire hood, including the rear of the hood, covers the entire hood when viewed from the front. In other words, the garment-contacting body is not provided over the entire hood shape-retaining space, such as the upper part of the hood and the rear part of the hood, but is provided only partially over the entire hood, such as only the upper part or the rear part of the hood, and the garment or the like is hung over only where the garment-contacting body is located. A garment-contacting body that is provided over the entire hood is also possible and is not excluded from the present invention, but it can be provided either partially or entirely. This invention is characterized by the fact that a garment-contacting body that is provided over the entire hood can provide support and ventilation even when it is only partially provided. "Encompassing the entire garment" means, for example, that the entire garment, equivalent to the hood of the garment, is completely covered from the facing of the hood opening to the rear of the hood. The spacer in Patent Document 1 is designed to be completely installed over the entire garment, covering the entire body except for the opening, making it easy to support the entire opening. The present invention also supports the entire garment even when the garment-contacting body does not cover the entire garment, but only partially hangs over the garment-contacting body, and can be installed completely over the entire garment. However, the present invention is designed to support the entire garment hood even when the garment-contacting body is only partially installed, reducing the area of the garment-contacting body and reducing costs. Here, "being placed in contact with the body" means that the hood is placed by being placed over the head when worn. For example, in the case of a head hood opening, when the hood is worn, the body-contacting portion is placed over the head, and the body-contacting portion is sandwiched between the head and the hood, creating a space between the head and the hood without being fastened to the head, thereby supporting the hood. The space is 10 mm or more, with 30 mm to 50 mm being a preferable distance for better ventilation. The shape angle of the body corresponding to the contact surface varies depending on the individual and the part of the body. The effect of either the garment-contacting body or the body-contacting portion, or both, balances the contact surface with the garment through the gravity of the garment and the shape angle of the body, thereby maintaining the overall structure of the space member. For example, Examples 1, 3, and 5 are easy-to-understand diagrams showing different positions of the body-contacting portion and different shape angles of the body. A particularly notable example is Example 5, in which the angle between the back of the hand and the arm changes significantly, and the flexibility of either or both of the garment-contacting body and the body-contacting body maintains a moderate distance from the body. The materials of the garment-contacting body and the body-contacting body are not limited and may be any material, but elastic and flexible materials are preferred, and hard materials are not excluded. There are cases where the body-contacting body part only partially contacts the body part, but does not contact the body part. This means that there are also parts of the body-contacting body part that are in partial contact with the body part that is in contact with the body part. For example, when the body-contacting body part is sandwiched between a support part or the like, the body-contacting body parts at both ends of the body-contacting body part partially contact the body part, but the parts of the body-contacting body part supported by the support part or the like do not contact the body part. This partial contact alone allows the body-contacting body part to maintain a ventilation space between the garment or the body part, supporting the opening and allowing continuous ventilation. "Continuous ventilation" means that the space is continuous and there are no sides that block the flow, allowing air to flow without obstruction. Furthermore, the structure with minimal contact, which means that clothing can be supported with only "partial contact of the body-contacting part" and "only the partially provided garment-contacting body," symbolizes the compact characteristic. When the "body-contacting portion" is not in "only partial contact," it indicates that the entire body-contacting portion is in contact with the body, and an example is described in Example 4. The phrase "a configuration in which the garment-contacting body and the body-contacting portion are present between the garment and the body when worn" means that the garment-contacting body and the body-contacting portion are present between the garment and the body when viewed in vertical cross section. This interposed configuration determines the spacing distance between the garment and the body by the action of either or both of the garment-contacting body and the body-contacting portion transmitted from the garment and the body. In other words, this indicates a configuration in which a certain distance is maintained between the garment and the body, and the