Technical Field The present application relates to the field of wireless communication technology, and in particular to a communication method and device. Background Art Band combination (BC) is usually used to indicate the carrier aggregation or dual connection capabilities supported by the terminal device, that is, to aggregate carriers on one or more different frequency bands to increase the data transmission rate. On each carrier in the above band combination, the terminal device supports communication with the network device with a certain channel bandwidth. The terminal device may support multiple frequency bands in each BC, and each frequency band may include multiple carriers. Due to hardware capability limitations, the total bandwidth capability supported by the terminal device in a BC may be limited, and the channel bandwidths supported on different carriers (component carrier, CC) in the BC may have different combinations. With the evolution of spectrum and operators' deployment requirements for different bandwidths, the bandwidth combinations defined in the protocol are gradually enriched. Therefore, how to report the channel bandwidth capability that each carrier in a frequency band combination can support to the network equipment to achieve normal communication is an urgent problem to be solved. Summary of the invention The present application provides a communication method and device, which determine the channel bandwidth of the carrier included in the frequency band in the frequency band combination through the total aggregate bandwidth and the channel bandwidth of the frequency band. In a first aspect, a communication method is provided, the method comprising: receiving a capability query request; sending capability information, the capability information comprising first information, the first information indicating a total aggregate bandwidth supported by a first frequency band combination, the first frequency band combination comprising at least one frequency band, each frequency band in the at least one frequency band comprising at least one carrier; wherein a channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is associated with the first information, the first carrier is used for communication between a terminal device and a network device, and the first carrier belongs to a first frequency band in the first frequency band combination. The total aggregated bandwidth may also refer to the total bandwidth, or may refer to the maximum aggregated bandwidth. Thus, when the network device receives the total aggregated bandwidth of the frequency band combination indicated in the first information, it may determine the channel bandwidth supported on the carrier included in the frequency band combination according to the association between the total aggregated bandwidth and the channel bandwidth of the carrier, allocate frequency domain resources on the carrier to the terminal device according to the channel bandwidth of the carrier supported by the terminal device, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination, and the multiple carriers are all carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. That is, the channel bandwidth of one of the carriers in the first frequency band combination must be less than the maximum value of the channel bandwidth of the frequency band to which the carrier belongs, and the channel bandwidth of all carriers in the first frequency band combination must be equal to the total aggregate bandwidth, so that the network device can determine the channel bandwidth of the carrier according to the channel bandwidth of the frequency band and the total aggregate bandwidth. In some implementations, the channel bandwidth supported by the first uplink carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by multiple uplink carriers is less than or equal to the total uplink aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination, and the multiple uplink carriers are all uplink carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. In some implementations, the channel bandwidth supported by the first downlink carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by multiple downlink carriers is less than or equal to the total downlink aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination, and the multiple downlink carriers are all downlink carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. In some implementations, the channel bandwidth supported by the first time division duplex carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by multiple time division duplex carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate bandwidth of time division duplex supported by the first frequency band combination, and the multiple time division duplex carriers are all time division duplex carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. In some implementations, the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency division duplex carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by multiple frequency division duplex carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate frequency division duplex bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination, and the multiple frequency division duplex carriers are all frequency division duplex carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the channel bandwidth supported by the second carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the frequency band corresponding to the second carrier, and the second carrier is any carrier among the multiple carriers. That is, the channel bandwidth of any carrier in the first frequency band combination must be less than the maximum value of the channel bandwidth of the frequency band to which the carrier belongs, and the channel bandwidth of all carriers in the first frequency band combination must be equal to the total aggregate bandwidth, so that the network device can determine the channel bandwidth of the carrier according to the channel bandwidth of the frequency band and the total aggregate bandwidth. In combination with the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the capability information further includes second information, the second information indicating a maximum channel bandwidth supported by each of the multiple carriers, and the sum of the maximum channel bandwidths supported by the multiple carriers indicated by the second information is greater than a total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. Thus, the network device can determine more possible combinations of channel bandwidths supported by carriers in the first frequency band combination according to the second information based on the first information. In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the channel bandwidth supported by the third carrier is less than or equal to the maximum channel bandwidth of the third carrier indicated by the second information, the third carrier belongs to multiple carriers, the multiple carriers are all carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by the multiple carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. That is, the channel bandwidth of one of the carriers in the first frequency band combination must be less than the corresponding maximum channel bandwidth indicated by the second information, and the channel bandwidths of all carriers in the first frequency band combination must be equal to the total aggregate bandwidth. In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the total aggregate bandwidth includes an uplink total aggregate bandwidth and a downlink total aggregate bandwidth, wherein: the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the downlink channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the downlink total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination; and / or the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the uplink channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the uplink total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. That is, the total aggregate bandwidth indicated by the total aggregate bandwidth is specifically the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the uplink carriers in the first frequency band combination, and / or the total aggregate bandwidth indicated by the total aggregate bandwidth is specifically the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the downlink carriers in the first frequency band combination. In a second aspect, a communication method is provided, the method comprising: receiving a capability query request; sending capability information, the capability information comprising third information, the third information indicating at least one group of total aggregate bandwidth capabilities supported by the first frequency band combination, each group of total aggregate bandwidths in the at least one group of total aggregate bandwidths comprising a first total aggregate bandwidth and a second total aggregate bandwidth, wherein: the first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the time division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination, the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the frequency division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination; and / or the first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the frequency band in the first frequency range, the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the frequency band in the second frequency range, and the first frequency range does not overlap with the second frequency range. That is, the terminal device is allowed to report different values in a combined manner corresponding to the same frequency band combination under different duplex modes and / or frequency ranges, thereby achieving high flexibility in reporting bandwidth capabilities of the terminal device. In combination with the second aspect, in some implementations of the second aspect, the capability information further includes fourth information, the fourth information includes a feature set combination, and the fourth information and the feature set combination have a corresponding relationship. In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the fourth information includes at least one set of feature set combinations, and the at least one set of total aggregate bandwidth indicated by the third information corresponds to the at least one set of feature set combinations indicated by the fourth information. The at least one set of total aggregate bandwidth and the at least one set of feature set combinations may be arranged in order, respectively. In the case where a set of total aggregate bandwidth corresponds to multiple sets of feature set combinations, the terminal device may report the set of total aggregate bandwidths multiple times in the capability information, thereby ensuring the correspondence between each set of total aggregate bandwidth and the feature set combination. In a third aspect, a communication method is provided, including: receiving a capability query request; sending capability information, the capability information including fifth information, the fifth information indicating a first processing capability, the first processing capability being the maximum value of the processing capability supported by M carriers, the M carriers being carriers in a first frequency band, or being carriers in a first frequency band combination, and M being a positive integer. The maximum value of the processing capability supported by the M carriers can also be understood as the maximum processing capability supported by the terminal device on the M carriers, or the total processing capability supported by the M carriers, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capability supported by the M carriers after receiving the fifth information, realize a flexible capability reporting method for the terminal device, and ensure normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier among the M carriers is determined according to at least one of the following: the number of multiple-input multiple-output MIMO layers, the channel bandwidth, the parameter set numerology, the subcarrier spacing SCS, the scaling factor, or the overhead; wherein the first carrier is any one of the M carriers. Thus, the terminal device reports the maximum processing capacity supported, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the M carriers, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the SCS supported by the first carrier. Among them, the first coefficient can also be understood as a first weighting coefficient or a first weighting factor. For example, the first coefficient associated with the 30KHz subcarrier spacing is 1, and the first coefficient associated with 15KHz is 2. Among them, the first coefficient associated with the subcarrier spacing can be predefined (such as preset by the protocol) or reported by the terminal device to the network device. For example, the capability information sent by the terminal device also includes the thirteenth information, and the thirteenth information indicates at least one first coefficient supported by the terminal device, and at least one first coefficient is associated with the subcarrier spacing supported by the terminal device. Among them, the terminal device supports multiple carriers, and each of the multiple carriers can correspond to the same or different subcarrier spacing. For the same subcarrier spacing, the first coefficients reported by different terminal devices can be the same or different. In conjunction with the third aspect, in some implementations of the third aspect, the first processing capability satisfies: Where E is the first processing capability, and the value of i is 1, 2, ..., M, V (i) is the number of MIMO layers supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, W (i) is the channel bandwidth supported by the ith carrier, K (i) is the first coefficient, K (i) Associated with the SCS supported by the i-th carrier. Since the number of MIMO layers supported by each carrier, that is, the number of data streams transmitted simultaneously in space, is different, the number of MIMO layers is positively correlated with the processing capacity of the carrier. In addition, the size of the channel bandwidth supported by each carrier is also positively correlated with the processing capacity of the carrier. Therefore, the network device can determine the number of MIMO layers, channel bandwidth, etc. supported on each carrier based on the maximum value of the processing capacity supported by the M carriers reported by the terminal device, so as to achieve normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band, or the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band combination. Thus, the terminal device can indicate the maximum processing capacity supported by all carriers in the first frequency band by reporting the fifth information, or indicate the maximum processing capacity supported by all carriers in the first frequency band combination by reporting the fifth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the carriers in the frequency band or the frequency band combination after receiving the fifth information, thereby achieving normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, when M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band combination, the M carriers are carriers in all time division duplex TDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination, or the M carriers are carriers in all frequency division duplex FDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination; and / or at least one carrier is a carrier in all frequency bands within the first frequency range in the first frequency band combination. Thus, the terminal device can report the total processing capacity supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within TDD, FDD and / or a specific frequency range through the fifth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within TDD, FDD and / or a specific frequency range after receiving the fifth information, so as to realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the capability information further includes M sixth information and M seventh