DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0051] In order to better understand the above technical solution, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below through the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application and the specific features in the embodiment are detailed descriptions of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, rather than limitations on the technical solution of the present application. In the absence of conflict, the embodiment of the present application and the technical features in the embodiment can be combined with each other.
[0052] As shown in Figures 1 to 8, according to the first aspect of an embodiment of the present application, a heating assembly 100 is proposed, including: a first shell 110, on which a mounting portion 140 and a accommodating cavity 111 are formed; a heating element 120, wherein the heating element 120 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 111; and a thermal insulation element 130, wherein the thermal insulation element 130 is at least partially arranged to correspond to the mounting portion 140 so as to be arranged on the peripheral side of the accommodating cavity 111.
[0053] As shown in FIG4 , the heating assembly 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a first shell 110, a heating element 120 and a heat insulating element 130. During use, the heating element 120 can provide heat energy. The heating element 120 is connected to the first shell 110. The first shell 110 can fix the heating element 120 through the accommodating cavity 111, which is conducive to the output of heat energy to the target area; the heat insulating element 130 is arranged on the first shell 110. The heat insulating element 130 can be arranged on the peripheral side of the accommodating cavity 111. Based on this, when the heating assembly 100 is assembled on the electrical appliance, the heat insulating element 130 can block the heat energy. The transfer of heat energy can avoid excessive heat energy being transferred to other components of the electrical appliance, which can increase the service life of the electrical components; a mounting portion 140 is formed on the first shell 110, and during the assembly process of the thermal insulation member 130, the thermal insulation member 130 can be assembled to the first shell 110 through the mounting portion 140. On the one hand, the assembly efficiency of the thermal insulation member 130 can be improved; on the other hand, for the production and processing of the thermal insulation member 130, no other assembly components may be set on the thermal insulation member 130, which can simplify the structure of the thermal insulation member 130, facilitate the production and processing of the thermal insulation member 130, and reduce the production cost of the heating component 100.
[0054] It can be understood that, as shown in Figure 2, in one embodiment, the mounting portion 140 may include a protrusion 141 and a first positioning member 142, and an area of the first shell 110 between the protrusion 141 and the first positioning member 142. During the installation of the thermal insulation member 130, the thermal insulation member may abut against the protrusion 141 and a partial area of the first shell 110 to increase the insulation area and achieve a better airtight effect.
[0055] It is understandable that the heating element 120 may include a heating tube or a heating wire, and the heating tube or heating wire coil is disposed in the accommodating cavity 111 .
[0056] It can be understood that the thermal insulation member 130 can be made of elastic material to facilitate the assembly of the thermal insulation member 130, such as the thermal insulation member 130 can be made of rubber material, and the first shell 110 can be made of hard material, such as the first shell 110 can be a wooden member, a resin member or a metal member, and the mounting portion 140 is formed on the first shell 110, and the thermal insulation member 130 does not need to be equipped with other mounting components. The thermal insulation member 130 can be abutted against the mounting portion 140 on the first shell 110 to facilitate the assembly of the thermal insulation member 130 and reduce the processing difficulty of the thermal insulation member 130. For example, the thermal insulation member 130 can be molded in one step through an injection molding process.
[0057] As shown in FIG. 2 , in a feasible embodiment, the mounting portion 140 includes a protrusion 141 formed on the first shell 110 , and the heat insulating member 130 abuts against the protrusion 141 .
[0058] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the mounting portion 140 is further provided. The mounting portion 140 may include a protrusion 141 formed on the first shell 110. Based on this, the thermal insulation member 130 can abut against the protrusion 141 to facilitate the rapid assembly of the thermal insulation member 130.
[0059] It is understood that the mounting portion 140 includes not only the protrusion 141 but also an area on the first shell 110 adjacent to the protrusion 141. The thermal insulation member 130 can abut against a portion of the first shell 110 and the protrusion 141 to make the thermal insulation member 130 more firmly fixed.
[0060] As shown in Figure 1, in a feasible embodiment, the thermal insulation member 130 includes: a thermal insulation member body 131, the thermal insulation member body 131 abuts against the protrusion 141; a limiting portion 132, the limiting portion 132 is connected to the thermal insulation member body 131, and the limiting portion 132 is used to abut against the mounting surface of the first shell 110.
[0061] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the thermal insulation member 130 is further provided. The thermal insulation member 130 may include a thermal insulation member body 131 and a limiting portion 132. During the assembly process of the thermal insulation member 130, the thermal insulation member body 131 may abut against the protrusion 141 to complete the preliminary fixation of the thermal insulation member body 131. During the installation process of the heating component 100, the limiting portion 132 may abut against the assembly surface of the heating component 100, which can complete the further limitation of the thermal insulation member body 131, avoid the movement of the thermal insulation member 130, reduce the probability of displacement of the thermal insulation member 130 relative to the first shell 110, and improve the thermal insulation effect of the thermal insulation member 130 on the heating member 120.