distance is determined by the wearing situation. As described in the examples, when the material is deformable, for example, by the action of either or both of the garment-contacting body and the body-contacting portion, the distance between the garment and the body becomes closer if the degree of deformation of the body-contacting portion is large, and becomes farther if the degree of deformation is small. Furthermore, if the garment-contacting body is made of an elastic material, the garment-contacting body, the body-contacting body, or both will balance the contact surface with the garment, depending on the gravity of the garment and the shape and angle of the body, thereby changing and determining the distance between the garment and the body. The term "the end portion is the attachment portion" means that when the spacer is worn, the end portion, which is the lowest part of the spacer, is in contact with the shoulder area, including the end portion being in contact with the shoulder area of the hood and being shaped to fit along the shoulder as an attachment portion. Furthermore, the spacer only needs to have an area large enough to accommodate the body-contacting portion. Even if the spacer is perforated or deformed, the term refers to the end portion closest to the shoulder when worn. Below are described examples of garment-contacting bodies with flat, approximately U-shaped, V-shaped, or bowl-shaped outer surfaces when worn. It is possible to easily produce a flat plate by bending it into an approximately U-shape, an approximately V-shape, a bowl shape, a ring shape, a modified spherical shape, a square shape, or a combination thereof, but any shape can be formed, and it is not limited to being formed from a flat plate.Various modifications are possible based on the spirit of the present invention, and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0009] FIG. 1 shows a front view (A) of Example 1 of the present invention in which contact portions are located on the left and right sides of the head, and a right side view (B) in which contact portions are located on the left and right sides of the head. This example shows an example in which the outer surface shape when worn is an inverted, approximately U-shaped shape, as seen from the open face side 2. The distal end 12 of the garment contact body 1 is formed by curving a plate-like object so that it is positioned above the ears, forming a garment contact body 1 partially located on the upper part of the entire surface of the head hood. Contact surfaces 13 are located near both ends of the head, front and rear, on the left and right sides, and are partially in contact with and supported by the body contact portion 6 at four points. The dashed arrows in the right side view (B) indicate that the contact surfaces 13 are located near two front and rear points on the head side of the body contact portion 6. The contact body 1 is shaped to conform to the hood from the open face side 2 to the rear hood 3. The left and right body contact portions 6 are sandwiched and fixed between the support portions 10. The sandwiched body contact portions 6 are visible in the right side view (B). The bulging ends of the unsanded portions of the body contact portions 6 support the head with only partial contact, maintaining the overall shape of the opening. The hidden lines of the support portions 10 are indicated by dashed lines, and an example of the garment 9 to be placed over the garment contact portion 1 and the position of the head when worn is indicated by dashed lines. In FIG. 1 , the garment contact portion 1 is roughly U-shaped, with the left and right sides having the same shape and the front and back being the same size from the vicinity of the face-opening side 2 to the vicinity of the rear hood 3. The support portions 10 are shown with a simple shape, with two slits and curved inward, but any shape that forms a protruding inward shape is acceptable. Therefore, the support portions 10 and the body contact portions 6 may be integrated. The body-contacting portion 6 is in contact with the head. Figure 1 shows an example in which both ends of the body-contacting portion 6 contact the head and function in conjunction with movement due to the elasticity of a foam that is sandwiched between the support portion 10 and protrudes beyond the support portion 10. In cases where the support portion 10 is not present, the body-contacting portion 6 can be directly attached to and detached from the clothing-contacting portion 1, and the clothing-contacting portion 1 can be coated with, for example, a silicone material for anti-slip purposes. This does not exclude any easily achievable configuration. While any material is acceptable, resin is preferred. The clothing-contacting portion 1 is preferably made of, for example, LDPE, although other materials such as PP and PET are also possible. A flexible, not too hard material with a thickness of 0.05 mm to 1 mm is suitable. Materials that are not affected by the external environment and are easy to process are preferred, and customization expands the options. The body-contacting portion 6 may be constructed in any manner, but an elastic body-contacting portion 6 can be constructed by partially curving the garment-contacting body 