Description

Infant carrier

[0001] The present invention relates to an infant carrier, and more particularly, to an infant carrier in which a guardian can effectively lift a seat portion by simply operating a single dial module, thereby easily relieving pressure and discomfort applied to the abdomen by the seat portion, and in which a guardian can simultaneously generate a pair of left and right traction forces (F) having a first inclination angle with respect to a horizontal plane and a second inclination angle with respect to a vertical plane by operating a single dial module, thereby simultaneously implementing the effects of upward traction of the seat portion, adhesion of the seat portion to the abdomen, adhesion of the waist-worn portion to the rear of the waist, and adhesion of the waist-worn portion to the side of the waist by the vector sum of the pair of left and right traction forces (F).

[0002] Infant carriers are widely used to allow parents to comfortably and comfortably carry their infants, and these conventional infant carriers are sometimes equipped with cushion-shaped seats for infants to sit on to allow them to assume a more stable posture.

[0003] Meanwhile, if a guardian wears an infant carrier like this for a long time, the seat the infant is sitting in will gradually sag due to the infant's weight, and the belt that secures the seat to the guardian's body will become loose, causing discomfort to both the infant and the guardian.

[0004] In addition, mothers who gave birth through cesarean section complain of significant discomfort due to the pressure applied to the abdomen by the seat when using infant carriers according to conventional technology.

[0005] To solve this problem, many structures have been proposed that allow the length of the belt of an infant carrier to be adjusted. However, it is not only very inconvenient for a guardian to adjust the length of the belt while wearing the infant carrier, but there is also a technical limitation in that even if the length of the belt is adjusted, the effect of lifting the seat upwards is very minimal.

[0006] Accordingly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide an infant carrier which can easily relieve pressure and discomfort applied to the abdomen by the seat part by enabling a guardian to effectively lift the seat part upward through a simple operation of a single dial module, and which can simultaneously generate a pair of left and right traction forces (F) having a first inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane and a second inclination angle with respect to the vertical plane by operating a single dial module, thereby simultaneously implementing the effects of upward traction of the seat part, adhesion of the seat part to the abdomen, adhesion of the waist-worn part to the rear of the waist, and adhesion of the waist-worn part to the side of the waist by the vector sum of these left and right traction forces (F).

[0007] The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and include other technical problems that can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the technical field to which the present invention belongs from the description below.

[0008] In order to achieve the above object, the infant carrier according to the present invention comprises: a waist wearable part worn on the waist of a guardian; a seat part coupled to the front of the waist wearable part and on which the buttocks of the person being protected are placed; and a traction part installed along the front perimeter of the seat part, with both ends installed on both sides of the waist wearable part to pull up the seat part.

[0009] Preferably, the towing part is characterized by including a cable that is installed along the front perimeter of the seat part and connected to both sides of the waist wearing part to tow the seat part, and a dial module installed on the seat part to which the cable is wound.

[0010] In addition, the towing member is installed on each side of the waist wearable part and further includes a direction changing member for changing the direction of movement of the cable.

[0011] In addition, the towing unit is characterized in that it further includes a guide member that guides the movement of the cable.

[0012] In addition, the towing unit is characterized in that it further includes a retainer for maintaining the parallel installation interval of the cable.

[0013] According to the present invention, the guardian can effectively lift the seat portion upwards through simple operation of a single dial module, thereby easily relieving the pressure and discomfort applied to the abdomen by the seat portion.

[0014] In addition, according to the present invention, the guardian can simultaneously generate a pair of left and right traction forces (F) having a first inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane and a second inclination angle with respect to the vertical plane by manipulating a single dial module, and the effects of upward traction of the seat part, adhesion of the seat part to the abdomen, adhesion of the waist-worn part to the rear of the waist, and adhesion of the waist-worn part to the side of the waist are simultaneously implemented by the vector sum of the pair of left and right traction forces (F).

[0015] The effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned, and include other effects that can be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains from the following description.

[0019] Figure 4 is a drawing showing the front structure of an infant carrier according to another embodiment of the present invention, and

[0020] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the inner structure of an infant carrier according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0021] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that, wherever possible, identical components are represented by identical reference numerals throughout the drawings. Furthermore, detailed descriptions of well-known functions and configurations that may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention will be omitted.

[0022] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a side structure of an infant carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a front structure of an infant carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an infant carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a waist wearing part (100), a seat part (200), and a traction part (300).

[0024] The waist wear part (100) is worn around the waist of a guardian, such as a parent, who wears an infant carrier for a child, and the buttocks of the child are placed on the seat part (200).

[0025] Such a sheet part (200) is attached to the outer surface of the waist wear part (100) so as to be provided in the front of the waist wear part (100) (i.e., toward the protector's abdomen).

[0026] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 2, the towing part (300) is installed and extended horizontally along the upper circumference of the front surface of the seat part (200) to the waist wearing part (100).

