Description

[0001] SPRINGEL

[0002] The utility model relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the design of a support system for masts, bridges, power transmission line supports, as well as in the design of trusses supporting a pipeline, for example, a multi-support mobile irrigation machine.

[0003] A truss is known, described in the patent of the Russian Federation for invention No. 2613998 (published on March 22, 2017).

[0004] The truss rod comprises a supporting solid cylindrical rod made of high-strength composite material with fastening units at the ends made in the form of conical thickenings, an embedded element in the form of a cylinder with cones on the bases made of the same material as the roving material of straight high-strength threads (glass, basalt, carbon, aramid); ring threads wound at an angle to the axis of the cylindrical rod, an extended zone of straight threads located between the cone of the embedded element and the end of the rod, the ring threads are protected by a topcoat from the effects of ultraviolet solar radiation, moisture and an aggressive environment.

[0005] At the end of the cylindrical rod, a bushing is installed for fastening the truss, for example, in the structure of a sprinkler machine truss, including a body with sleeve shoulders, crackers, a plug and a fastening element. The body with sleeve shoulders and crackers can be made of steel or plastic (glass-basalt plastic, glass-filled polyamide, polyurethane or glass-filled phenol-formaldehyde resin AG4S).

[0006] The bushing is installed on the supporting solid cylindrical rod of the truss in the following sequence: the thickened end is passed through the central hole of the body with the sleeve shoulders until it exits the hole of the rod, then crackers are inserted into the hole and the body with the sleeve shoulders is moved towards the thickened end until it stops. The hole in the body with shoulders is closed with a plug. A fastening bolt is inserted into the transverse holes in the body with shoulders and the hole in the plug. Then the truss can be mounted in the structure of the sprinkler machine truss.

[0007] The described design of the truss is complex and significantly increases the cost of the truss in which it is used.

[0008] From US Patent for Invention No. 3720347A (published March 13, 1973), a truss for a sprinkler machine is known, containing a long rod of circular cross-section, to the ends of which lugs made in the form of rectangular plates with a mounting hole are welded, while the rod is welded to one side of the lug.

[0009] The disadvantage of the considered design is that the end of the rod is welded to one side of the eye and to ensure the strength of such a connection, a longer weld is required, and this leads to an increase in the length of the eye itself, which ultimately leads to an increase in the metal content of the truss.

[0010] The closest solution, taken as a prototype, is the truss of a sprinkler machine truss, known from the patent of the Russian Federation for invention No. 2716987 (published on 17.03.2020).

[0011] The truss rod, galvanized by hot-dip galvanizing, contains a rod of round cross-section, at the ends of which lugs made in the form of plates with a mounting hole are welded. The ends of the rod are welded into the lugs, for which rectangular cutouts are made in the lugs in advance, in which the ends of the rod are placed before welding. The ends of the rod are welded on both sides of the lugs, which ensures a more reliable welded joint, which also allows for a shorter lug length and lower metal costs for its manufacture. Also, in order to reduce metal consumption, the lug is made with an optimal width, at which it has the same strength as the rod and is capable of withstanding the same loads as the truss rod. In the proposed truss, the rod is welded into the eye by a value of at least three diameters of the rod, and the thickness of the eye is at least 60% of the diameter of the rod; under these conditions, sufficient strength of the welded joint of the rod with the eye is ensured. To reduce the metal content of the rod, it is made of alloy steel with high strength characteristics, which allows to reduce its cross-section. Also, to reduce the metal content, the part of the eye into which the rod is welded is made with a variable width, gradually increasing to the middle of the eye.

[0012] In the considered design, the use of alloy steel for the manufacture of the rod increases the strength of the truss, but does not take into account the silicon content in the steel, which can lead to a significant thickness of the zinc coating during hot-dip galvanizing.

[0013] From the Internet resource https: / / konus.bv / goryachee-czinkovanie / o-goryachem- czinkovanii.html (page "Technical Regulations", document "Technical Regulations for Hot-Dip Galvanizing of Metal Structures") and https: / / ankorltd.ru / cinkovanie / goryachee-cinkovanie / zashchita- oriachim-tcinkovaniem / (SP 53-101-98 "Manufacture and Quality Control of Steel Building Structures" (approved and put into effect by the Resolution of the Gosstroy of the Russian Federation dated May 17, 1999 N 37) the optimal values of silicon content in low-carbon steels with a carbon content of less than 0.25% for subsequent economical and smooth application of a coating by hot-dip galvanizing are known. One of the ranges of the optimal value is from 0.12% to 0.25% silicon content.

[0014] The technical problem of the considered solutions is the insufficient optimization of the zinc coating of the truss.