1 inward and sandwiching, for example, a hard, soft urethane foam between them. When the garment-contacting body 6 is provided as a separate part from the garment-contacting body 1, the support portion 10 and the body-contacting portion 6 can be used as an integrated unit. Any combination of manufacturing, sales, and materials can be used, and various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. Furthermore, the position of the body-contacting portion 6 is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1 . The garment-contacting body 1 can also be shaped to rest on the head. As long as it is shaped to be able to rest on the head, it can be anything from a size that covers the head to a small area that rests on the head. Any area large enough to accommodate the body-contacting portion 6 is sufficient. Various modifications, such as drilling holes or modifications, can be made to the garment-contacting body 1 within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. Here, the "intended for integrated use" of the present invention will be explained. Even if the body-contacting portions 6 are provided separately, they are used together as a single unit. The spacer of the present invention includes both left and right body-contacting portions 6. The body-contacting portions 6 may be sold separately, or may be labeled as being attached by the customer, or may be used by the customer after attachment. In any case, these are sold as separate parts and used as the spacer of the present invention. Therefore, even if the garment-contacting body 1 is not integrated with the body-contacting portions 6 and does not share the same shape or material as the garment-contacting body 1, the garment-contacting body 6 is provided as a separate body-contacting portion intended for integration with the garment-contacting body 1. The body-contacting portions 6 can be modified in various ways within the spirit of the present invention, and separate components are not excluded from the present invention. Furthermore, the garment-contacting body 1, support portion 10, and body-contacting portions 6 can also be molded as a single unit. Various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention, and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0010] FIG. 2 shows a front view (A) and a plan view (B) illustrating a schematic diagram of selectable contact portions in a second embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is bowl-shaped, with an outer surface that is approximately circular when worn in plan view. Examples include a ring-shaped head hood with a circular cutout at the top of the head, a C-ring with a missing portion, a partially deformed spherical shape, and an angular shape, as long as the shape can be used to cover the head. This example shows a simple shape in which two slits are formed as support portions 10 in the bowl-shaped garment-contacting body 1 partially provided on the entire surface of the head hood, located on the upper part of the head around the top of the head, and the support portions 10 are curved inward. The body-contacting portions 6 are sandwiched and fixed between the support portions 10 at selectable positions. The body-contacting portions 6 are sandwiched and fixed between the support portions 10 at selectable positions, and the ends of the bulging body-contacting portions 6 that are not sandwiched support the head with only partial contact, maintaining the shape of the entire opening. The dashed arrows in the plan view (B) indicate that the contact surface 13 is located near two points on the head side of the body-contacting portion 6. "Selectable" refers to the support portion 10 and the body-contacting portion 6 being selectable in all 360-degree directions around the top of the head. The number and location of the support portion 10 and the body-contacting portion 6 may be any number or location, such as by providing multiple support portions 10 in two or more locations so that the connected body-contacting portions 6 are sandwiched between them. The body-contacting portion 6 can be enlarged to increase the contact area or to increase the distance between the garment and the head. Furthermore, the garment-contacting body 1 can be modified in various ways within the spirit of the present invention, such as by having a hole at the top of the head or by being partially spherical, and these modifications are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. In Figure 2, the two-dot chain line indicates the range of manufacturable ends of the garment-contacting body 1, the dashed line indicates the range of manufacturable ends of the support portion 10, and the dotted line indicates the range of selectable ends of the body-contacting portion 6. The dotted line shows an example of the clothing 9 to be placed over the clothing contact body 1 and also shows an example of the position of the head when worn. The body contact part 6 may be configured in any manner, but for example, an elastic body contact part 6 can be configured by sandwiching, for example, a hard soft urethane foam in the inwardly curved part. When a separate body-contacting portion 6 is provided for use integrally with the garment-contacting body 1, any method or material may be used. For example, the