[0027] The left end of the traction part (300) is fixedly installed on the upper part of the left outer surface of the waist wear part (100), and the right end of the traction part (300) is fixedly installed on the upper part of the right outer surface of the waist wear part (100).

[0028] As a result, the towing part (300) has a structure installed horizontally in a semicircular band shape along the front and left and right sides of the infant carrier according to the present invention, and such towing part (300) basically performs the function of pulling and towing the seat part (200) upward.

[0029] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the towing part (300) of the infant carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a dial module (310), a cable (330), a direction changer (350), a guide part (370), and a retainer (390).

[0030] The dial module (310) is installed at the upper center of the front surface of the seat portion (200), and cables (330) are connected and installed in the left and right directions, respectively.

[0031] The cable (330) installed in a symmetrical shape with a windable structure on the dial module (310) is connected to the left and right sides of the waist wearable part (100) along the entire front perimeter of the seat part (200) as shown in FIG. 2.

[0032] Meanwhile, the direction changer (350) constituting the left and right ends of the towing unit (300) are installed at the same height on the upper part of the left and right outer surfaces of the waist wearing unit (100).

[0033] Meanwhile, the guide member (370) that guides the movement of the cable (330) according to the rotation operation of the dial module (310) is installed at the same height on the upper part of the left and right outer surfaces of the waist wearable part (100), but it is preferable to install it on the connecting line of the dial module (310) and the direction change member (350).

[0034] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, one end of a cable (330) connected to the dial module (310) in the right direction is connected to the dial module (310) in a windable structure, and the other end of the cable (330) passes through a guide hole (370) and then passes through a direction change hole (350) in a U shape, thereby changing the direction of deployment by 180 degrees to implement a vertical parallel installation structure of the cable (330), and then passes through a retainer (390) installed spaced apart from the dial module (310) on the front surface of the seat portion (200).

[0035] In this way, the other end of the cable (330) that has passed through the retainer (390) passes through the direction change port (350) installed in the upper part of the left outer surface of the waist wearable part (100) in a U shape as shown in FIG. 2, thereby changing the direction of deployment by 180 degrees to implement the vertical parallel installation structure of the cable (330), and then passes through the guide port (370) installed in the upper part of the left outer surface of the waist wearable part (100), and is then connected and installed in the left direction to the dial module (310).

[0036] In this way, since the other end of the cable (330) connected and installed toward the left side of the dial module (310) is also connected to the dial module (310) in a structure that can be wound around it, the guardian can simultaneously and equally adjust the winding lengths of both ends of the cable (330) wound around the inside of the dial module (310) by rotating the dial module (310) clockwise (or counterclockwise), thereby simultaneously and equally adjusting the lengths of the cables (330) exposed to the outside through the left and right sides of the dial module (310).

[0037] Specifically, as the guardian rotates the dial module (310) in the first direction (e.g., clockwise), the dial module (310) simultaneously pulls and winds one end and the other end of the cable (330), and as a result, the cable (330) that is hung in a U shape on the left and right direction change ports (350) simultaneously pulls the left and right direction change ports (350) in the direction of the dial module (310), and accordingly, the left and right sides of the waist wearable part (100) to which the direction change ports (350) are coupled are also simultaneously pulled in the direction of the dial module (310).

[0038] Meanwhile, when the waist wearable part (100) to which the direction change mechanism (350) is connected is firmly attached to the waist of the guardian, the dial module (310) and the seat part (200) to which the dial module (310) is fixedly installed are pulled in the direction of the direction change mechanism (350) due to the reaction of the traction force (F) as described above.

[0039] Meanwhile, due to the left-right symmetrical structure of the towing unit (300) as in FIG. 2, the force that tows the dial module (310) and the seat unit (200) on which the dial module (310) is fixedly installed in the direction of the direction changing port (350) acts simultaneously on the left and right sides of the infant carrier according to the present invention, and the dial module (310) and the seat unit (200) on which the dial module (310) is fixedly installed can be towed in the direction of the vector sum of the simultaneously acting forces (i.e., the direction from the abdomen to the back of the guardian).

[0040] More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the front of the seat part (200) is formed at a higher position than the side of the waist wear part (100), and as a result, the dial module (310) is installed at the upper portion of the front of the seat part (200), and the direction change port (350) is installed at the upper portion of the side of the waist wear part (100), so that the dial module (310) forms an installation position higher than the direction change port (350), and as a result, the connection line from the direction change port (350) to the dial module (310) forms an inclined line having a predetermined angle (for example, 5 degrees to 45 degrees) with respect to the horizontal plane.

[0041] In the present invention, the horizontal distance between the dial module (310) and the direction changer (350) is reduced by the horizontal component of the traction force (F) applied in the direction of the inclined line, and also, the horizontal component of the traction force (F) causes the waist wearable part (100) and the seat part (200) to come into close contact with each other in the horizontal direction along the waist and abdominal circumference of the protector.