[0062] It is understood that the mounting portion 140 includes not only the protrusion 141 but also an area on the first shell 110 adjacent to the protrusion 141. The insulation body 131 can abut against a portion of the first shell 110 and the protrusion 141 to secure the insulation body 131 more firmly.
[0063] As shown in Figure 1 , in a feasible embodiment, the heat insulating member body 131, the limiting portion 132 and the positioning portion 134 are an integrated structure. This arrangement can improve the strength of the heat insulating member 130 and facilitate the production and processing of the heat insulating member 130.
[0064] In a feasible embodiment, the thermal insulation member 130 also includes a positioning portion 134, which is formed on the thermal insulation member body 131. The thermal insulation member body 131 is positioned on the first shell 110 through the positioning portion 134. When the thermal insulation member 130 is assembled onto the first shell 110, the positioning portion 134 can play a role of preliminary positioning, facilitating the accurate contact between the thermal insulation member body 131 and the protrusion 141.
[0065] As shown in FIG. 2 , the positioning portion 134 may be fastened to the first positioning member 142 on the first housing 110 by means of bolts.
[0066] As shown in FIG. 1 , the positioning portion 134 may be a through hole.
[0067] As shown in FIG1 , in a feasible embodiment, the heat insulating member 130 is made of an elastic material. This configuration allows the heat insulating member 130 to have a certain degree of deformation, making it easier to abut the heat insulating member 130 against the protrusion 141 and facilitate assembly of the heat insulating member 130.
[0068] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in a possible embodiment, the shape of the heat insulating element 130 is adapted to the shape of the heating element 120 or to the shape of the protrusion 141 .
[0069] In one embodiment, a thermal insulator 130 is further provided. The shape of the thermal insulator 130 matches the shape of the heating element 120. After the thermal insulator 130 is assembled, the thermal insulator 130 can cover the circumference of the heating element 120, thereby better isolating the transfer of heat energy, preventing excessive heat energy from being transferred to other components of the appliance, and thus increasing the service life of the appliance components. In one embodiment, the circumference of the heating element 120 that matches the thermal insulator 130 refers to the bottom mounting surface of the heating element 120, which is correspondingly disposed to the thermal insulator 130.
[0070] In this technical solution, the shape of the thermal insulation member 130 can also be adapted to the protrusion 141. Such a setting allows the thermal insulation member 130 to better abut against or be mounted on the protrusion 141, so that the thermal insulation member 130 and the protrusion 141 have more contact area, and at the same time, the thermal insulation member 130 and the first shell 110 have more contact area.
[0071] It can be understood that the shape of the thermal insulation member 130 is adapted to the shape of the protrusion 141, which means that the cross-section of the protrusion 141 is basically the same as the cross-section of the thermal insulation member 130, or the width of the protrusion 141 is slightly larger than the width of the thermal insulation member 130, so that the thermal insulation member 130 can form an interference fit when it abuts against the protrusion 141, which can make the thermal insulation member 130 more securely fixed.
[0072] In a feasible embodiment, a protrusion 141 and a first positioning member 142 for fixing the thermal insulation member 130 are formed on the first shell 110 , and the mounting portion 140 includes: the protrusion 141 , the first positioning member 142 and an abutment area 143 on the first shell 110 located around the protrusion 141 .
[0073] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the mounting portion 140 is further provided. The mounting portion 140 may include a protrusion 141, a first positioning member 142, and a contact area 143 on the first shell 110 located around the protrusion 141. The thermal insulation member 130 can be positioned on the first positioning member 142 through the positioning portion 134. The thermal insulation member 130 can abut against the protrusion 141 and the abutment area 143 located on the first shell 110. Based on this, the thermal insulation member 130 is firmly fixed, and the thermal insulation member 130 and the mounting portion 140 have more abutment area, which can better isolate the thermal insulation member 130 from heat energy.
[0074] As shown in FIG3 , according to a second aspect of an embodiment of the present application, a drying module 200 is provided, which can be used in household appliances such as dryers, washer-dryers, and dishwashers. Drying module 200 includes a heating assembly 100 as described in any of the above technical solutions; and a moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210 . The heating assembly 100 is configured to provide heat energy to at least a portion of the moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210 .
[0075] The drying module 200 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the heating component 100 as any of the above technical solutions. Therefore, the drying module 200 has all the beneficial effects of the heating component of any of the above technical solutions, which will not be described in detail here.