support portion 10 and the body-contacting portion 6 can be integrated, and a material such as a hard, soft polyurethane foam can be glued to the garment-contacting body 1 at a desired location. To minimize the contact area of the body-contacting portion 6, it is preferable to make it less than half the area of the upper half of the head. While the garment-contacting body 1 is depicted as bowl-shaped in FIG. 2 , various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention, such as a ring-shaped portion with a circular cutout at the top of the head, a C-ring-like portion with a missing portion, or a partially deformed spherical portion. These modifications are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. Here, the "intended for integral use" of the present invention will be explained. Even if the body-contacting portion 6 is provided separately, it is intended for use integrally. The spacer of the present invention, including the body-contacting portion 6, may be sold separately, or may be labeled for use by the customer, and sold as a component, and used as an unfinished product. Therefore, even if the garment-contacting body 1 is not integrated with the body-contacting part 6 and does not share the same shape, material, or the like as the garment-contacting body 1, the garment still has a separate body-contacting part 6 intended for use as an integrated part with the garment-contacting body 1, and the body-contacting part 6 can be modified in various ways based on the spirit of the present invention, and a separate part is not excluded from the present invention. Furthermore, the garment-contacting body 1, support part 10, and body-contacting part 6 can also be molded as a single unit, and various modifications can be made based on the spirit of the present invention, and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0011] 3 is a development view of the garment-contact body 1 before being worn, showing a third embodiment of the present invention. The garment-contact body 1 supporting the hood has a shape with a peak 7, a support portion 10 formed by two slits, a terminal portion 12 at the end of the shoulder-near attachment portion 4, and is formed by curving a plate-like object. The garment-contact body 1 is used by bending it toward the shoulder along the hood boundary cutout reference line 5. The hood boundary cutout reference line 5, shown by a dashed line, is a mark that serves as a reference line for the customer to cut to fit the hood size. The garment-contact body 1 can be manufactured and sold in a variety of patterns to meet customer needs, such as being worn simply by fitting it along the garment 9 and contacting the head, or being removable. FIG. 3 shows an example in which the garment-contacting body 1 conforms to the hood from the vicinity of the face-opening side 2 toward the vicinity of the hood rear 3, and has the same shape and size on both sides from the vicinity of the face-opening side 2 toward the vicinity of the hood rear 3. However, the garment-contacting body 1 can be configured so that only the face-opening side 2 fits the hood size and the hood rear 3 is a different size. It can also be configured to fit the size inside the hood, or it can have no brim 7 or a modified shape. The shape of the garment-contacting body 1 and the position, size, and length of the support portion 10 are not limited to those shown in FIG. 3 and can be modified in various ways within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. If the material is easily cuttable, it can be cut to fit the customer's hood size. By cutting the hood boundary cut reference line 5, the shoulder-nearby attachment portion 4 can be bent to conform to the shape of the shoulder. The shape of the brim 7 can also be changed by the customer's processing. While FIG. 3 shows a simple support portion 10 with two slits, any shape that can be curved inward is acceptable. Various methods are also possible, including providing a separate member with a protruding shape on the inside. Therefore, the support part 10 and the body-contact part 6 may be integrated. The body-contact part 6 is to be in contact with the head, and as in Figure 1, both ends of the body-contact part 6 come into contact with the head due to the elasticity of the foam that is sandwiched between the support parts 10 and protrudes beyond the support parts 10, allowing it to function in conjunction with movement. Therefore, the garment-contact part 1 may have a basic rectangular shape or a modified shape, and the shape of the shoulder-nearby attachment part 4 is not limited to that shown in Figure 3. Various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the scope of the present invention.
