Description

electric range

[0001] The present invention relates to an electric range, and more particularly, to an electric range using an induction heating method.

[0002] The material described in this section merely provides background information for the present invention and does not constitute prior art.

[0003] A variety of cooking appliances are used to heat food in homes and restaurants. These include gas ranges that use gas and electric ranges that use electricity.

[0004] Electric ranges are broadly divided into resistance heating and induction heating methods.

[0005] The electrical resistance method is a method of generating heat by applying current to a metal resistance wire or a non-metallic heating element such as silicon carbide, and heating the object to be heated (e.g., a cooking vessel such as a pot or frying pan) by radiating or conducting the generated heat.

[0006] Induction heating is a method of applying high-frequency power to a coil to generate a magnetic field around the coil, and using the eddy current generated from the generated magnetic field to heat a heated object made of metal components.

[0007] Looking at the basic heating principle of the induction heating method, when current is applied to the working coil, the object to be heated is inductively heated, generating heat, and the object to be heated is heated by the generated heat.

[0008] A typical electric range features a large coil area to which power is applied. Furthermore, the object being heated must be positioned so that it overlaps this large coil area to be heated.

[0009] Therefore, since the coil of the electric range occupies a large area, a heating area corresponding to a small number of coils with a large area is provided on the upper part of the electric range.

[0010] Because the heating zones are large and few in number, the cover plate of an electric range with a limited surface area is equipped with a small number of heating zones. Furthermore, because the heating zones are large in area, even if an electric range is equipped with multiple heating zones, the unheated area between the heating zones occupies a large area.

[0011] This structure limits the space available for heating objects on electric ranges, and even when heating small objects, a single large heating area must be used, potentially resulting in significant power consumption. This can be inconvenient for users.

[0012] To compensate for these shortcomings, coils with small, plate-shaped structures can be placed in electric ranges. Placing multiple coils of small area in an electric range reduces the space between the coils, allowing only the coils containing the object to be heated to operate. This increases the space efficiency of the range and reduces power consumption.

[0013] An object of the present invention is to provide an electric range having a stable joint structure and support structure between the provided parts.

[0014] In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure and a support structure between the upper supporter and the lower supporter, which are provided components.

[0015] The purposes of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above. Other purposes and advantages of the present invention not mentioned above can be understood through the following description and will be more clearly understood through embodiments of the present invention. Furthermore, it will be readily apparent that the purposes and advantages of the present invention can be realized by the means and combinations thereof set forth in the claims.

[0016] One embodiment of an electric range may include an upper supporter accommodated in a case; a lower supporter disposed on a lower side of the upper supporter, accommodated in the case, and supporting the upper supporter; the upper supporter may include a first support portion protruding from a lower surface; and the lower supporter may include a second support portion protruding from an upper surface and coupled with the first support portion.

[0017] The first support part may include a protruding part protruding from the upper supporter; and a straight recessed part formed by recessing a portion of the protruding part and having open sides.

[0018] The second support part may include an insertion part formed in a plate shape and having an upper portion fitted into the sunken part; and a reinforcing part formed integrally with the insertion part and protruding from the side of the insertion part to reinforce the rigidity of the insertion part.

[0019] The first support portion and the second support portion protrude from each other and are connected to each other in a shape-fit manner at the ends, so that a space for arranging components can be secured between the upper support portion and the lower support portion.

[0020] The first support part may include a plurality of first-first support parts arranged spaced apart from each other, and the second support part may include a plurality of second-first support parts arranged spaced apart from each other and having an insertion part having a length corresponding to the length of the recessed part of the first-first support part.

[0021] The first support part may include a first-second support part formed to be longer than the first-first support part in the longitudinal direction, and the second support part may include a second-second support part having an insertion part having a length corresponding to the length of the recessed part of the first-second support part.

[0022] The second-second support part may include a pair of insert parts spaced apart from each other, a connecting part that connects the pair of insert parts, and reinforces the rigidity of the insert parts.

[0023] The reinforcing part is provided in multiple numbers, each of which is connected to both sides of the insertion part, and has an inclined section whose width becomes narrower as it goes upward, and can be provided so that the width is smallest at the top.

[0024] The reinforcing part may be formed so that its height is lower than that of the insertion part, and the upper end of the reinforcing part may be provided to support at least a portion of the protruding part.

[0025] The heights of the reinforcing part and the connecting part can be provided to be the same.

[0026] The worker can easily check whether the first and second supports are properly connected and whether the wiring is placed between the first and second supports, thereby interfering with the assembly of the electric range.

[0027] In the electric range according to the present invention, the first support portion and the second support portion protrude from each other and are connected to each other in a shape-fitting manner at the ends, thereby securing a space for arranging parts between the upper supporter and the lower supporter, and at the same time, the lower supporter can stably support the load of the upper supporter.

[0028] Accordingly, the upper supporter can be effectively prevented from sagging downward due to the load of the upper supporter to which various parts are combined by the support of the lower supporter.

[0029] In addition, in the electric range according to the present invention, the first support part and the second support part can be stably connected to each other by inserting the insert part into the protruding part.

[0030] If the wiring between the upper and lower supports is located at the point where the first and second supports are joined, the first and second supports cannot be fully joined. Therefore, the worker assembling the electric range can easily check whether the wiring is located between the first and second supports and interferes with the assembly of the electric range by checking whether the first and second supports are properly joined.

[0031] Therefore, the worker can easily identify the location of the wiring and adjust it by checking whether the first support part and the second support part are properly connected, thereby smoothly proceeding with the assembly work of the electric range.

[0068] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an electric range according to an embodiment. Fig. 2 is a front view showing an electric range according to an embodiment. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing an electric range according to an embodiment.

[0069] An electric range according to an embodiment can heat a heated object using induction heating. In this case, the heated object may be, for example, a dish containing a metal material such as stainless steel or iron.

[0070] The induction heating method is a method of applying high-frequency power to a working coil (140a) to generate a magnetic field around the working coil (140a), and heating a heated object made of a metal component using an eddy current generated by the generated magnetic field.

[0071] That is, when the working coil (140a) and the ferrite material are placed adjacent to each other and high-frequency power is applied to the working coil (140a), the working coil (140a) can generate a magnetic field.

[0072] In this way, when a magnetic field is generated around the working coil (140a) and a heated object is placed within the area of the generated magnetic field, an eddy current is induced in the heated object by the magnetic field, and Joule's heat is generated by the eddy current, so that the heated object can be heated. As the heated object, which is the tableware, is heated, the food contained in the heated object can be heated and cooked.

[0073] An electric range of one embodiment may include a case (110), a cover plate (120), an upper supporter (130), a coil substrate (140), and a ferrite module (150).

[0074] The case (110) may function to protect components constituting the electric range. For example, the case (110) may be made of aluminum, but is not limited thereto. Meanwhile, the case (110) may be insulated to prevent heat generated by the coil substrate (140) from being released to the outside.

[0075] The case (110) can accommodate components that make up an electric range, and although the upper part is open, this open part can be closed by a cover plate (120). The case (110) can be used by processing the entire plate-shaped material into a box shape.

[0076] The case (110) may include a bottom plate (111) and a side wall (112). The bottom plate (111) may form the bottom surface of the case (110). The bottom plate (111) may support the internal components of the electric range.

[0077] The side wall (112) can be bent from the bottom plate (111) to form a space for receiving parts. The side wall (112) can be bent upward from the edge of the bottom plate (111) to form the side of the electric range.

[0078] A side wall (112) may be arranged on each side of a bottom plate (111) that is generally formed in a rectangular shape. The side wall (112) may reinforce the rigidity of the entire case (110). That is, the side wall (112) formed to be bent from the bottom plate (111) may prevent the plate-shaped bottom plate (111) from being bent or damaged by the weight of the internal components or external force.

[0079] Additionally, a cover plate (120) can be combined with the upper portion of the side wall (112). In this way, the case (110) and the cover plate (120) are combined so that the inside of the case (110) is closed, and a space in which various parts can be arranged can be provided inside the case (110).

[0080] The cover plate (120) is attached to the upper part of the case (110), and a heating element can be placed on the upper surface. The cover plate (120) can close the open upper part of the case (110) to protect the components stored in the case (110).

[0081] A heating element is placed on the upper surface of the cover plate (120), and a magnetic field generated from the coil plate and ferrite module (150) can pass through the cover plate (120) to reach the heating element. The cover plate (120) may be made of a material including, for example, ceramic, but is not limited thereto.