[0015] The specified technical problem in a truss containing a rod and end connecting links, with a zinc coating of 40 - 250 µm thickness, is solved by the fact that the rod is from 4 m to 8 m long with a cross-sectional area of 200 mm 2 up to 400 mm 2 and the end connecting links are made of steel with a silicon content of 0.11% to 0.3% and a carbon content of 0.01% to 0.4%.

[0016] The rod is preferably made as a single piece, but can be made as a composite with a longitudinal connecting weld. In this case, the rod can be made as a composite through an intermediate part.

[0017] The cross-section of the rod is preferably made in the form of a circle.

[0018] In another case, the cross-section of the rod is made in the form of a triangle.

[0019] In addition, the cross-section of the rod can be made in the form of a square.

[0020] The end connecting links are usually made in the form of plates with a mounting hole and a cutout for installing a rod with subsequent welding.

[0021] In another case, the end connecting links can be made in the form of thickenings formed from the rod material.

[0022] Alternatively, the end connecting links can be made in the form of washers with a central hole for installing a rod with subsequent welding.

[0023] The technical result of the utility model is the expansion of the arsenal of technical means, namely, trusses based on steel rods with optimal galvanized surface.

[0024] The claimed utility model is shown in the following figures.

[0025] Fig. 1 shows a truss containing a solid rod, the end connecting links of which are made in the form of plates with a mounting hole and a cutout for installing the end of the rod.

[0026] Fig. 2 shows a truss containing a composite rod, the parts of which are connected by an intermediate H-shaped part, and the end connecting links of which are made in the form of plates with a mounting hole and a cutout for installing the end of the rod.

[0027] Fig. 3 shows section A-A in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

[0028] Fig. 4 shows section B-B in Fig. 2.

[0029] Fig. 5 shows a truss containing a composite rod, the parts of which are connected by an intermediate part made in the form of a plate without cutouts.

[0030] Fig. 6 shows the section B-B in Fig. 5.

[0031] Fig. 7 shows a truss containing a composite rod, the parts of which are connected directly to each other. Fig. 8 shows the section G-G in Fig. 7.

[0032] Fig. 9 shows a truss, the end connecting links of which are made in the form of thickenings formed from the material of the rod.

[0033] Fig. 10 shows view D in Fig. 9.

[0034] Fig. 11 shows a truss, the end connecting links of which are made in the form of washers with a central hole for installing the rod.

[0035] Fig. 12 is a view of E in Fig. 11.

[0036] Fig. 13 shows the design of a multi-support mobile irrigation machine with truss trusses supporting the pipeline.

[0037] The truss 1 is an integral part of the support system for masts, bridges, power transmission line supports, and also in the structure of trusses supporting a pipeline, for example, a water supply pipeline of a multi-support mobile irrigation machine (Fig. 13). The truss 1 contains a steel rod 2 and steel end connecting links 3, wherein the rod 2 can be made solid (Fig. 1, Fig. 9, Fig. 11) or composite, from 4 m to 8 m long, with a longitudinal connecting weld 4 between the parts connected directly to each other (Fig. 7, Fig. 8) or through an intermediate piece 5. All elements of the truss 1 are formed from steel with a silicon content of 0.11% to 0.3% and with a carbon content of 0.01% to 0.4%. The intermediate part 5 can be made in the form of a plate without cutouts, with one side of which (Fig. 5, Fig. 6) or with its opposite sides (not shown) parts of the rod 2 are connected, preferably by welding. At the same time, the intermediate part 5 can have an H-shaped (Fig.2, Fig. 4) or another shape. The minimum cross-sectional area of rod 2 is 200 mm. 2 for steels with a higher yield strength, and the maximum is 400 mm 2 for steels with a lower yield strength. Also, the length of rod 2 plays a role in the selection of the cross-sectional area, with an increase in which the cross-sectional area of rod 2 also increases to maintain strength properties.

[0038] The cross-sectional shape of the truss rod 2 may be varied, for example, in the form of a circle, triangle, square or other polygon. The end connecting links 3 of the truss are preferably made in the form of plates 6 with a fastening hole 7 and a cutout 8 for installing the end of the rod 2 with subsequent welding (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 5, Fig. 7). In another embodiment, the end connecting links 3 are made in the form of thickenings 9 formed from the material of the rod 2 (Fig. 9, Fig. 10). In addition, the end connecting links 3 can be made in the form of washers 10 with a central hole for installing the rod 2 with subsequent welding (Fig. 11, Fig. 12).

[0039] Sprengel 1 contains a zinc coating 40 - 250 µm thick, usually formed by hot-dip galvanizing by dipping into a bath of molten zinc. This coating is an optimal combination of the thickness of the protective layer and the appearance of the product for steel with a silicon content of 0.11% to 0.3% and a carbon content of 0.01% to 0.4%.

[0040] When assembling a truss structure, the truss system, connected to brackets, braces and crossbars connected to the pipeline, acts as a support that holds the pipeline from unacceptable deformations.