[0012] 4A and 4B are a cross-sectional view (A) taken along the line A-A' and a right side view (B) showing a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the body-contacting portion 6 is provided with contact portions positioned on the left and right sides of the head. This example includes a garment-contacting body 1 having a generally inverted U shape, partially provided except for the rear of the head hood, a support portion 10, a body-contacting portion 6, and a shoulder-proximal contacting portion 4. The end portion 12 is located at the end of the shoulder-proximal contacting portion 4, and the shoulder-proximal contacting portion 4 is formed by curving a plate-like object that is partially cut along the hood boundary cut reference line 5 and bent to conform to the shoulder. The contact surfaces 13 are located near both ends of the head, front and rear, and are supported at four points. The cross-sectional shapes of the garment-contacting body 1 and the body-contacting portion 6 between the garment 9 and the body when worn show that the garment is sandwiched between the garment 9 and the head, which is the body, as indicated by the dashed dotted lines, by the action of either or both of the garment 9 and the body. The dashed arrows in the right side view (B) indicate that the contact surfaces 13 are located near two locations on the front and back of the body contact portion 6 near the head. Soft materials can be used without incisions, and various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention, not limited to those shown in Figure 4 . In the right side view (B), the left and right body contact portions 6 are sandwiched and fixed between the support portion 10, visible on the outside of the inwardly curved support portion 10. The bulging ends of the unsanded portions of the body contact portion 6 support the head with only partial contact, maintaining the overall shape of the opening. The hidden lines of the support portion 10 are shown with dashed lines, and an example of the head position when worn is shown with a dotted-dash line. The hood boundary incision reference line 5 and the location of the ventilation space 14 are indicated with arrows. The space should be at least 10 mm, with a preferred distance of 30 to 50 mm providing better ventilation. The clothing contact body 1 can be manufactured and sold in a variety of patterns according to customer needs, such as being used by simply placing it along the clothing or the like 9 and contacting it with the head, being directly attached to the clothing 9, or being detachable. While Figure 4 shows an example of a garment with the same shape and size from the face-opening side 2 to the hood rear 3, if the garment-contacting body 1 is made of a material that is easy to process, it can be tailored to fit the hood size, or the face-opening side 2 can be fitted to fit the hood size while the hood rear 3 can be made a different size. The shape can also be changed by customer processing. Therefore, this is not limited to Figure 4 and various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. Furthermore, while Figure 4 shows the body-contacting portion 6 as a simple shape with a support portion 10 having two slits that curves inward, any shape that forms an inward protrusion is acceptable. The body-contacting portion 6 can be secured by any method, but a body-contacting portion 6 that reduces the feeling of pressure can be constructed by sandwiching, for example, a hard, soft urethane foam in the inwardly curved portion. When a separate body-contacting portion 6 is provided for use integrally with the garment-contacting body 1, any shape, method, or material can be used. For example, a hard, soft urethane foam can be attached to the desired position. Furthermore, the position of the body-contacting portion 6 is not limited to that shown in Figure 4, and various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention. If the material is easily cuttable, it can be cut to fit the customer's hood size, or cuts can be made to bend the shoulder-nearby attachment portion 4 to fit the shape of the shoulders, and the shape of the visor 7 can also be changed by the customer's processing. Therefore, the garment-contacting body 1 may have a basic rectangular shape or a modified shape, and the shape of the shoulder-nearby attachment portion 4 is not limited to that shown in Figure 4, and various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0013] FIG. 5 shows a perspective view (A) of a third embodiment of the present invention equipped with a body positioning device, and a perspective view (B) of a garment 9 sandwiched between the garment and the body. The garment contact body 1 supporting the hood has a peaked shape (7), a support section 10, a body contact section 6, and a distal end section 12 at the end of the shoulder-neighboring attachment section 4. The garment contact body 1 is bent toward the shoulder at the hood boundary cut reference line 5, and a body positioning device 8 is attached, allowing the arms to pass through the shoulder-neighboring attachment section 4. The garment contact body 1 can be manufactured and sold in a variety of ways to meet customer needs, including simply being placed along the garment 9 and in contact with the head without fastening, directly attached to the garment 9, or detachable. This example shows a secure fit that prevents slippage, especially when a wearer wants to wear it securely to withstand strong winds. The body positioning device 8 is preferably made of, for example, a belt-shaped material such as TPU or rubber, but is not limited to a belt-like material and can be modified in various ways based on the purpose of the body positioning device 8. The shape is not limited to that shown in FIG. 5. In this example, the garment-contacting body 1 is