[0082] The cover plate (120) may be formed of, for example, a glass material and may be made transparent or translucent so that light irradiated from the indicator substrate (250) may pass through.

[0083] An input interface (160) that receives input from a user may be installed in an electric range. The input interface (160) is installed to overlap a specific area of the cover plate (120) and may display a specific image.

[0084] For example, the input interface (160) may be installed flatly embedded in the cover plate (120) or in contact with the lower surface of the cover plate (120).

[0085] The input interface (160) receives a touch input from a user, and the electric range can be driven based on the received touch input.

[0086] For example, the input interface (160) is a module for inputting the heating intensity or heating time desired by the user, and can be implemented as a physical button or touch panel.

[0087] For example, the input interface (160) may be, but is not limited to, a TFT LCD (Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display).

[0088] The cover plate (120) may be provided with a cover frame (121) for coupling the upper supporter (130) and the cover plate (120). The cover plate (120) may be formed to protrude downward from the cover plate (120) at a position corresponding to the side plate (136) of the upper supporter (130) adjacent to the edge of the cover plate (120).

[0089] When the cover plate (120) is coupled to the upper supporter (130), the cover frame (121) can be arranged to surround the side plate (136) of the upper supporter (130) from the outside. A hole can be formed in the cover frame (121), and a protrusion can be formed in the upper supporter (130) at a position corresponding to the hole.

[0090] Accordingly, at a position where the side plates (136) of the cover frame (121) and the upper supporter (130) overlap each other laterally, the protrusion of the upper supporter (130) can be inserted into the hole of the cover frame (121) so that the cover plate (120) and the upper supporter (130) can be coupled to each other.

[0091] The upper supporter (130) can be accommodated in the case (110). The upper supporter (130) is accommodated inside the case (110), and various parts used for the operation of the electric range can be combined therein.

[0092] The coil substrate (140) and ferrite module (150) that form a magnetic field may be placed on the upper side of the upper supporter (130). In addition, various circuit boards used to operate the electric range and a cooling device that cools these circuit boards may be placed on the lower side of the upper supporter (130).

[0093] To accommodate such a large number of components, the upper supporter (130) may have a complex shape. Therefore, the upper supporter (130) can be easily manufactured into a complex shape, for example, by injection molding a plastic material. The specific structure of the upper supporter (130) is described in detail below.

[0094] The coil substrate (140) is arranged on the upper side of the upper supporter (130), and is provided in multiple numbers spaced apart from each other in the lateral direction, and a working coil (140a) can be printed on it.

[0095] A typical working coil (140a) is manufactured by winding the coil in a spiral shape. In the case of such a working coil (140a), the entire working coil (140a) may be enlarged to accommodate the coil winding. A large working coil (140a) reduces the spatial efficiency of the heating area of the electric range and increases power consumption.

[0096] In an embodiment, a coil substrate (140) on which a working coil (140a) is printed may be used. Instead of the working coil (140a) being wound on the coil substrate (140), it may be provided in a manner in which it is printed on the coil substrate (140).

[0097] When printing a working coil (140a), the working coil (140a) can be printed densely in a small area, and can also be printed to form multiple layers in the upper and lower directions of the substrate.

[0098] Accordingly, when a working coil (140a) is printed on a coil substrate (140), the area of the coil substrate (140) can be reduced and the length of the working coil (140a) can be sufficiently extended compared to the method in which the working coil (140a) is wound. Accordingly, a coil substrate (140) equipped with a working coil (140a) having a small area can be manufactured.

[0099] In addition, since the coil substrate (140) has a thin film form, the coil substrate (140) on which the working coil (140a) is provided can have a very slim form compared to the way the working coil (140a) is wound.

[0100] Therefore, in the embodiment, by using a coil substrate (140) on which a working coil (140a) is printed, the volume occupied by the working coil (140a) can be reduced and the total length of the working coil (140a) can be sufficiently extended. Accordingly, the entire electric range can be manufactured slim.

[0101] As illustrated in Fig. 3, compared to the method in which the working coil (140a) is wound, in the embodiment, a large number of small-area coil substrates (140) can be placed on the electric range. Accordingly, a large number of working coils (140a) can be densely placed on the upper part of the electric range.

[0102] The coil substrate (140) can be arranged without gaps with adjacent coil substrates (140), compared to the way the working coil (140a) is wound. Due to this structure, a plurality of coil substrates (140) can be densely arranged in an electric range without any empty spaces.

[0103] Accordingly, the empty space where the working coil (140a) is not located in the area where the coil substrate (140) is placed can be minimized, so that a large number of heating elements can be heated simultaneously, thereby improving the space efficiency of the electric range.

[0104] In addition, since the working coil (140a) is printed on the coil substrate (140), the working coil (140a) does not necessarily have to be arranged in a circular shape, and for example, corresponding to the shape of the coil substrate (140) which is rectangular, the working coil (140a) can be printed in a spiral shape with a generally rectangular shape.

[0105] Due to the aforementioned structure, a working coil (140a) having a very long length can be provided. In addition, the working coils (140a) are densely arranged on the coil substrate (140), and each working coil (140a) can be separated from each other and operate independently.

[0106] Accordingly, only the working coils (140a) that are at least partially overlapping with the heated object may operate to form a magnetic field, and the remaining working coils (140a) may not operate. Due to this structure, the user can freely place the heated object anywhere on the cover plate (120).

[0107] Accordingly, convenience is provided to the user, and the working coil (140a) that does not overlap with the heated body does not operate, so power consumption can be significantly reduced.

[0108] The ferrite module (150) may be provided in multiple numbers, arranged on the upper side of the upper supporter (130), arranged on the lower side of the coil substrate (140), and arranged at positions corresponding to each of the multiple working coils (140a).

[0109] Since a working coil (140a) is printed on the coil substrate (140), when high-frequency power is applied to the working coil (140a), a magnetic field is formed around the ferrite module (150) and the coil substrate (140), and the formed magnetic field can form an eddy current in the heated body.

[0110] Ferrite modules (150) can be arranged on the lower side of the coil substrate (140) in a number corresponding to the positions corresponding to the working coil (140a). In an exemplary embodiment, the ferrite modules (150) can be provided in an overall rectangular shape.

[0111] A ferrite module (150) can be formed by insert-molding a ferrite material and a plastic material. In this case, in one ferrite module (150), the ferrite material can be arranged in multiple pieces spaced apart from each other. The ferrite module (150) will be described in detail below.

[0112] Various boards equipped with various control elements and electric circuits for the operation of the electric range may be equipped in the electric range. These boards may be equipped as a main board (170), an EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) filter (190), an SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) board (180), an inverter board (210), a resonant board (220), and an indicator board (250).

[0113] The main board (170) may be equipped with a control unit that controls the electric range. The main board (170) may be equipped to receive power from an external power source and communicate with an external device via wire or wirelessly.

[0114] The EMI filter (190) can suppress electromagnetic interference generated by electricity. The EMI filter (190) can receive AC power from an external power source. In addition, the EMI filter (190) can reduce noise (i.e., EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference)) of the received AC power and provide the AC power with reduced noise to the SMPS board (180).

[0115] The SMPS substrate (180) can supply electricity to an electric range. The SMPS substrate (180) can receive AC power with reduced noise from an EMI filter (190). In addition, the SMPS substrate (180) can rectify the AC power received into DC power and provide the rectified DC power to the inverter substrate (210).

[0116] The inverter substrate (210) can apply a resonant current to the working coil (140a). The inverter substrate (210) can include an inverter unit that applies a resonant current to the working coil (140a) through a switching operation. A plurality of inverter units can be provided, and the switching operation of the inverter units can be controlled by a control unit provided on the main substrate (170).

[0117] Here, the inverter section receives direct current power from the SMPS substrate (180) and performs a switching operation based on the received direct current power, thereby applying a resonant current to the working coil (140a).

[0118] And the inverter unit may include two switching elements, and the two switching elements may be alternately turned on and off by a switching signal provided from the control unit. And, a high-frequency alternating current (i.e., resonant current) may be generated by the switching operation of these two switching elements, and the generated high-frequency alternating current may be applied to the working coil (140a).

[0119] An inverter substrate (210) according to an exemplary embodiment may include a resonant capacitor, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7. That is, the inverter substrate (210) illustrated in FIG. 3 is a form in which the inverter portion and the resonant capacitor are integrated.