[0076] As shown in Figure 3, in a feasible embodiment, the drying module 200 also includes: a moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 includes: a second shell 211, the first shell 110 is connected to the second shell 211; a moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212, the heating component 120 is used to provide heat energy to the upper part of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212; a third shell 213, the third shell 213 is connected to the second shell 211, and the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212 is arranged between the second shell 211 and the third shell 213; wherein, at least part of the area of the thermal insulation component 130 is in contact with the second shell 211 and the first shell 110. In one embodiment, the thermal insulation component 130 is arranged between the second shell 211 and the first shell 110.
[0077] In this technical solution, the heating component 100 may also include a moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212. When the heating component 100 is applied to the clothing processing device 400, the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212 can absorb the moisture of the clothes that have been washed in the clothing processing device 400, and the heating component 120 provides heat energy to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212, which can desorb the water vapor adsorbed by the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212. This cycle can dry the clothes in the clothing processing device 400.
[0078] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, in this technical solution, the moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210 further includes a second shell 211 and a third shell 213. The second shell 211 and the third shell 213 can accommodate the moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210 and facilitate the assembly of the first shell 110. Partial areas of the thermal insulation member 130 abut against the second shell 211 and the first shell 110, thereby preventing heat energy from the heating element 120 from being transferred to the third shell 213 and improving the service life of the third shell 213. Furthermore, considering that when the heating assembly 100 is applied to the clothing processing device 400, heat energy may be transferred through the air supply member. The abutment of the thermal insulation member 130 with the second shell 211 can ensure that the air flow is transported in the desired direction, thereby improving airtightness and heat energy utilization.
[0079] As shown in Figure 3, in a feasible embodiment, a first abutment portion 2111 is formed on the second shell 211, one end of the first abutment portion 2111 is connected to the second shell 211, and the other end extends toward the center of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212; wherein, a partial area of the thermal insulation component 130 abuts against the first abutment portion 2111.
[0080] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, in this embodiment, a style of a second shell 211 is further provided. A first abutment portion 2111 can be formed on the second shell 211, and the first abutment portion 2111 extends toward the center of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212. Based on this, when the first shell 110 is assembled on the second shell 211, a partial area of the thermal insulation component 130 can abut against the first abutment portion 2111, which can further improve the thermal insulation effect.
[0081] In some examples, a portion of the limiting portion 132 of the thermal insulation member 130 extends toward the second shell 211 to abut against the second shell 211. This arrangement allows the limiting portion 132 to abut against the second shell 211, which can better suppress the transfer of heat energy.
[0082] As shown in FIG6 , in some examples, the cross section of the limiting portion 132 along the height direction may be formed with a bend, based on which a partial area of the second shell 211 may be wrapped by the bend, which can better suppress the transfer of heat energy and facilitate assembly and limiting.
[0083] As shown in FIG1 , in a feasible embodiment, the thermal insulation element 130 includes: a second abutting portion 133 , the second abutting portion 133 is used to abut against the first abutting portion 2111 ; wherein the thermal insulation element body 131 and the second abutting portion 133 are an integrated structure.
[0084] In this technical solution, a style of the thermal insulation member 130 is further provided. The thermal insulation member 130 may include a second abutting portion 133, which is used to abut with the first abutting portion 2111. Based on this, the sealing effect of the thermal insulation member 130 can be improved, thereby improving the thermal insulation effect.
[0085] As shown in Figure 1, in one technical solution, the thermal insulation element body 131 and the second abutment portion 133 are an integrated structure. Such a setting can improve the mechanical strength of the thermal insulation element 130, while facilitating the production and processing of the thermal insulation element 130 and reducing the processing cost of the thermal insulation element 130.
[0086] As shown in FIG. 9 , in a feasible implementation manner, the drying module 200 further includes a driving member 220 , and the driving member 220 is configured to drive the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 to rotate.
[0087] In this technical solution, the drying module 200 may further include a driving member 220, through which the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 can be driven to rotate. Based on this, when the drying module 200 is applied to the clothing processing device 400, when the water vapor in the clothing processing device 400 is discharged from the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212, the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 can adsorb the water vapor. As the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 rotates, part of the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 will be heated by the heating member 120, and the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 will desorb the water vapor. As the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 rotates, the water vapor can be continuously adsorbed and desorbed, based on which the clothes in the clothing processing device 400 can be dried.
[0088] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, in a feasible embodiment, the drying module 200 also includes: a first positioning member 142 and a second positioning member 214, one of the first positioning member 142 and the second positioning member 214 is formed on the second shell 211, and the other is formed on the first shell 110, and the first shell 110 is connected to the second shell 211 through the first positioning member 142 and the second positioning member 214.
[0089] In this technical solution, the drying module 200 may also include a first positioning member 142 and a second positioning member 214. During the assembly process, the first shell 110 can be positioned on the second shell 211 through the first positioning member 142 and the second positioning member 214, such as the second positioning member 214 can pass through the first positioning member 142 to position the first shell 110.