information corresponding to the M carriers, wherein each sixth information indicates the maximum number of MIMO layers supported by the corresponding carrier, and each seventh information indicates the maximum channel bandwidth supported by the corresponding carrier. Thus, the network device can correctly parse the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the M carriers based on the reported capability information, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device while reducing the signaling overhead. In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the capability information also includes M eighth information, M ninth information, M tenth information and M eleventh information corresponding one by one to the M carriers, wherein each eighth information indicates a first MIMO layer capability supported by the corresponding carrier, each ninth information indicates a second MIMO layer capability supported by the corresponding carrier, each tenth information indicates a first bandwidth capability supported by the corresponding carrier, and each eleventh information indicates a second bandwidth capability supported by the corresponding carrier; wherein the M eighth information and the M tenth information are used by a first type of base station to determine the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, and the first carrier is any one of the M carriers; the fifth information, the ninth information and the eleventh information are used by a second type of base station to determine the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier. Among them, the first type of base station can also be understood as an old base station, or a base station that cannot correctly decode the fifth information and / or cannot decode BCS#4 or BCS#5. The second type of base station can also be understood as a new base station, or a base station that can decode the fifth information and / or can decode BCS#4 or BCS#5. Among them, the terminal device can report at least one set of {first MIMO layer capability and first bandwidth capability} supported by each carrier in the M carriers in the capability information in a specific manner of enumerating multiple FeatureSet combinations (multiple rows of FeatureSets) one by one, so as to avoid the MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the carrier determined by the first type of base station exceeding the capability that the terminal device can support. Among them, the second MIMO layer capability and the second bandwidth capability can report the maximum number of MIMO layers and the maximum channel bandwidth supported by each carrier only through one feature set combination (one row of feature sets). Since the second type of base station can parse the first processing capability, it can ignore the eighth information and the tenth information reported in the capability information, but determine the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the M carriers according to the ninth information and the eleventh information, thereby ensuring the compatibility between the terminal device and the old base station. In conjunction with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the maximum value of the processing capacity supported by the M carriers includes: the maximum value of the uplink processing capacity supported by the M carriers and / or the maximum value of the downlink processing capacity supported by the M carriers. Thus, after receiving the twelfth information, the network device can correctly analyze the maximum data rate supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier, thereby achieving normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In a fourth aspect, a communication method is provided, including: receiving a capability query request; sending capability information, the capability information including twelfth information, the twelfth information indicating the maximum data rate supported by M carriers, the M carriers being carriers in a first frequency band, or carriers in a first frequency band combination, and M being a positive integer. Thus, the terminal device reports the data rate supported by the M carriers, so that the network device can correctly analyze the data rate supported by the M carriers after receiving the twelfth information, thereby realizing a flexible capability reporting method for the terminal device and ensuring normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In conjunction with the fourth aspect, in some implementations of the fourth aspect, the maximum data rate satisfies: Where S is the maximum data rate, J is 1, 2, ..., M, is the number of MIMO layers of the jth carrier among the M carriers, is the modulation order of the jth carrier, f (j) is the scaling factor of the jth carrier, Rmax is the maximum coding rate, is the maximum number of resource blocks included in the channel bandwidth BW(j) of the j-th carrier bandwidth under the parameter set μ, is the average OFDM symbol duration of the jth carrier under parameter set μ, OH (j) is the overhead corresponding to the j-th carrier. In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band, or the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band combination. Thus, the terminal device can indicate the maximum data rate supported by all carriers in the first frequency band by reporting the twelfth information, or indicate the maximum data rate supported by all carriers in the first frequency band combination by reporting the twelfth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the maximum data rate supported by the carriers in the frequency band or the frequency band combination after receiving the twelfth information, thereby achieving normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, when M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band combination, the M carriers are carriers in all time division duplex TDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination, or the M carriers are carriers in all frequency division duplex FDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination; and / or at least one carrier is a carrier in all frequency bands within the first frequency range in the first frequency band combination. Thus, the terminal device can report the maximum data rate supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within TDD, FDD and / or a specific frequency range through the twelfth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the maximum data rate supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within TDD, FDD and / or a specific frequency range after receiving the twelfth information, thereby realizing normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In conjunction with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the maximum data rate supported by the M carriers includes: the maximum uplink data rate supported by the M carriers and / or the maximum downlink data rate supported by the M carriers. Thus, the terminal device can report the maximum data rate supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier through the twelfth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the maximum data rate supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier after receiving the twelfth information, thereby achieving normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In a fifth aspect, a communication method is provided, the method comprising: sending a capability query request; receiving capability information, the capability information comprising first information, the first information indicating a total aggregate bandwidth supported by a first frequency band combination, the first frequency band combination comprising at least one frequency band, each frequency band in the at least one frequency band comprising at least one carrier; wherein the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is associated with the first information, the first carrier is used for communication between a terminal device and a network device, and the first carrier belongs to a first frequency band in the first frequency band combination. The total aggregated bandwidth may also refer to the total bandwidth, or may refer to the maximum aggregated bandwidth. In some implementations, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier and the association with the first information may also be replaced by, or understood as, the network device determines the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier according to the first information, or the first information is used by the network device to determine the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier. The above-mentioned first carrier may be replaced by the first cell. Thus, when the network device receives the total aggregate bandwidth of the frequency band combination indicated in the first information, it can determine the channel bandwidth supported on the carrier included in the frequency band combination based on the association between the total aggregate bandwidth and the channel bandwidth of the carrier, and allocate frequency domain resources on the carrier to the terminal device based on the channel bandwidth of the carrier supported by the terminal device, thereby realizing normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination, and the multiple carriers are all carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. That is, the channel bandwidth of one of the carriers in the first frequency band combination must be less than the maximum value of the channel bandwidth of the frequency band to which the carrier belongs, and the channel bandwidth of all carriers in the first frequency band combination must be equal to the total aggregate bandwidth, so that the network device can determine the channel bandwidth of the carrier based on the channel bandwidth of the frequency band and the total aggregate bandwidth. In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the channel bandwidth supported by the second carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the frequency band corresponding to the second carrier, and the second carrier is any carrier among the multiple carriers. In conjunction with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the capability information further includes second information, the second information indicating a maximum channel bandwidth supported by each of the multiple carriers, and the sum of the maximum channel bandwidths supported by the multiple carriers indicated by the second information is greater than a total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. Thus, the network device can determine more possible combinations of channel bandwidths supported by carriers in the first frequency band combination based on the second information, based on the use of the first information. In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the channel bandwidth supported by the third carrier is less than or equal to the maximum channel bandwidth of the third carrier indicated by the third information, the third carrier belongs to multiple carriers, the multiple carriers are all carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by the multiple carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. That is, the channel bandwidth of one of the carriers in the first frequency band combination must be less than the corresponding maximum channel bandwidth indicated by the second information, and the channel bandwidths of all carriers in the first frequency band combination must be equal to the total aggregate bandwidth. In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the total aggregate bandwidth includes an uplink total aggregate bandwidth and a downlink total aggregate bandwidth, wherein: the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the downlink channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the downlink total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination; and / or the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the uplink channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the uplink total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. That is, the total aggregate bandwidth indicated by the total aggregate bandwidth is specifically the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the uplink carriers in the first frequency band combination, and / or the total aggregate bandwidth is specifically the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the downlink carriers in the first frequency band combination. In a sixth aspect, a communication method is provided, the method comprising: receiving a capability query request; sending capability information, the capability information comprising third information, the third information indicating at least one group of total aggregate bandwidth capabilities supported by a first frequency band combination, each group of total aggregate bandwidths in the at least one group of total aggregate bandwidths comprising a first total aggregate bandwidth and a second total aggregate bandwidth, wherein: the first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers of a time division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination, and the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers of a frequency division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination; and / or the first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers of a frequency band with a frequency in a first frequency range, and the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers of a frequency band with a frequency in a second frequency range, and the first frequency range does not overlap with the second frequency range. In combination with the sixth aspect, in certain implementations of the sixth aspect, the capability information further includes fourth information, the fourth information includes a feature set combination, and the fourth information has a corresponding relationship with the feature set combination. At least one group of total aggregate bandwidth and at least one group of feature set combinations can be arranged in order respectively. In the case where a group of total aggregate bandwidth corresponds to multiple groups of feature set combinations, the terminal device can report the group of total aggregate bandwidth multiple times in the capability information, thereby ensuring the corresponding relationship between each group of total aggregate bandwidth and the feature set combination. In combination with the sixth aspect, in certain implementations of the sixth aspect, the fourth information includes at least one set of characteristic set combinations, and the at least one set of total aggregate bandwidth indicated by the fourth information corresponds one-to-one to the at least one set of characteristic set combinations. In the seventh aspect, a communication method is provided, the method comprising: sending a capability query request; receiving capability information, the capability information comprising fifth information, the fifth information indicating a first processing capability, the first processing capability being the maximum value of the processing capability supported by M carriers, the M carriers being carriers in the first frequency band, or being carriers in the first frequency band combination, and M being a positive integer. In conjunction with the seventh aspect, in certain implementations of the seventh aspect, wherein: the processing capacity supported by the first carrier among the M carriers is determined according to at least one of the following: the number of MIMO layers, channel bandwidth, numerology, SCS, scaling factor, or overhead; wherein the first carrier is any one of the M carriers. Thus, the terminal device reports the maximum processing capacity supported, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the M carriers, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In combination with the seventh aspect, in certain implementations of the seventh aspect, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the SCS supported by the first carrier. In conjunction with the seventh aspect, in some implementations of the seventh aspect, the first processing capability satisfies: Where E is