[0120] According to another embodiment, the inverter substrate (210) may be equipped with only an inverter section without a resonant capacitor, as shown in FIG. 17. In this case, a separate resonant substrate (220) equipped with a resonant capacitor may be equipped in the electric range.

[0121] Below, the resonant substrate (220) and the resonant capacitor will be described first. The resonant capacitor is electrically connected to the inverter unit, and when a resonant current is applied to the working coil (140a) by the switching operation of the inverter unit, resonance begins.

[0122] In addition, when the resonant capacitor resonates, the current flowing in the working coil (140a) connected to the resonant capacitor increases. That is, through this process, an eddy current can be induced in the heated body placed on the upper side of the working coil (140a) connected to the resonant capacitor.

[0123] A plurality of resonant capacitors may be provided. In the case of an integrated type in which the inverter unit and the resonant capacitor are all provided on the inverter substrate (210), the resonant capacitor may be placed on the inverter substrate (210) at a distance from the inverter unit.

[0124] Of course, in the case where the inverter substrate (210) and the resonant substrate (220) are separated from each other and exist separately, the resonant capacitor can be provided on the resonant substrate (220).

[0125] The indicator board (250) may be equipped with a light source. The light source may be, for example, equipped in the form of multiple LEDs arranged in a row.

[0126] The indicator board (250) lights up when the electric range is in operation, thereby informing the user of the operation of the heating element. In addition, the indicator board (250) can also inform the user of the operating status of the electric range by changing the lighting shape, color, etc. of multiple LEDs.

[0127] The electric range may include a lower supporter (260) positioned on the upper side of the bottom plate (111) of the case (110). The lower supporter (260) is positioned on the lower side of the upper supporter (130), accommodated in the case (110), positioned on the lower side of the substrates coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130), and may support the upper supporter (130).

[0128] The lower supporter (260) is formed in a plate shape, and holes can be formed in the corresponding portions of the inlet hole (1112) and the discharge hole (1113) so that air can flow through the inlet hole (1112) and the discharge hole (1113) formed in the bottom plate (111) described later.

[0129] A plurality of substrates, a blower fan (230), a heat sink (240), a ferrite module (150), and a coil substrate (140) are arranged on the upper supporter (130), and the load of these components can be supported by the upper supporter (130). Since a plurality of components are connected to the constant supporter, the load of these components may cause the upper supporter (130) to sag downward.

[0130] Accordingly, the lower supporter (260) is placed on the lower side of the upper supporter (130) to support the upper supporter (130) in which a plurality of parts are combined, thereby preventing the upper supporter (130) from sagging downward.

[0131] When the electric range is assembled, the lower supporter (260) can be positioned at a vertical distance from the lower supporter (260) so as to support relatively large components provided on various substrates, a blower fan (230) and a heat sink (240) that are larger in volume than other components.

[0132] On the upper surface of the lower supporter (260), protrusions may protrude upwardly to support the upper supporter (130) or a component coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130). Meanwhile, on the upper surface of the bottom plate (111) of the case (110), protrusions may protrude upwardly to support the lower supporter (260).

[0133] Various substrates may be placed on the upper side of the lower supporter (260). Therefore, it is necessary to electrically insulate the substrates that may come into contact with the lower supporter (260) from the bottom plate (111) of the case (110) made of a material such as aluminum to prevent leakage and electrical short circuits.

[0134] Accordingly, the lower supporter (260) is formed of an electrically insulating material and is placed between the bottom plate (111) of the case (110) and the substrates to electrically insulate the substrates from the bottom plate (111). The lower supporter (260) may be formed of, for example, an electrically insulating material such as MICA or a plastic material.

[0135] The electric range may include an insulating material (270) and a MICA sheet (280). The insulating material (270) may be placed between the upper supporter (130) and the cover plate (120) to suppress heat transfer from the heated body to the upper supporter (130).

[0136] The heat generated by the heated body can pass through the cover plate (120) and be transferred to the upper supporter (130) placed inside the electric range and various parts connected thereto.

[0137] This heat transfer heats the inside of the electric range, and especially, when transferred to various substrates, it can have a negative effect on the operation of the electric range. Therefore, by placing an insulating material (270) between the cover plate (120) and the upper supporter (130), heat transfer from the heated object to the inside of the electric range is suppressed, thereby preventing the heating of internal components, and thus improving the operating performance of the electric range.

[0138] The insulation material (270) may be formed of, for example, a carbon material that has good insulation performance even when manufactured with a relatively thin thickness, but is not limited thereto.

[0139] The insulating material (270) is formed in a plate shape and may be provided in multiple pieces to cover the coil substrate (140). The insulating material (270) may be separated from each other in the horizontal direction of the electric range as a whole and formed as an integral part in the vertical direction. That is, the longitudinal direction of one insulating material (270) may be arranged parallel to the vertical direction of the electric range.

[0140] The mica sheet (280) is placed between the upper supporter (130) and the cover plate (120), and can be placed at at least one position on the upper or lower side of the insulation material (270).

[0141] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the mica sheet (280) is placed on both the upper and lower sides of the insulation (270). In another embodiment, the mica sheet (280) may be placed on only one of the upper or lower sides of the insulation (270).

[0142] The mica sheet (280) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the insulation material (270). Accordingly, the mica sheet (280) may be separated from each other in the transverse direction of the electric range as a whole and formed as an integral part in the longitudinal direction. That is, the longitudinal direction of one insulation material (270) may be arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the electric range.

[0143] The mica sheet (280) is formed of mica material and, together with the insulation (270), can suppress heat transfer from the heated object to the upper supporter (130) inside the electric range. In addition, the mica sheet (280) is arranged to be in contact with the insulation (270), so as to suppress damage to the insulation (270) due to impact.

[0144] In particular, since the carbon material insulation (270) is weak to impact and easily damaged, the mica sheet (280) can support the insulation (270) to prevent damage to the insulation (270), thereby increasing the durability of the insulation (270).

[0145] Meanwhile, the insulation material (270) and the mica sheet (280) are formed to be shorter than others in the area where the input interface (160) is placed so as not to cover the input interface (160), thereby avoiding the input interface (160).

[0146] Fig. 4a is a plan view of Fig. 1 with the cover plate (120) omitted. Fig. 4b is a drawing showing a coil substrate (140) according to an embodiment. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view looking in the 5-5 direction of Fig. 4a. Fig. 6 is a bottom view showing an electric range according to an embodiment.

[0147] Various types of boards may be equipped with elements that generate heat when the electric range is in operation.

[0148] For example, the switching elements responsible for on / off control in electric ranges generate significant heat. Therefore, these elements require forced cooling to prevent overheating, which can cause the range to shut down or malfunction.

[0149] For this purpose, the electric range may include a blower fan (230) and a heat sink (240). The blower fan (230) and the heat sink (240) may serve to cool various heated substrates and other components.

[0150] The blower fan (230) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) and can be positioned at a location spaced apart from the substrates. The blower fan (230) can be provided to exhaust air toward the heat sink (240). The blower fan (230) is electrically connected to the main substrate (170) and its operation can be controlled by a control unit provided on the main substrate (170).

[0151] The heat sink (240) is placed on the lower side of the upper supporter (130) and may be placed in a longitudinal direction parallel to the air discharge direction of the blower fan (230). The heat sink (240) may be coupled to the lower surface of the inverter substrate (210).

[0152] In the embodiment, the inverter substrates (210) are provided as a pair spaced apart from each other, so that the heat sinks (240) can be provided as a pair so as to be coupled to each inverter substrate (210). Corresponding to the pair of heat sinks (240), the blower fans (230) can be provided as a pair, each positioned corresponding to the pair of heat sinks (240).

[0153] A plurality of cooling fins may be formed in the heat sink (240), and an air passage may be formed inside the heat sink (240) in a direction parallel to the length thereof, through which air may pass. Accordingly, air discharged from the exhaust port of the blower fan (230) cools the heat sink (240) while passing through the outer surface of the heat sink (240) and the inner air passage, thereby effectively cooling the inverter substrate (210).

[0154] The heat sink (240) is coupled to the inverter board (210) to increase the heat dissipation area of the inverter board (210) so that the inverter board (210) can be effectively cooled by air flowing through the blower fan (230).