[0090] In some examples, the positioning portion of the thermal insulation member is located between the first positioning member 142 and the second positioning member 214 to make the fixation of the thermal insulation member more reliable.
[0091] In some examples, in order to facilitate the production and processing of the first shell 110, the first positioning member 142 can be formed on the first shell 110, and the second positioning member 214 can be formed on the second shell 211, and there can be two or more first positioning members 142, and the number and position of the second positioning members 214 are adapted to the first positioning member 142.
[0092] In a feasible embodiment, the drying module 200 also includes: a first air supply member 230, the output end of the first air supply member 230 is connected to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210; a second air supply member 240, the heating component 100 is used to provide heat energy to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 so that the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 releases water vapor, and the output end of the second air supply member 240 is facing the heating component 100; wherein, the extension direction of the first abutment portion 2111 is the same as the air supply direction of the second air supply member 240.
[0093] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the drying module 200 is further provided. The drying module 200 includes a first air supply member 230 and a second air supply member 240. The first air supply member 230 extracts air with higher humidity, and the air with higher humidity is supplied to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210. The moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 captures water vapor in the air flow. The heating element 120 works, and the second air supply member 240 generates an air flow to supply the heated air to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210. The moisture absorption and dehumidification component will be heated to separate the water vapor from the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, and the separated water vapor can be directly discharged.
[0094] In a feasible embodiment, the drying module 200 further includes: a heat exchanger 250, the input end of the second air supply member 240 is connected to the heat exchanger 250, and the heat exchanger 250 is connected to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 to form a liquid collection circulation channel.
[0095] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the drying module 200 is further provided. The drying module 200 also includes a first air supply member 230, a second air supply member 240 and a heat exchanger 250. During use, the first air supply member 230 extracts air with higher humidity, and the air with higher humidity is supplied to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210. The moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 captures water vapor in the air flow, and the heating element 120 works. The second air supply member 240 generates an air flow to supply the heated air to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, and heats the moisture absorption and dehumidification component to separate the water vapor from the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210. The separated water vapor will be supplied to the heat exchanger 250 for condensation and enrichment, and the air flow generated by the first air supply member 230 will carry the residual heat on the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 into the device that needs to be dried to improve the drying efficiency. Based on this, an air supply cycle can be formed between the first air supply member 230, the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 and the device to be dried. This cycle can capture water vapor and use the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 to enrich the water vapor. Through the circulation between the second air supply member 240, the heat exchanger 250 and the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, the water vapor can be desorbed through the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, and then condensed through the heat exchanger 250. After the water vapor is condensed, liquid water can be formed, completing the enrichment of the water vapor.
[0096] In some examples, the heat exchanger may be a condenser.
[0097] The drying module 200 provided in the embodiment of the present application is equipped with a heat insulation member 130 on the surrounding side of the heating member 120, which can prevent the heat energy of the heating member 120 from being transferred to the moisture absorption and dehumidification group assembly, the first air supply member 230, the second air supply member 240 and the heat exchanger 250, and can increase the service life of the drying module 200.
[0098] As shown in FIG9 to FIG12 , a third aspect of the embodiment of the present application provides a household drying device 300, comprising:
[0099] The drying processing body 310 includes a receiving device 112;
[0100] The heating assembly 100 of any of the above technical solutions, or the drying module of any of the above technical solutions;
[0101] The box body 320 has a receiving space 121 and a cover plate 122. The drying processing body 310 is arranged in the receiving space 121 of the box body 320. The cover plate 122 is arranged corresponding to the drying processing body 310 and covers at least part of the heating component 100. The first heat reflecting layer 330 is arranged on the side of the cover plate 122 facing the heating component 100.
[0102] The household drying device 300 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a drying processing body 310 and a box body 320, and the drying processing body 310 includes a heating component 100 and a accommodating device 112, and the box body 320 includes a cover 122 and a accommodating space 121. During use, the items to be dried can be placed in the accommodating device 112, and the heating component 100 is used to provide heat energy to the accommodating device 112, so that the items in the accommodating space 121 can be dried. During the drying process, by setting the first heat reflecting layer 330 on the cover plate 122, the heat energy dissipated by the heating component 100 can be reflected. On the one hand, the transfer of heat energy to the indoor space is avoided, and the user can be prevented from perceiving the increase in room temperature due to the use of the household drying device 300, which can improve the user experience; on the other hand, the first heat reflecting layer 330 does not need to have a large thickness, which can make the volume of the household drying device 300 smaller, making it easier for the user to place the household drying device 300, so that the household drying device 300 of the same volume has a larger storage space, and at the same time facilitates the arrangement and assembly of the components of the household drying device 300, which can further improve the user experience; on the other hand, by setting the first heat reflecting layer 330, the probability of deformation and color change of the cover plate 122 can be reduced, which can improve the user experience.