the first processing capability, and the value of i is 1, 2, ..., M, V (i) is the number of MIMO layers supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, W (i) is the channel bandwidth supported by the ith carrier, K (i) is the first coefficient, K (i) Associated with the SCS supported by the i-th carrier. In combination with the seventh aspect, in some implementations of the seventh aspect, the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band, or the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band combination. In combination with the seventh aspect, in certain implementations of the seventh aspect, when M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band combination, the M carriers are carriers in all TDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination, or the M carriers are carriers in all FDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination; and / or at least one carrier is a carrier in all frequency bands within the first frequency range in the first frequency band combination. In combination with the seventh aspect, in certain implementations of the seventh aspect, the capability information also includes M sixth information and M seventh information corresponding to the M carriers, wherein each sixth information indicates the maximum number of MIMO layers supported by the corresponding carrier, and each seventh information indicates the maximum channel bandwidth supported by the corresponding carrier, wherein: the method also includes: determining the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier according to the fifth information, the sixth information and the seventh information. Thus, the network device can correctly parse the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the M carriers based on the reported capability information, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device while reducing the signaling overhead. In combination with the seventh aspect, in certain implementations of the seventh aspect, the capability information also includes M eighth information, M ninth information, M tenth information, and M eleventh information corresponding one by one to the M carriers, wherein each eighth information indicates a first MIMO layer capability supported by the corresponding carrier, each ninth information indicates a second MIMO layer capability supported by the corresponding carrier, each tenth information indicates a first bandwidth capability supported by the corresponding carrier, and each eleventh information indicates a second bandwidth capability supported by the corresponding carrier, wherein: when the method is executed by a first type of base station, the method also includes: determining the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier according to the M eighth information and the M tenth information, the first carrier being any one of the M carriers; when the method is executed by a second type of base station, the method also includes: determining the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier according to the fifth information, the M ninth information, and the M eleventh information. In conjunction with the seventh aspect, in some implementations of the seventh aspect, the maximum value of the processing capacity supported by the M carriers includes: the maximum value of the uplink processing capacity supported by the M carriers and / or the maximum value of the downlink processing capacity supported by the M carriers. Thus, after receiving the twelfth information, the network device can correctly analyze the maximum data rate supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In an eighth aspect, a communication method is provided, the method comprising: sending a capability query request; receiving capability information, the capability information comprising twelfth information, the twelfth information indicating a maximum data rate supported by M carriers, the M carriers being carriers in a first frequency band, or being carriers in a first frequency band combination, and M being a positive integer. In conjunction with the eighth aspect, in some implementations of the eighth aspect, the maximum data rate satisfies: Where S is the maximum data rate, J is 1, 2, ..., M, is the number of MIMO layers of the jth carrier among the M carriers, is the modulation order of the jth carrier, f (j) is the scaling factor of the jth carrier, Rmax is the maximum coding rate, is the maximum number of resource blocks included in the channel bandwidth BW(j) of the j-th carrier bandwidth under the parameter set μ, is the average OFDM symbol duration of the jth carrier under parameter set μ, OH (j) is the overhead corresponding to the j-th carrier. In combination with the eighth aspect, in certain implementations of the eighth aspect, the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band, or the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band combination. In combination with the eighth aspect, in certain implementations of the eighth aspect, when M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band combination, the M carriers are carriers in all time division duplex TDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination, or the M carriers are carriers in all frequency division duplex FDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination; and / or at least one carrier is a carrier in all frequency bands within the first frequency range in the first frequency band combination. In conjunction with the eighth aspect, in certain implementations of the eighth aspect, the maximum data rate supported by the M carriers includes: the maximum uplink data rate supported by the M carriers and / or the maximum downlink data rate supported by the M carriers. In the tenth aspect, a communication device is provided, including: a transceiver module, a processing module, and some or all of the steps of the method described in the fifth aspect and any possible implementation thereof, the sixth aspect and any possible implementation thereof, the seventh aspect and any possible implementation thereof, and the eighth aspect and any possible implementation thereof are executed. In the eleventh aspect, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, in which a computer program or instruction is stored. DETAILED DESCRIPTION The technical solution in this application will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application can be applied to various communication systems, for example, long term evolution (LTE) system, long term evolution advanced pro (LTE-A pro), LTE frequency division duplex (FDD) system, LTE time division duplex (TDD), universal mobile telecommunication system (UMTS), worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMAX) communication system, new radio (NR) and future communication systems. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present application may refer to user equipment, access terminal, user unit, user station, mobile station, mobile station, remote station, remote terminal, mobile device, user terminal, terminal, wireless communication device, user agent or user device. The terminal device may also be a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a session initiation protocol (SIP) phone, a wireless local loop (WLL) station, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a handheld device with wireless communication function, a computing device or other processing device connected to a wireless modem, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, a terminal device in a future 5G network or a terminal device in a future evolved public land mobile communication network (PLMN), etc., and the present application does not limit this. The network device in the embodiment of the present application can be any device with wireless transceiver function. The network device includes, but is not limited to, an evolved Node B (eNB), a radio network controller (RNC), a Node B (NB), a base station controller (BSC), a base transceiver station (BTS), a home evolved NodeB (or home Node B, HNB), a baseband unit (BBU), an access point (AP) in a wireless fidelity (WIFI) system, a wireless relay node, a wireless backhaul node, a transmission point (TP) or a transmission and reception point (TRP), etc. It can also be a gNB or a transmission point (TRP or TP) in a fifth generation (5G) system, one or a group of (including multiple antenna panels) antenna panels of a base station in a 5G system, or it can also be a network node constituting a gNB or a transmission point, such as a baseband unit (BBU) or a distributed unit (DU), etc. In some deployments, the gNB may include a centralized unit (CU) and a distributed unit (DU). The gNB may also include an active antenna unit (AAU). The CU implements some functions of the gNB, and the DU implements some functions of the gNB. For example, the CU is responsible for processing non-real-time protocols and services, and implements the functions of the radio resource control (RRC) and packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layers. The DU is responsible for processing physical layer protocols and real-time services, and implements the functions of the radio link control (RLC) layer, the media access control (MAC) layer, and the physical (PHY) layer. The AAU implements some physical layer processing functions, RF processing, and related functions of active antennas. Since the information of the RRC layer will eventually become the information of the PHY layer, or be converted from the information of the PHY layer, in this architecture, high-level signaling, such as RRC layer signaling, can also be considered to be sent by the DU, or by the DU and the AAU. It is understandable that the network device may be a device including one or more of CU, DU, and AAU. In addition, the CU may be classified as a network device in an access network (radio access network, RAN), or the CU may be classified as a network device in a core network (core network, CN), which is not limited in this application. It should be understood that the present application can be applied to independently deployed 5G or LTE systems, and can also be applied to non-independently deployed 5G or LTE systems, such as DC scenarios, including dual connectivity (E-UTRA-NR dual connectivity, EN-DC), etc., and carrier aggregation (CA) scenarios. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the architecture of a communication system provided by an embodiment of the present application. The wireless communication system may include at least one network device, and the network device and one or more terminal devices communicate using wireless communication technology. In some implementations, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), the structure may refer to a 5G system architecture. Among them, the gNB is a node that provides NR user plane and control plane protocol terminals to the UE, and is connected to the 5GC (5G core network) via the NG interface, and the ng-eNB is a node that provides the user plane and control plane protocol terminals of the evolved universal terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRA) to the UE, and is connected to the 5GC via the NG interface. The access and mobility management function (AMF) is responsible for the encryption and security of NAS messages, registration, access, mobility, authentication, transparent transmission of SMS and other functions, which can be compared to the MME entity of 4G. The user plane function (UPF) is an interface with the data network, completing functions such as user plane data forwarding, session / flow-level billing statistics, and bandwidth limitation. That is, packet routing and forwarding and quality of service (QoS) processing of user plane data. The gNBs are connected to each other through the Xn interface. In some implementations, as shown in FIG. 1( b), the architecture may refer to the LTE system architecture. Among them, the functions of the mobility management entity (MME) are to send paging messages to the corresponding eNB, mobility control in idle state, encryption and integrity protection of non-access layer signaling, etc. The serving gateway (SGW) supports user plane data exchange of UE mobility, etc. The S1 interface is located between the eNB and MME / SGW, connecting the eNB and MME, and mainly completing the radio access bearer control of the S1 interface, interface-specific operation and maintenance, and other functions. The eNBs are connected to each other through the X2 interface to form a Mesh network. In some implementations, as shown in Figure 1 (c), the architecture can be applied to EN-DC scenarios. In the EN-DC method, the 5GNR control plane is anchored to 4G LTE, and 5G NR is used to carry user-plane services. The control plane is the channel for sending and scheduling signaling required for resources, and the user plane is the channel for transmitting user data. In NSA networking, 5G base stations are attached to the existing 4G core network. The LTE base station eNB acts as the MN, and the NR base station gNB acts as the SN. There is an S1 interface between the LTE eNB and the evolved packet core (EPC) of the LTE system, which has at least a control plane connection (S1-controlplane, S1-C) and can also have a user plane connection (S1-userplane, S1-U). There is an S1-U interface between the NR gNB and the EPC, that is, only a user plane connection is allowed. In some implementations, as shown in (d) of FIG. 1 , the architecture may be applicable to a CA scenario. In a CA scenario, a cell may be divided into a primary cell and a secondary cell, where the primary cell is a cell operating on a primary frequency band. The UE performs an initial connection establishment process in the cell, or starts a connection reestablishment process. During the handover process, the cell is indicated as a primary cell. A secondary cell is a cell operating on a secondary frequency band. Once an RRC connection is established, the secondary cell may be configured to provide additional wireless resources. To facilitate understanding, the relevant concepts involved in this application are first briefly introduced. 1. Band combination (BC) Band combining is combining different frequency bands together to increase the data transmission rate. Band combining can be achieved through carrier aggregation technology. 2. Carrier aggregation (CA) technology Carrier aggregation is the aggregation of two or more component carriers (CCs). Multiple CCs are used to serve terminal devices at the same time to support a larger transmission bandwidth and increase the peak transmission rate. Carrier aggregation supports aggregation between different CCs. The carrier can be a TDD CC or an FDD CC. The uplink and downlink frequency ranges of a TDD CC are the same, and downlink reception and uplink transmission are performed through different time domain resources; the uplink and downlink frequency ranges of an FDD CC are different, and downlink reception and uplink transmission are performed through different frequency resources. The CC can belong to the FR1 frequency band or the FR2 frequency band, that is, the frequency of the CC can belong to the range of 50 to 6000 MHz or the range of 24250 to 52600 MHz. There are three types of CAs: 1) Intra-band continuous carrier aggregation: CCs belong to the same frequency band and are continuous in the frequency domain. 2) Intra-band non-contiguous carrier aggregation: CCs belong to the same frequency band but are not contiguous in the frequency domain. 3) Inter-band carrier aggregation: CCs belong to different frequency bands. Because they belong to different frequency bands, multiple CCs are basically discontinuous in the frequency domain. FIG2 is a schematic diagram of a carrier aggregation structure corresponding to a frequency band combination provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG2, the frequency band combination includes frequency band A, frequency band B, and frequency band C. Frequency band A includes CC1, frequency band B includes CC2 and CC3, and frequency band C includes CC4 and CC5. In addition, carrier aggregation is also supported under the dual connectivity (DC) architecture. In DC, the UE is connected to the cells of two base stations at the same time (the base station here refers to the logical base station). The main base station is the MN (Master Node) and the secondary base station is the SN (Secondary Node). Both MN and SN can do CA independently. The cell that MN forms CA is called the master cell group (MCG), and the cell that SN forms CA is called the secondary cell group (SCG). The PCC in the SCG is called PSCell. 