Description

A ROAD ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOFPRIORITY APPLICATION DETAILS

[0001] The present application claims the priority from the Indian patent application number 202321053760 dated August 10, 2023, having a title as - A ROAD ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOFTECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to road accident management systems. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for controlling and managing road accidents.BACKGROUND

[0002] Nowadays, road safety issues like accidents, burglary, etc. continue to be the prime cause of death, injury, or traumatic experience across the world. Road accidents and road theft indicate how a road has become an unsafe place for everyone, as most of the incidents go unnoticed for long hours. Also, the location of these incidents is not properly detected. These incidents mostly occur on highways or within cities.

[0003] In order to prevent such incidents, roadside barriers or shock absorbing rail and cameras were installed. However, such preventions are not very effective as they do not completely prevent road accidents or give them instant aid or support. The cameras installed in roadways or highways are not monitored continuously and also sometimes there are networkconnectivity issues in rural / dense areas in case of need or during unwanted events. Sometimes even after learning about the accident, it gets very difficult for the required assistance to reach the accident spot immediately because of a lot of commotion and traffic on the road, hence causing delay to get proper assistance on time.

[0004] Therefore, there is a need of a system and method which solves the above defined problems.SUMMARY