[0103] As shown in Figures 9 to 12, in a feasible embodiment, the heating assembly 100 includes: a heating element 120 and a heating element 120, at least a portion of the heating element 120 is covered by the heating element 120; a second heat reflecting layer 1113, which is arranged on the heating element 120, and the heat reflection direction of the first heat reflecting layer 330 is the same as the heat reflection direction of the second heat reflecting layer 1113.
[0104] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the heating component 100 is further provided. The heating component 100 may include a heating element 120 and a heating element 120. Through the setting of the heating element 120, at least a part of the area of the heating element 120 can be covered, which is conducive to gathering heat energy, reducing the probability of heat energy diffusion, and enabling more heat energy to be used for drying items.
[0105] In this technical solution, a second heat reflecting layer 1113 can be further provided on the heating element 120 of the heating assembly 100. Through the provision of the second heat reflecting layer 1113, the heat energy dissipated by the heating element 120 can be reflected, so that more heat energy can be gathered on the items to be dried in the household drying device 300, which can improve the drying efficiency. At the same time, the first heat reflecting layer 330 and the second heat reflecting layer 1113 jointly reflect the heat energy, which can make the indoor temperature within a reasonable range, and can further improve the user experience.
[0106] In this technical solution, the heat reflection direction of the first heat reflection layer 330 is the same as the heat reflection direction of the second heat reflection layer 1113. Based on this, if the heat energy is to diffuse outside the household drying appliance 300, it is necessary to continuously transfer heat through the first heat reflection layer 330 and the second heat reflection layer 1113, and the efficiency of heat transfer will be further reduced. Based on this, the probability of heat energy diffusing outside the household drying appliance 300 will be further reduced.
[0107] In a feasible embodiment, the heating element 120 is made of a heat-insulating material. Based on this, the heating element 120 has a heat-insulating function and can also play a role in isolating heat energy transfer, based on which the probability of heat energy diffusing outside the household drying device 300 is further reduced.
[0108] As shown in FIG. 13 , in a feasible implementation manner, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 is located between the heating elements 120 .
[0109] In this technical solution, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 is located between the heating element 120 and the heating element 120. In the process of the heat energy of the heating element 120 diffusing to the heating element 120, it will be reflected by the second heat reflecting layer 1113. The heat energy can return to the heating element 120 to heat the items, which can improve the drying efficiency.
[0110] In this technical solution, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 is located between the heating elements 120 and 120, and can reflect heat energy when it is about to dissipate, thereby improving the efficiency of heat energy utilization and thus improving the efficiency of drying items.
[0111] In a feasible implementation, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 is located between the heating element 120 and the first heat reflecting layer 330 .
[0112] In this technical solution, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 is located between the heating element 120 and the first heat reflecting layer 330. Based on this, the heat energy of the heating element 120 will be reflected by the second heat reflecting layer 1113 after passing through the heating element 120. The heat energy can return to the heating element 120 to heat the items, thereby improving the drying efficiency.
[0113] In this technical solution, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 is located between the heating element 120 and the first heat reflecting layer 330 . The second heat reflecting layer 1113 can be attached to the outer wall surface of the heating element 120 . This arrangement facilitates the arrangement of the second heat reflecting layer 1113 .
[0114] In a feasible embodiment, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 covers the heating element 120. The second heat reflecting layer 1113 can also wrap the heating element 120. Such a configuration can better suppress the diffusion of heat energy and achieve a better heat reflection effect.
[0115] In a feasible embodiment, the material for preparing the first heat reflection layer 330 includes aluminum foil and / or mica.
[0116] In this technical solution, material selection for the first heat reflecting layer 330 is further provided. The first heat reflecting layer 330 can be made of aluminum foil and / or mica. Such a configuration can reflect the heat energy dissipated through the heating component 100. On the one hand, it avoids the transfer of heat energy to the indoor space, and can prevent the user from perceiving the increase in room temperature due to the use of the drying function of the household drying device 300, which can improve the user experience; on the other hand, the first heat reflecting layer 330 does not need to have a large thickness, which can make the volume of the household drying device 300 smaller, making it easier for the user to place the household drying device 300, and can further improve the user experience.
[0117] In a feasible embodiment, the material for preparing the second heat reflection layer 1113 includes aluminum foil and / or mica.
[0118] In this technical solution, material selection for the second heat reflecting layer 1113 is further provided. The second heat reflecting layer 1113 can be made of aluminum foil and / or mica. Such a setting can reflect the heat energy dissipated through the heating component 100. On the one hand, it avoids the transfer of heat energy to the indoor space, and can prevent the user from perceiving the increase in room temperature due to the use of the household drying device 300, which can improve the user experience; on the other hand, the second heat reflecting layer 1113 does not need to have a large thickness, which can make the volume of the household drying device 300 smaller, making it easier for the user to place the household drying device 300, and can further improve the user experience.