3. Terminal Equipment (UE) Capabilities Since different terminal devices use different hardware or software, UE capabilities are not the same. In order to better provide services to UEs, the network needs to know the UE capabilities. UE capabilities can be divided into different levels according to the hierarchy: (1) Terminal device-level capabilities, also known as per UE capabilities. (2) Band-level capability, also known as per-band capability, refers to at least one frequency band supported by the terminal device and its capability on each frequency band in the at least one frequency band. (3) Band combination-level capabilities, also known as per BC capabilities, refer to at least one band combination supported by the terminal device and the capabilities associated with each band combination in at least one band combination. A band combination corresponds to a feature set combination, which includes the following two levels of capabilities: a. Band-level capability in a band combination, also known as per band per BC capability, is the capability on a specific band included in each band combination in at least one band combination. This capability is reported through a standard feature set (FS), also known as per FS capability. The feature set includes a downlink feature set (FeatureSetDownlink, FSDL) and an uplink feature set (FeatureSetUplink, FSUL). b. Carrier-level capability, also known as per CC capability, is the capability on a specific carrier included in each frequency band combination in at least one frequency band combination. This capability is reported through a carrier-level feature set (feature set per CC, FSPC), also known as FSPC capability. The carrier feature set is also divided into a carrier downlink feature set (FeatureSetDownlinkPerCC) and a carrier uplink feature set (FeatureSetUplinkPerCC). 4. Bandwidth Capacity UE capabilities include bandwidth-related capabilities, which are used by network devices to configure the bandwidth for communication with terminal devices. Specific related fields include: 4.1 Channel Bandwidth (channelBWs) Capability Per-band capability, this field indicates the channel bandwidth supported by the terminal device on each frequency band. The channel bandwidth capabilities of DL and UL can be reported separately. The channel bandwidth capability is usually related to the RF capability of the frequency band, so no matter which frequency band combination, as long as it is for the same frequency band, the channel bandwidth capability of the frequency band is the same. This capability can be represented in the form of a bitmap. For example, a bitmap with a length of 10 bits, starting from the first bit from the left, each bit corresponds to [5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80] MHz bandwidth. The corresponding bit is set to 1 to indicate that the UE supports the bandwidth, and set to 0 to indicate that the bandwidth is not supported. For the correspondence between the specific bitmap and the bandwidth value, please refer to the protocol. Taking band n41 specified in the protocol as an example, as shown in Table 1, under different subcarrier spacings (SCS), the channel bandwidth value supported on band n41 can be reported through the channel bandwidth capability. Table 1 4.2 Maximum Carrier Bandwidth Capability Carrier-level (per CC) channel bandwidth capability, this field indicates the maximum bandwidth supported by the terminal device on a single carrier. Exemplarily, the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier can be reported to the network device via the supportedBandwidth / supportedBandwidth-v1710 field. The downlink (DL) channel and uplink (UL) channel bandwidth capabilities of the carrier can be reported separately. Exemplarily, the downlink channel bandwidth capability of the carrier is reported via the supportedBandwidthDL / supportedBandwidthDL-v1710 field, and the uplink channel bandwidth capability of the carrier is reported via supportedBandwidthUL / supportedBandwidthUL-v1710. Taking the BC shown in Figure 2 as an example, the BC includes band A, band B and band C, and each band specifically includes CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4 and CC5. The terminal device can use this field to report that the maximum bandwidth of CC1 is 100MHz, the maximum bandwidth of CC2 is 40MHz, the maximum bandwidth of CC3 is 40MHz, the maximum bandwidth of CC4 is 80MHz, and the maximum bandwidth of CC5 is 60MHz. Since this capability is reported at the carrier level, on the same frequency band combination, the maximum bandwidths corresponding to multiple CCs included in the same frequency band can be the same or different; on the same BC, the maximum bandwidths corresponding to CCs included in different frequency bands can be the same or different; relative to the same frequency band, carriers in different carrier combinations can have the same or different maximum bandwidth values. 4.3 Carrier Aggregation Bandwidth Class (ca-BandwidthClass) Capability Band-level capability (per band per BC) capability in the band combination. This field indicates the number of carriers aggregated continuously on the band and the carrier aggregation bandwidth. Taking the FR1 band as an example, as shown in Table 2, there are the following carrier aggregation bandwidth levels: Table 2 Taking the aggregation bandwidth level of the frequency band as A as an example, it means that there is one CC on the frequency band, and the one CC on the frequency band does not exceed the maximum channel bandwidth. The maximum channel bandwidth is a preset value, for example, it can be 100 MHz. For example, if the aggregation bandwidth level of the frequency band is C, it means that there are 2 consecutive CCs on the frequency band, and the aggregate channel bandwidth of these two consecutive CCs is greater than 100 MHz and less than or equal to 2 times the maximum channel bandwidth. For example, when the maximum channel bandwidth is 100 MHz, it should be less than or equal to 200 MHz. 4.4 Bandwidth combination set (BCS) capability Band combination level (BC) capability, this field indicates the bandwidth combination supported by the terminal device on the band combination. Taking a band combination {n41, n78} as an example, as shown in Table 3, under different bandwidth combination sets, the bandwidth combination corresponding to the band combination is different. For example, under BCS#0, the bandwidth of band n41 can be [10,15,20,40,50,60,80,100] MHz, and the bandwidth of band n78 can be [10,15,20,40,50,60,80,90,100] MHz. In the following BCS#4 and BCS#5, the channel bandwidth of the carrier on band n41 can be any channel bandwidth supported by band n41, such as the channel bandwidth shown in Table 1. Similarly, the channel bandwidth of the carrier on band n78 can be any channel bandwidth supported by band n78. It can be understood that all possible channel bandwidth values for a certain band can be preset by the protocol. Table 3 The bandwidth capability of the terminal device is jointly determined based on the capabilities described in 4.1-4.4 above. Specifically, when the network performs carrier aggregation configuration for the terminal device, it will jointly determine the channel bandwidth configured for each CC based on the bandwidth capabilities reported by the terminal device. In some implementations, the terminal device takes the intersection of one or more capabilities in 4.1-4.4 to determine the bandwidth capability of the terminal device. For example, the terminal device reports that the channel bandwidth supported on band n41 is [10,20,30,40,80,100], and the channel bandwidth supported on band n78 is [10,15,20,25,40,50,60,80,90,100] through the channel bandwidth capability; the terminal device reports that BCS#0 is supported on the band combination {n41, n78} through the bandwidth combination set; the terminal device reports that the aggregated carrier bandwidth level of band n41 in the band combination is A through the carrier aggregation bandwidth level, the band n41 includes 1 CC, and the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier is 80M. The aggregated carrier bandwidth level for band n78 is A, the band n78 includes 1 CC, and the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier is 60M. In summary, the network device can determine that for the above frequency band combination, the bandwidth configured for one CC on each frequency band is: frequency band n41: 10, 20, 40, 80M; frequency band n78: 10, 15, 20, 40, 50, 60. With the evolution of spectrum and operators' deployment requirements for different bandwidths, the BCS defined in the protocol and the bandwidth corresponding to BCS are gradually enriched. In R17, BCS#4 and BCS#5 are newly introduced. BCS#4 indicates that the bandwidth supported by the terminal device is all channel bandwidths of the frequency band, that is, the bandwidth corresponding to BCS is not limited by a new bandwidth table, or it can also be understood as a bandwidth combination composed of all possible perband channel bandwidths. BCS#5 adds a minimum carrier bandwidth capability on the basis of BCS#4, which is reported through FSPC. In BCS5, the bandwidth capability of the terminal device needs to be limited by the minimum bandwidth capability of the carrier at the same time, that is, the CC bandwidth configured by the network must be greater than or equal to the minimum bandwidth of the carrier. BCS#4 and BCS#5 cannot be reported at the same time. As mentioned above, BCS is constantly evolving with the protocol version. Since BCS#4 and BCS#5 are BCS introduced in the later protocol versions of NR, there are old base stations in the market that have not been upgraded to the latest protocol version and are implemented according to the previous protocol version. If the terminal device reports BCS#4 or BCS#5 on the frequency band combination, the old base station cannot recognize it and will discard the frequency band combination, causing the base station to be unable to obtain the full terminal device capabilities, resulting in performance loss. Therefore, in order to ensure that the old base station does not discard the frequency band combination, the terminal device should report BCS#4 or BCS#5 while also reporting the BCS defined in the original NR protocol version that the UE capability supports, such as BCS#0. 5. Feature Set (FS) For a frequency band combination, the terminal device can indicate the bandwidth capability of the UE through one feature set combination or multiple feature set combinations, or it can be understood as one or more rows of feature sets. That is, the frequency band combination can have a corresponding relationship with the feature set combination. Each feature set combination includes one or more FSs. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of a feature set combination provided in an embodiment of the present application. Taking the maximum carrier bandwidth capability reported by the terminal device as an example, assuming that the frequency band combination includes frequency band A and frequency band B, multiple feature set combinations (or can be understood as multiple rows of feature sets) can be used to indicate the maximum bandwidth supported on the CC in the frequency band combination. Assume that frequency band A and frequency band B each include 1 CC. Then in the first feature set combination, FS1 indicates that the maximum bandwidth of 1 CC on frequency band A is 100MHz, and FS2 indicates that the maximum bandwidth of 1 CC on frequency band B is 80MHz; in the second feature set combination, FS 3 indicates that the bandwidth of 1 CC on frequency band A is 90MHz, and FS4 indicates that the bandwidth of 1 CC on frequency band B is 90MHz. In order to reduce signaling overhead, when the terminal device reports UE capabilities, it is not necessary to report feature sets with the same or lower capabilities. Feature sets with the same or lower capabilities are also called fallback feature sets. The network device will assume that the terminal device supports the fallback feature set with the same or lower capabilities. For example, in the above case, the terminal device has reported that the maximum bandwidth of 1 CC supported by band A and band B is 100MHz and 80MHz respectively, then the network device assumes that the terminal device also supports bandwidths lower than 100MHz on band A and lower than 80MHz on band B. However, if the maximum bandwidth of 1 CC supported by the terminal device on band A and band B is 100MHz and 90MHz respectively, it needs to be reported through another line of feature set, because the 90MHz supported by band B is greater than 80MHz, and therefore cannot be considered as fallback. In the scenario of communicating through frequency band combination, the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the terminal device is limited, but there can be different combinations of how to allocate bandwidth to carriers in the frequency band combination. The following describes how to determine the carrier-level bandwidth capability of a terminal device and its problems with specific examples. In the scenario of communication through frequency band combination, the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the terminal device is limited. Taking the frequency band combination including {n25,n41,266} as an example, the bandwidth combination set BCS of the frequency band combination is shown in Table 4: Table 4 Referring to the bandwidth combination set, in the case of BCS#4 or BCS#5, the channel bandwidth of n25 is [5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45] MHz, the channel bandwidth of n41 is [5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100] MHz, and the channel bandwidth of n66 is [5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45] MHz. Assuming that for the frequency band combination {n25,n41,266}, the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the terminal device is 120MHz, then according to the BCS, the possible values of the maximum bandwidth of the CC on each frequency band included in the frequency band combination are as shown in Table 5: Table 5 Obviously, among the maximum bandwidths of each group of CCs in the above table, there is no situation where the maximum bandwidth of one group of CCs is lower than the maximum bandwidth of another group of CCs, that is, the maximum bandwidths of the above 50 groups of CCs cannot fallback to each other. Therefore, if the terminal device needs to report the CC capability of the terminal device through the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier, there are two ways: Method 1: The terminal device reports the maximum bandwidth of 50 groups of CCs one by one through enumeration. In this case, the terminal device needs to report the maximum bandwidth of 50 groups of CCs through 50 feature set combinations (or 50 rows of feature sets). Method 2: The terminal device reports the maximum CC bandwidth supported on each CC in the band combination {n25, n41, 266} in the band combination dimension (or can also be understood as the band combination level per BC), and limits the sum of the CC maximum bandwidths to not exceed the total aggregated bandwidth through the total aggregated bandwidth. In this way, the above 50 groups of CC maximum bandwidths can be expressed by a feature set combination. For specific reporting methods, refer to Table 6: Table 6 However, the total aggregate bandwidth capability is used for BCS#4 or BCS#5, and is a capability that is newly added starting from a certain protocol version. For old base stations that have not been upgraded to this protocol version, this capability cannot be recognized. Therefore, if the bandwidth capability of the terminal device is reported using method 2, compatibility issues will occur between the new and old base stations: (1) The old base station only supports the original BCS (such as BCS#0) and BCS#4 / BCS#5, but does not support the total aggregate bandwidth. At this time, after the old base station identifies the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier, the sum of the maximum bandwidths of all CCs of the terminal device determined by the old base station will exceed the limit of the total aggregate bandwidth. For example, if configured as shown in Table 6, the old base station will configure the CCs in the frequency band combination {n25,n41,266} with CC maximum bandwidths of 45MHz, 100MHz, and 45MHz respectively without identifying the total aggregate bandwidth, which exceeds the actual capability of the terminal device. (2) The old base station only supports the original BCS (i.e., BCS with a BCS number less than BCS#4 / 5, such as BCS#0), but does not support BCS#4 / BCS#5 or the total aggregate bandwidth. At this time, if the terminal device only reports BCS#4 / BCS#5 and the total aggregate bandwidth, the old base station directly discards the frequency band combination and does not configure these frequency band combinations, resulting in performance loss. In another possible implementation, the terminal device reports the bandwidth of each group of CCs one by one in the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier by enumeration, and the sum of the bandwidth of each group of CCs is equal to the total aggregated bandwidth (Total aggregated BW). This will increase the signaling overhead. Based on the above problems, the present application provides a communication method and device, which determines the channel bandwidth of the carrier included in the frequency band in the frequency band combination through the total aggregate bandwidth and the channel bandwidth of the frequency band. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a communication method provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 4, the method may include steps S410 and S420. S410, the terminal device receives a capability query request (UECapabilityEnquiry) from the network device; correspondingly, the network device sends a capability query request to the terminal device. S420, the terminal device sends capability information (UECapabilityInformation) to the network device; correspondingly, the network device receives the capability information. The capability information includes first information, and the first information indicates a total aggregated bandwidth (Total aggregated BW) supported by a first frequency band combination. The first frequency band combination may refer to any frequency band combination supported by the terminal device, and the first frequency band combination includes at least one frequency band, and each frequency band in the at least one frequency band includes at least one carrier. The total aggregated bandwidth may also refer to the total bandwidth, or may refer to the maximum aggregated bandwidth. In some implementations, the total aggregated bandwidth may refer to the supported aggregated bandwidth (supportedAggBW) capability, which indicates the maximum aggregated bandwidth of the frequency division duplex downlink carrier in the first frequency band combination, the maximum aggregated bandwidth of the uplink carrier of the frequency division duplex frequency band in the first frequency band combination, the maximum aggregated bandwidth of the uplink carrier of the time division duplex frequency band in the first frequency band combination, and the maximum aggregated bandwidth of the downlink carrier of the time division duplex frequency band in the first frequency band combination. Among them, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is associated with the first information, the first carrier is used for communication between the terminal device and the network device, and the first carrier belongs to the first frequency band in the first frequency band combination. Alternatively, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier and the association with the first information can also be replaced by, or understood as, the network device determines the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier according to the first information, or the first information is used by the network device to determine the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier. The above-mentioned first carrier can be replaced by the first cell. Thus, when the network device receives the total aggregate bandwidth of the frequency band combination indicated in the first information, it can determine the channel bandwidth supported on the carrier included in the frequency band combination according to the association between the total aggregate bandwidth and the channel bandwidth of the carrier, and allocate frequency domain resources to the terminal device on the carrier according to the channel bandwidth of the carrier supported by the terminal device, so as to realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. As an association method, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination, and the multiple carriers are all carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. Among them, the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band can be preset by the protocol, pre-configured between the network device and the terminal device, or determined according to the channel bandwidth (channel BWs) capability, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. For example, for frequency band n41, the protocol presets the maximum channel bandwidth of a single carrier on frequency band n41 to be 100MHz, which can be understood as the maximum bandwidth value of the carrier that the terminal device must support n41 is 100MHz. As another association method, taking the second carrier as an example, the channel bandwidth supported by the second carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the channel bandwidth supported by the frequency band corresponding to the second carrier, and the second carrier is any carrier among the multiple carriers, and the multiple carriers are all carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination. Among them, the maximum channel bandwidth supported by the frequency band corresponding to the second carrier can be preset by the protocol, pre-configured between the network device and the terminal device, or determined according to the channel bandwidth (channel BWs) capability, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. In some implementations, the total aggregate bandwidth includes an uplink total aggregate bandwidth and a downlink total aggregate bandwidth: The downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum value of the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the downlink channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the total downlink aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination; and / or The uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier is less than or equal to the maximum uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first frequency band, and the sum of the uplink channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers is less than or equal to the uplink total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. In some cases, the method shown in FIG4 may have a premise that the terminal device sends the total aggregate bandwidth, the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier, and the bandwidth combination set (BCS) through capability information. Among them, the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier reports at least one group of CC maximum bandwidths supported by the terminal device on the carrier included in the frequency band combination one by one by enumeration, and the sum of the maximum bandwidths of each group of CCs may be equal to or less than the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the terminal device. The sum of the maximum bandwidths of CCs is less than the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the terminal device, which can be understood as that the terminal device does not report the maximum bandwidths of all groups of CCs supported, but reports a subset of the maximum bandwidths of all groups of CCs. For old base stations, or network devices that cannot be identified (Total aggregated BW), the channel bandwidth supported by the carrier in the frequency band combination can be determined by the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier. Since the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier reports the maximum bandwidth of each group of CCs one by one through enumeration, the sum of the maximum bandwidth of each group of CCs is equal to the total aggregated bandwidth. Therefore, the bandwidth allocated by the old base station to each carrier in the frequency band combination will not exceed the bandwidth capability of the terminal device, and the terminal device can communicate normally. For new base stations, the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier is ignored. The channel bandwidth supported by the carrier in the frequency band combination of the terminal device is determined using the method shown in Figure 4 above. Among them, the new base station can be understood as a base station that supports BCS#4 or BCS#5 and supports the total aggregate bandwidth. Therefore, the new base station not only avoids the increase in signaling overhead caused by the maximum bandwidth capability of the receiving carrier, but also ensures the correctness of the determined bandwidth capability, thereby achieving normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In summary, by using the communication method shown in FIG4 , the compatibility of the new and old base stations can be guaranteed, thereby achieving normal communication. The method shown in FIG. 4 is described below by way of example in conjunction with Example 1. Example 1 In the existing first frequency band combination {frequency band A, frequency band B}, frequency band A and frequency band B each include a CC. The network device sends a capability query request to the terminal device, and the terminal device sends capability information to the network device. The capability information includes total aggregate bandwidth, channel bandwidth (channelBWs) capability, carrier maximum bandwidth capability, and bandwidth combination set (BCS). in: The total aggregate bandwidth indicates that the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination is 100 MHz. Channel bandwidth (channelBWs) capability, indicating that the channel bandwidth supported by band A is [10,20,30,40] MHz; the channel bandwidth supported by band B is [10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80] MHz. The maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier indicates the maximum bandwidth of each CC group supported by the CC included in the first frequency band combination. Since frequency band A and frequency band B each include one CC, the frequency band can be used as a proxy, as shown in Table 7: Table 7 Bandwidth combination set (BCS), the first band combination supports BCS#5, that is, the supported bandwidth is all channel bandwidths of the band, and the minimum bandwidth capability of the carrier, for example, the minimum bandwidth of the carrier on band A and band B is 10MHz. Since the total aggregated bandwidth (Total aggregated BW) is used for BCS#4 or BCS#5 and is a newly added capability starting from a certain protocol version, the old base stations that have not been upgraded to this protocol version cannot recognize this capability. In the case where the old base stations only recognize the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier, the carrier bandwidth allocated by the network equipment for the frequency band combination may exceed the bandwidth capability of the terminal device, resulting in the terminal device being unable to communicate normally. Therefore, if the network device is a new base station or an old base station, the processing is respectively as follows: The old base station determines the channel bandwidth of all carriers included in the first frequency band combination according to the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier. The details are shown in Table 7. In addition, according to the fallback relationship, all low bandwidth capabilities supported by the terminal device can also be determined. For example, for the first group, the CC channel bandwidth on band A is any one of [10,20] MHz, and the CC channel bandwidth on band B is any one of [10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80] MHz; for the second group, the CC channel bandwidth on band A is any one of [10,20,30] MHz, and the CC channel bandwidth on band B is any one of [10,20,30,40,50,60,70] MHz; for the third group, the CC channel bandwidth on band A is any one of [10,20,30,40] MHz, and the CC channel bandwidth on band B is [10,20,30,40,50,60] MHz. The new base station determines the channel bandwidth of all carriers included in the first frequency band combination based on the total aggregate bandwidth and the channel bandwidth of the frequency band. Among them, the maximum channel bandwidth of the frequency band can be predefined, or determined according to the channel bandwidth (channelBWs) capability reported by the terminal device. For example, based on the channel bandwidth (channelBWs) capability, the new base station determines: the CC channel bandwidth on frequency band A is less than or equal to 40MHz; the CC channel bandwidth on frequency band B is less than or equal to 80MHz; the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination is 100MHz. As shown in Table 8: Table 8 According to Table 8, the CC maximum bandwidth of the maximum carrier bandwidth of the terminal device on each CC can be determined (Table 7). In addition, the new base station can also determine the low bandwidth capability supported by the terminal device based on the fallback relationship. The specific process is the same as that of the old base station and will not be repeated here. In addition, since BCS#5 is reported, that is, the minimum supported carrier bandwidth capability. The determined CC channel bandwidth must also meet the minimum bandwidth capability. For example, the minimum bandwidth supported by CC on band A is 20MHz, and the minimum bandwidth supported by CC on band B is 30MHz. All situations less than the minimum bandwidth are required. For example, the CC channel bandwidth on band A is any one of [10,20]MHz, and the CC channel bandwidth on band B is any one of [10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80]MHz. Then according to BCS#5, the CC channel bandwidth on band A is re-determined as