not directly attached to the garment 9, but the spacer can be attached when needed, for example, by gluing it to the hood. This is also effective when used in environments where the garment is likely to slip off, such as in windy conditions. While Figure 5 shows the garment-contacting body 1 as having the same shape and size from the vicinity of the face-opening side 2 to the vicinity of the hood rear 3, the garment-contacting body 1 can be adapted to the size of the hood or modified. For example, the face-opening side 2 can be fitted to the hood size, while the hood rear 3 can be a different size. It is also possible to use a material whose shape can be modified by customer processing. The attachment method of the body-positioning device 8 is not limited to that shown in Figure 5 ; various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention. Furthermore, the position of the body-contacting body part 6 is not limited to that shown in Figure 5 ; various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention. Furthermore, in the perspective view of the garment-positioning device 8 in the third embodiment of the present invention, when the garment 9 is held by the handle, a rectangular shape without a visor 7 is also possible, but Figure 5 shows a shape with a visor 7 as an example. When clothing or the like 9 is no longer needed, it can be placed in the spacer and carried around without taking up too much space. The use of the body positioning device 8 makes it easier to carry and more convenient. In the case of rain gear, the wet side can be placed inside to prevent the surrounding area from getting wet, and the body positioning device 8 can be hung up when not in use.The body positioning device 8 is preferably made of, for example, a belt-like material such as TPU or rubber, but is not limited to a belt shape and can be modified in various ways based on the spirit of the body positioning device 8. In addition, this is an example in which the inner curve of the part with two slits as the support part 10 is returned to its original shape and the body contact part 6 is removed, but various configurations can be envisioned for the attachment of the body positioning device 8, such as making the body contact part 6 detachable depending on its shape, or making it foldable or movable by rotation, and the position is not limited to that shown in Figure 5, and various modifications can be made based on the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0014] 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, showing a rear view (A) of a generally inverted V-shaped hood with a contact portion located behind the head. The main body 1 supporting the generally inverted V-shaped hood with a contact portion located behind the head has a curved support portion 10 and a body contact portion 6. The support portion 10 is connected to the main body 1 to secure the body contact portion 6. The entire body contact portion 6, which secures the body contact portion 6 from the rear of the head to the body, is in contact with the body. Since head shapes vary from person to person, this example shows a case where the shape of the body contact portion 6 matches the shape of the body. The dashed lines indicate the left and right lines hidden by the support portion 10, where the body contact portion 6 is secured from the rear of the head toward the inside of the main body 1. The main body 1 is shaped to fit the hood from near the face opening side 2 toward near the rear 3 of the hood. Although not shown in the figure, when viewed along the B-B' cross section in the plan view (B), the cross section of the garment-contacting body 1 and the body-contacting body part 6 between the garment 9 and the body when worn shows that the garment is sandwiched between the garment 9 and the head (shown by the dashed-dotted line) by the action of either or both of the garment 9 and the body. While any material is acceptable, resin is preferred. The main body 1 may be made of LDPE, for example, but PP or PET are also possible. Since it is something that will be touched by the hand, a flexible, burr-free, not too hard material with a thickness of 0.05 mm to 1 mm is suitable. The support part 10 and the body-contacting body part 6 are preferably made to a certain thickness, for example, 1 mm or more, to provide strength. Figure 6 shows an example in which the main body 1, which contacts the top of the head, is roughly inverted V-shaped, with a fold line at the apex for easy folding, and has the same shape and size from the face opening side 2 to the rear of the hood 3. However, the main body 1 can be roughly U-shaped or any other shape that can fit the hood. This is not limited to Figure 6, and various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. While the support portion 10 is shown positioned near the top of the ear, the connecting portion of the main body 1 can be detachable so that it can be positioned as desired by the customer. The body contact portion 6 may be positioned so that it can contact the body. Various methods for connecting the support portion 10 to the main body 1 are conceivable. The support portion 10 and the body contact portion 6 are not limited to curved shapes, and various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the scope of the present invention. Furthermore, a shoulder-near attachment portion 4 may be provided, as shown in Figure 4.