[0155] Since the inverter board (210) is equipped with an inverter unit, which is a switching element, the inverter unit consumes a relatively large amount of power and can be heated to a higher temperature than other elements. Accordingly, the heat sink (240) can be coupled to the inverter board (210) to effectively cool the inverter unit.

[0156] Meanwhile, since the air flowing by the blower fan (230) flows through the entire lower side of the lower supporter (260), other substrates besides the inverter substrate (210) are also cooled by the forcedly flowing air, so that the entire inside of the electric range can be cooled.

[0157] As illustrated in Fig. 6, the bottom plate (111) of the case (110) may include an inlet hole (1112) and an exhaust hole (1113). The inlet hole (1112) is formed at a position corresponding to the blower fan (230), and air can be introduced from the outside.

[0158] The exhaust hole (1113) is formed at a position corresponding to the air exhaust portion of the heat sink (240), and air can be exhausted. The exhaust hole (1113) can be formed at a position adjacent to the outlet of the air flow path formed in the heat sink (240). Since the heat sink (240) and the blower fan (230) are each formed in pairs, the inlet hole (1112) and the exhaust hole (1113) can also be formed in pairs correspondingly.

[0159] The working coil (140a) may be formed in multiple layers on the coil substrate (140). For example, a sensing coil for sensing a heated object may be printed on the uppermost part of the coil substrate (140), and a plurality of working coils (140a) may be arranged in layers below it.

[0160] Figure 4b shows a cross-section of a portion of a coil substrate (140) where a working coil (140a) is positioned below a sensing coil.

[0161] In Fig. 4b, the working coil (140a) has an overall rectangular shape and is formed in a spiral shape. Due to this structure, the working coil (140a) has a shape corresponding to the rectangular mounting groove (131) and the ferrite module (150), and can be printed densely, thereby increasing the total length of the working coil (140a).

[0162] However, as another example, the working coil (140a) may be formed in a polygonal, circular, or oval shape.

[0163] As described above, a single working coil (140a) illustrated in FIG. 4b may be arranged in multiple layers, spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction of the coil substrate (140). However, for clarity, in the following, the working coils (140a) that overlap each other in the vertical direction and form multiple layers may be referred to as one identical working coil (140a).

[0164] As shown in Fig. 4b, a plurality of working coils (140a) can be arranged in the lateral direction of one coil substrate (140).

[0165] In Fig. 4b, for example, one coil substrate (140) is illustrated on which two working coils (140a) are printed in the horizontal direction and four working coils (140a) are printed in the vertical direction. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the size of the coil substrate (140) and the number of working coils (140a) printed on one coil substrate (140) may be changed in consideration of the shape or size of the entire electric range and the ease of assembly or disassembly.

[0166] Meanwhile, a through hole (1419) may be formed between adjacent working coils (140a) in a single coil substrate (140). A first piece (1321) of an upper supporter (130) may be fitted into this through hole (1419). As the first piece (1321) is fitted into the through hole (1419), the coil substrate (140) may be placed at a designed position. The through hole (1419) may have a shape corresponding to the first piece (1321) and the slit (1323) of the upper supporter (130).

[0167] In addition, due to this structure, the slit (1323) formed in the first piece (1321) is not blocked by the coil substrate (140), and the light irradiated from the indicator substrate (250) can pass through the slit (1323) hole of the upper supporter (130) and transmit through the cover plate (120).

[0168] One working coil (140a) is positioned corresponding to one ferrite module (150) and can overlap each other in the vertical direction. That is, one working coil (140a) can be positioned corresponding to one ferrite module (150).

[0169] At this time, a coil boundary (1412) may be provided between adjacent working coils (140a). The coil boundary (1412) is arranged in a direction in which the longitudinal direction intersects the longitudinal direction of the through hole (1419), and of course, the through hole (1419) is not formed in the coil boundary (1412).

[0170] The lower surface of the coil substrate (140) is supported by the second piece (1322), and at this time, the coil boundary portion (1412) can be placed at a position corresponding to the second piece (1322) of the boundary rib (132).

[0171] In Fig. 5, the direction of air flow is indicated by an arrow. When the blower fan (230) operates, air can be drawn into the electric range from the outside through the inlet hole (1112). A portion of the drawn air passes through the outer surface of the heat sink (240) and the air passage formed within the heat sink (240), and the remainder of the drawn air can be diffused throughout the entire inside of the case (110) of the electric range.

[0172] The air forced to flow inside the case (110) can be discharged to the outside through the exhaust hole (1113). In particular, the inverter substrate (210) to which the heat sink (240) is coupled can be well cooled by the forced air flow. Accordingly, the inverter unit, which is a switching element heated to a high temperature, can be effectively cooled by the heat sink (240) and the air.

[0173] In the embodiment, the blower fan (230) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130), the heat sink (240) is coupled to the inverter board (210), and the inverter board (210) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130). Consequently, since the cooling devices, the blower fan (230) and the heat sink (240), are both coupled to the upper supporter (130), the case (110) may not be provided with a separate structure for coupling the blower fan (230) and the heat sink (240).

[0174] Therefore, the support structure of the electric range is simplified overall, which simplifies the structure of the electric range and reduces manufacturing costs.

[0175] In addition, since the structure in contact with the blower fan (230) and the heat sink (240) in the case (110) is omitted, assembly and disassembly of the case (110) become easier, and maintenance work of the electric range can become easier.

[0176] Fig. 7 is a drawing of Fig. 6 with the case (110) omitted. Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing an upper supporter (130) according to one embodiment. Fig. 9 is a plan view showing an upper supporter (130) according to one embodiment.

[0177] Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view looking in the 10-10 direction of Fig. 9. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view looking in the 11-11 direction of Fig. 9.

[0178] The upper supporter (130) may include a flat plate (135) arranged in a direction parallel to the lateral direction of the electric range, and a side plate (136) bent downward from an edge of the flat plate (135). A ferrite module (150) and a coil substrate (140) are arranged on the flat plate (135), and the side plate (136) may support the flat plate (135) at an edge of the flat plate (135).

[0179] The upper supporter (130) may include a fixing groove (131) and a boundary rib (132).

[0180] The settling groove (131) is formed by sinking the flat plate (135), and is arranged to be aligned with each other in the horizontal and vertical directions of the upper supporter (130), and may be provided in multiple numbers in which a plurality of ferrite modules (150) are each settling. The settling groove (131) is generally formed in a rectangular shape, and therefore, the coil substrate (140) and the ferrite module (150) having a rectangular shape can be fitted into the settling groove (131).

[0181] The boundary rib (132) forms a boundary of a plurality of anchoring grooves (131), is provided to protrude from the upper surface of the upper supporter (130), and may be provided in multiple numbers.

[0182] The boundary rib (132) may include a first piece (1321) and a second piece (1322). The first piece (1321) may be arranged in a longitudinal direction laterally. The second piece (1322) may be arranged in a longitudinal direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the first piece (1321).

[0183] Referring to Fig. 4a, the first piece (1321) may be arranged in a longitudinal direction, and the second piece (1322) may be arranged in a transverse direction. Since the first piece (1321) and the second piece (1322) are arranged in a direction in which their longitudinal directions intersect each other, the upper surface of the upper supporter (130) may be formed in a grid shape overall.

[0184] A slit (1323) may be formed in the first piece (1321). The slit (1323) may be formed to penetrate the upper supporter (130) and may be formed in the shape of a narrow and long hole. An indicator substrate (250) may be placed at a position corresponding to the position where the slit (1323) is formed in the upper supporter (130).

[0185] Accordingly, since the first piece (1321) and the slit (1323) are longitudinally aligned with the vertical direction of the upper supporter (130), the indicator substrate (250) can also be longitudinally aligned with the vertical direction of the upper supporter (130).

[0186] In the indicator board (250), a light source irradiates light in an upward direction, and the irradiated light passes through a slit (1323) and transmits through a cover plate (120) made of glass, so that a user can see the irradiated light.

[0187] The slit (1323) and the indicator substrate (250) are arranged so that their longitudinal direction is parallel to the vertical direction of the upper supporter (130) and are spaced apart from each other, so that the user can see the irradiated light that is elongated in the longitudinal direction and spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction.

[0188] The first piece (1321) may be formed to have a relatively high height, and the second piece (1322) may be formed to have a lower height than the first piece (1321). A slit (1323) is formed in the first piece (1321), and since light passing through the slit (1323) needs to be clearly visible to the user without being diffused, the first piece (1321) may be formed to have a relatively high height so that the light does not diffuse until it passes through the upper surface of the cover plate (120).