[0020] MHz, and the CC channel bandwidth on band B is any one of [30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80] MHz. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of another communication method provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 5, the method may include steps S510 and S520. S510, the terminal device receives a capability query request (UECapabilityEnquiry) from the network device; correspondingly, the network device sends a capability query request to the terminal device. S520, the terminal device sends capability information (UECapabilityInformation) to the network device; correspondingly, the network device receives the capability information. The capability information includes first information, and the first information indicates a total aggregate bandwidth supported by a first frequency band combination. The first frequency band combination may refer to any frequency band combination supported by the terminal device, and the first frequency band combination includes at least one frequency band, and each frequency band in the at least one frequency band includes at least one carrier. The specific form of the first information is similar to that described in FIG4 , and will not be repeated here. The capability information further includes second information, the second information indicating the maximum channel bandwidth supported by each of the multiple carriers, and the sum of the maximum channel bandwidths supported by the multiple carriers indicated by the second information is greater than the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. Thus, the network device can determine more possible combinations of channel bandwidths supported by the carriers in the first frequency band combination based on the first information and the second information. The channel bandwidth of the third carrier is associated with the first information and the second information. Alternatively, it can also be understood that the network device determines the channel bandwidth of the third carrier according to the first information and the second information. As an association method, the channel bandwidth supported by the third carrier is less than or equal to the maximum channel bandwidth of the third carrier indicated by the second information, the third carrier belongs to multiple carriers, the multiple carriers are all carriers in all frequency bands included in the first frequency band combination, and the sum of the channel bandwidths supported by the multiple carriers is less than or equal to the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. That is, the channel bandwidth of one of the carriers in the first frequency band combination must be less than the corresponding maximum channel bandwidth indicated by the second information, and the channel bandwidths of all carriers in the first frequency band combination must be equal to the total aggregate bandwidth. In some implementations, the second information is sent via a newly added field on the capability information. In some implementations, the capability information includes the second information and carrier maximum bandwidth capability information. In some implementations, the second information may be sent via a feature set level carrier (FSPC). In some implementations, the second information may be applicable to a new base station, and the new base station may be understood to support BCS#4 or BCS#5 and the first information, ie, the base station of the total aggregate bandwidth. The method shown in FIG. 5 is described below with reference to Example 2. Example 2 In the existing first frequency band combination {frequency band A, frequency band B}, frequency band A and frequency band B each include a CC. The network device sends a capability query request to the terminal device, and the terminal device sends capability information to the network device. The capability information includes a total aggregate bandwidth, a channel bandwidth (channelBWs) capability, a carrier maximum bandwidth capability, second information, and a bandwidth combination set (BCS). in: The total aggregate bandwidth indicates that the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination is 100 MHz. Since frequency band A and frequency band B each include one CC, the frequency band can be used as a proxy, which can be specifically shown in Table 9: Table 9 The second information indicates the maximum channel bandwidth supported by each carrier in the first combination, and the sum of the maximum channel bandwidths supported by multiple carriers indicated by the second information may be greater than the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. Table 10 In this embodiment, for a single carrier, the terminal device can simultaneously report the first carrier bandwidth capability (reported through the maximum carrier capability) and the second carrier bandwidth capability (second information) supported by the carrier. There are two ways to determine the channel bandwidth of each carrier in the frequency band combination: Method 1: The network device determines the channel bandwidth of each carrier in the band combination according to the first carrier bandwidth capability of each carrier in the band combination, the BCS of the band combination, and the channel bandwidth supported by each band in the band combination. Method 2: The network device determines the channel bandwidth of each carrier of the band combination based on the second carrier bandwidth capability of each carrier in the band combination, the total aggregate bandwidth of the band combination, the BCS of the band combination, and the channel bandwidth supported by each band in the band combination. In this way, for old base stations that have not been upgraded, even if the total aggregate bandwidth of the frequency band combination reported by the terminal device cannot be identified, the channel bandwidth of each carrier in the frequency band combination can be determined according to method 1 and it meets the capabilities of the terminal device and will not exceed the capabilities of the terminal device. This avoids compatibility issues between new terminal devices (i.e., terminal devices that have reported total aggregate bandwidth capabilities) and old base stations. For base stations that have been upgraded to support total aggregate bandwidth, the channel bandwidth of each carrier in the frequency band combination can be determined according to method 2, which can save signaling overhead. Since the total aggregate bandwidth and channel bandwidth (channelBWs) capabilities listed in Example 2 are the same as those in Example 1, the repeated parts will not be repeated here. The old base station determines the channel bandwidth of all carriers included in the first frequency band combination through the maximum bandwidth capability of the carrier, and the new base station determines the channel bandwidth of all carriers included in the first frequency band combination through the second information. The specific capabilities identified by the old base station and the new base station from each information are shown in Table 11: Table 11 As can be seen from the above, since in Example 2, the maximum carrier bandwidth capability only reports two sets of maximum CC bandwidths, the old base station confirms that the CC channel bandwidths supported on the frequency bands in the first frequency band combination are {20, 80} MHz and {30, 70} MHz respectively. After obtaining the second information, the new base station can confirm that the CC channel bandwidths supported on the frequency bands in the first frequency band combination are {20, 80} MHz, {30, 70}, and {40, 60} MHz, respectively. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of another communication method provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 6, the method may include steps S610 and S620. S610, the terminal device receives a capability query request (UECapabilityEnquiry) from the network device; correspondingly, the network device sends a capability query request to the terminal device. S620, the terminal device sends capability information (UECapabilityInformation) to the network device; correspondingly, the network device receives the capability information. The capability information includes third information, the third information indicates at least one set of total aggregate bandwidth capabilities supported by the first frequency band combination, each set of total aggregate bandwidths in the at least one set of total aggregate bandwidths includes a first total aggregate bandwidth and a second total aggregate bandwidth, wherein: The first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the time division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination, and the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the frequency division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination; and / or The first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers in a frequency band of a first frequency range, and the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers in a frequency band of a second frequency range, and the first frequency range does not overlap with the second frequency range. The first frequency range may specifically refer to the FR1 frequency band, and the second frequency range may specifically refer to the FR2 frequency band. Alternatively, the first frequency range and the second frequency range may refer to other frequency ranges, and this application does not limit this. In some implementations, a set of total aggregate bandwidths may refer to a binary group, such as {TDD total aggregate bandwidth, FDD total aggregate bandwidth}, {FR1 total aggregate bandwidth, FR2 total aggregate bandwidth}. In some implementations, a set of total aggregate bandwidths may also refer to a triplet or a quadruple group, such as {FR1 TDD total aggregate bandwidth, FR2 TDD total aggregate bandwidth, FR1 FDD total aggregate bandwidth}, etc., and this application does not limit this. In some implementations, a set of total aggregate bandwidths may be reported at a band combination level (pep BC) capability. In the method shown in FIG. 6 , the terminal device is allowed to report different values in combination in different duplex modes and / or frequency ranges corresponding to the same frequency band combination, thereby achieving high flexibility in reporting bandwidth capabilities of the terminal device. In the current terminal device capability reporting method, for the feature set combination corresponding to the frequency band combination, it specifically includes two different levels: standard feature set (FS) and carrier-level feature set (FSPC). In the FSPC-level capability, in addition to reporting the supported CC bandwidth, it also indicates the number of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) layers and subcarrier spacing capabilities supported on the terminal device CC. In some possible scenarios, for example, for the TDD+FDD frequency band combination, since the subcarrier spacing capabilities of TDD CC and FDD CC are different, although they occupy the same bandwidth, the processing resources may be different. At this time, the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the TDD carrier and the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the FDD may be different, and the corresponding perFS capabilities may be different. Similarly, for the FR1+FR2 frequency band combination, although they occupy the same bandwidth, the processing resources may be different. At this time, the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the CC in the FR1 frequency band and the total aggregate bandwidth corresponding to the CC in the FR2 frequency band may be different, and the corresponding perFS capabilities may be different. However, a feature set combination can be used for reporting only when the feature sets in the feature set combination corresponding to the total aggregate bandwidth are completely the same. In some implementations, the capability information includes fourth information, the fourth information includes a feature set combination, and the fourth information has a corresponding relationship with the feature set combination. The specific corresponding relationship can be determined according to the actual situation. For example, in some cases, the fourth information may correspond to one feature set combination; in some cases, the fourth information corresponds to multiple feature set combinations. Alternatively, it can also be understood that in some cases, the fourth information may correspond to a row of feature sets; in some cases, the fourth information corresponds to multiple rows of feature sets. This application does not limit the content indicated by the specific feature set, for example, it may be the carrier bandwidth, number of MIMO layers, subcarrier spacing capability, etc. of the terminal device. In some implementations, the fourth information includes at least one set of feature set combinations, and the at least one set of total aggregate bandwidths indicated by the third information and the at least one set of feature set combinations indicated by the fourth information correspond one to one. The at least one set of total aggregate bandwidths and the at least one set of feature set combinations may be arranged in order, respectively. In the case where a set of total aggregate bandwidths corresponds to multiple sets of feature set combinations, the terminal device may report the set of total aggregate bandwidths multiple times in the capability information to ensure the correspondence between each set of total aggregate bandwidths and feature set combinations. For example, as shown below, the first set of total aggregate bandwidths {FDD 60MHz, TDD 100MHz} corresponds to the first feature set combination and the second feature set combination. The total aggregate bandwidth may be reported twice to achieve the correspondence with the first feature set combination and the second feature set combination at the same time. {FDD 60MHz, TDD 100MHz} => First feature set combination {FDD 60MHz, TDD 100MHz} => Second feature set combination {FDD 70MHz, TDD 90MHz}=>The third feature set combination {FDD 80MHz, TDD 80MHz}=>Fourth feature set combination {FDD 90MHz, TDD 70MHz}=>Fifth feature set combination In addition, the method shown in Figure 6 can be combined with the method shown in Figure 4 or Figure 5. The method will be described below in conjunction with Specific Embodiment 3. Example 3 Taking the frequency band combination of {n25, n41, n66} as an example, the above three frequency bands are all FR1 bands, among which n25 is an FDD band, and the channel bandwidth of n25 is [5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45] MHz, n41 is a TDD band, and the channel bandwidth of n41 is [5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100], and n66 is an FDD band, and the channel bandwidth of n66 is [5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45]; assuming that for the frequency band combination of n25+n41+n66, the total aggregate bandwidth supported by the UE is 160 MHz. The terminal device can derive 18 different groups of first carrier-level bandwidths as shown in Table 12 through the above 4 groups of total aggregate bandwidth capabilities {FDD total aggregate bandwidth, TDD aggregate bandwidth} and the channel bandwidth corresponding to each frequency band. How to determine the CC channel bandwidth on each frequency band is similar to that in Embodiments 1 and 2, and will not be repeated here. Table 12 Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of another communication method provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 7, the method may include steps S710 and S720. S710, the terminal device receives a capability query request (UECapabilityEnquiry); correspondingly, the network device sends a capability query request. S720, the terminal device sends capability information (UECapabilityInformation), the capability information includes fifth information, the fifth information indicates a first processing capability, the first processing capability is a maximum value of processing capabilities supported by M carriers, the M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band, or carriers in the first frequency band combination, and M is a positive integer. In some implementations, M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2. In the method shown in Figure 7, the maximum value of the processing capacity supported by M carriers can also be understood as the maximum processing capacity supported by the terminal device on the M carriers, or the total processing capacity supported by the M carriers, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the M carriers after receiving the fifth information, thereby realizing a flexible capability reporting method for the terminal device and ensuring normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In addition, the method shown in FIG7 can also reduce the signaling overhead when the terminal device reports the capability. Especially for the scenario of multi-carrier aggregation, since the carrier bandwidth, the number of MIMO layers, the subcarrier spacing, etc. will affect the processing capacity required on a carrier, when the total processing capacity of the terminal device for multiple carriers is certain, the processing capacity that can be allocated on each carrier can have different combinations. In the above method, the terminal device can report the maximum supported processing capacity on M carriers, and can report the maximum capacity supported by each carrier in the M carriers, such as the maximum number of MIMO layers supported by each carrier, the maximum channel bandwidth supported by each carrier, etc. Under the condition of