[0042] Meanwhile, the vertical component (Fv) of the traction force (F) applied in the direction of the slope acts as a force that lifts and supports the sheet portion (200) upward, as shown in FIG. 2.

[0043] Accordingly, when the seat part (200) is lowered due to the weight of the infant sitting on the seat part (200), the guardian can easily rotate the single dial module (310) installed at the center of the front of the seat part (200) to lift the infant together with the seat part (200) to create a comfortable use condition.

[0044] In this way, according to the present invention, the guardian can effectively lift the seat portion (200) upwards through simple operation of a single dial module (310) installed at the center of the front surface of the seat portion (200), thereby easily relieving the pressure and discomfort applied to the abdomen by the seat portion (200).

[0045] In addition, according to the present invention, the guardian can effectively lift the seat (200) on which the infant is sitting by simply operating a single dial module (310) installed in the center of the front of the seat (200), and at the same time, the seat (200) and the waist wearing part (100) can be brought into close contact with the guardian's abdomen and waist.

[0046] More specifically, according to the present invention, by simply operating a single dial module (310) installed at the center of the front surface of the seat portion (200), it is possible to simultaneously generate a traction force (F) as in FIG. 1 on the left and right sides of the infant carrier.

[0047] Meanwhile, since the dial module (310) and the direction changer (350) are not installed on the same horizontal plane, the traction force (F) forms a predetermined first inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane as described above, and since the dial module (310) and the direction changer (350) are not installed on the same vertical plane (the plane perpendicular to the ground in FIG. 2), as shown in FIG. 2, the traction force (F) forms a predetermined second inclination angle with respect to the vertical plane (for example, 10 to 80 degrees).

[0048] In this way, a pair of traction forces (F) that are generated in a form of line symmetry with respect to the central axis of the infant carrier on the left and right sides of the infant carrier according to the present invention have a first inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane and a second inclination angle with respect to the vertical plane, respectively.

[0049] Meanwhile, by the direction and magnitude of the vector sum of the left and right pair of traction forces (F), it is possible to simultaneously implement the effects of upward traction of the seat part (200), adhesion of the seat part (200) to the abdomen, adhesion of the waist wearing part (100) to the rear waist area, and adhesion of the waist wearing part (100) to the side of the waist.

[0050] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 1, the cable (330) continuously passes through the guide member (370) installed in the waist wearable part (100) and the retainer member (390) installed at a distance from the front of the seat part (200) and below the dial module (310), so that the vertical parallel installation interval of the cable (330) is maintained constant, thereby allowing the direction of action of the traction force (F) by the vertically parallel cable (330) to always be maintained constant.

[0051] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a side structure of an infant carrier according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a front structure of an infant carrier according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0052] An infant carrier according to another embodiment of the present invention has basically the same functions and structure as the infant carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention in FIGS. 1 and 2, but additionally has a cover part (400) that prevents the cable (330), the direction change part (350), the guide part (370), and the retainer (390) of the towing part (300) from being exposed to the outside as much as possible, and exposes only the dial module (310) to the outside for operation by a guardian, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.

[0053] Specifically, such a cover part (400) is provided on the outer surface of the waist wear part (100) and the front surface of the seat part (200), and the cover part (400) provided on the seat part (200) may be provided with a through hole (450) through which a cable (330) connected to the left and right sides of the dial module (310) passes through, respectively, via a ring-shaped fixing member.

[0054] Fig. 5 is a drawing showing the inner structure of an infant carrier according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 5, in the infant carrier according to another embodiment of the present invention, on the back surface of the seat portion (200), which is the surface that comes into close contact with the abdomen of the guardian, an insertion hole (210) for detachably installing a support cushion in the internal space of the seat portion (200) may be provided in the form of a zipper or the like along the connection portion between the seat portion (200) and the waist wear portion (100).

[0055] In this way, according to another embodiment of the present invention, by forming an insertion hole (210) on the back surface of the seat part (200), which is the surface that comes into close contact with the abdomen of the guardian, it is possible to prevent the support cushion inside the seat part (200) from being partially detached to the outside unintentionally through the insertion hole (210) that is accidentally open, or the support cushion from being improperly positioned in the internal space of the seat part (200), thereby deteriorating the function of the seat part (200). In addition, when removing the support cushion for washing the infant carrier, the support cushion can be removed more easily through the insertion hole (210) without being caught by the cable (330).

[0056] The terminology used herein is merely used to describe specific embodiments and is not intended to limit the present invention. The singular expression includes the plural expression unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In this application, it should be understood that the terms "comprise" or "have" indicate the presence of a feature, number, step, operation, component, part, or combination thereof described in the specification, but do not preclude the possibility of the presence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, operations, components, parts, or combinations thereof.