[0189] Since the insulation material (270) and the mica sheet (280) placed on the upper side of the first piece (1321) are separated from each other at the slit (1323), the insulation material (270) and the mica sheet (280) do not cover the slit (1323), so that light passing through the slit (1323) can directly reach the cover plate (120).

[0190] The second piece (1322) is formed relatively low, and an insulating material (270) and a mica sheet (280) may be placed on the upper side of the second piece (1322). The insulating material (270) or the mica sheet (280) may be placed such that the longitudinal direction thereof is parallel to the vertical direction of the upper supporter (130).

[0191] Accordingly, the insulation material (270) and the mica sheet (280) can be arranged as a single unit in the vertical direction of the upper supporter (130) and separated from each other in the horizontal direction. The insulation material (270) and the mica sheet (280) can be separated from each other with the first piece (1321) as the boundary.

[0192] That is, a plurality of insulating materials (270) and mica sheets (280) can be separated from each other by the first piece (1321) and placed on the upper side of the second piece (1322). Accordingly, the second piece (1322) can be formed relatively low to form a space in which the insulating materials (270), mica sheets (280), and the coil boundary portion (1412) of the coil substrate (140) are placed.

[0193] A ferrite module (150) may include a ferrite core (151) and a core fixing member (152). When high-frequency power is applied to a working coil (140a) printed on a coil substrate (140), a magnetic field is formed around the working coil (140a), and the formed magnetic field can form an eddy current in a heated object. The ferrite core (151) can raise the formed magnetic field in an upward direction where the heated object is located.

[0194] The core fixing part (152) is equipped with a ferrite core (151) and can fix the ferrite core (151) to the fixing groove (131). The core fixing part (152) is coupled to the upper supporter (130), is formed by insert injection with the ferrite core (151), and can fix the ferrite core (151).

[0195] The core fixing part (152) forms the outer shape of the ferrite module (150) and may be formed in an overall rectangular shape. Meanwhile, the ferrite core (151) may be formed in a plurality of pieces and joined to the core fixing part (152) by insert injection. Accordingly, the ferrite module (150) may have an overall rectangular shape.

[0196] Fig. 12 is an exploded perspective view showing the upper supporter (130) and the ferrite module (150). Fig. 13 is a plan view showing the state in which the ferrite module (150) is coupled to the upper supporter (130). Fig. 14 is a plan view showing the state in which the coil substrate (140) is coupled in the state of Fig. 13.

[0197] As illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 14, a ferrite module (150) can first be mounted in a mounting groove (131) formed on the upper portion of an upper supporter (130). Next, after the ferrite module (150) is mounted, a coil substrate (140) can be mounted on the upper supporter (130). In this order, the mounting of the coil substrate (140) on the upper supporter (130) can be completed.

[0198] The coil substrate (140) and the ferrite module (150) may be provided to be supported by a boundary rib (132) while placed in the mounting groove (131).

[0199] Each ferrite module (150) can be independently inserted into each mounting groove (131). When each ferrite module (150) is inserted into the mounting groove (131), the side surface of the ferrite module (150) can be stably supported by the first piece (1321) and the second piece (1322) of the boundary rib (132).

[0200] When the coil substrate (140) is placed on top of the upper supporter (130), the lower surface of the coil substrate (140) can be supported by the second piece (1322) of the boundary rib (132). At this time, the coil boundary portion (1412) of the coil substrate (140) can be located on the upper surface of the second piece (1322).

[0201] A first piece (1321) of a boundary rib (132) can be fitted into a through hole (1419) of a coil substrate (140). Accordingly, the coil substrate (140) is placed at a designed position, and is supported by the first piece (1321), so that lateral movement of the upper supporter (130) can be suppressed.

[0202] A substrate joint (141) may be provided to stably mount the coil substrate (140) on the upper supporter (130). The substrate joint (141) is joined to the coil substrate (140) and may join the coil substrate (140) to the upper supporter (130). The substrate joint (141) may be formed integrally with the coil substrate (140) or may be manufactured separately and joined to the coil substrate (140).

[0203] The substrate joint portion (141) may be formed to protrude from the longitudinal end of the coil substrate (140). This protruding substrate joint portion (141) may be joined to the upper supporter (130) by a joining mechanism such as a screw bolt.

[0204] A connecting pin (1411) may be provided at the edge of the coil substrate (140). When the coil substrate (140) is mounted on the upper supporter (130) by the substrate joint (141), the connecting pin (1411) comes into contact with the terminal formed on the upper supporter (130), and thus the connecting pin (1411) and the terminal of the upper supporter (130) can be electrically connected to each other.

[0205] The terminal of the upper supporter (130) can be electrically connected to other electrical components by a cable or the like.

[0206] In the embodiment, the ferrite module (150) can be easily and stably mounted on the upper supporter (130) by means of a mounting groove (131) formed on the upper portion of the upper supporter (130) and a boundary rib (132) formed surrounding the mounting groove (131).

[0207] In addition, since the first piece (1321) is fitted into the coil substrate (140), the coil substrate (140) can be placed in the designed position when mounted on the upper supporter (130), and does not move in the lateral direction of the upper supporter (130), i.e., in the horizontal and vertical directions of the upper supporter (130), so the coil substrate (140) can be easily assembled to the upper supporter (130).

[0208] The electric range may include an input interface (160) that is positioned on the upper portion of the upper supporter (130). The input interface (160) may be coupled to the upper supporter (130). To this end, the upper supporter (130) may be formed such that its upper surface is sunken downward and may include an insertion groove (134) into which the input interface (160) is inserted.

[0209] The insertion groove (134) may be provided in a generally rectangular shape to correspond to the rectangular input interface (160). The insertion groove (134) and the input interface (160) may be positioned in the front center of the electric range to facilitate input from the user's perspective.

[0210] A hole may be formed at the bottom of the insertion groove (134) through which a cable or the like can pass for electrical connection between the input interface (160) and other components.

[0211] Fig. 15 is a bottom view of the upper supporter (130). Fig. 16 is a drawing showing the state in which the indicator board (250) is combined in the state of Fig. 15. Fig. 17 is a drawing showing the state in which various parts are combined in the state of Fig. 16.

[0212] Various substrates can be joined to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130). These substrates can be joined by a joining mechanism such as a screw bolt, for example.

[0213] The main board (170) is connected to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130), and a control unit for controlling the electric range can be configured.

[0214] The SMPS substrate (180) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) and can supply electricity to the electric range. The SMPS substrates (180) can be provided in pairs to supply electricity to a plurality of working coils (140a).

[0215] The EMI filter (190) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) and can suppress electromagnetic interference generated by electricity. Since the EMI filter (190) is electrically connected to the SMPS board (180), it can be provided as a pair to correspond to each pair of SMPS boards (180).

[0216] The inverter substrate (210) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) and can apply resonant current to the working coil (140a). The inverter substrate (210) can also be provided in pairs to supply resonant current to a plurality of working coils (140a).

[0217] Meanwhile, as illustrated in Fig. 17, an electric range in which the inverter substrate (210) and the resonant substrate (220) are separated from each other may also be provided. The resonant substrate (220) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130), is arranged separately from the inverter substrate (210), and may include a resonant capacitor.

[0218] In this way, various substrates necessary for the operation of the electric range can be provided on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130). At this time, each substrate can be placed at a position spaced apart from each other on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130).

[0219] Each substrate can be inverted and combined on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130). That is, among the components provided on each substrate, components that occupy a relatively large volume can be provided to be placed on the lower surface of the substrate.

[0220] Due to this structure, various substrates can be easily combined with the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) without any obstacles.

[0221] Meanwhile, the indicator substrate (250) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130), is provided in multiple pieces spaced apart from each other, and may be equipped with a light source. Unlike other substrates, the indicator substrate (250) may be placed in a position partially overlapping with other substrates.

[0222] The indicator board (250) is formed in a bar shape and can be arranged so that its length is parallel to the lateral direction of the upper supporter (130).

[0223] Referring to FIGS. 15 and 16, the slits (1323) formed in the upper supporter (130) are formed so that their longitudinal direction is parallel to the vertical direction of the upper supporter (130), and can also be aligned in a vertical line. In addition, the slits (1323) can be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction of the upper supporter (130).

[0224] The indicator substrate (250) may be positioned to overlap with the slit (1323) through which light passes. Accordingly, the indicator substrate (250) may be positioned to cover the slit (1323) on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130).