not exceeding the maximum processing capacity range, the network device can determine the channel bandwidth, the number of MIMO layers, etc. supported by each carrier in the M carriers based on the reported information, thereby avoiding the signaling overhead caused by the terminal device reporting multiple groups of different capability combinations by enumerating one by one in the capability information. The first processing capability may also be replaced by total processing capability, or total baseband capability, or total computing resources, and this application does not impose any limitation on this. In some implementations, the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band, or the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band combination. Thus, the terminal device can indicate the maximum processing capacity supported by all carriers in the first frequency band by reporting the fifth information, or indicate the maximum processing capacity supported by all carriers in the first frequency band combination by reporting the fifth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the carriers in the frequency band or the frequency band combination after receiving the fifth information, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In some implementations, when the network device configures the above-mentioned M carriers for carrier aggregation or dual-connection communication, the sum of the processing capacity determined according to the number of MIMO layers, carrier bandwidth, etc. configured for each carrier is less than or equal to the first processing capacity indicated by the fifth information. In some implementations, when the network device configures N carriers in M for communication, the sum of the processing capacity of the N carriers is less than or equal to the first processing capacity indicated by the fifth information. In some implementations, the first processing capability is a perBCperband capability, or a perFS capability, and optionally, the fifth information is reported in a FeatureSetDownlink / FeatureSetUplink information element. In some implementations, the first processing capability is a perBC capability, and optionally, the fifth information is reported in a ca-ParametersNR / ca-ParametersNRDC information element. Among them, in the case where M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band combination, the M carriers satisfy one or more of the following: the M carriers are carriers in all TDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination, or the M carriers are carriers in all FDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination; or, the M carriers are carriers in all frequency bands within the first frequency range in the first frequency band combination, for example, the first frequency range may specifically refer to FR1, FR2, FR2-2 or other frequency ranges. For another example, the M carriers may also be all carriers in the FR1 TDD frequency band, or all carriers in the FR1 FDD frequency band, or all carriers in the FR2 TDD frequency band. Thus, the terminal device can report the total processing capacity supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within the TDD, FDD and / or specific frequency range through the fifth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within the TDD, FDD and / or specific frequency range after receiving the fifth information, so as to realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In one possible manner, the maximum value of the processing capacity supported by M carriers can be replaced by the description as: the maximum value of the uplink processing capacity supported by the terminal device on the M carriers and / or the maximum value of the downlink processing capacity supported by the terminal device on the M carriers. Alternatively, the maximum value of the processing capacity for uplink supported by the terminal device on the M carriers and / or the maximum value of the processing capacity for downlink supported by the terminal device on the M carriers. Thus, the terminal device can report the total processing capacity supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier through the fifth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier after receiving the fifth information, thereby realizing normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier among the M carriers is determined according to at least one of the following: the number of MIMO layers, the channel bandwidth, the parameter set (numerology), the SCS, the scaling factor, or the overhead. Among them, the first carrier is any one of the M carriers. Among them, the channel bandwidth may refer to the size of the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, and the unit may be MHz or Hz; or, the channel bandwidth may also refer to the number of resource blocks (RB) within the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier. Thus, the terminal device reports the maximum processing capacity supported, so that the network device can correctly analyze the processing capacity supported by the M carriers and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. How the specific terminal device determines the maximum processing capacity supported on the M carriers according to the above parameters is determined according to the actual situation, and this application does not limit this. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of MIMO layers supported by the first carrier and the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier; in some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier can be understood as the maximum processing capacity supported by the first carrier. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier includes the uplink processing capacity and / or downlink processing capacity supported by the first carrier, wherein: the downlink processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of downlink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier and the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier; the uplink processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of uplink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier and the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the SCS supported by the first carrier; in some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier can be understood as the maximum processing capacity supported by the first carrier. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier includes the uplink processing capacity and / or downlink processing capacity supported by the first carrier, wherein: the downlink processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of downlink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the downlink SCS supported by the first carrier; the uplink processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of uplink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the uplink SCS supported by the first carrier. The first coefficient associated with the downlink SCS and the first coefficient associated with the uplink SCS may be the same or different. Among them, the first coefficient can also be understood as the first weighting coefficient or the first weighting factor. For example, the capability information sent by the terminal device also includes the thirteenth information, and the thirteenth information indicates at least one first coefficient supported by the terminal device, and the at least one first coefficient is associated with the subcarrier spacing supported by the terminal device. Among them, the terminal device supports multiple carriers, and each of the multiple carriers can correspond to the same or different subcarrier spacing. For the same subcarrier spacing, the first coefficients reported by different terminal devices can be the same or different. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, the modulation order supported by the first carrier, and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the SCS supported by the first carrier. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier includes the uplink processing capacity and / or downlink processing capacity supported by the first carrier, wherein: the downlink processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of downlink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, the downlink modulation order supported by the first carrier, and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the downlink SCS supported by the first carrier; the uplink processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the product of the number of uplink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, the uplink modulation order supported by the first carrier, and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the uplink SCS supported by the first carrier. In some implementations, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier is the number of MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, the modulation order supported by the first carrier, and / or the scaling factor supported by the first carrier, and / or the product of the overhead supported by the first carrier and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the SCS supported by the first carrier. The scaling factor can be 1, 0.8, 0.75, 0.4, etc., and this application does not limit this. In some implementations, the processing capability supported by the first carrier includes the uplink processing capability and / or the downlink processing capability supported by the first carrier, wherein: the downlink processing capability supported by the first carrier is the number of downlink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, the downlink modulation order supported by the first carrier, and / or the scaling factor supported by the first carrier, and / or the product of the overhead supported by the first carrier and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the downlink SCS supported by the first carrier; the uplink processing capability supported by the first carrier is the number of uplink MIMO layers supported by the first carrier, the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier, the uplink modulation order supported by the first carrier, and / or the scaling factor supported by the first carrier, and / or the product of the overhead supported by the first carrier and the first coefficient, and the first coefficient is associated with the uplink SCS supported by the first carrier. The overhead can be determined according to the frequency band where the first carrier is located, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. For example, when the first carrier is the DL FR1 frequency band, the overhead value is 0.14, when the first carrier is the DL FR2 frequency band, the overhead value is 0.18, when the first carrier is the DL FR1 frequency band, the overhead value is 0.08, and when the first carrier is the UL FR2 frequency band, the overhead value is 0.10. In some implementations, the first processing capability satisfies: Where E is the first processing capability, and the value of i is 1, 2, ..., M, V (i) is the number of MIMO layers supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, W (i) is the channel bandwidth supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, K (i) is the first coefficient, K (i) is associated with the SCS supported by the i-th carrier. Optionally, the first processing capability includes a first uplink processing capability and / or a downlink processing capability. In the case where the first processing capability in the above formula is specifically the first downlink capability, V (i) is the number of downlink MIMO layers supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, W (i) is the downlink channel bandwidth supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, K (i) is the first coefficient, K (i)is associated with the downlink SCS supported by the i-th carrier. In the case where the first processing capability in the above formula is specifically the first uplink capability, V (i) is the number of uplink MIMO layers supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, W (i) is the uplink channel bandwidth supported by the i-th carrier among the M carriers, K (i) is the first coefficient, K (i) Associated with the uplink SCS supported by the i-th carrier. Thus, the network device can determine the number of MIMO layers, channel bandwidth, etc. supported on each carrier based on the maximum value of the processing capacity supported by the M carriers reported by the terminal device, so as to achieve normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. It should be understood that in the above implementation, the processing capacity supported by the first carrier can be understood as the processing capacity supported by the terminal device on the first carrier, and the processing capacity supported by the first carrier can be replaced by the maximum processing capacity supported by the first carrier. The processing capacity supported by the first carrier is determined based on one or more of the MIMO layers, channel bandwidth, subcarrier spacing, modulation order and other parameters supported by the first carrier. During the communication process, one or more of the MIMO layers, channel bandwidth, subcarrier spacing, modulation order and other parameters configured by the network device for data transmission determine the processing capacity of the terminal device required for communication on the first carrier. The first processing capacity reported by the terminal device to the network device is used by the network device to determine the MIMO layers, channel bandwidth, etc. that the terminal device can support on each carrier when the total processing capacity of the M carriers does not exceed the first processing capacity. In some implementations, in step S720, the capability information further includes M sixth information and M seventh information corresponding to the M carriers, wherein each sixth information indicates the maximum number of MIMO layers supported by the corresponding carrier, and each seventh information indicates the maximum channel bandwidth supported by the corresponding carrier. Correspondingly, the network device determines the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier according to the fifth information, the sixth information, and the seventh information. Specifically, the network device determines the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by each of the M carriers, wherein the number of MIMO layers supported by each of the M carriers determined by the network device is less than or equal to the corresponding maximum number of MIMO layers indicated by the sixth information, and the channel bandwidth supported by each of the M carriers determined by the network device is less than or equal to the corresponding maximum channel bandwidth indicated by the seventh information. Moreover, the sum of the products of the number of MIMO layers and the channel bandwidth supported by all of the M carriers is less than or equal to the first processing capability. Thus, the network device can correctly parse the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the M carriers based on the reported capability information, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device while reducing the signaling overhead. Exemplarily, the maximum number of downlink MIMO layers can be indicated by the maxNumberMIMO-LayersPDSCH information element, and the maximum number of uplink MIMO layers can be indicated by the maxNumberMIMO-LayersCB-PUSCH or maxNumberMIMO-LayersNonCB-PUSCH information element. The maximum number of supported layers given. Among them, the maximum channel bandwidth of the carrier can be indicated by the downlink maximum bandwidth (supportedBandwidthDL) or the uplink maximum channel bandwidth supportedBandwidthUL information element. In some implementations, in step S720, the capability information also includes M eighth information, M ninth information, M tenth information, and M eleventh information corresponding one by one to the M carriers, wherein each eighth information indicates a first MIMO layer capability supported by the corresponding carrier, each