[0119] In some examples, the first heat reflective layer 330 may be aluminum foil, and the second heat reflective layer 1113 may be a mica sheet.
[0120] In a feasible embodiment, the household drying device 300 also includes: a heat insulating member 130, a mounting portion 140 and a accommodating cavity 111 are formed on the heating member 120, the heating member 120 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 111, and the heat insulating member 130 is at least partially arranged to correspond to the mounting portion 140 so as to be arranged on the peripheral side of the accommodating cavity 111.
[0121] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, in this technical solution, the household drying device 300 also includes a heat insulating member 130, which is arranged on the heating member 120. The heat insulating member 130 can be arranged on the peripheral side of the accommodating cavity 111. The heat insulating member 130 can block the transfer of heat energy, avoid excessive heat energy from being transferred to other components of the electrical appliance, and improve the service life of the electrical components; a mounting portion 140 is formed on the heating member 120, and during the assembly process of the heat insulating member 130, the heat insulating member 130 can be assembled to the heating member 120 through the mounting portion 140. On the one hand, the assembly efficiency of the heat insulating member 130 can be improved; on the other hand, for the generation and processing of the heat insulating member 130, no other assembly components may be set on the heat insulating member 130, which can simplify the structure of the heat insulating member 130, facilitate the production and processing of the heat insulating member 130, and reduce the production cost of the heating assembly 100.
[0122] It can be understood that, as shown in Figure 2, in one embodiment, the mounting portion 140 may include a protrusion 141 and a first positioning member 142, and the heating member 120 is located in an area between the protrusion 141 and the first positioning member 142. During the installation of the thermal insulation member 130, the thermal insulation member 130 can abut against the protrusion 141 and a partial area of the heating member 120 to increase the insulation area and achieve a better airtight effect.
[0123] It is understandable that the heating element 120 may include a heating tube or a heating wire, and the heating tube or heating wire coil is disposed in the accommodating cavity 111 .
[0124] It can be understood that the thermal insulation member 130 can be made of elastic material to facilitate the assembly of the thermal insulation member 130, such as the thermal insulation member 130 can be made of rubber material, and the heating member 120 can be made of hard material, such as the heating member 120 can be a wooden member, a resin member or a metal member, the mounting portion 140 is formed on the heating member 120, and the thermal insulation member 130 does not need to be equipped with other mounting portions 140. The thermal insulation member 130 can be abutted against the mounting portion 140 on the heating member 120 to facilitate the assembly of the thermal insulation member 130 and reduce the processing difficulty of the thermal insulation member 130. For example, the thermal insulation member 130 can be formed in one step through an injection molding process.
[0125] As shown in FIG. 2 , in a feasible embodiment, the mounting portion 140 includes a protrusion 141 formed on the heating element 120 , and the thermal insulation element 130 abuts against the protrusion 141 .
[0126] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the mounting portion 140 is further provided. The mounting portion 140 may include a protrusion 141 formed on the heating element 120. Based on this, the thermal insulation element 130 may abut against the protrusion 141 to facilitate the rapid assembly of the thermal insulation element 130.
[0127] It is understood that the mounting portion 140 includes not only the protrusion 141 but also an area on the heating element 120 adjacent to the protrusion 141. The thermal insulation member 130 can abut against a portion of the heating element 120 and the protrusion 141 to make the thermal insulation member 130 more firmly fixed.
[0128] As shown in Figure 1, in a feasible embodiment, the thermal insulation member 130 includes: a thermal insulation member body 131, the thermal insulation member body 131 abuts against the protrusion 141; a limiting portion 132, the limiting portion 132 is connected to the thermal insulation member body 131, and the limiting portion 132 is used to abut against the installation surface of the heating member 120.
[0129] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the thermal insulation member 130 is further provided. During the installation process of the heating assembly 100, the limiting portion 132 may abut against the heating member 120 to complete further limiting of the thermal insulation member body 131, avoid the thermal insulation member 130 from moving, reduce the probability of the thermal insulation member 130 displacing relative to the heating member 120, and improve the thermal insulation effect of the thermal insulation member 130 on the heating member 120.
[0130] It is understood that the mounting portion 140 includes not only the protrusion 141 but also an area on the heater 120 adjacent to the protrusion 141. The heat insulating member body 131 can abut against a portion of the heater 120 and the protrusion 141 to secure the heat insulating member body 131 more firmly.
[0131] As shown in Figure 1 , in a feasible embodiment, the heat insulating member body 131, the limiting portion 132 and the positioning portion 134 are an integrated structure. This arrangement can improve the strength of the heat insulating member 130 and facilitate the production and processing of the heat insulating member 130.