[0225] Accordingly, the indicator board (250) may be provided in multiple numbers so that the longitudinal direction is parallel to the vertical direction of the upper supporter (130) and is spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction of the upper supporter (130).

[0226] Except for the indicator board (250), various boards for operating the aforementioned electric range can be spaced apart and joined to the lower surface of the board. Boards provided as a pair can also be spaced apart from each other.

[0227] In addition, a blower fan (230) constituting a cooling device may be positioned at a position spaced apart from the substrates on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130). Meanwhile, a heat sink (240) constituting a cooling device may be coupled to the upper supporter (130) in a form coupled to the lower surface of the inverter substrate (210).

[0228] In an embodiment, a ferrite module (150) and a coil substrate (140) are combined on the upper part of the supporter, and various substrates for operating an electric range and a cooling device can be combined on the lower part of the supporter.

[0229] In this way, most of the electrical components, such as the circuit board, blower fan (230), etc., that are involved in the operation of the electric range and operate by receiving electricity can be connected to the upper supporter (130). Due to this structure, the assembly and disassembly performance of the electric range can be significantly improved.

[0230] That is, when assembling an electric range, a ferrite module (150), a coil substrate (140), and an input interface (160) are first assembled on the upper side of the upper supporter (130), and various substrates and a cooling device can be assembled on the lower side of the upper supporter (130).

[0231] Next, by placing the insulation material (270) and the mica sheet (280) on the upper side of the upper supporter (130), placing the lower supporter (260) on the lower side of the upper supporter (130), and then combining the cover plate (120) and the case (110), the assembly of the electric range can be completed.

[0232] At this time, since the case (110) does not have a support structure that supports the parts that are coupled to the upper supporter (130), there is no need to fit these parts to the support structure, so assembling the case (110) can be made very easy.

[0233] Likewise, when disassembling an electric range for repair, by disassembling the case (110) and cover plate (120) and disassembling the lower supporter (260), the upper supporter (130) where various parts are combined can be accessed, and any defective parts can be easily replaced.

[0234] In addition, since the ferrite modules (150) are separated from each other and inserted into the mounting grooves (131) of the upper supporters (130), only the defective ferrite module (150) can be replaced, making it easy to perform repair work on the electric range.

[0235] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 15 to 17, the work of assembling various components on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) can be performed in the following order. First, the indicator substrate (250) can be combined so as to cover the slit (1323) at the location where the slit (1323) is formed on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130).

[0236] Next, various substrates and a blower fan (230) can be placed at designed locations on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) and coupled to the upper supporter (130). At this time, the heat sink (240) can be coupled to the inverter substrate (210). Of course, various substrates other than the heat sink (240) and the indicator substrate (250) can be coupled to positions spaced apart from each other on the lower surface of the upper supporter (130).

[0237] Next, electrical connections between various electrical components and cable connection work for electrical connection to external power sources can be performed.

[0238] Additionally, the disassembly process can be performed in the reverse order of the assembly process described above.

[0239] Fig. 18 is an exploded perspective view of the upper supporter (130) and the case (110). Fig. 19a is a bottom view of the upper supporter (130) according to one embodiment.

[0240] In the electric range of the embodiment, the lower supporter (260) can play a role in stably supporting the upper supporter (130). However, the lower surface of the lower supporter (260) is combined with a substrate, a blower fan (230), an air guide (310), and other components, and since these components have a volume, they can occupy a considerable amount of space.

[0241] Therefore, the lower supporter (260) does not have direct contact with the upper supporter (130) and needs to be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. In this structure, the lower supporter (260) and the upper supporter (130) require a support structure to connect and support each other.

[0242] Additionally, since many parts are combined in the upper supporter (130), sagging may occur due to the load of the parts. This sagging may be particularly noticeable in the central portion of the upper supporter (130).

[0243] The edge of the upper supporter (130) is provided with a side plate (136), and the side plate (136) can reinforce the rigidity of the upper supporter (130), but the central part of the upper supporter (130) does not have such a rigidity reinforcing structure.

[0244] Accordingly, the central portion of the upper supporter (130) needs to be provided with a structure supported by the lower supporter (260). The structure that reinforces this support and rigidity will be described below. First, referring to Fig. 19a, the air guide (310) coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130) will be described.

[0245] The air guide (310) is arranged on the lower side of the upper supporter (130) and may be arranged in a longitudinal direction parallel to the air discharge direction of the blower fan (230). The air guide (310) is arranged to surround the heat sink (240) and may guide the flow of air passing through the heat sink (240).

[0246] The air guide (310) guides the flow of air discharged from the blower fan (230), and a heat sink (240) may be placed inside. The air guide (310) surrounds the heat sink (240) and allows air to flow inside and around the heat sink (240), thereby effectively cooling the heat sink (240), and thus, the substrate to which the heat sink (240) is coupled can be effectively prevented from overheating.

[0247] The inlet of the air guide (310) is connected to the outlet of the blower fan (230), and air discharged from the blower fan (230) can flow into the air guide (310).

[0248] A heat sink (240) is placed in the internal space formed by the air guide (310), and air forced to flow by the blower fan (230) cools the heat sink (240) and is discharged to the outside of the air guide (310) and passes through the bottom plate (111) to be discharged to the outside of the electric range.

[0249] As illustrated in Fig. 19a, an air guide (310) of one embodiment may be provided to be coupled to an inverter substrate (210). For example, it may be coupled to a heat sink (240) at a position corresponding to a heat sink (240) coupled to the lower surface of the inverter substrate (210) by a coupling mechanism. Since the inverter substrates (210) are provided in pairs and a heat sink (240) is disposed on each, the heat sinks (240) may also be provided in pairs.

[0250] Since the inverter substrate (210) has a large area compared to other substrates and is equipped with a relatively large number of heat generating elements, it is necessary to effectively suppress overheating of the inverter substrate (210).

[0251] Accordingly, in the embodiment, a heat sink (240) and an air guide (310) are arranged on the lower surface of the inverter substrate (210) so that the inverter substrate (210) can be cooled using air forcedly flown by a blower fan (230).

[0252] In an embodiment, by combining an air guide (310) with the lower surface of an inverter substrate (210), the air guide (310) occupying a considerable volume can be combined with the upper supporter (130).

[0253] In this way, the circuit board, blower fan (230), and other electrical components involved in the operation of the electric range, heat sink (240), air guide (310), and most other components that operate by receiving electricity can be combined with the upper supporter (130). Due to this structure, the assembly and disassembly performance of the electric range can be significantly improved.

[0254] Figure 19b is a plan view of a lower supporter according to one embodiment.

[0255] In another embodiment, the air guide (310) can be coupled to the lower supporter (260). Unlike the embodiment described above in which the air guide (310) is coupled to the upper supporter (130), the air guide (310) can be coupled to the lower supporter (260).

[0256] For example, the air guide (310) can be positioned at a position corresponding to the heat sink (240) in the lower supporter (260). The air guide (310) can be coupled to the upper surface of the lower supporter (260) by a coupling mechanism.

[0257] When the heat sink (240) is coupled to the upper supporter (130) and the air guide (310) is coupled to the lower supporter (260), and the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) are coupled to each other, the heat sink (240) can be accommodated in the internal space of the air guide (310).

[0258] In an example, the assembly of the heat sink (240) and the air guide (310) can be completed by combining the lower supporter (260) and the upper supporter (130) while the air guide (310) is combined with the lower supporter (260) and the heat sink (240) is combined with the upper supporter (130).

[0259] By combining the air guide (310) with the lower supporter (260), the air guide (310) that occupies a considerable volume can be combined with a number of substrates, heat sinks (240), blower fans (230), and other components in the lower supporter (260), thereby reducing the need to consider the arrangement space and combination structure of the air guide (310).

[0260] Accordingly, the spatial arrangement of components and other design aspects of electric ranges can be facilitated.

[0261] Fig. 20 is an enlarged view of a portion of Fig. 19a. Fig. 21 is a plan view showing a combination of a lower supporter (260) and a case (110). Fig. 22 is an enlarged view of a portion of Fig. 21. Referring to Fig. 21, the lower supporter (260) may include an air inlet (261) and an air outlet (262).