[0015] Figure 7 shows a front view (A), an A-A' cross-sectional view (B), and a B-B' cross-sectional view (C) of Example 4, in which the contact portion of the present invention is located on the back of the hand, such as at a cuff. The garment contact body 1 and the body contact portion 6, which are provided on the back of the hand and part of the arm, are clamped and fixed by the support portion 10. The ends of the bulging body contact portion 6, which is not clamped, support the back of the hand and part of the arm through only partial contact, maintaining the shape of the entire opening. The hidden lines of the support portion 10 are shown with dashed lines, and an example of the garment 9 to be placed over the garment contact body 1 is shown with a dashed-dotted line. The ventilation space 14 above the back of the hand allows air to enter, improving ventilation through the ventilation openings. The two contact surfaces 13 allow for stable shape retention. The ventilation space 14 is maintained in conjunction with the movement of the back of the hand and arm, ensuring proper ventilation between the garment 9 and the garment. The placement location of the vent is not limited to the back of the hand. Its structure is sufficient as long as it functions as a spacer that maintains the ventilation space 14 in the vent hole. The material may be any suitable material for maintaining the vent hole and suitable for contact with the body. Therefore, various modifications are possible within the spirit of the present invention, including flat contact parts bent into a mesh shape, parts with holes punched, and parts with a roughly three-dimensional shape. The height and position of the body contact part 6 can be adjusted to adjust the distance from clothing, etc. 9. The body contact part 6 is preferably made of a lightweight, flexible material, such as urethane or polyethylene, that can maintain the vent hole even if the spacer's shape changes due to hand movement. The spacer's shape can change with hand movement, which is expected to have the effect of blowing air from the open side to the inside. The spacer can be attached, detached, or partially fixed to the garment 9, and is not limited to the cuffs shown in Fig. 6, but can be used in any part that serves as a vent that opens both the outer side and the opposing inner side of the garment 9 to allow ventilation, as long as the spacer can be placed in any part, and various modifications are possible based on the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention. Furthermore, the garment contact body 1 can be configured as a separate or integrated body, including, for example, a non-slip silicone coating, and can be variously modified, such as a non-slip material pre-processed on the garment 9, or a fastener such as a hook-and-loop fastener, and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0016] A garment or the like having a spacer of the present invention will now be described. The spacer of the present invention may be provided as part of the garment or the like, such as by being fixed to the garment or the like at the time of sale, or may be molded using a 3D printer or the like to integrate the garment contact body 1 and the body contact body 6 into a single garment or the like, and refers to a garment or the like that is integrally molded as a single garment or the like. Therefore, as examples, the shapes shown in Figures 1 to 7 are provided as part of the garment or the like, or are integrally molded as part of the garment or the like, and the spacer of the present invention is used as a single piece. However, various modifications can be made using any method or material within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention. Furthermore, the size, shape, position, etc. of the garment contact body 1, the body contact body 6, and the support body 10 are not limited to those shown in Figures 1 to 7, and various modifications can be made within the spirit of the present invention and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0017] As described above, the present invention provides a spacer with an unprecedented shape that promotes continuous ventilation. Its reduced adhesion to the body allows for significantly improved breathability, making it particularly effective during windy and rainy weather in hot and humid seasons. Furthermore, the ventilation space 14 around the body prevents the hood from clinging to the head, arms, and other parts of the body, making it comfortable to wear. Furthermore, if the spacer supporting the hood is large enough to hold clothing 9, it can be used inside out as a storage solution, providing convenient storage without getting the surrounding area wet during transport. Furthermore, its simple structure and low-cost manufacturing process make it suitable for commercial distribution. Furthermore, adding ventilation holes to the hood prevents the hood from blowing off in windy situations such as watching sports, and protects clothing 9 from direct rain damage, even in prolonged rainy conditions. This comfortable item offers the convenience of easy industrial use.