[0132] In a feasible embodiment, the thermal insulation element 130 also includes a positioning portion 134, which is formed on the thermal insulation element body 131. The thermal insulation element body 131 is positioned on the heating element 120 through the positioning portion 134. When the thermal insulation element 130 is assembled onto the heating element 120, the positioning portion 134 can play a role of preliminary positioning, facilitating the accurate contact between the thermal insulation element body 131 and the protrusion 141.
[0133] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the positioning portion 134 may be fastened to the first positioning member 142 on the heating member 120 by means of bolts.
[0134] As shown in FIG. 1 , the positioning portion 134 may be a through hole.
[0135] As shown in FIG1 , in a feasible embodiment, the heat insulating member 130 is made of an elastic material. This configuration allows the heat insulating member 130 to have a certain degree of deformation, making it easier to abut the heat insulating member 130 against the protrusion 141 and facilitate assembly of the heat insulating member 130.
[0136] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in a possible embodiment, the shape of the heat insulating element 130 is adapted to the shape of the heating element 120 or to the shape of the protrusion 141 .
[0137] In one embodiment, a thermal insulator 130 is further provided. The shape of the thermal insulator 130 matches the shape of the heater 120. After the thermal insulator 130 is assembled, the thermal insulator 130 can cover the sides of the heater 120, thereby better isolating the transfer of heat energy, preventing excessive heat energy from being transferred to other components of the appliance, and thus increasing the service life of the appliance components. In one embodiment, the sides of the heater 120 that match the thermal insulator 130 refer to the bottom mounting surface of the heater 120, which is disposed correspondingly to the thermal insulator 130.
[0138] In this technical solution, the shape of the thermal insulation member 130 can also be adapted to the protrusion 141. Such a setting enables the thermal insulation member 130 to better abut against or be sleeved on the protrusion 141, so that the thermal insulation member 130 and the protrusion 141 have more contact area, and at the same time, the thermal insulation member 130 and the heating member 120 have more contact area.
[0139] It can be understood that the shape of the thermal insulation member 130 is adapted to the shape of the protrusion 141, which means that the cross-section of the protrusion 141 is basically the same as the cross-section of the thermal insulation member 130, or the width of the protrusion 141 is slightly larger than the width of the thermal insulation member 130, so that the thermal insulation member 130 can form an interference fit when it abuts against the protrusion 141, which can make the thermal insulation member 130 more securely fixed.
[0140] In a feasible embodiment, a protrusion 141 and a first positioning member 142 for fixing the thermal insulation member 130 are formed on the heating member 120, and the mounting portion 140 includes: a protrusion 141, a first positioning member 142 and a contact area 143 on the heating member 120 located around the protrusion 141.
[0141] In this technical solution, the structural composition of the mounting portion 140 is further provided. The mounting portion 140 may include a protrusion 141, a first positioning member 142, and a contact area 143 on the heating member 120 located around the protrusion 141. The thermal insulation member 130 can be positioned on the first positioning member 142 through the positioning portion 134. The thermal insulation member 130 can abut against the protrusion 141 and the abutment area 143 located above the heating member 120. Based on this, the thermal insulation member 130 is firmly fixed, and the thermal insulation member 130 and the mounting portion 140 have more abutment area, which can better isolate the thermal insulation member 130 from heat energy.
[0142] In a feasible embodiment, the household drying device 300 further includes: a moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, the heating component 100 is located upstream of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, the heating heat of the heating component 100 acts on at least part of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210, and at least part of the heat is conducted to the items to be dried through the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210.
[0143] In this technical solution, the household drying device 300 may also include a moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210. During use, the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 is used to absorb moisture from the items in the accommodating space 121, and then the heating component 100 provides heat energy to the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210. The heat energy can desorb the moisture adsorbed on the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210. Based on this, the items can be dried by adsorbing and desorbing moisture through the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210.
[0144] As shown in Figure 3, in a feasible embodiment, the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 includes: a second shell 211, the heating element 120 is connected to the second shell 211; a moisture absorption and dehumidification element 212, the heating element 120 is used to provide heat energy to the upper part of the moisture absorption and dehumidification element 212; a third shell 213, the third shell 213 is connected to the second shell 211, and the moisture absorption and dehumidification element 212 is arranged between the second shell 211 and the third shell 213; wherein, at least part of the area of the thermal insulation element 130 is in contact with the second shell 211 and the heating element 120. In one embodiment, the thermal insulation element 130 is arranged between the second shell 211 and the heating element 120.
[0145] In this technical solution, the household drying device 300 may further include a moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212, which can absorb moisture from the items to be dried. The moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212 is provided with heat energy by the heating component 120, and the moisture adsorbed by the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212 can be desorbed. The items to be dried can be dried by such a cycle.