[0262] An air inlet (261) through which air flowing into the blower fan (230) passes may be formed in the lower supporter (260) at a position corresponding to the blower fan (230). Since the blower fan (230) is positioned above the lower supporter (260), air flowing into the blower fan (230) may pass through the lower supporter (260) from the lower side of the lower supporter (260) and flow into the blower fan (230).

[0263] Accordingly, an air inlet (261) is formed in the lower supporter (260), and air can pass through the lower supporter (260) through the air inlet (261) and flow into the blower fan (230).

[0264] An air outlet (262) is formed at a position corresponding to the outlet of the air guide (310), and air can be discharged. Air discharged from the outlet of the air guide (310) can pass through the lower supporter (260) through the air outlet (262) and be discharged to the lower side of the lower supporter (260).

[0265] The bottom plate (111) of the case (110) may include an inlet hole (1112) and an exhaust hole (1113). The inlet hole (1112) is formed at a position corresponding to the blower fan (230) and the air inlet (261), and air can be introduced therein. The exhaust hole (1113) is formed at a position corresponding to the air outlet (262), and air can be discharged therein. Other details regarding the inlet hole (1112) and the exhaust hole (1113) have already been described above.

[0266] In the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction of the electric range, the upper supporter (130) may be provided with a first support part (431) for support, and the lower supporter (260) may be provided with a second support part (561).

[0267] The upper supporter (130) may include a first support portion (431) protruding from the lower surface, and the lower supporter (260) may include a second support portion (561) protruding from the upper surface and coupled with the first support portion (431). The first support portion (431) and the second support portion (561) may be arranged at positions corresponding to each other.

[0268] The first support part (431) and the second support part (561) protrude from each other and are connected to each other in a shape-fit manner at the ends, thereby securing a space for arranging parts between the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260), and at the same time, the lower supporter (260) can stably support the load of the upper supporter (130).

[0269] Accordingly, the upper supporter (130) can be effectively prevented from sagging downward due to the load of the upper supporter (130) to which various parts are combined by the support of the lower supporter (260).

[0270] The first support member (431) and the second support member (561) are each arranged in multiple pieces spaced apart from each other, but can be arranged in the central portion of the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) when viewed as a whole.

[0271] As described above, the upper supporter (130) sags due to the components being joined, and this sag may be noticeable in the central portion. Therefore, in the embodiment, the first support portion (431) and the second support portion (561), which can suppress the sag of the upper supporter (130), are arranged in the central portion of the upper supporter (130) where the sag is noticeable, thereby effectively suppressing the sag of the upper supporter (130) and the resulting deformation and malfunction of the components.

[0272] Meanwhile, the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) may be formed of a material with good formability in order to form the first support portion (431) and the second support portion (561) with relatively complex structures. In addition, the lower supporter (260) needs to be formed of a material with good electrical insulation properties.

[0273] Accordingly, the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) can be manufactured by injection molding using a plastic material with excellent formability and electrical insulation properties. Specifically, the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) can be manufactured using a polycarbonate (PC) material with excellent formability and electrical insulation properties. However, the material is not limited thereto.

[0274] Meanwhile, the lower supporter (260) may be provided with a predetermined thickness to support the load of the upper supporter (130) and prevent itself from sagging due to the load of the upper supporter (130). In addition, the bottom plate (111) of the case (110) may support the upper supporter (130) so that it does not sag.

[0275] Due to this structure, the upper supporter (130) is effectively supported by the lower supporter (260) and the case (110), so that the upper supporter (130) can be effectively prevented from sagging downward due to the load of the components combined therewith.

[0276] Meanwhile, the case (110) can be formed of a steel plate with good rigidity to support the lower supporter (260) and prevent external electromagnetic waves from reaching the substrate provided inside the electric range.

[0277] The case (110) may be formed of a material with good durability and corrosion resistance, such as, for example, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, or stainless steel sheet. However, the material is not limited thereto.

[0278] In addition, the bottom plate (111) of the case (110) is formed with a protrusion, a protrusion line, etc. in a convex downward or upward shape by rolling processing to reinforce rigidity, so that its own deformation can be suppressed even under the load of the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260).

[0279] Fig. 23 is an exploded perspective view of the lower supporter (260) and the case (110). Fig. 24 is an enlarged view of a portion of Fig. 23.

[0280] The first support part (431) may include a protruding part (4311) and a sunken part (4312). The protruding part (4311) may protrude from the upper supporter (130). The protruding part (4311) may be in contact with the second support part (561) and supported by the second support part (561).

[0281] The sunken part (4312) is formed by a portion of the protruding part (4311) being sunken, and can be formed in a straight line with both sides open. The insertion part (5611) of the second support part (561) is fitted into the sunken part (4312), and accordingly, when the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) are combined, the insertion part (5611) is fitted into the sunken part (4312), so that the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) can maintain a stable combined state without being separated from each other.

[0282] The second support member (561) can be positioned corresponding to the first support member (431). Therefore, when the electric range is assembled, the first support member (431) and the second support member (561) are coupled to each other, and the lower support member (260) can support the upper support member (130).

[0283] The second support part (561) may include an insertion part (5611) and a reinforcing part (5612). The insertion part (5611) may be formed in a plate shape with the upper part fitted into the recessed part (4312).

[0284] The sunken part (4312) of the first support part (431) can be formed in a narrow and long straight slit shape. Accordingly, the insertion part (5611) of the second support part (561) fitted into the sunken part (4312) can be formed in a plate shape corresponding to the shape of the sunken part (4312), so that it can be formed to have a narrow and long shape when viewed in the plan view of the lower supporter (260).

[0285] When the insertion part (5611) is fitted into the recessed part (4312), the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) do not slide against each other and are not separated, and thus the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) can stably maintain a state of being coupled to each other.

[0286] The reinforcing part (5612) is formed integrally with the insertion part (5611) and protrudes from the side of the insertion part (5611) to reinforce the rigidity of the insertion part (5611).

[0287] Since the insert part (5611) is formed in a plate shape, it may be deformed or broken by external force applied in a lateral direction. Such deformation or breakage may cause assembly failure of the upper and lower parts.

[0288] Accordingly, the reinforcing part (5612) can effectively prevent the insertion part (5611) from being deformed or damaged by external force applied laterally during the assembly or disassembly process of the electric range by reinforcing the rigidity of the insertion part (5611).

[0289] A plurality of reinforcing parts (5612) may be provided, each of which is coupled to both sides of the insertion part (5611). The reinforcing parts (5612) may be formed to extend from both sides of the insertion part (5611). In addition, in order to increase the reinforcing force of the reinforcing parts (5612), a plurality of reinforcing parts may be provided on one side of the insertion part (5611).

[0290] The lateral lengths of each of the plurality of reinforcing parts (5612) may be the same or different from each other. The second support part (561) is provided in plurality, and the lengths of each of the reinforcing parts (5612) provided in each of the second support parts (5611) may be the same or different from each other.

[0291] The reinforcing part (5612) may be provided with a sloped section (5612a) whose width becomes narrower as it goes upward, and may be provided so that the width is smallest at the top.

[0292] Various components may be placed in the space between the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260), and a number of wires may also be placed for electrical connection to electrical components. Therefore, sufficient space must be formed between the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) to place the components and wires.

[0293] Since the reinforcing part (5612) occupies the space between the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260), its volume needs to be reduced to form a space for arranging parts and wiring.

[0294] The lower part of the reinforcing part (5612) is formed integrally with the bottom surface of the lower supporter (260), thereby increasing the rigidity of the reinforcing part (5612). Accordingly, the lower and lower parts of the reinforcing part (5612) are formed with a relatively long width, thereby increasing the rigidity of the reinforcing part (5612), and the width is reduced toward the upper part of the reinforcing part (5612), thereby securing space for wiring arrangement in particular.

[0295] Meanwhile, the upper end of the reinforcing part (5612) may be formed to have a predetermined width. Due to this structure, the upper end of the reinforcing part (5612) can contact and support the first support part (431).

[0296] The first support part (431) and the second support part (561) are each provided in multiple numbers, and the shape and arrangement position of each of the multiple first support parts (431) and the second support parts (561) may be different from each other.

[0297] The first support part (431) may include a first-first support part (4313) and a first-second support part (4314) having different arrangement positions. The second support part (561) may include a second-first support part (5613) and a second-second support part (5614) having different shapes and arrangement positions.

[0298] The first support part (431) may include a plurality of first-first support parts (4313) that are arranged spaced apart from each other. The second support part (561) may include a plurality of second-first support parts (5613) that are arranged spaced apart from each other and have an insertion part (5611) that has a length corresponding to the length of the recessed part (4312) of the first-first support part (4313).