ninth information indicates a second MIMO layer capability supported by the corresponding carrier, each tenth information indicates a first bandwidth capability supported by the corresponding carrier, and each eleventh information indicates a second bandwidth capability supported by the corresponding carrier. In the case where the network device is a first type of base station, the first type of base station determines the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier based on the M eighth information and the M tenth information, and the first carrier is any one of the M carriers. Specifically, the channel bandwidth supported by each of the M carriers determined by the first type of base station is less than or equal to the first MIMO layer capability of the corresponding carrier indicated by the eighth information, and the channel bandwidth supported by each of the M carriers determined by the first type of base station is less than or equal to the first bandwidth capability of the corresponding carrier indicated by the tenth information. It can be understood that the present application does not limit the base station to determine the channel bandwidth supported by each of the M carriers based on other information. In the case where the network device is a base station of the second type, the base station of the second type determines the number of MIMO layers and channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier based on the fifth information, M ninth information and M eleventh information. Specifically, the channel bandwidth supported by each of the M carriers determined by the second type of base station is less than or equal to the second MIMO layer capability of the corresponding carrier indicated by the ninth information, and the channel bandwidth supported by each of the M carriers is less than or equal to the second bandwidth capability of the corresponding carrier indicated by the eleventh information. Moreover, the sum of the product of the number of MIMO layers, channel bandwidth and the first coefficient supported by all carriers of the M carriers determined by the second type of base station is less than or equal to the first processing capability. In the case where the fifth information, the eighth information, the ninth information, the tenth information and the eleventh information are simultaneously included in the capability information of the terminal device, the second type of base station ignores the eighth information and the tenth information. In addition, the method shown in Figure 7 can be combined with the methods shown in Figures 4, 5 and 6. The method will be described below in conjunction with specific embodiment 4. Example 4 In the existing first frequency band combination {n25A, n41A, n66A}, frequency bands n25A, n41A, and n66A include CC1, CC2, and CC3, respectively. The network device sends a capability query request to the terminal device, and the terminal device sends capability information to the network device, and the capability information includes fifth information, sixth information, and seventh information. in: The fifth information indicates a first processing capability, where the first processing capability is a maximum value of 600 that is supported by three CCs included in the first frequency band combination. The sixth information (for example, which can be sent via maxNumberMIMO-LayersPDSCH) indicates that the maximum number of MIMO layers supported by the CC in the n25A frequency band is 4, the maximum number of MIMO layers supported by the CC in the n41A frequency band is 8, and the maximum number of MIMO layers supported by the CC in the n66A frequency band is 4. The seventh information (for example, which can be sent via supportedBandwidthDL or supportedBandwidthDL-v1710) indicates that the maximum channel bandwidth supported by the CC in the n25A frequency band is 45MHz, the maximum channel bandwidth supported by the CC in the n41A frequency band is 100MHz, and the maximum channel bandwidth supported by the CC in the n66A frequency band is 45MHz. For the first frequency band combination, the network device needs to meet the following requirements when determining the channel bandwidth and number of MIMO layers supported by the three CCs: (1) The number of MIMO layers supported by each carrier is less than or equal to the corresponding maximum number of MIMO layers indicated by the sixth information. (2) The channel bandwidth supported by each carrier is less than or equal to the corresponding maximum channel bandwidth indicated by the seventh information. (3) The sum of the product of the number of MIMO layers supported by all carriers and the channel bandwidth is less than or equal to the first processing capability. For example, the channel bandwidth and MIMO layer numbers supported by CC1, CC2, and CC3 may be: CC1 45M, 4MIMO; CC2 30M, 8MIMO, CC3 45M, 4MIMO, where 45×4+30×8+45×4=600. Or it can be: CC1 45M, 4MIMO; CC2 60M, 4MIMO, CC3 45M, 4MIMO. Among them, 45×4+30×8+45×4=600. Or it can be: CC1 20M, 4MIMO; CC2 100M, 4MIMO; CC3 20M, 4MIMO. Among them, 20×4+100×4+20×4=560. In addition, CC1 45M, 4MIMO; CC2 100M, 8MIMO; CC3 45M, 4MIMO cannot be supported because 45*4+100*8+45*4=1160>600. Therefore, after receiving the capability information, the network device can determine the channel bandwidth and the number of MIMO layers supported by the three CCs respectively according to the fifth information, the sixth information and the seventh information. As shown in Table 13: Table 13 Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of another communication method provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 8, the method may include steps S810 and S820. S810, the terminal device receives a capability query request (UECapabilityEnquiry); correspondingly, the network device sends a capability query request. S820, the terminal device sends capability information (UECapabilityInformation), the capability information includes twelfth information, the twelfth information indicates the maximum data rate (data rate) supported by M carriers, the M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band, or carriers in the first frequency band combination, and M is a positive integer. In some implementations, M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2. Among them, the maximum data rate can also be replaced by the total data rate, the sum of the data rates supported by M carriers, etc., and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. In the method shown in Figure 8, the terminal device reports the support of M carriers, so that the network device can correctly analyze the data rate supported by the M carriers after receiving the twelfth information, thereby realizing a flexible capability reporting method for the terminal device and ensuring normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In some implementations, the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band, or the M carriers are all carriers in the first frequency band combination. Among them, in the case where M carriers are carriers in the first frequency band combination, the M carriers are carriers in all TDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination, or the M carriers are carriers in all FDD frequency bands in the first frequency band combination; and / or the M carriers are carriers in all frequency bands within the first frequency range in the first frequency band combination, wherein the first frequency range may specifically refer to FR1, FR2, FR2-2 or other frequency ranges, and this application does not limit this. In addition, the M carriers may also be all carriers in the FR1 TDD frequency band, or all carriers in the FR1 FDD frequency band, or all carriers in the FR2 TDD frequency band, etc., and this application does not limit this. Thus, the terminal device can report the maximum data rate supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within the TDD, FDD and / or specific frequency range through the twelfth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the maximum data rate supported by the carriers in the frequency bands within the TDD, FDD and / or specific frequency range after receiving the twelfth information, so as to realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In some implementations, the maximum data rate supported by the M carriers includes: the maximum uplink data rate supported by the M carriers and / or the maximum downlink data rate supported by the M carriers. Alternatively, the maximum data rate supported by the M carriers may be replaced with: the maximum data rate for uplink supported by the M carriers and / or the maximum data rate for downlink supported by the M carriers. Thus, the terminal device may report the maximum data rate supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier through the twelfth information, so that the network device can correctly analyze the maximum data rate supported by the uplink carrier and / or the downlink carrier after receiving the twelfth information, thereby achieving normal communication between the terminal device and the network device. In some implementations, the maximum data rate satisfies: Where S is the maximum data rate, J is 1, 2, ..., M, is the number of MIMO layers of the jth carrier among the M carriers, is the modulation order of the jth carrier among the M carriers, f (j) is the scaling factor of the jth carrier among the M carriers, R max is the maximum coding rate, is the maximum number of resource blocks included in the channel bandwidth BW(j) of the j-th carrier bandwidth among the M carriers under the parameter set μ, is the average orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol duration of the jth carrier among the M carriers under the parameter set μ, OH (j) is the overhead corresponding to the j-th carrier among the M carriers. in, The maximum number of supported layers may also be given as maxNumberMIMO-LayersPDSCH for the downlink, or may be given as maxNumberMIMO-LayersCB-PUSCH or maxNumberMIMO-LayersNonCB-PUSCH for the uplink. in, It may also be the maximum supported modulation order given by supportedModulationOrderDL for the downlink, or it may be the maximum supported modulation order given by supportedModulationOrderUL for the uplink. Among them, f (j) The scaling factor can be given by scalingFactor or scalingFactor-1024QAM-FR1, and its values can be 1, 0.8, 0.75, and 0.4. The parameter set μ may be defined in TS 38.211[6]. in, It can be defined in 5.3 TS 38.101-1[2], 5.3 TS 38.101-2[3], and 5.3 TS 38.101-5

[0034] , where BW(j) is the maximum bandwidth supported by the frequency band or frequency band combination. Among them, when using the normal cyclic prefix, Among them, OH (j) It is the overhead. When the first carrier is within the FR1 frequency range for downlink, the value is 0.14; when the first carrier is within the FR2 frequency range for downlink, the value is 0.18; when the first carrier is within the FR1 frequency range for uplink, the value is 0.08; when the first carrier is within the FR2 frequency range for uplink, the value is 0.10. In addition, the method shown in FIG. 8 may be combined with the methods shown in FIG. 4 , FIG. 5 , FIG. 6 , and FIG. 7 , and the present application does not impose any limitation on this. The method embodiment of the embodiment of the present application is described above, and the corresponding device embodiment is introduced below. The method embodiment and the device embodiment correspond to each other, so the parts not described in detail can refer to each other. FIG9 is a schematic diagram of another communication device provided in an embodiment of the present application. The device may include a transceiver module 910 and a processing module 920. Among them: The transceiver module 910 is configured to receive a capability enquiry request (UECapabilityEnquiry). The transceiver module 910 is also used to send capability information (UECapabilityInformation). The specific capability information is in the form of: Form A The capability information includes first information, and the first information indicates a total aggregate bandwidth supported by a first frequency band combination. Among them, the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier can be preset according to the protocol, pre-configured between the network device and the terminal device, or determined according to the channel bandwidth (channel BWs) capability, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. Among them, the channel bandwidth supported by the second carrier can be preset according to the protocol, pre-configured between the network device and the terminal device, or determined according to the channel bandwidth (channel BWs) capability, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. Form B: The capability information includes first information and second information, the second information indicates a maximum channel bandwidth supported by each of the multiple carriers, and the sum of the maximum channel bandwidths supported by the multiple carriers indicated by the second information is greater than a total aggregate bandwidth supported by the first frequency band combination. The channel bandwidth of the third carrier is associated with the first information and the second information. That is, the channel bandwidth of one of the carriers in the first frequency band combination must satisfy that it is less than the corresponding maximum channel bandwidth indicated by the second information, and the channel bandwidth of all carriers in the first frequency band combination must satisfy that it is equal to the total aggregate bandwidth. Therefore, the network device can determine more possible combinations of channel bandwidths supported by carriers in the first frequency band combination based on the second information based on the use of the first information. Form C: The capability information includes third information, where the third information indicates at least one set of total aggregate bandwidth capabilities supported by the first frequency band combination, where each set of total aggregate bandwidths in the at least one set of total aggregate bandwidths includes a first total aggregate bandwidth and a second total aggregate bandwidth, wherein: The first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the time division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination, and the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of the carriers of the frequency division duplex frequency band of the first frequency band combination; and / or The first total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers in a frequency band of a first frequency range, and the second total aggregate bandwidth indicates the total aggregate bandwidth of carriers in a frequency band of a second frequency range, and the first frequency range does not overlap with the second frequency range. The transceiver module 1010 is also used to receive capability information (UECapabilityInformation). The specific capability information is in the form of: Form A The capability information includes first information, and the first information indicates a total aggregate bandwidth supported by a first frequency band combination. The first frequency band combination may refer to any frequency band combination supported by the terminal device, and the first frequency band combination includes at least one frequency band, and each frequency band in the at least one frequency band includes at least one carrier. That is, the processing module 1020 is used to determine the channel bandwidth supported by the first carrier according to the first information. Thus, when the network device receives the total aggregate bandwidth of the frequency band combination indicated in the first information, it can determine the channel bandwidth supported on the carrier included in the frequency band combination according to the association between the total aggregate bandwidth and the channel bandwidth of the carrier, allocate frequency domain resources to the terminal device on the carrier according to the channel bandwidth of the carrier supported by the terminal device, and realize normal communication between the terminal device and the network device.