[0146] As shown in FIG4 , in this technical solution, the moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210 further includes a second shell 211 and a third shell 213. The second shell 211 and the third shell 213 can accommodate the moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210 and facilitate the assembly of the heating element 120. Partial areas of the thermal insulation member 130 abut against the second shell 211 and the heating element 120, thereby preventing heat energy from the heating element 120 from being transferred to the third shell 213 and improving the service life of the third shell 213. Furthermore, considering that when the household drying device 300 is applied to a clothes processing device 400, heat energy may be transferred through the air supply member. The abutment of the thermal insulation member 130 with the second shell 211 can ensure that the airflow is transported in the desired direction, thereby improving airtightness and heat energy utilization.
[0147] As shown in Figure 7, in a feasible embodiment, a first abutment portion 2111 is formed on the second shell 211, one end of the first abutment portion 2111 is connected to the second shell 211, and the other end extends toward the center of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212; wherein, a partial area of the thermal insulation component 130 abuts against the first abutment portion 2111.
[0148] As shown in Figure 3, in this embodiment, a style of a second shell 211 is further provided. A first abutment portion 2111 can be formed on the second shell 211, and the first abutment portion 2111 extends toward the center of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 212. Based on this, when the heating component 120 is assembled on the second shell 211, a partial area of the thermal insulation component 130 can abut against the first abutment portion 2111, which can further improve the thermal insulation effect.
[0149] In some examples, a portion of the limiting portion 132 of the thermal insulation member 130 extends toward the second shell 211 to abut against the second shell 211. This arrangement allows the limiting portion 132 to abut against the second shell 211, which can better suppress the transfer of heat energy.
[0150] As shown in FIG4 , in some examples, the cross section of the limiting portion 132 along the height direction may be formed with a bend, based on which a partial area of the second shell 211 may be wrapped by the bend, which can better suppress the transfer of heat energy and facilitate assembly and limiting.
[0151] As shown in FIG1 , in a feasible embodiment, the thermal insulation element 130 includes: a second abutting portion 133 , the second abutting portion 133 is used to abut against the first abutting portion 2111 ; wherein the thermal insulation element body 131 and the second abutting portion 133 are an integrated structure.
[0152] In this technical solution, a style of the thermal insulation member 130 is further provided. The thermal insulation member 130 may include a second abutting portion 133, which is used to abut with the first abutting portion 2111. Based on this, the sealing effect of the thermal insulation member 130 can be improved, thereby improving the thermal insulation effect.
[0153] As shown in Figure 1, in one technical solution, the thermal insulation element body 131 and the second abutment portion 133 are an integrated structure. Such a setting can improve the mechanical strength of the thermal insulation element 130, while facilitating the production and processing of the thermal insulation element 130 and reducing the processing cost of the thermal insulation element 130.
[0154] As shown in FIG. 13 , in a feasible embodiment, the household drying appliance further includes a driving member 220 , which is used to drive the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 to rotate.
[0155] In this technical solution, the household drying device may further include a driving member 220, through which the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 can be driven to rotate. Based on this, when the household drying device 300 is applied to the clothing processing device 400, when the water vapor in the clothing processing device 400 is discharged from the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212, the moisture absorption and dehumidification member 212 can adsorb the water vapor.
[0156] As shown in Figures 10 and 11, in a feasible embodiment, the household drying appliance also includes: a first positioning member 142 and a second positioning member 214, one of the first positioning member 142 and the second positioning member 214 is formed on the second shell 211, and the other is formed on the heating member 120, and the heating member 120 is connected to the second shell 211 through the first positioning member 142 and the second positioning member 214.
[0157] In this technical solution, the household drying appliance may further include a first positioning member 142 and a second positioning member 214. After the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 absorbs the moisture, it becomes dry air and enters the air inlet 1121. Another dehumidification cycle aims to further absorb moisture not absorbed in the previous dehumidification cycle. The path is as follows: humid, hot air enters heat exchanger 250 through heat exchanger inlet 1951121. After heat exchanger 250 absorbs moisture, the dry, low-temperature air enters heating element 120 through second air supply element 240, and then to moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210. Moisture absorption and dehumidification assembly 210 then enters heat exchanger inlet 1951121 to complete the cycle. This cycle is powered by second air supply element 240. Heating assembly 100 heats turntable 1521, and the drive assembly drives turntable 1521 to rotate for uniform heating.

If this humidity value is high, the heating element 120 is controlled to turn on or the operating power of the heating element 120 is increased. In this case, the waste heat of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 can be increased, thereby increasing the temperature of the airflow entering the storage device 112. If the humidity value does not change after adjusting the operating mode of the heating element 120, the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 210 can be inspected and maintained.