[0299] The 2-1 support part (5613) has a shape and structure with relatively lower rigidity than the 2-2 support part (5614), and the support strength for the upper supporter (130) may also be lower than that of the 2-2 support part (5614).

[0300] The first support part (431) may include a first-second support part (4314) that is formed to be longer in the longitudinal direction than the first-first support part (4313). The second support part (561) may include a second-second support part (5614) that has an insertion part (5611) having a length corresponding to the length of the recessed part (4312) of the first-second support part (4314).

[0301] The first-second support portion (4314) and the second-second support portion (5614) are formed longer than the first-first support portion (4313) and the second-first support portion (5613), and can support a stronger load than the first-first support portion (4313) and the second-first support portion (5613).

[0302] The second-second support part (5614) may be provided with a pair of insert parts (5611) spaced apart from each other. In addition, the second-second support part (5614) may include a connecting part (5614a) that connects a pair of insert parts (5611) and reinforces the rigidity of the insert parts (5611).

[0303] The second-second support part (5614) has a pair of insert parts (5611) arranged adjacent to each other, and the pair of insert parts (5611) are connected by a connecting part (5614a), and the connecting part (5614a) can reinforce the rigidity of the insert part (5611).

[0304] Due to this structure, the 2-2 support member (5614) can withstand the applied load and external force more stably than the 2-1 support member (5613).

[0305] The lower supporter (260) may be appropriately arranged with a 2-1 support part (5613) and a 2-2 support part (5614). Considering the structure, the 2-1 support part (5613) is provided with one insertion part (5611) and does not have a connecting part (5614a), so compared to the 2-2 support part (5614), it has a relatively simple structure and is easy to manufacture, but may have relatively weak rigidity.

[0306] On the other hand, the 2-2 support part (5614) is provided with two insert parts (5611) and has a connecting part (5614a), so compared to the 2-1 support part (5613), it is relatively rigid and can withstand relatively heavy loads or strong external forces, but it is difficult to manufacture and can take up a large space.

[0307] Taking these points into consideration, the second-first support portion (5613) and the second-second support portion (5614) can be arranged in an appropriate number on the lower supporter (260). Of course, if the focus is on manufacturability and space efficiency, the second-first support portion (5613) can be arranged on all of them. Furthermore, if the focus is on rigidity, the second-second support portion (5614) can be arranged on all of them.

[0308] In the examples shown in each drawing, both the 2-1 support part (5613) and the 2-2 support part (5614) were placed in consideration of comprehensive manufacturing feasibility, space efficiency, and rigidity, and the number of 2-1 support parts (5613) was placed in greater numbers.

[0309] At this time, the second-second support member (5614), which has high rigidity and can withstand relatively large loads and external forces, is appropriately placed in a position where a large load is applied to the upper supporter (130) and thus significant deflection may occur. This will be described in detail below.

[0310] The first-second support portion (4314) may be provided as a pair, each positioned corresponding to a pair of second-second support portions (5614). Accordingly, the pair of first-second support portions (4314) may be positioned relatively close to each other and spaced apart from each other compared to the distance at which the plurality of first-first support portions (4313) are spaced apart from each other.

[0311] In an embodiment, the second-second support member (5614) may be positioned closer to the blower fan (230) than the second-first support member (5613). The blower fan (230) may have a considerable load. Accordingly, the lower supporter (260) may sag downward due to the load of the blower fan (230).

[0312] In the embodiment, a second-second support member (5614) having a structure capable of supporting a greater load is positioned adjacent to the blower fan (230) so that the second-second support member (5614) can effectively support the load of the blower fan (230). Accordingly, the lower supporter (260) to which the blower fan (230) and other various components are combined can be effectively prevented from sagging downward due to the load.

[0313] The electric range may include a main circuit board (170) and an SMPS circuit board (180). The main circuit board (170) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130), and a control unit for controlling the electric range may be configured. The SMPS circuit board (180) is coupled to the lower surface of the upper supporter (130), and may supply electricity to the electric range. Specific details regarding the main circuit board (170) and the SMPS circuit board (180) are as described above.

[0314] In the embodiment, the main board (170) and the SMPS board (180) can be joined to the central portion of the lower surface of the lower supporter (260). Accordingly, the second support member (561) positioned at the central portion of the lower supporter (260), the main board (170), and the SMPS board (180) may overlap in position. Accordingly, appropriate arrangement is required based on the lower supporter (260) so that they do not overlap each other.

[0315] In the embodiment, the second-first support portion (5613) may be provided in multiple numbers and may be provided with a considerable distance between them. In addition, the second-first support portion (5613) and the second-second support portion (5614) may also be provided with a considerable distance between them. Accordingly, the main substrate (170) and the SMPS substrate (180) may be placed between the respective support portions.

[0316] For example, the main board (170) may be placed between a plurality of second-first support portions (5613) that are positioned at positions spaced apart from each other. The SMPS board (180) may be placed between the second-first support portions (5613) and the second-second support portions (5614) that are positioned at positions spaced apart from each other. In another embodiment, the positions of the main board (170) and the SMPS board (180) described above may be interchanged.

[0317] Due to this structure, the second support member (561), the main board (170), and the SMPS board (180) can be placed in the central portion of the lower supporter (260) without overlapping each other.

[0319] The connecting part (5614a) of the second-second support part (5614) referring to Fig. 26 is formed so that its height is lower than the height of the insertion part (5611), and the upper end of the connecting part (5614a) can be provided to support at least a part of the protruding part (4311).

[0320] The upper end of the insertion part (5611) may or may not contact the upper surface (ceiling) of the recessed part (4312). Even when the upper end of the insertion part (5611) does not contact the upper end of the recessed part (4312), the upper end of the connecting part (5614a) may contact the lower end of the protruding part (4311) to support the protruding part (4311).

[0321] Accordingly, regardless of the length by which the upper portion of the insertion part (5611) protrudes upward from the upper end of the connection part (5614a), the second support part (561) of the lower supporter (260) can stably support the first support part (431) of the upper supporter (130).

[0322] Likewise, the reinforcing part (5612) may be formed so that its height is lower than that of the insertion part (5611), and the upper end of the reinforcing part (5612) may be provided to support at least a portion of the protruding part (4311).

[0323] Even if the upper part of the insertion part (5611) does not contact the upper part of the recessed part (4312), the upper part of the reinforcing part (5612) can contact the lower part of the protruding part (4311) to support the protruding part (4311).

[0324] Accordingly, regardless of the length by which the upper portion of the insertion part (5611) protrudes upward from the upper end of the reinforcing part (5612), the second support part (561) of the lower supporter (260) can stably support the first support part (431) of the upper supporter (130). Accordingly, the reinforcing part (5612) or the connecting part (5614a) can stably support the first support part (431).

[0325] Meanwhile, the second-second support part (5614) may be equipped with both a reinforcing part (5612) and a connecting part (5614a). In this case, the reinforcing part (5612) and the connecting part (5614a) may be provided with the same height. Due to this structure, the protruding part (4311) that contacts the upper surfaces of the reinforcing part (5612) and the connecting part (5614a) may not tilt due to the difference in height between the reinforcing part (5612) and the connecting part (5614a).

[0326] Accordingly, both sides of the protruding part (4311) separated by the sunken part (4312) in the 2-1 support part (5613) can be stably supported while maintaining the horizontal level by the reinforcing part (5612) and the connecting part (5614a), respectively.

[0327] In the embodiment, the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) can be stably connected to each other by inserting the insert part (5611) into the protruding part (4311).

[0328] If the wiring between the upper supporter (130) and the lower supporter (260) is at the point where the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) are joined, the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) cannot be completely joined. Therefore, a worker assembling an electric range can easily check whether the wiring is placed between the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) and interferes with the assembly of the electric range by checking whether the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) are normally joined.

[0329] Accordingly, the worker can easily identify the location of the wiring and adjust it by checking whether the first support part (431) and the second support part (561) are normally connected, thereby smoothly proceeding with the assembly work of the electric range.

[0330] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings exemplified above, it is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and drawings disclosed herein, and that various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. Furthermore, even if the operational effects according to the configuration of the present invention have not been explicitly described while describing the embodiments of the present invention, it is natural that the effects predictable by the corresponding configuration should also be acknowledged.
